20. The meeting (s8)

Louis called for a partners' meeting, days after becoming the firm's new managing partner to discuss cases, the year's projections, and whatnots. Boring stuff, Harvey thought.

It's been almost an hour and Louis is currently talking about his clients when everyone's cellphone screen lit up indicating that there's a message.

It was from Harvey he sent it to everyone in that meeting...

'I'm still in a meeting. I'll call you as soon as I'm done. Cant wait to be with you babe'

Everyone looked at him.

"You dont have to call me, I'm right here baby" Alex teased Harvey and he just rolled his eyes. Everyone laughed.

"I'm sorry! That was meant for someone else" He defended.

"Clearly" Donna said under her breath but loud enough for people to hear. Thank God Louis called everyone's attention again to get back to the purpose of the meeting. All eyes were diverted from her to Louis.

Harvey's message has been forgotten but Samantha saw the face of the woman across her. Donna's not in the mood anymore and as if she's almost in tears. You can see pain.

"Excuse me I just need to use the ladies' room" Donna stood up and left the conference room hurriedly.

After a second, Harvey followed suit. He's in a hurry as well, forgetting to close the door behind him.

"Donna!" He called her down the hallway.

"It's not what you think" he continued.

"Yes I get it Harvey. You dont have to explain to me that you guys are not together. Not really, and WE are definitely not really. None of us is really." Donna said. She sounded so jealous, Samantha thought. Everyone at the conference room overheard the conversation.

Donna hurriedly went straight for the elevators and Harvey followed.

She went straight to the file room, a floor beneath, Harvey tailing behind her.

"What took you so long to send that freaking text?!" Donna complained once the door closed behind Harvey.

"I thought I sent it earlier!"

"Ugh you and technology!"

"Will you stop complaining already and start undressing" he said in between kissing her lips and her neck.

She did what he ordered and everything else just followed. The movements and their rhythym in sync.

They went back up after half an hour. Or is it half an hour? They really couldnt tell anymore.

"Can we stop acting and just tell them already that we're together?!" Harvey asked, while they're on the elevator, but Donna just glared at him.

"Then they'll just know that we're sneaking out for sex!"

"Fine! Cant believe you had to use fake tears for sex!" He chuckled at his quip.

They're already out the elevator back on the 50th floor.

"Keep your hands to yourself Specter" she whispered.

"Sure thing, Paulsen. But dont come begging tonight" He winked at her and head towards his office, leaving her astounded by the elevator foyer.

Sweet Jesus! But he knows how to make her weak!
