Teela's Sword

I own nothing of MOTU, He-man or the characters there in. In this story Teela gets her own power sword and learns a how life is with a duel identity. When and ancient evil arises our heroes must travel time and space to gather forces to combat it and save a childhood friend.

CHAPTER 12 GAMES, RESCUE, and Secrets of the Past and Future

Two weeks have gone by and everyone is talking about the Sorceress passing on her sword and Title, many spell casters are entering the tournament being held outside Grayskull. Lyn and Keltra are among the first to sign up, they knew it was all for show but they said if they didn't it would be suspect since Lyn has tried to take Grayskull by force and Keltra was Skeletor's daughter. Weaver also signed up with Castaspella and Sybilline some of the strongest sorceresses Adam knew. Even Queen Elmora of Phantos took part in the events. As word spread of the competition more mages showed up, Shokoti saw a poster and was shocked. She didn't know the Sorceress had such a powerful sword, she hid in the form of a raven haired Damani and went to check it out.

Outside Grayskull protected by a magic barrier powered by the Ramstone Shokoti saw the Sorceress' sword, she could feel the magic flowing from it. Shokoti wondered how somebody made it strong enough to contain so much power, she hadn't felt power this strong since she had her run in with She-la. The solid pale blue sword was a thing of beauty, its golden tipped falcon wing guard and ivory like handle with rainbow crystal pommel only enhanced the elegant design. Then there was the turquoise sheath with gold accents, it too had strong magic within it. The thought of what she could do with this sword made her weak in the knees, Damani nearly escaped her due to this moment of distraction. Unfortunately Count Marzo had showed up to try to take it, that resulted in him getting greeted by She-la and her fist in his face. Shokoti quickly ran off, seeing She-la scared the hell out of her.

Adam and Teela were shocked to learn Dare had so many women after him including their old friend Sybilline who bathed in the mystic pool of life to regain her youth, Keltra didn't like it but since she learned her and Dare were cousins she decided they would be best friends a view he shared. Teela started talking to her mother trying to learn more about her and who her biological father was, Teela did learn who and all she could do was smile. That evening Duncan was shocked when Teela walked into his lab and hugged him saying "I love you Daddy."

Three days later the tournament began, the first round was simple create a magic barrier to stop the Masters from touching you. While none could hope to stop He-man or Lady Tia, most managed to put up a barrier that could stop Ram-man and Fisto. The Sorceress watched from a throne placed just outside Grayskull on a platform, as four women went beyond the others. The silver haired Lyn, the golden haired Gar Keltra, a raven beauty called Shamati and lastly a stunning redhead in a white cloak named Teelana.

In the second round was magic beams, in this they had beam struggles. Again these four women dominated while Castaspella and Sybilline had given a good showing they lost to Teelana and Keltra. The final test was a shock to many as the Sorceress came down and stepped in a circle, she announced they had to beat her in hand to hand combat without magic.

First up was Castaspella who charged in, the sorceress ducked and got behind her. then she grabbed around Castaspella's waist and with a snap of her hips did a belly to back suplex, putting Castaspella face down in the dirt. Sybilline and Lyn weren't much better, Keltra and Shamati faired slightly better both lasting a minute. Teelana however was a force to be reckoned with, so much so Queen Marlena "Put her in the sleeper hold!"

Adam laughed seeing his mom so excitable by the match, in the end the Sorceress won by using her powerful legs and strong core to put Teelana in the dreaded Double Leg Crab(Boston Crab/Walls of Jericho). The victor didn't matter however as Teelana won the competition. Just as the Sorceress was about to present the sword to Teelana Shamati transformed to Shokoti and charged for the sword, Teelana quickly drew the sword yelling "For the LOVE of Grayskull!" ... "I am She-Na!"

The transformation was astounding as she grew wings matching the color of the Sorceress' and she wore an Egyptian like costume with a falcon displayed on a tiara much like She-ra's, her blue boots came to her mid thigh. All in all a rather impressive figure, so much so Teela did like queen Marlena and gave her husband a stiff elbow in the ribs for practically drooling. That is when Eva and D'Vann stepped out as did She-Ra, Teela transformed and Shokoti freaked out as everyone closed in on her. The surrounding mystic power was too much for Shokoti and Damani blew her off long enough for Keldor to tackle the blond and take her to safety. Screaming Shokoti flew off towards her temple, many thought it was over until Damani said "She has someone else she can possess, while she will be weaker she will be back."

After that Damani was nearly crushed in a hug by Keldor and Keltra, they explained she was Keldor's daughter and Keltra's twin sister. This shocked Damani but not as much as learning Keldor was king Randor's brother in law. when everyone powered down the Sorceress took off her headdress and revealed it was actually Halita, while Teelana transformed back and became the Sorceress once everyone was gone. Teela asked her mother who taught her to fight like that and the Sorceress pointed to Queen Marlena causing Teela to remember when she said if she hurt Adam she would be in for a beating. Teela went pale as she realized Lady Tia or not her mother in law was scary as hell. then she turned to her mother thinking about transformed states and said "Mother please don't transform around Adam again if you can help it, I don't want my husband drooling over my mother again."

Adam turned beet red as the women all turned to him. Adam grinned and chuckled saying "At least I wasn't as bad as JC, I didn't know somebody could have their tongue hand nearly a foot out of their mouth like that."

JC popped up from nowhere saying "16 inches actually, like I said I'm a mutant freak like that."

To everyone's shock the Sorceress walks over to him and kisses his cheek saying "At my age I take it as a complement when these young handsome men stare at me."

Jaws drop as she walks into Grayskull with her hips swaying, JC says "What a woman."

Everyone laughed as he blushed a bit, inside Grayskull Teela-na blushed as well. What made her flirt with a man that looked to be maybe in his early twenties, that is when Queen Aveena appeared and said "Teela-na the young man won't exist in your time for much longer, it took a while but I found him. He is the one who trained D'Vann when he was a small boy, I met him when I was younger once or twice, how D'Vann didn't recognize his teacher I don't know. I'm sorry Teela-na."

The Sorceress was shocked to learn this but considering his power as a warrior it kind of made sense, wait if he goes back in time maybe she can too, she just needs to pass on the mantle of Sorceress first. The real question is who should be the next Sorceress of Grayskull?

NOTE Okay dear readers today Damani is freed and it seems JC and The Sorceress are having fun flirting, Halita is back in a surprising way who saw that coming.
