#100: Voltorb

A little backstory here.
The first Voltorb were created when a group of mischievous Haunter decided to hide themselves inside some empty Pokéballs and possess them to try to scare people. The Haunter made it so that their eyes could still be shown to add to the effect. So, the Haunter get their first successful scare and they found it so funny that they decided to stay in their Pokéball a bit longer to scare more people.
Well, before they knew it they were inside the Pokéballs long enough for the technology to trap them and essentially capture the Haunter. The Haunter moved a bunch but all they could do was send sparks of electricity from the balls. So any time a Voltorb self-destructs, that's the Haunter's feeble attempt to escape.
Since they do not possess genitals, Voltob reproduce by sending waves of electricity into Pokéballs that end up zapping them to life.
#101: Electrode
Type: Electric
Average penis length/design: N/A
The first Electrode were made when the Haunter inside the Voltorb finally gave up and decided to live out the rest of eternity as a Pokéball, so to help add to the scare effect it was going for in the first place, it flips upside down and manages to poke a devious smile through.
Electrode's electric moves and explosions are nearly double the power of Voltorb's, so they don't need to spend nearly as much energy to shock Pokéballs to life to make more Voltorb. An Electrode will eat up electricity from power lines or generators and use them to power them up for tough battles. Some people or Pokémon might sit on an Electrode's face and have it lick their hindquarters, sending sparks up their backs that feel like the deepest massage.
#102: Exeggcute
Type: Grass/Psychic
Average penis length/design: 1/2 inch, tapered
Exeggcute live in tight clusters of 6 eggs and are bound together by telepathy, the more cracks that appear on the eggs, the closer they are to evolution.
In times of loneliness, usually during the winter, Exeggcute will often mate with eggs in their own cluster, just to get some relief. Only eggs that are of the same gender can form a cluster to make Exeggcute, and it is for this reason that pretty much all Exeggcute eggs are bisexual so they can be fine with mating with each other.
Exeggcute genitals show when the area on their shell opens up just enough for their small genitals to poke through, so two Exeggcute mating really does look like two eggs just rubbing against each other.
#103: Exeggutor
Type: Grass/Psychic
Average penis length/design: 6 inch, green, tubular shape
Exeggutor have 3-6 coconut heads that each have their own brain and own personality, but if there's one thing an Exeggutor can agree on its mating. When horny, Exeggutor will use their psychic abilities to bring weaker Pokémon to them where they'll shove their root-like penis into them or, if the Pokémon is small enough, shove them up their shared vagina. In rare times when there are no other Pokémon around whatsoever, then Exeggutor might pluck off one of its own heads and bring it down for self-pleasure by way of sucking or licking themselves.
Exeggutor semen is very thick, sweet and sticky, a lot like cream of coconut, and to those who are wondering, yes their testicles do closely resemble that of small coconuts.
#103: Alolan Exeggutor
Type: Grass/Dragon
Average penis length/design: 2 foot, green, tubular shape
Being the tallest Grass Type Pokémon in the world can make it not that difficult for Alolan Exeggutor to scope out food or a mate, though they usually just eat by way of photosynthesis. While Alolan Exeggutor do not possess the psychic abilities of their Kantonian counterparts, they are capable of scooping up a potential mate by leaning their long neck down and sweeping them off their feet.
Alolan Exeggutor's growth is due to the harsh sun of the Alola region beaming down on them and causing them to grow, and of course their neck was not the only thing affected by this. Alolan Exeggutor have one of the longest Penises of all Grass Type Pokémon and very much take pride in these long members.
#104: Cubone
Type: Ground
Average penis length/design: 2 inch, tapered
Cubone wear the skull of their mother and also carry one of her bones as a weapon in memory of her. Cubone are very lonely, and as such tend to self-pleasure a lot more than many Pokémon would like to admit. Often, a Cubone will stick its bone up its own ass as a dildo as they paw themselves off.
Should they end up finding a mate, Cubone will hold onto that mate with a vice grip as they don't want to end up losing them like they lost their mother. Cubone are very gentle and kind lovers and would take off their skulls when making love or having sex as a sign that they care.
#105: Marowak
Type: Ground
Average penis length/design: 4 inch, tapered
When a Cubone evolves into Marowak, the skull on its head merges with its own skull and becomes a protective layer that's harder than bone itself. The bone that it carries also becomes longer and sturdier, giving Marowak more to pleasure itself with when alone and horny.
Competing Marowak will often see which of them can throw their bone boomerang the farthest distance before it comes back to them. However, Marowak aren't simply competing for who gets the right to mate, it's also for which Marowak will be taking the submissive role for mating as Marowak of different genders tend to stay away from each other's territory to avoid conflict.
#105: Alolan Marowak
Type: Fire/Ghost
Average penis length/design: 5 inch, tapered
The flames on the ends of Alolan Marowak's bone are there to symbolize its dead mother's spirit. The brighter and stronger the flames, the closer their mother is to them. Alolan Marowak are somewhat more advanced than their ground type counterparts in that their mating competitions aren't so much about who can throw their bone the farthest, it's about which is the most impressive with spinning and maneuvering their bone.
When mating, Alolan Marowak will often have the flames on their bone extinguished, which is backed up by their mother not wanting to watch her children mate, and put the bone into play for additional pleasure to both mates.
#106: Hitmonlee
Type: Fighting
Average penis length/design: 6 inch, humanoid
Hitmonlee are widely known as the kicking fiend, so it makes sense that kicking come into play when Hitmonlee is trying to attract a mate. A Hitmonlee will often use its powerful legs to kick through trees, stone, or whatever they can find in the attempt to impress a potential mate. During mating, male Hitmonlee will use their powerful legs to keep their mate's legs spread wide apart as it penetrates them to oblivion.
Battling Hitmonlee do need to be careful because they do tend to support grapefruit sized testicles and, well with a Pokémon that tends to be all about kicking…yeah, I think one can imagine the risks there. Put it this way, a Hitmonlee's legs are powerful enough to smash a medium sized rock with just one kick, so a kick in the nuts from a Pokémon like that basically equals instant castration.
#107: Hitmonchan
Type: Fighting
Average penis length/design: 4 inch, humanoid
Hitmonchan are masters at punching, so it seems more than fitting that, like with Hitmonlee and kicking, Hitmonchan courting will involve punching objects. Sadly, since Hitmonchan don't put as much focus into their legs as their kicking cousins, Hitmonchan penises are quite small. Also, due to their boxing glove hands, female Hitmonchan have no way to finger themselves when aroused so their only hope is to find a mate as soon as possible.
None of these discourage Hitmonchan, however, as they are much more focused on training and battling than focusing on actual mating. When they do mate, however, Hitmonchan will use their powerful fists to hold their mate down as they do their thing.
#108: Lickitung
Type: Normal
Average penis length/design: 7 inch, uncut humanoid
Lickitung are very famously known for their long tongues that they use for just about everything from eating to sensing their surroundings to battling to mating. When they spot a mate, Lickitung will often wrap their mate in their tongue and hold on tight as they mate away. While said mate may seem to resist at first, a Lickitung's saliva have a unique property that relaxes muscles and makes it feel more enjoyable which does calm the nerves of their mate.
When there aren't any mates around, it's very common for Lickitung to use their tongue to pleasure themselves. Their thick, squishy behinds are also very comforting to sit on, as long as you don't mind a stroke from their tongue while you do so.
#109: Koffing
Type: Poison
Average penis length/design: 6 inch, tapered
Koffing are formed when clouds of toxic gas compress together and form a solid mass that's lighter than air. Koffing eat up trash around them and that mixes with the gas inside them to create a more-than foul stench that will make your nose twitch for hours. However, like with Grimer, their stench is the best way for Koffing to attract mates, the smellier the better.
Koffing genitals are stored inside a small hole on their very bottom. It's a bit hard to tell the difference between male and female Koffing, but they do have their own ways. To them, a male Koffing's stench is actually more potent than a female's, this is due to scents of musk being mixed with their gas.
#110: Weezing
Type: Poison
Average penis length/design: 8 inch, tapered
The smaller head on Weezing is actually a vestigial twin that sprouts from Weezing due to the toxic gasses that it intakes and it does not have a brain of its own so the main Weezing head is, obviously, the thinker of the duo. Weezing's stench is far more foul than that of Koffing, but that does seem to allow mates of their kind to be attracted to them just as quickly.
Weezing mate very much the same way as Koffing in that they have genitals located in a hole on their bottom, but only the main head of Weezing can do the actual mating, the other just sits there, completely unaware of its surroundings. The small Weezing head might also be used if Weezing intends on pleasuring two partners at once.
#110: Galarian Weezing
Type: Poison/Fairy
Average penis length/design: 8 inch, tapered
Galarian Weezing consume air that contain contaminating particles and instead of droppings, expels clean air through the tubes on top of its head. Because of this, Galarian Weezing are beloved throughout the Galar region for helping keep the air clean and some scientists are working on ways to see if Koffing could do a similar process.
The 'moustaches' on Galarian Weezing are actually some of the toxic particles that did not make it into is mouth and got stuck on there. Galarian Weezing mating is exactly like their polluting counterparts, but since Galarian Weezing don't produce toxic air, they court by performing a special dance that usually ends with them expelling a ton of clean air at once.
