"Not to worry miss Alexis. I'm sure your friends will be here soon. After all Nya went to fetch them." Pixal says as Alexis is waiting with her inside Borg tower.
"Yeah but doesn't keep me from wondering if they're getting on without me. I guess it's my over protectiveness kicking in." Alexis says as she looks at Pixal.
"Here they are now." Pixal says as she goes over to the group as they are walking in.
"Hey boys." Alexis says as she walks over to the group.
"So this is where you got off to." Zane says as Alexis nods.
"Yeah. Sorry. Thought I would meet you guys here." Alexis says sheepishly while Zane talks with Pixal.
"Hello miss Alexis. Our class missed you while you were gone." Gene says as he walks up to Alexis.
"I did too. Pretty much the only person who can keep your class's attention for more than five minutes." Jay says as Alexis looks at him before looking at the students.
"I missed everyone as well." Alexis says as she smiles.
"Mr. Borg would like to see the ninja on the 100th floor. If Alexis and the others would follow me for the rest of the tour." Pixal says as Alexis, Wu, Nya, and the students follow her.
"Mr. Borg believes technology is the key to making our dreams come true. Even now he is working on a device that will digitally scan the user into the game to take gaming to a whole new level." Pixal says as the group follow her into a room as the children get excited as they look around.
"They have a perfect match console!" Sally says excitedly as she and some of the other students go over to a device with hearts on it.
"What's perfect match?" Nya asks as she and Alexis walk over to the students.
"It's the latest craze. It finds your perfect partner flawless results. You and miss Alexis should try it." Sally says happily.
"I doubt a machine could know our perfect matches." Alexis says as Nya steps onto the platform.
"I just know you'll get Mr. Jay." Sally says before Cole appears on the screen making Nya back away.
"It's probably just faulty machinery kids. Watch I'll show you. I'll probably get jay or Kai." Alexis says as she steps onto the platform.
"Or Mr. Cole." Gene says as Alexis blushes slightly before Lloyd appears on the screen causing Alexis to give a shocked look.
"Promise you kids will not tell anyone." Nya says as the kids look at her and Alexis.
"But why not?" Brad asks.
"Look kids it is only a machine. Machines can and will get things wrong. Besides it's not worth obsessing about. So please just keep this between us. Okay?" Alexis asks.
"Alright we promise we won't say anything." Sally says.
"Thanks kids." Nya says as she, Alexis, and the students follow after the others.
*Timeskip*
"And this this is our factory area. This will be the end of your tour." Pixal says as the group enter a room full of machines before she and the machines turn on the others.
"Stay back and stay together!" Nya shouts as she and Alexis help Wu against the machines.
"There! There's a way out!" Brad shouts as the kids run onto another conveyor belt.
"No! Don't break formation! Why don't boys ever listen to me?" Nya asks as she, Wu, and Alexis go over to the kids and continue to protect them from the machines while running to get to safety before being saved by the boys as they then all make it outside.
*Timeskip*
"Get to the academy as fast as you can sis." Kai says as Nya and the students get on the bus.
"What about you guys?" Nya asks as she looks at the others.
"We must protect the people." Wu says before a droid attacks the bus causing the kids to scream.
"I'm on it!" Cole says.
"So am I!" Alexis shouts as she follows Cole in attacking the droid.
"I always said Mr. Cole was my favorite!" Gene shouts as the kids cheer.
"He and miss Alexis make the best team." Sally shouts as Nya drives off in the bus with the kids.
"That we do." Alexis says as she blushes slightly before smiling at Cole.
"Alright! So these techno blades can hack into their systems." Kai say as the group huddle around each other.
"So what do you say we do a little hack attack?" Jay asks.
"Zane, Kai you take to the skies. I want Cole and Jay on the ground. Alexis you will stay with me. We'll do what we can for the people." Wu says.
"Ooh! Anyone else feeling all tingly inside?" Cole asks excitedly.
"Ninja go!" the group shout in union as they go off to their assigned destinations.
*Timeskip*
"Stay in here. You'll be safer." Alexis says in wolf form as she and Wu help some people into the sewer tunnels.
"Alexis come on. Time move!" Wu says as he sees Kai trying to find a way to get to them before Wu manages to get to Kai as they get surrounded before Alexis then gets grabbed by one of the droids before the droids then stop moving as Alexis gets picked up.
"Ah! Put me down!" Alexis shouts as she squirms trying to get loose.
"Hey it's me. Don't worry I won't let anything happen to you." Lloyd says as Alexis looks up and sees she is being carried by Lloyd's golden dragon and sees Lloyd on it's back.
"Lloyd? Better late than never." Alexis says as Lloyd flies down to the ground as his dragon disappears before catching Alexis as she drops once his dragon disappears.
"Robots versus ninja? Dare I ask?" Lloyd asks.
"Lloyd thanks for the rescue but you can uh put me down now." Alexis says as Lloyd blushes.
"Oh uh right." Lloyd says before he puts Alexis down as she smiles while the others come running over.
"You are a sight for sore eyes." Kai says as the others hug Lloyd.
"So you couldn't help yourself? The golden ninja. We meet again." A voice says revealing to be the overlord on a screen.
"Overlord. I defeated you once I'll defeat you again." Lloyd says as he steps forward.
"Oh I don't want to fight. I just want your power!" The overlord says as droids begin to surround the group.
"No Lloyd. Your power is only making them stronger." Wu says as he stops Lloyd from fighting the droids.
"But how do we fight?" Lloyd asks annoyedly.
"We don't." Alexis says as Lloyd looks at her.
"Alexis is right. We need to get you and the techno blades out of the city." Kai says.
"I don't think he'll let us leave!" Cole says.
"I have an idea but I don't have much time to explain. Listen close." Wu says as he explains his plan to the others begin they begin to carry it out.
*Timeskip*
"We have to go back for him." Lloyd says as the group safely make it out of the city with Lloyd and the blades at the cost of Wu getting captured.
"I want to go back for Sensei as badly as you do and we will Lloyd. But now is not that time. Getting you and those blades to a safer place is our priority right now." Alexis says as she is riding on Lloyd's dragon with him.
"He wants these weapons and for some reason he also wants you. remember this was Sensei's plan. We can't break it." Cole says.
"Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow is yet to come. We need to worry about today." Zane says as Jay sighs.
"You said it Zane." Jay says.
"We will come back to New Ninjago City and when we do we'll be ready." Zane says.
"But for now we find someplace safe to hide. They'll be looking for us." Kai says.
