Chapter 10: Truth Of Gaea Everfree
THIRD DAY…
AT CAMP EVERFREE…
The scene opens around where the other members of the RainBooms were working on the new dock. AJ was hammering, Rainbow carried plank boards, Fluttershy tied rope knots along with Pinkie Pie, & Rarity sat in a bench chair to seemingly be…sewing something? Pinkamena & Goldie were helping Ben sawing more lumber boards while Nyx help count the numbers while Phobos slept, etc. Rainbow Dash was seen trying to be careful as to not trigger herself running so fast like before, taking it careful step by step.
"Phew!" Rainbow Dash signed in seeing that she was in control, she didn't run out of control; but then her focus was on something else…or someone we should say. "Uh, you gonna give us a hand here, Rarity?" She asked in seeing the girl was not doing any type of manual labor for the new dock.
"Oh, I'd love to, but I really need to get the stitching on this poncho done if it's going to make it into the camp fashion show." Rarity expressed her thoughts of what she wished she could do, but is too busy for the fashion show that will happen soon. "Though at the pace you two are moving, I don't know that the runway will ever be finished." Sher remotely stated on the paste Rainbow Dash & Applejack are doing, seems slower then giving it their best shot.
"The dock is our gift to the camp, & it's gonna get finished." Applejack sternly reminded her friend about what the dock is meant to be, a gift for the camp which will be done. "Dat is, if Rainbow Dash would hurry up & bring me more wood." Then she got a bit more skeptical about the daring girl not picking up the speed to bring more wood to help her out.
"Oh, I can't go any faster! I don't want to end up in the woods again." Rainbow Dash protest in stating what she's trying to do, & not get lost in the woods without quickly returning back here.
"Or end up outside in the state of Florida?" Pinkamena pointed off another event that could happen.
"I heard the weather there is pretty rough." Goldie stated in knowing how Florida's weather can be…unpredictable at times.
"Right, I hate to foreseen Rainbow Dash in the extra windy storms that could blow her away." Nyx stated in hating to foreseen that unknown yet to happen future.
"Yeah, so would I." Rainbow Dash exclaimed in also agreeing on that too.
"Don't be silly. She ain't gonna get lost in them woods or end up in another state." Applejack remotely told her friend that going faster won't mean Rainbow ends up who knows where.
"Really?" Rainbow Dash sarcastically responded as she drop the wood to give a skeptical expression showing how slow Applejack was in making 'lighter' taps of her hammer due to fearing of her own super strength.
"Hugh… I know I said we should try to forget all about this new magic business, but I can't." Applejack signed to rub the sweat off her forehead to admit that she can't get the idea about the new magic out of her head. "What if I hammer the board into splinters?" She held her made hammer in fearing if she is not careful, she'll hammer so hard, the board will break apart like she drop a heavy wrecking ball on it.
Rarity, Fluttershy, & Rainbow Dash nod their heads in agreement in not forgetting about the new magic & how some of them can do stuff they yet to understand without being cautious.
"Man, I can tell, we're really up a creek without a paddle with these new magic abilities?" Even Ben was concern cause from his reaction to a situation, brought forth an energy boost too much that he wasn't ready for.
"Aw, shoot! I'm all out of nails." Applejack stood up in cursing that she's out of nails & can't bang them into the new wood to stay in.
"Oh, here you go!" Pinkie Pie stood up to hold out the nails AJ needed; but she was getting ready to…toss it to the gang.
"PINKIE, NOOOO!" Rarity, Fluttershy, Applejack & Rainbow Dash screamed in what the pink girl did as the nails were toss in the air.
"WAaaughh!" Applejack duck down to brace for the impact.
"NUUuaughhh!" Rarity accidentally form a triple diamond shield around herself to stop the toss nails, but accidentally knock a yelping Rainbow Dash & Fluttershy on the ground.
"HIT THE DIRT!" Goldie yelled out as he pushed his sister down to take cover.
"Nyx, watch out!" Ben also rushed over to grab Nyx by her hand to pull her away.
"Waaugh!/GRruagh!" Nyx yelped while Phobos squeals from when the girl squeezed him hard from Ben pulling them without warning.
When AJ opened her eyes to see the nails on the ground did NOT explode, she signed with relief before looking back at Pinkie Pie.
"What?" Pinkie Pie shrug off in what was the matter with everyone. "Ohhh, did you think the nails would explode like the sprinkles? Wow! Glad that didn't happen, huh?" Then she smiled in getting why everyone freaked out, which she randomly didn't recall, but was glad it didn't occur like that…talk about ironic, hugh?
"Yeah, very glad?" Goldie rolled his eyes in slowly getting up.
"Come on bro., it wasn't that bad?" Pinkamena smiled a bit to try to lighten how she didn't feel worried about it.
"Ugh? Sorry, girls. I didn't mean to." Rarity apologized to Rainbow Dash & Fluttershy to help them up due to what she did in knocking them down earlier. "I don't know how to control this." She explained that summoning a diamond shield, & making more to it, was all new for her.
"It's okay Rarity, I get it." Rainbow Dash smiled to nod in understanding Rarity meant no harm.
"Oh yes, me too, none of us do know how to control them." Fluttershy sign with relief in also understanding they don't understand how to handle things either of their new magic.
"Which is why we shouldn't pretend this isn't happening." Sunset was seen to appear whit a smile to exclaim what they shouldn't do about pretending this isn't happening here.
"Wait, what are you saying Sunset…" Ben was a bit surprised, does this girl mean what he thinks she means.
"Could it be, Sunset, you…?" Nyx was about to say in realizing that by Sunset's tone, did she also…discover her own magic?
"Do you have them now, too?" Rainbow Dash pointed to the girl in wondering…did Sunset discover what her new magical ability is now like the rest.
"It started last night. When I touch people, it's like I can feel what they're feeling & see their memories." Sunset smiled to express just what she does that she can see & understand a person of how they feel & of their memories.
"Oooh, fancy! Try me, try me!" Pinkie Pie approached in liking the sounds of that & was all excited to have Sunset try that on her.
Then without warning, Pinkie Pie grab Sunset's hand to place on her forehead, which the girl's eyes flash off in what she was seeing inside the pink girl's mind. The same sun-set swirling vortex appeared before something appeared revealing…ugh…?

INSIDE PINKIE'S MIND…
"La-la-la-la. Ooh, taffy!" Pinkie Pie sang a song as she was seen trailing down a path in a magical place of candy stripe hills & mountains. There were candy sweet creatures of all types with floating candy gold-fish, a balloon with one eye held by a glove hand with thin legs with sneakers, & a giant star with long arms, wore boots, sunglasses & carried a stereo box with tunes, oh, & a white unicorn leaving a rainbow trail. "Ohh, taffy!" Then Pinkie Pie saw taffy to reach for it & ate it off a candy creature who didn't mind at all.

OUTSIDE THE MIND OF PINKIE PIE
AND BACK IN THE REAL WORLD
We soon see that Sunset removed her hand from Pinkie Pie's forehead as the latter smiled with excitement to hear about what the girl saw, Sunset had…a weird blank out expression.
"That…actually explains so much." Sunset simply spoke these words without going into any further detail.
"Yep." Pinkie Pie replied off happily to say before dashing off to be back where she was; Sunset crack a smile in seeing her friend is as funny as she was random.
"Hugh, wonder if you can read my mind?" Pinkamena pondered to think about this.
"Ugh, probably not sis., the results might just be the same…somewhat?" Goldie felt slightly best to think, that hers & Pinkie Pie's are about the same…probably.
"So in a way, all of us that were directly involved with magic, got new magic as well?" Ben stated in what he's understanding to know that all of them involve with magic, acquired new magic on top of it.
"And nobody's Pony-Up either, but is that a good thing or a bad thing?" Nyx ponder to think in how to access all of that.
"Guys, we can't just brush these powers aside because it doesn't seem like the ideal time to get them." Sunset smiled to expressed the idea of the matter of them not pushing the new magic powers aside from obtaining them at the time they are wanting to enjoy a peaceful camp trip. "Listen. What if it turns out that they could actually make things better?" Sunset smiled to express the idea that if they use these new magic powers right, things can be better then before. That's when the song 'Embrace The Magic' began to play out at this time…
Sunset: So you have magic
And it's not that great
But when it found you
You know it was fate
Sunset began to sing in knowing about what's bugging her friends in getting magic on a whim. But as she approach the gang, she explained that the magic they acquired was not by accident, but…faith.
Sunset: And it might seem scary now
But it can be wonderful, too
So how about we embrace the magic
And make the magic part of you?
As the gang was hearing this, they began to smile, as if feeling like what Sunset said was true; make the magic apart of them. Soon the scene changes to show the girls helping their fellow class mates construct the new dock.
Sunset: You take a little dash of magic
And you let it ignite
Mix things up a little bit
And it might start to go right
We see Pinkie Pie shake her sprinkles a bit to toss a little small bits, which exploded on certain spots on the wood boards. That created holes in them, as she smiled to hold them up for Rainbow Dash to see.
Sunset: In just five seconds flat
How the story has changed
All 'cause now you've embraced the magic
And it just got better in every way
Soon Rainbow Dash zipped off in a rainbow blur in going super speed around the boards while Pinkie Pie spread some paint color in the spinning blur. Once Rainbow Dash was done, they made a nice bench which was painted nicely by Pinkie Pie as they high-five each other. Sunset was explaining how if they embrace their magic, it can make things even better for them.
Sunset: I say embrace the magic
No more holding back, just let it out
If you can take the magic
And learn a little more what it can do
Once the magic is part of you
As Sunset walk on the dock, a magical dust surrounded her as she sang, & from gripping the dust, let it go with the flow. Sunset approach the edge of the dock to sing this message out of knowing that the more one learns of themselves, they learn the little magic they got is apart of who they are.
Sunset: What's standing in your way
That you can't move today?
You've got the strength in you
To make your dreams come true
The next scene shows Flash pulling the rope to help Vahleddan push up a wooden pole for the dock, just as Bulk Biceps came to help push it to stand up straight. The two guys sign from exhaustion while Bulk Biceps flex his muscle arm in being strong to handle that. But Applejack came over eating an apple, & carried the same heavy pole in one arm over her shoulder. Then she place the heavy pole in the ground, shocking the guys & Lyra Heartstring in seeing one person carried that without breaking a sweat or hurting themselves for that matter.

From the magic that can help
Protect from any harm that might come
Rarity was working before noticing that Derpy was losing her balance on a sail boat. Acting quickly, Rarity made a diamond shield that skid across the lake to save Derpy from getting wet. Derpy gave a thumbs up in showing she's alright to those in the boat checking her.

Fluttershy sat on a log with a patch of flowers on a vine, Sunset came to help cheer her up about knowing her magic is just understanding animals. But listening closely & when a red bird landed near the yellow girl, Fluttershy smiled to her tweeking friend, as the bird took her work up. And the bird made the decorative flower rope around the sign board above the new dock to give it a special look.

Then Sunset expressed her motion of what one just gotta do as she helped Fluttershy up to follow her onto the dock.

Soon Sunset pass Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Rarity & lastly Pinkie Pie as they all smiled to follow their friend in hearing her say this. Soon the RainBooms had a hand behind the other's back as they were walking down the newly made dock of Camp Everfree. When they reach the end, & turn around…a magical dust blew around them when Sunset expressed her thoughts that once you take the new magic, one can make it apart of who they are. As the song ended, the RainBooms were seemingly presenting the completed new dock for all of the other students of CHS as their gift for Camp Everfree.
"Okay, that was pretty awesome!" Rainbow Dash smiled off to admit, that song & explanation, was very awesome to follow through in using their magic to help make things better.
"And look what you managed to accomplish!" Sunset held her hands out for the gang to see what they did when they put their minds & magic to work.
The scene of the new Camp Everfree Dock was fully finished, ready, & very well made to stay for future campers. Everyone of their class mates were in 'awe' over this, it's the dock they strive hard to make, & now…it's done.
"Wow, it's hard to believe everyone did this with their new magic?" Nyx stated in seeing how well everyone's physical magic abilities speed up the work load.
"I guess there's a time & place for everything, in where your talent helps…even new magic I guess?" Ben shrug off to say this, maybe he & Nyx can help in areas with his energy boosting abilities & her future sight thing.
"Oh Please, please, please can we do a run-through for the fashion show on it right this minute?" Rarity was so excited that she was begging Sunset if they can do a run-through in preparing for her fashion show event for the camp.
"Thought ye weren't finished with de stitching on yer poncho." Applejack made a sly smiling comment about the fashionista girl haven't not finished something she was working on from the start; but to the cow girl's surprise, Rarity just did a final sewing work on one last spot.
"I am now." Rarity expressed herself in sounding please that…she is now done on her part.
"Get started without me. I've gotta go find Twilight." Sunset smiled to happily expressed the moment that they have experienced, Twilight has gotta learn of it. "Seeing what we've been able to do here might make her embrace the new magic, too! Uh, not that she has any." But when she was saying this, she yelped to sheepishly correct that last part about if Twilight has any magic before running off.
"Really, she's the only one?" Goldie raised an eyebrow in what he's hearing.
"Yep, weird right?" Sunset slight shrug off to say while trying to not reveal the truth.
"You know, the way you so randomly pointed it out, it's hard to follow if you forgot who has magic or not or if some weird effect is in process of who came in strong direct contact with magic?" Pinkamena randomly stated this much off that pretty much, everyone was lost in what she was trying to make a point of.
"Um, yeah…lets go with that? Well, see yah." Sunset sheepishly smiled to just stick with that without going into detail: as the girl just happily walks off…
While we see Sunset happily walking on the camp grounds, after what she & the gang did, when Twilight learns of this….it may help the girl see things by a new perspective.
"I just wish you didn't tell them that ridiculous story!" Suddenly, Sunset was near the camp counselor's cabin, she yelped to stop in overhearing the muffle angry voice of…Gloriosa Daisy?
"Ah, this is all too much for you! You have to let it go!" Timber Spruce's voice was heard as Sunset creeped up near the door to listen in on what was going on between the siblings.
"I knew it! He wants her to get rid of the camp!" Sunset made a stern & firm expression to speak to herself in having caught proof; Timber Spruce is trying to get his sister to forget about the camp because he doesn't like it.
Suddenly Gloriosa Daisy opened the door while angry, accidentally smacking a surprise Sunset with her face to the glass window without noticing. Timber Spruce was the last to leave while also looking upset. The door slowly creaks away to give the girl a chance to leap away to watch the two.
"Ugh!" But Sunset didn't pay attention to accidentally bump into Flash at this time.
"Sunset Shimmer? What were you doing behind that door?" Flash asked off puzzled in not having to un-expectively bump into the girl in such a place.
"What? Um, nothing! I, um, lost an earring." Sunset yelped to sheepishly try to use an excuse to cover up her reason of being here. "Uh, there it is!" She pointed to the ground in seeing what she lost to grab it in her hand; which was nothing but a rock while it was used as an excuse much to her bizarre expression in having to say a rock was her lost earring.
"Hey, listen. I'm glad I ran into you." Flash spoke off to say this with a smile as Sunset pocket the rock she picked up. "I wanna say, that I really wanted to thank you." The guy exclaimed to say this which caught Sunset's attention.
"Thank me? For what?" Sunset asked in puzzlement to ponder what could Flash wanna thank her for.
"For the tough love. Telling me I should get over Twilight & Ben since they return to Equestria. I needed to hear that." Flash smiled to express his thanks to the girl while Sunset's mind seem focus on looking around; most likely keeping an 'eye' out for someone that escaped her watch.
"Oh…Sure, no problem." Sunset replied off in not being bothered about that, she was glad to help while she continued to look around the area as they chat.
"Um? Is something wrong?" Flash raised an eyebrow in wondering if something was wrong since Sunset seem…distracted.
"What? No. Why would you say that?" Sunset yelped a bit to sheepishly say there's nothing wrong while she was focus on looking to find someone.
"Come on, Sunset. We used to date in the past & got back together again. I know when something's bothering you." Flash expressed a dry firm face because of knowing that look in Sunset's eyes meant something was bothering the girl.
"Hugh…Okay, here's the deal." Sunset signs in giving in to tell the guy on what's on her mind. "My friend really likes someone, but I don't think that someone is who she thinks they are. I don't wanna upset my friend by telling her what I think, because I also want to protect her, because if what I think is happening is really happening, then she deserves to know. You know?" She became concern, firm, cautious, & tough in explaining all of this in what she thinks she outta do in telling Twilight about Timber Spruce & what she has found out.
"Um…Nnnno." Flash rubbed the back of his head from not having the slightest idea of what the girl was trying to explain with all that stuff. "But what I do know is that your friend is lucky to have someone like you to look out for them." He smiled in stating the honest fact he can say that what Sunset's doing to look out for a friend, is truly a lucky friend to have her.
"Really?" Sunset smiled in surprise to hear someone say that about her.
"Yeah. You know, you've changed a lot since we went out before last year's Fall Formal. You're so much... nicer now. And, I'm glad for it." Flash expressed this with a smile as Sunset rub her right foot in the ground in feeling that these words felt…nice to hear about how she's become a better person.
"Thanks. I'm glad you noticed." Sunset brush her hair a bit to smile in how Flash noticed how she's a better person then she was in the past.
"Yep, after the Battle of the Bands, things have gotten better." Flash smiled a bit to comment about how things went from that event.
"Yeah, they sure have…" Sunset slightly blushed from recalling how things went back then.
"Uh, look, maybe you & me, I know we started over as... friends. Do you think we can rekindled what we each share a little…more." While Flash was asking this next question, Sunset's eyes caught site of Timber Spruce heading into the woods.
"Uh, uh, sounds great. I gotta go!" Sunset patted the guy's shoulder with a distracted look again before running off now.
"Cool, yeah! I want to rekindled later, too!" Flash smiled off to say this while yelling this out for the girl to hear, then…he signed. "Hah." He signed to pat his head in wondering if that went okay, before Derpy came over to pat the distracted teen's shoulder for ease much to his notice.

IN THE WOODS FAR FROM CAMP EVERFREE
We see Timber Spruce was moving around in the woods, carefully looking around as he went down a walk path. But while he was heading further out, Sunset was watching him carefully to follow & stop in the middle of where he was a moment ago. Then without warning, a large 'boom' noise was heard that rumbled the area much to the girls' surprise. When Sunset went over the next bushes, she spotted a cave entrance which was seemingly buried by a boulders path to block anyone from entering. But from within, came a red glowing light that caught Sunset's full attention.
"Ah, shoot!" Sunset cursed in seeing what was going on. "Timber…He's definitely up to something!" The girl took out her iphone to type into it from guessing what Timber Spruce may have been up to here.
But at Camp Everfree by the Girl's Tent spot, we zoon in the sapphire tent. Where Twilight was reading a book while Spike was seen sleeping on the bed. Just then the girl's phone was playing Bach's Toccata & Fugue in D minor while vibrating before the girl picked it up.
"It's Sunset. She says to meet her by the rock quarry." Twilight read out the message that Sunset sent to her on where to meet up.
"I thought we weren't supposed to hike out that far." Spike stated in puzzlement in recalling they are not suppose to go near that area of the camp.
"She says it's important!" Twilight stated off to say while getting that worried look on her face; what did Sunset find that they need to see.
Twilight gets up in getting ready to go & meet up with Sunset. But while Twilight & Spike ran, they didn't see that Nyx noticed them as she, Phobos & Ben. Suddenly, the girl's eyes flashed, as she saw vivid images of something, before coming out of it, as Ben & Phobos noticed when they were done telling others about Rarity's fashion show about to start…
"Something wrong Nyx?" Ben asked in noticing the little girl seem distracted.
"I don't know, but…I just say Twilight, Spike & Sunset by the Rock Quarry?" Nyx stated in what her new magic revealed to her, something strange of where the others are off to.
"Really, wow…who have guess they were regular rule breaking mavericks underneath?" Phobos raised an eyebrow in never expecting those three; excluding Sunset, to cause trouble.
"That's not it Phobos! They had looks of concerns & worries?" Nyx pointed off in making this serious statement.
"Okay, okay….sorry I said anything?" Phobos spoke in trying to not get on Nyx's bad side.
"Hmm…for now, lewts follow them." Ben hums a bit in deciding they best go after them.
Soon Ben lead with Nyx & Phobos to follow where Twilight & Spike ran off towards the area to meet with Sunset.

BACK IN THE WOODS NEAR THE ROCK QUARRY
The scene pens back up to where Twilight & Spike were seen running through the woods. While they ran, a bright magenta-like glow was seen over in the distance.
"What is that? GYYughh….AAaaugh!?" Just as Twilight was questioning the light, she shrieks from walking face first into a spider's web; until her voice was covered by a hand.
"Shhh!" Sunset held a finger to her mouth to 'shh' Twilight to not be so loud.
After that was done, Sunset pulled Twilight with Spike following along, as they approached the hiding spot where the mysterious light escape from the rock quarry cave entrance.
"What's going on down there?" Twilight asked in wondering what was happening, what was up with that light they are seeing.
"I think it's Gaea Everfree. Or rather, someone who wants us to think she's back." Sunset made a firm expression to state the obvious clue while making a sly smile in knowing someone was making it appear, Gaea Everfree was real & has return much to anyone's puzzlement. "C'mon!" She signal Twilight to follow her as she went up to the place, as Twilight & Spike followed.
"Hey…" A male's voice was heard as he tap Twilight's shoulder, however…
"GYyaugh!/SMACK!" Twilight yelped in surprise before it her close eye defense, used a small notebook to whack the unknown attacker in the face.
"Ow!" Ben yelps to cover his face that got hit…HARD!
"Wait, it's us!" Nyx came from behind Ben to calm everyone it was her & Phobos.
"Nyx…Phobos…And Ben?" Twilight raised an eyebrow in seeing who was here.
"What are you guys doing here?" Sunset raised an eyebrow in asking this puzzling question.
"Well my new magic showed me a future of where you all came here, & when I saw Twilight leave her tent, we got worried." Nyx stated to say in knowing that she was worried in what she saw.
"And then apparently for breaking the rule anyhow, somebody threw the book at us, or more likely…at Ben." Phobos pointed off in seeing something done in courts, somebody threw the book at the rule breaking; AKA, Ben.
"Ugh, remind me to never commit a crime if you were to get a job as a judge Twilight, you can really throw those books hard?" Ben was slowly recovering while making a little comment of being better prepared if Twilight ever became a judge to throw books at criminals, they be prepared for hurtful impacts.
"Um, sorry about that?" Twilight sheepishly chuckled in having jump the gun there, first Sunset, now Ben, what is she; a catch her by behind to surprise her target.
"So what's happening?" Ben asked the main question of why the girls are here.
"Sunset thinks whoever is pulling the strings behind Gaea Everfree is inside." Spike pointed off to say this which surprised the others; someone was making the tale be real, why?
"Right, maybe with a little more help, we can corner the culprit, come on." Sunset pointed off to say in seeing they need to get going.
The group soon went up to the Rock Quarry to enter through a small one person entry spot. But when they entered, saw the cavern's structure with glimmering magenta mineral rocks, & from glittering white light was…in the center, a crystal spire.
"Whoa..." Sunset was astonished by what they have uncovered here.
"This place is beautiful." Twilight smiled in admitting this place holds beauty of what it contains; it's unlike anything she's seen.
"Yeah, it's almost like a crystal cavern?" Nyx commented on how the place was to her on field exploration guide books.
"There's Equestrian magic here." Sunset muttered this off as if becoming serious in what she sense within this place. "I can... I can feel it." She grip her hands to stand firm, surprising those to hear her state; there was real Equestrian Magic in this place.
"Wait! You can?" Ben asked in sounding surprise to hear this.
"Yeah, I don't smell anything weird around here?" Phobos asked this while mis-confusing the subject in how to detect something.
"Well, comes with having born, lived & understand magic in Equestria, to develop like a six-sense in knowing where it is. Especially for this world that didn't have Equestrian Magic." Sunset explained the case very clearly for those to follow that she can sense familiar magic, having been born & been a unicorn in Equestria, comes natural for her.
"Wait a second. I thought Timber was just faking there was a magical nature creature. Are you saying it's real?" Spike spoke out in being puzzled in having believed that Timber Spruce was only faking the whole magic stuff, but now…Sunset says it's all real now?
"Hugh, Timber? What does he have to do with any of this?" Twilight asked off in looking puzzled, why would Timber be involved with this stuff & real magic.
"Nothing." A female voice softly spoke that earn everyone's attention to turn to see…they are not alone. "It's all me." Then coming into the light with a sly smile, to anyone's shock showed it was none other then…Gloriosa Daisy!? Who put on another smile she tried to held on with a twitching right eye of looking like…her patience was about to erupt.
"Gloriosa?" Sunset responded with wide eye surprise in who was actually here then what she was expecting.
"Woah-boy, PLOT TWIST!" Phobos exclaimed off in seeing this was a shocker.
"Shh…" Spike hushed the guy, seeing the truth has left them all…confused.
"But... Timber. I was sure he was the one trying to make it seem like Gaea Everfree was back." Sunset stated off from the evidence she obtain show the clues pointed to Timber Spruce, at least that was her thought of who had a motive. "It was you who was trying to scare everyone away?" The girl asked in not believing the cheery & lively camp counselor who loved Camp Everfree, was behind it all…everyone was surprised to learn this.
"I would never try to scare anyone away from Camp Everfree." Gloriosa Daisy stated off with a dry mood about never wanting to do something like that.
"Um, what's wrong with your voice? You kinda sound like Fluttershy when she's...well, shy." Nyx raised an eyebrow to ask this question out of nowhere.
"I don't know what you're..." Gloriosa Daisy softly spoke at first, but pauses when she realizes her speech tone, then clears her throat, to return back to her cheery voice. "I mean, I don't know what you're talking about. Haha…" She nervously chuckles to not let that comment bother her.
"Okay, mind explaining what's going on?" Ben raised an eyebrow in not following what's happening of strange events & someone saying they aren't scaring anyone.
"In due time, now please follow me out, this place is after all…off-limits." Gloriosa Daisy kept her usual demeanor up to have everyone follow her.
"Wait a second." Sunset spoke up to protest here…
But as Gloriosa Daisy was passing by the them, Sunset reach out to grab her wrist. That's when her magical glowing white eyes flash up; the sun-set swirling vortex appeared before revealing to her…Gloriosa Daisy's memories & emotions….

GLOROISA'S MIND…
The scene opens in a cabin office spot, where a worried Gloriosa Daisy sat by her desk while standing in front of her was…none other then Filthy Rich himself.
"My, oh, my. You fell behind on your payments, Gloriosa. I own the land now." Filthy Rich made a smug & sly motion in claiming that because of a lack of payment, he owns this land of where the camp is setup.
"Please. My great grandparents founded this place. It's been in our family for generations! You have to let the camp stay!" Gloriosa Daisy pleaded with much concern & worry that she can't let this camp that has been founded by her family suddenly get taken away.
"Instead of turning it into a spa resort that will line my pockets with more money than this camp ever could?" Filthy Rich exclaimed off to pat his pockets in stating that if this camp gets turn into a spa, it'll make more money then some old campground ever could. "Guhuhuh…I don't think so." He remotely stated that his decision is final, the spa will replace the camp to provide more money.
"Please! I-I-I-I just need a little more time! I'll get the money to payback what is owe. Please!" Gloriosa Daisy held her hands in begging the guy for more time to get the money.
"Hugh…Fine. I'll give you 'til the end of the month. Hmph." Filthy Rich frown with a firm to fix his suit, then turn to leave while giving the gal…one month to pay him back.
Gloriosa Daisy cries in her office in feeling that she's in a tight jam, if she doesn't pay up…her family's camp will be no more.
The scene flashes to the next area of a familiar pond where Gloriosa Daisy was sitting & crying her tears out; all because she doesn't have the money to save the camp.
"What'll I do? How can I save this place?" Gloriosa Daisy asked this off before she cries again as her tears touch the pond water.
Suddenly, a magical blur zipped across the pond water, which the girl noticed.
"Huh?" Gloriosa Daisy replied off puzzled in seeing something strange.
Soon the magical blur of gem dust flew in the air, as Gloriosa Daisy got up to run after that strange thing in the sky. That's when something impacted near the ground, as it shook before the sight was revealed to be...the Rock Quarry area which emitted a light.
"Oof." Gloriosa Daisy appeared near the site, squeezed through the boulders to yelp in falling on the ground; & coughed a bit. "Hugh! Wow!" That's when she noticed it, clap her hands to respond in awe at what she saw.
A crystal spire was seen in the quarry cavern, & in the center of it, there were nine different colored geodes embedded in the crystal spire: Blue, Orange, White, Yellow, Pink, Violet, Red, Black & Dark Crimson.
"GAauagh!" Gloriosa Daisy gasped because when she touch them, they emitted a magical light that burst forth without warning. "Oof." She was knock back, but at that time, a magical plant came from the ground that gently caught her. That's when she noticed she had something in her left hand; 8 geodes that magically floated in the palm of her hand.
The next scene flashes to reveal the cabin of earlier of what was occurring next.
"You don't know what those things are!" Timber Spruce was heard & seen expressing concerns about what his sister was doing with the magic geodes' as Gloriosa Daisy had the 8 around her neck.
"But I know what they can do!" Gloriosa Daisy snapped off to say as she held a hand up, making the plants above move & grow to her magical will. "I've been practicing! I can control their power now!" She stated off in showing this as the vines picked up the laptop & coffee mug; but Timber seem a bit freaked out in what he's seen.
"You don't know that for sure! They could be really dangerous!" Timber Spruce made a firm, but worried point if his sister can truly control this power, or if it's the magic that's controlling her.
Gloriosa Daisy made a firm stern face to cross her arms, as her brother Timber sign to just turn away to leave. But Gloriosa Daisy got up, grab her brother's left arm to stop him from leaving.
"This is our camp, & it's being taken away!" Gloriosa Daisy protest in what was being taken from them, the camp founded by their family which has been cared for many generations. "If this has to be our last week here, I'm going to use whatever it takes to make it count!" She made a stern expression in gripping the geodes in proclaiming that whatever happens, if this is the last week for those to enjoy their camp, she'll make it worth their wild.
The scene opens around where Derpy was trying to blow wind in the sail of her & Sandalwood's boat; unaware of Gloriosa Daisy was hiding behind some trees. Seeing the children weren't getting anywhere, Gloriosa Daisy held her hidden geodes with a green aura glowing, held her hand out to do something. Vines came out from beneath the water, & force push the boat. Gloriosa Daisy smiled with success that the campers could have fun, but yelped when they crash into the dock others were working on.
Next scene shows Trixie & Micro Chip about to go fishing, but gasp in seeing that the river was all dried up. On the scene, Gloriosa Daisy looked at some fallen rocks that covered the river water. Touching her hidden geodes, emitted a green glow palm to focus on the target sight. That caused vines to pop out of the ground, which caused the boulders to be knock off from there while making a loud 'boom' sound. Just as the river water came flash flooding in, surprising Trixie & Micro Chip.
The next scene reveals in a boat housing cabin spot, that Gloriosa Daisy was getting another lecture from her brother.
"You were using magic all over the place! I had to tell them something to cover for you! What did you want me to do?!" Timber Spruce shrug off his arms in stating that he had to explain what the mysterious events happening all over were related to, & came up with the story about Gaea Everfree.
"I just wish you didn't tell them that ridiculous story!" Gloriosa Daisy snapped off loudly in wishing her brother never mentioned that phony story to their campers to believe the camp was haunted.
"Ah, this is all too much for you! You have to let it go!" Timber Spruce snapped while trying to be the voice of reason that the magic was becoming too much for his sister to handle.

BACK IN THE QUARY CAVERN
The sun-set vortex flash event was ending, as Sunset's flashing eyes return to normal when Gloriosa Daisy got her hand free; thus ending the memory flash of what the girl learned of the camp counselor here.
"So that's it? Timber wasn't talking about letting go of the camp. He was talking about you letting go of the magical geodes!" Sunset expressed a new understanding that Timber Spruce was talking about his sister to let go wasn't the camp, but the magic geodes the woman kept on her even now which are revealed. "All those things you were doing to make this week the best week ever. Every time you used magic to do them, you caused another problem somewhere else!" Sunset was explaining what was happening all over the camp as Gloriosa Daisy was being cornered near the crystal spire which had the only 4 geodes left in place. "Timber was... covering for you!" Sunset expressed a great shock as did Twilight show that all this time, Timber covered for his sister in what she did just to make camp the best for everyone.
"So their arguments, it was more along the lines of Timber worried about his sister using powers she didn't know?" Nyx asked in realizing what Timber was trying to do all along.
"Yes, everything has come full circle in what the truth is." Sunset nodded off to confirm that was the truth.
"But…How do you know what I was doing with the geodes? How do you know about the magic?" Gloriosa raised a suspicious eyebrow in how was it that Sunset just 'happen' to know about the geodes & about the existence of magic no one else should know about.
"I can see things. Feel things. Because I have magic, too." Sunset expressed to point out in what she could feel & see things from having magic as well. "And so does Twilight, Ben & Nyx. And so do our friends." She sternly explained that they have magic & that is how they know about the topic.
"Wait, Twilight…you actually HAVE magic & you didn't tell us?" Ben asked off surprised to suddenly realize Twilight acquired her new magic & never said a word.
"Can we talk about this later?" Twilight narrow her eyes to have Ben save that topic for next time.
"Ugh…" Ben was in a lost, he can see the time & place for that discussion, wasn't now.
"Gloriosa listen, Timber wasn't wrong. Maybe you should stop using magic." Twilight spoke up to approach with worried concerns in what Gloriosa was doing that Timber tried to warn her of what was happening. "Too much of it can be dangerous if you can't control it." She spoke from experience that those that desire more magic, but lack the will to control it, end up losing control altogether.
"Oh, I got this. And I'm going to use it to save my camp." Gloriosa Daisy made a sly smile in stating her 'I Got This' phrase while proclaiming she'll save her camp with the magic she has acquired. "I just need more power!" She expressed a crazy eye motion, as she was preparing to reach for more of the last two geodes.
"No!" Twilight & Sunset yelled out with great shock & worry of what the woman was about to do, but…too late.
Gloriosa Daisy reach the geodes & unleashed a green beam from her right palm, which created vines coming out of the ground which tied up the ones that wanted to stop her.
"Urrrgh…for a bunch of vines, they certainly are tight?" Ben struggled to get himself free with no success.
"Gloriosa, please…don't do this!" Nyx asked that the councilor not do this.
"Sorry, but I will do what I can to save the camp." Gloriosa Daisy stated to say in just doing what she must to protect the camp from being taken away. "I've used each geode, but the one I never tried, was this one? It's different from the others, perhaps it can give me greater power." She stated in studying the last geodes before realizing…she never tried the dark crimson geode, it seem different from the rest.
"Greater power…" Sunset raised an eyebrow before noticing, a darkness from one geode that was…different? "Hugh, no…that can't be!?" She gasped in what she saw, it couldn't be…
And soon Gloriosa Daisy obtain the 4 geodes to have them with her 5, which caused the necklace to magically…change to hold all 9. With all the geodes responded, but the dark crimson responded different to Gloriosa's will. Suddenly, a green leafy magic aura erupts from Gloriosa Daisy, as magic was enveloping her as vines reach down to her feet. Soon magic began to trail up making a leafy vine clothing. Wasn't long before the woman opened her eyes as her entire body was magically changed which her eyes flash an emerald color before…her transformation was done. She appeared was a dark pale reddish woman with dark greenish flowing hair with light blue-colored aura, wore a violet crimson mask, wooden headband-like with green jewels, a dress made of greenish leaf-like material plus purple leaf accessories, wooden gloves, green boots with vines with a flower above the ankle spot. It's as if she's now taken on the form of the made up legend of Gaea Everfree…, only in a more She-Demon type of appearance.
"Oh no! Not ANOTHER She-Demon enemy!?" Phobos protest out loud in seeing another magical enemy was before them just like the Friendship Games.
"Worse, I think that last geode, has a small mix fragment of a Dark Stone." Sunset stated in almost recognizing a dark power that existed in one of the stones.
"Wait, the same Dark Stone that corrupted Strikespell & Jason?" Ben asked in having heard this to recall what happen to those from the Friendship Games.
"No, that much power & darkness, there's no telling what she can do?" Twilight exclaimed with worry, realizing how much that power could do with someone not in control.
"Or to who!" Spike pointed off that there was also another matter to feel concern for.
"Sorry, girls & boy. I know what I need to do." Gloriosa Daisy issued off to say this with a strange corrupted tone in her voice. "But I feel like we're not on the same page. So..." She floated near the tied bunch to make this smirking remark while hovering away.
Twilight & Sunset struggle to get free, same with Spike, but try as they could, the vines were too tight while Gloriosa was seen leaving.
"Gloriosa!" Twilight & Sunset called out in seeing the woman leave, & tried to struggle to get free.
Once Gloriosa was out of the rock quarry, she aim her palms that made emerald magic as vines came up to move the last two boulders to…seal up the cave entrance.
"No!" Twilight & Sunset screamed out as they saw that the light outside was about to be blocked, & then…
Just like that, the boulders sealed the rock quarry completely while trapping those inside. With her work done, Gloriosa now under an alias as 'Gaea Everfree' hovers away while heading to her next target….Camp Everfree.
