Angel saw the truck going by & saw Scamp in it. "Angel, help!" he called. "I'll get you out of there." Angel said. "No. He'll catch you too. Go get Buster!" Scamp cried.
Angel rushed to the junkyard. "Buster, you have to help! Scamp's at the pound." she said. "Scamp?" Buster said. They both rushed to the pound to get Scamp while fireworks lit up the sky.
Scamp got put in a cage at the pound. Scamp's human neighbor, Robyn, came in, looking for her dog, Chiffon. She saw Scamp in the cage. "Scamp, is that you?" she said. Scamp tried to tell her what happened, but she didn't understand him. "Don't worry. I'll get you out of there." she said as she was about to unlock the cage.
But someone else was there with him. "Well, we meet again, son." said a threatening, yet familiar voice. It was Tramp! Robyn & Scamp were scared. Tramp started to attack. Robyn said "Hold on. I'll get the dogcatcher.", but then Buster & Angel came in & unlocked the cage. "Hold on, Scamp!" Buster called.
"What have I told you about messing with my boy!" he said as he & Tramp got into a really bad fight. Tramp hurt Buster. "Hey! Paws off my friend!" Scamp said as he bit Tramp's tail. Scamp got thrown across the room and was knocked out. Buster then got out of the cage & locked it. Tramp can't harm Scamp anymore.
Buster felt so proud of himself that he beat Tramp. But then he saw Robyn next to Scamp, who was unconcious. Buster licked Scamp & said "I'm so sorry. I didn't mean for this to happen."
Scamp woke up and saw Buster. "Buster?" he said as fireworks lit up the sky. They shared a big hug together. But then the dogcatcher came back. "Well lookie here. Some jailbreakers." he said as he tried to put them back in the cage. "Uncle Rob! Why would you harm these innocent animals?" Robyn said. Scamp was shocked that the dogcatcher was Robyn's uncle. "Have you seen these mutts? They are wild." he said. "But this noble dog just saved my neighbor's puppy." Robyn said. "They have caused me trouble ever since I moved here a few months ago." Rob said. "Now it's time for my big moment." He tried to catch the dogs in his net. "No!" Robyn cried. But then, Robyn's dog, Chiffon, bit Rob on the bottom, which scared him so much that it made him run away. "Chiffon! I'm glad to see you." Robyn said. "C'mon. Let's go home."
