The next day

"Excuse me?" She says as she takes a bite of her pizza

"Britt" she puts her hand up to interrupt me

.

"No san, I understand she's your best friend but she's also your ex girlfriend why would you think that would be okay?"

.

I mean I can see her point but it's not really her decision.

.

"I get it Britt I do and that's why I wanted to let you know, it's only for a few weeks and the girls will be there too."

.

She looks at me debating how she wants to handle this "Will we still have date nights?"

.

I nod "of course we will, we're still together Britt. I'm just helping a friend out"

.

She looks skeptical and I totally get it, I'm not even sure how this will play out but I already told her yes and I can't change my mind now.

.

"I'll trust you San but know I'm not okay with this"

.

I shrug "I get it B, I do."

.

We finish our lunch date and I head home. She has to get back to rehearsals, we say our goodbyes.

I get off the elevator and as I reach to unlock the door I hear laughing and music coming from my apartment. I quietly enter, putting my stuff down I see 3 blondes in my kitchen making the biggest mess I've ever seen. This is gonna be fun.

"How many Fabrays does it take to completely ruin a kitchen?" I yell as all 3 girls freeze and slowly turn around.

.

"Auntie Sannnnnnn!" I hear Beth yell as she runs towards me full of flour.

.

"Hey Chickpea" I say kissing her cheek as she squeezes my neck

.

"Sup Auntie San" Marie says throwing up a peace sign and I look at Quinn as I quirk my eyebrow, Quinn shrugs her shoulders.

.

"Sup homie" I say back causing her to laugh

.

"Don't ever do that again auntie San" Marie laughs as she walks over to hug me.

.

I hug Quinn and kiss her forehead

.

"It looks like a disaster in here what's going on?" I say grabbing a water.

.

"We're making you a surprise!" Beth says

.

"Oh really?" I smile as I peek in the oven only to have Quinn push me "No cheating San!"

.

I put my hands up in surrender

.

"Okay well I'm going to go shower I'll be back try not to burn down the loft okay blondies?" I point between the 3 giggling blondes in my kitchen.

.

They turn up the music again and I head upstairs.

.

I finish my shower and I'm in my room looking for my favorite pair of sweats. I know they're here! What the hell.

.

"Looking for something?" I hear immediately turning back to see Quinn standing there pointing down at my flour covered sweats

.

"Those are my favorite pair Lucy take em off!"

.

She laughs "Still the romantic I see"

.

I laugh as I shake my head

.

"Take em off or I'll take em off"

.

She quirks her eyebrow as if to challenge me, she should really know not to test me.

.

I lunge before she can react throwing her on the bed, we struggle for dominance when she starts laughing

.

"San!" She yells but I keep tickling her

.

"Santana!" She says again when I see Beth and Marie run in

.

"Help me girls!" She says as they look at each other then run to tackle me off her.

.

"Get off me Munchkins!" I say as they successfully tackle me pushing me off the bed and immediately shield Quinn.

.

I slowly get up off the ground when I see Quinn's eyes narrow, I didn't realize I was in a sports bra and boy shorts.

.

"Auntie San where's your tummy!" Beth laughs

.

I look down and laugh "I work out Beth"

.

"I'll say" I hear Quinn say under her breath and all of a sudden I realize I need to put some clothes on.

.

I head downstairs a few minutes later, I see the 3 of them smiling like fools

.

"Okay is this the part where you kill me?"

.

Quinn shakes her head, Beth and Marie look shocked.

.

I laugh as I walk over and pick up Beth.

.

"Surprise!" They say as they uncover cupcakes

.

"My favorite!" I say as I pick one up

.

"Mama said they were!" Beth giggles as I put her down

.

"Oh she did, did she?" Beth nods and Quinn smiles.

.

"Where's the...?" I say as I turn around, suddenly feeling frosting hit my face as Marie starts laughing hysterically.

.

"Marie you're going down now" I say putting my cupcake down, I grab her and rub my face all over hers

.

"Gross Auntie San that's disgusting!"

.

She giggles as I let her go and reach for the towel.

.

"I got it San" Quinn says as she take the towel out of my hands, I hop on the counter as she grabs my cheeks and begins to wipe my face. I can't help it I get lost in those damn eyes again.

.

She winks at me, leaning in she whispers

.

"Thanks for being so good with the girls I'm sorry we're taking over your loft"

.

I smile "Don't apologize Lucy, it's been a blast, I forgot how much fun it was to have munchkins around"

.

I hop off the counter, pick up my cupcake and head to the living room where Marie is watching tv.

.

"What's up Tiny" I say as she cuddles next to me

.

"You okay?" I ask her as she nods

.

"I like being here with you Auntie San, mom looks happy too, we haven't had this much fun in a long time!" I kiss the top of her head

.

"Me either tiny, it's normally boring here just me by myself"

.

"Maybe we can live here together?" She says

.

I look down at her

.

"I dunno, your mom says it's only for 2 weeks" her smile fades and she nods

.

"But let's see what happens okay?" She nods as she squeezes me, I glance over and see Quinn watching us smiling.

.

This so could have been my life and to be honest, I'm sad it isn't. I don't think I've thought about it until now. I could definitely get used to coming home to them.
