A/N: Sorry rosetrang628. Anyways. Thanks for the review and the suggestions. It's going to be really fun.

Eliza: Okay, this is something that no one but Chief Hiccup knows mainly because he and Stoick didn't tell anyone else. It's-

Sarah: Really sad and I hate it.

Eliza: It's emotional. Anyways. Let's see before Sarah decides to say something more to give it away.

They began to watch though Chief Hiccup hated it.

INT. GREAT HALL – DAY

ON HICCUP
[Being shoved into the dank, dimmed hall.]

[SLAM! The massive doors rattle and echo. Stoick pushes past him. He paces against a backdrop of shadowy tapestries and carved pillars – a legacy of heroes, all peering down in angered judgement.]

Marinette: That is extremely creepy.

Nino: You said it.

Danny: I fight ghosts along with Sam and Tucker. We've seen scarier.

They continued to watch.

Stoick:
I should have known. I should have seen the signs.

Alya: What signs? We didn't see anything to give it away other than his bad acting.

Hiccup: I'm a terrible liar. What do you expect?

Eliza: Back to the show.

They continued to watch once more.

Hiccup:
Dad.

Stoick:
We had a deal!

Sam: A one sided deal. I mean seriously. WHY CAN'T GROWN-UPS ACCEPT THEIR KIDS FOR WHO THEY ARE?!

Danny: Sam, chill. Not everyone's parents are like that.

A lot of people nodded still surprised by the outburst.

Sarah: Back to the show. I much rather get this done and over with when it comes to this part.

Chief Hiccup and Eliza nodded in agreement.

FH: Can't we just skip it?

Eliza: Nope. Back to the show.

They continued to watch.

[Stoick pauses to say something, but stops short. He snorts and resumes pacing, repeating the cycle.]

Hiccup (Flustered):
I know we did… but that was before… ughh, it's all so messed up.

Stoick:
So everything in the ring. A trick? A lie?

[He stomps toward Hiccup. Stops short and points, fighting back words.]

Hiccup:
I screwed up. I should have told you before now. Take this out on me, be mad at me, but please… just don't hurt Toothless.

Sarah: Aww. A bond between rider and dragon. There's nothing else like it.

The future dragons and people nodded.

Stoick:
The dragon? That's what you're worried about? Not the people you almost killed?!

Hiccup:
He was just protecting me! He's not dangerous.

Stoick:
They've killed HUNDREDS OF US!

Hiccup:
AND WE'VE KILLED THOUSANDS OF THEM! They defend themselves, that's all! They raid us because they have to! If they don't bring enough food back, they'll be eaten themselves. There's something else on their island dad… it's a dragon like-

[Stoick huffs.]

Stoick:
-Their island?

Hiccup: Oops. That was a stupid thing to say.

FH: Agreed.

FT: But it was awesome!

FS: I still don't see how this is any different from your other arguments.

FH: You'll see.

They continued to watch confused.

[He stomps back… pointing an accusing finger.]

Stoick:
So you've been to the nest.

Hiccup:
Did I say nest?

[Hiccup goes silent – he said too much.]

Stoick:
How did you find it?!

Hiccup:
No… I didn't. Toothless did. Only a dragon can find the island.

Astrid: And that was even more stupid.

Hiccup: It's going to be a long day, isn't it?

Future gang, Eliza, and Sarah: Yep!

Hiccup groaned and leaned against Toothless.

[Stoick glares. A moment passes, then an idea takes form on his face. His eyes flare. Hiccup watches, realizing. Stoick stomps toward the doorway.]

Hiccup:
Oh no. No, Dad. No.

[Hiccup chases after him, panicked.]

Hiccup:
Dad! It's not what you think! You don't know what you're up against! It's like nothing you've ever seen!

[He grabs Stoick by the arm, tugging with all his might. He has no effect whatsoever.]

Hiccup:
Dad, please! I promise you that you can't win this one!

[Nothing.]

Hiccup:
No! Dad, no! FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIFE, WOULD YOU PLEASE JUST LISTEN TO ME?!

[He throws Hiccup off of him, swatting him to the floor. Icy stillness. Hiccup stares back, stunned.]

Stoick:
You've thrown your lot in with them. You're not a Viking. You're not my son.

Everyone was gaping at what just happened. Hiccup had to hold the Dragon Warrior back from attacking Stoick.

FH: Relax. Everything works out in the end when it comes to Vikings and dragons.

FA: True since he and his father got along better. What did happen for that to be fixed?

Eliza: SPOILERS! You'll see.

They continued to watch.

[Stoick pushes through the door, leaving Hiccup alone, devastated.]

Stoick:
READY THE SHIPS!

EXT. GREAT HALL – CONTINUOUS

[Stoick staggers on the steps, breaking inside.]

Dragon Warrior (Mumble): At least he realized his mistake.

Everyone was confused why dragon warrior's face was covered and why she was so emotional about this.

EXT. DOCKS/ OPEN SEA – DAY

[Broken-down catapults and trebuchets are bundled up and lowered from the cliffs.]
[Below on the docks, Vikings load the heavy artillery into the hulls of awaiting ships. Children and the elderly gather to on the walkways to wave apprehensive farewells to the departing warriors.]
[Lastly, Toothless is loaded aboard Stoick's ship, chained down to a palette, muzzled, and restrained with a weighty neck ring. He looks exhausted, miserable.]
[Stoick crosses to the bow as the ship pushes off and joins the amassed armada of the ships adrift in the harbor.]
[Stoick's brow is furrowed, all warmth drained away. He turns west and glares at the horizon with cold determination.]

FH: At least they didn't remove the tail or everyone will be doomed.

They were confused except the future gang... sort of.

Stoick:
Set sail! We head for Helheim's Gate.

[He then notices Hiccup watching from his familiar cliff-side perch beyond the village. Their eyes meet, full of hurt and regret. Hiccup slowly shakes his head in warning.]
[Stoick breaks the stare and turns to Toothless, fuming.]

Stoick:
Lead us home, Devil.

Dragon Warrior: He isn't a devil. He's rare and amazing as well as very loyal. Hiccup and Toothless share a bond no one can break.

Snotlout: How do you know, crazy lady?

FR: Uh, because he freed Toothless from the control of the Alpha who he challenged to protect Hiccup.

They were mostly confused because they don't know the Alpha species and the dragons from the past were wondering how a dragon the size of Toothless can take on that large of a dragon.

ON HICCUP
[Watching. He's powerless to stop what is happening, but won't leave.]

DISSOLVE TO:

EXT. CLIFFS – LATER

ON HICCUP
[Still standing there. The ships have cleared the horizon. CRANE UP to reveal Astrid is standing behind him. She approaches cautiously and stands beside him in silence.]

Astrid:
It's a mess.

[Hiccup doesn't respond.]

Astrid:
You must feel horrible. You've lost everything. Your father, your tribe, your best friend.

Danny: What is with you people in the worst pep talks ever?!

FH: There's a point which she gets to even though she points out the worst first.

FA: Hey, that's just me.

They continued to watch to see what her point is.

Hiccup:
Thank you for summing that up. Why couldn't I have killed that dragon when I found him in the woods. It would have been better for everyone.

The alpha Toothless hit Hiccup in the head while the younger Toothless hit the younger Hiccup causing them to say "ow" in sync and the dragons chorused a series of protests.

AT: How would that be better for dragons or me?! I would be dead and the others would be still under the control of the Queen and you would be dead 10 times over as well as dragons still being used as killing training.

FH: Your ego gotten bigger since you became Alpha.

AT rolled his eyes as the show continued.

Astrid:
Yep. The rest of us would have done it. So why didn't you?

[Hiccup just shakes his head – he really doesn't know. Astrid's eyes glimmer. She wants something.]

Astrid:
Why didn't you?

Hiccup:
I don't know. I couldn't.

Astrid:
That's not an answer.

Sarah: Now you'll know the answer to the staring contests and also why he couldn't kill Toothless. Or any dragon for that matter.

FF: We never heard of this.

FA: Because there wasn't a need for it.

They continued to watch.

Hiccup (Becoming irate):
Why is this so important to you all of a sudden?

Astrid:
Because I want to remember what you say right now.

Hiccup (Angry, loud):
Oh for the love of – I was a coward! I was weak. I wouldn't kill a dragon.

Astrid:
You said 'wouldn't' that time.

Hiccup (Blows up):
Whatever! I wouldn't! Three hundred years and I'm the first Viking who wouldn't kill a dragon!

Astrid:
First to ride one, though.

Eret: Actually, that would be second of them both but I guess the "dragon thief" or "dragon warrior" hasn't reached that part.

FS: Because we aren't dragon hunters.

Eliza: Back to the show.

They continued to watch.

[Hiccup blinks. He never looked at it that way before.]

Astrid:
So…

Hiccup:
… I wouldn't kill him because he looked as frightened as I was. I looked at him and I saw myself.

Dragon Warrior: Quite similar to myself.

FH: Yep. Now let's continue.

Eliza: Agreed.

Sarah: Double. I really want to see the fight.

They were confused but continued to watch.

[Astrid turns to face the open sea.]

Astrid:
I bet he's really frightened now. What are you going to do about it?

[Beat.]

Hiccup:
Probably something stupid.

Astrid:
Good. But you've already done that.

[Another beat.]

Hiccup:
Then something crazy.

[Astrid smiles.]

Astrid:
That's more like it.

Stoick: Oh Thor. What are you going to do?

FH: Like I said. Something crazy.

Eret: Which is all the time like that idea about riding baby dragons.

FH: It worked, didn't it?

The others just blinked in confusion while the future ones knew what he was talking about. The show continued.

YES! Almost at the red death vs. Hiccup and Toothless! WINNER!
