Chapter 8: A Party for Spike Part 1
Spike was fidgeting his fingers as he was very anxious. He knew how protective Celestia was when it came to him.
"Relax Spike. I'm sure Rarity's fine. We know Celestia. She wouldn't harm your girlfriend." AJ said with a smile.
Spike turned to AJ and blushed a little when she mentioned Rarity. "I know AppleJack, it's just when it comes to me. Princess Celestia can turn into quite the tiger mom. I remember when Prince Blueblood tore up my rare Power Ponies comic. I ran to Celestia in tears and told her what happened. She slowly walked to Prince Bluebood's room and the next thing I heard was a lot of girlish screaming. Prince Blueblood said he was beaten up by intruders, but I know it was really Celestia."
Rainbow Dash laughs at what Spike told them. "So that explains why I heard a faint scream, I was able to hear it in the clouds!"
Fluttershy gasps in shock as she couldn't believe Celestia would go that far.
"That noble jerk got what he deserved for making you cry." Pinkie Pie said.
Apple Jack just blinks. "Besides that Spike...Celestia known us for a very long time. I'm sure she'll give Rarity a lecture for what she did to ya. It's not like Celestia's going to take her Element of Generosity!"
And on cue, the doors open and Rarity walks out, with a calm face.
Spike immediately runs to Rarity and hugs her.
"Well...Your not burned to death and your bones aren't broken...So Celestia must've gave you a lecture!" Spike assumed. He puts her down. The rest of the gang walks to her.
"What happened Rarity?! Did Celestia kill you and turn you into a ghost?!" Pinkie Pie asked.
"Pinkie Pie...Spike just hugged me, I don't think you can hug a ghost." Rarity said.
"Considering what we gone through our whole lives, that might be possible." RD said.
"So Rarity, what did Celestia do to you?" Fluttershy asked.
Rarity chuckles a little bit. "Oh nothing much, just a lecture, a threat, and maybe...CelestiatakingawaymyElementofGenerosity."
Everyone in the room blinks.
"Rarity...Ya might want to repeat that." AJ said with concern.
"You know...CelestiatookmyElementofGenerosity." Rarity said again.
"Rarity..." Spike said.
Rarity sighed. "All right...Celestia didn't like that I dissed your family and took your feelings for granted...So she took away my Element of Generosity and told me until I show true generosity, she'll keep it." She said with shame in her voice.
"WHAT?!" Everyone minus Rarity yelled out.
"I CAN'T BELIEVE CELESTIA WOULD DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT! DOESN'T SHE KNOW HOW MANY TIMES WE RISKED OUR ASSES TO SAVE EQUESTRIA!?" Rainbow Dash said enraged.
"Rainbow Dash, you don't under-" "NO RARITY! THE ONE WHO DOESN'T UNDERSTAND IS PRINCESS CELESTIA! WITHOUT ALL THE ELEMENTS OF HARMONY, HOW THE HELL ARE WE SUPPOSED TO SAVE EQUESTRIA FROM MANY THREATS! SURE RARITY FUCKED UP BIG TIME!-"
"Hey!"
"BUT THAT DOESN'T GIVE HER THE RIGHT TO TAKE HER ELEMENT FROM HER!" RD ranted.
"Actually Rainbow Dash, she can cause she's the princess." Spike explained.
"And she rules all over Canterlot. So what she says is law." Fluttershy added.
"Oh yeah! I would like her to come here and say that to my face!"
"Is that right Rainbow Dash?"
"Yes, I would like you too..."
She turned around to find Princess Celestia with her hands crossed. And she glared at her.
Rainbow Dash smiled nervously. "Princess Celestia! I didn't see you there...Please tell me you didn't here all of that?"
"Oh I heard it alright. And I want to make this clear to all of you. Just because I don't get involve in any of the action you guys take, doesn't mean I'm the damsel in distress all the time. I think you all forget that I'm powerful enough to destroy Canterlot with the base of my finger. And my decision to take away Rarity's Element of Generosity stands." Celestia said with authority.
"But Princess Celestia, don't you think your being too harsh with Rarity. I know she hurt my feelings and more, but she wasn't aware of what she did." Spike argued. Rarity smiled knowing Spike still had her back despite all she done to him.
"That's why she has to live with the consequences Spike." Everyone turns to Twilight who was rolling a wagon with a large...cake? Many confused looks were there except for Celestia.
Spike was the first to ask. "Umm Twi? Why are you dragging a cake?"
Twilight brought it to the middle of the room and took many breathes. "This...Is my punishment...For not telling Celestia what happened a month ago."
Everyone turn to Celestia with a smirk on her face. "Twilight's punishment was for her to bring me the most expensive cake." "Oh that's it?" Spike asked. "No, I also made sure to ban her from reading books for an entire month."
Once again, everyone was confused. "But how will you know if she's reading a book or not?"
Celestia used her magic to make a book appear. She gives it to Twilight. Just as she was about to open the page, the book caught on fire and turned to ashes. Everyone was silent about what happened. "I placed a spell on Twilight. If she opens a book, the book burns."
Twilight crouched down as anime tears ran from her face. "This...Is the worst punishment ever..."
Everyone in the room sweat drops. "I know Twi is a book person, but that's too much." Spike said. Everyone nods in agreement. Twilight regained her posture and coughed. "Sorry about that. Good to see you Spike." She smiled. But lost it when she turned to Rarity. "Because of you, not only did you break my brother's heart, insult his family, but you had the NERVE to take away my pleasure of reading books for an entire month!" She ranted.
"Twilight...I'm very sorry for what I did. But I made up with Spike and everyone forgave me..."
"Ahem."
She turns to Celestia.
"Okay...ALMOST everyone."
"Actually Rarity, I haven't completely forgiven you even though we had sex." Spike added.
Twilight did a double take. "Wait...You mean you had SEX?! With RARITY?!" She glared at Spike and the dragon was sweating bullets.
"Of course not!"
"Phew..."
"I had sex with Smolder and Ember first."
Twilight comedically fell down.
She walks up to Spike. "SPIKE THE DRAGON!" 'Oh no...' "I CAN UNDERSTAND YOUR NOT A LITTLE KID ANYMORE AND YOU NEED TIME TO...PLEASURE YOURSELF...BUT YOU HAD ZERO EXPERIENCE WITH SEX BEFORE! BESIDES, THERE'S A CHANCE THAT YOU COULD'VE GOTTEN PREGNANT!"
Spike widens his eyes at this information. "Oh dear Celestia...I didn't even think of that."
"Don't worry about that Spike."
They all turn to Smolder and Ember entering the room.
"Where have you guys been?" Asked a worried Spike.
"Oh, we decided to blow off some steam by destroying some things in the Enchanted Forest." Ember explained.
"Anyway, before we had sex Spike, we took an anti-pregnancy pill, that way, there was no chance that you impregnated us...Although having your children wouldn't be so bad."
Smolder said while blushing.
"But if my Dad found out I was pregnant, he would hunt you down and burn you alive." Ember said.
"Same thing with my Mom, except she would tear your wings off." Smolder said.
Spike took a breath of relief. "Bullet dodged."
"So Spike, explain to us why you forgave Rarity?" She asked as she glared at Rarity.
"Look guys. What happened was in the past. Words were said, feelings were hurt, things took a nasty turn, now its in the past. I choose to overlook what Rarity has done, but I haven't completely forgiven her. I just want the animosity between us to end." Spike explained.
Smolder understood immediately, she knew what holding a grudge would do to a person, Garble held a grudge and it ended badly for him. Ember on the other hand didn't agree with that. She turns to Rarity as she walks to her.
"Let's get on thing straight. Spike may not hold a grudge against you, but I do. You insulted my father and me. Most importantly, you made Spike cry. That dragon has done a lot for me and I hate it if people think less of him. So watch yourself Rarity, because if you hurt him again, I'll burn you to death." She jabs her chest to emphasize the point. Rarity sweats in fear.
"I also agree with Ember." Everyone turns to Twilight. "You always treat Spike like a servant, barely notice what he does, and when he finally admits his love to you, you don't give a damn about it! You even messed up his growth!"
She turns to Spike. "I'm sorry Spike! The girls may forgive Rarity, but I won't!"
Rarity was hurt that Twilight hasn't forgiven, but looking back at her actions, she knew she deserved.
"Ahem."
They all turn to Celestia.
"I think we need to move on to important matters regarding Spike..." She had a large smile. "YOUR GOING TO BE A DRAGON LORD! SPIKE! WHICH MAKES YOU A KING AMONG THE DRAGONS!"
Everyone then had grins and smiles on their faces.
Spike blushed as he scratched his head in embarrassment. "Oh yeah! I completely forgot about that." He admitted. But he also felt sad. "Guys...You realize that I have to leave Canterlot right?"
And all joy turned into sadness.
"Right..." RD said. Feeling deflated.
"Ya'll going to leave..." AJ said in sadness.
"NOOOOO! WE JUST GOT YOU BACK!" She screamed.
"That's right...You'll have to leave us..." Fluttershy said, almost shedding a tear.
"It's your responsibility as Dragon Lord." Twilight said. Even though she was sad that her brother was leaving.
Rarity remained silent.
"Celestia are you okay?" Spike asked.
"Of course Spike! Why do you ask?"
"Your...Crying."
It was true, Celestia was crying.
"No I'm not...Someone's cutting onions...Oh who am I kidding...I DON'T WANT YOU TO LEAVE!" Celestia cried. Hugging Spike, her boobs still touched Spike.
"Oh man your right...I DON'T WANT TO LEAVE YOU GUYS!" Spike somehow cried a fountain of tears. Celestia did the same.
"Spike I'm sorry...But being a Dragon Lord means you have to move in to the Dragon Mountains." Ember said.
Spike sniffled. "I wish there was a way to spend time with you guys before I move."
And then, there was a lightbulb over Pinkie Pie's head.
"A PARTY!"
"What?"
"I SAID A PARTY FOR SPIKE! SINCE SPIKE WANT TO SPEND SOME TIME WITH US BEFORE HE LEAVES, WE'LL CELEBRATE ONE OF THE MOST BIGGEST PARTIES EVER! IT'LL BE SO GREAT AND FUN! EVERYONE WILL LOVE IT! THAT WAY SPIKE WILL NOT ONLY ENJOY THE PARTY, BUT WILL CHERISH THE MEMORIES WE HAD!"
Celestia stopped hugging Spike and walked to Pinkie Pie with a serious expression.
"Pinkie Pie...That has got to be...ONE OF THE MOST BRILLIANT THINGS I EVER HEARD FROM YOU!" Celestia said with excitement.
"We'll throw a party in Spike's honor and it will be a proper way to say goodbye to him! HAHA! I LIKE IT! AND I'LL GIVE YOU SOME FUNDS TO THROW THIS PARTY!"
Everyone in the room smiled. This was going to be one hell of a party.
