Wawanakwa gone wild

Kevin's P.O.V

We were all heading to the dining hall to get breakfast. Owen was trying to talk things over with Izzy. Apparently, he was willing tosacrifice her to spare his own life from the killer. Suddenly a trap sent him hanging upside down.

"Wasn't there just a 300-pound bag of joy talking to you?" Gwen asked.

"I'm only 296," Owen responded.

"She wasn't that far away from your correct weight," I said rolling my eyes.

"Someone set a trap."

Suddenly a cage fell on us.

"Or two," Owen added.

"Good morning campers! Or should I say, trapper?. Ready for today's challenge? Excellent. Then let's talk about it over chow, shall we?" Chris said walking off.

"He's coming back to untrap us right?" Owen asked.

Chris threw a knife at the rope Owen was hanging from causing him to fall on the cage. The cage then open.

I shrugged and headed into the dining hall and sat down. We were served 'breakfast. I watched Heather looking at her bowl.

"Campers, there are only 7 of you left on Total Drama Island. After tonight's dramatic bonfire ceremony, only 6 of you will remain. We're nearing the end people, so look alive." Chris told us.

/Kevin: He expects us to look alive? I would look alive if your challenges won't crazy or if the food was actually edible.\

"Today's challenge involves making like our provinces great rangers and game wardens. You'll each have 8 hours to trap an animal." Chris started.

"Got one," Duncan commented holding Owen's arm.

"A wild animal, which you must bring back to the campfire unharmed. Rangers and game wardens often have to relocate animals for their own good and the good of campers." Chris said.

"For my good, I might have to barbecue my animal, I'm starving to death," Gwen stated.

"Funny you should mention that Gwen, the reward for winning today's challenge is a meal of all of your favorite foods," Chris said.

"I'm winning," Heather said resting her head on my shoulder.

Owen leans over and looks at her bowl."So you not got to eat that?

We relocated to the starting point for the challenge. Chris was holding a hat full of paper slips.

"Everyone, choose an animal assignment," Chris told us.

We all took our turn picking our assignment. I ended up with a horse.

'Well that not too bad.'

"BEAR?! Are you kidding me?!" Heather asked.

"It's the only animal left," Chris told her.

"These degenerates get cute little froggy and we baby ducky and I'm supposed to trap a bear with my bare hands?" Heather complained.

"You do get 60 seconds in the boathouse to gather any equipment that might help," Chris told her.

"Unless there are an animal trainer and a zebra carcass in there, I don't think it'll be adequate. This is ridiculous." Heather said and started to walk off.

"I don't think I've mentioned the penalty yet," Chris said.

"I don't care, I'll take it," Heather said.

"Loser cleans the communal washrooms," Chris said.

We all stood, disturbed by the thought.

"Sorry. I think I ate too much of that delicious paste." Owen stated and then loudly farted.

"Alright campers, you have just one minute in the boathouse to grab your critter catching gear," Chris told us.

I couldn't find much in the place. Just a simple butterfly catching net, a mask, and some canned fish. I saw Gwen fighting with Heather for a net. She then let go of it for some duck bait. Heather ended up falling into a bucket.

"I think there's still fish in here." She commented.

"The net's all yours, and PS: It'll never hold a bear," Gwen said walking out with a smile.

I walked over to Heather and pulled her out of the bucket.

"Thanks," she said smiling at me.

/Heather: I assume I'm the favored to win. That or possibly Kevin. I mean, look who's left! Weird goth girl, a criminal, a fart machine, a party dude a psycho host beast, and Leshawna! And the only thing she has got going for her is that she hasn't made any enemies. Whoop-dee-do!! We are not here to make friends. We're here to win. And that's exactly on what we plan on doing./

"Everybody ready?" Chris asked.

"Got everything you need, my queen?" I asked.

"No, I'm never going to catch a bear."

"Hey, I can help you after catching my horse." I smiled.

"That would be great." She smiled back.

"GAME ON!" Chris shouted as we took off running.

I began my search around the forest. I wasn't entirely sure where I could find a horse. My best bet was some either a bush with fruit or any of it poop. I kept my eyes peeled in case I saw anything.

I saw a pink tail behind a bush. I proceeded to slowly approach. I didn't want to scare it off. I decided to approach from a different side so I wouldn't come from behind and come fromthe side.

When I got to the other side, I saw a beige horse eating fruit.

"Good horse," I said walking close the horse turned and try to kick me with it back hoofs but I dodge in time.

I then grabbed one of the fruits off of the bush used it as bait to lead the horse back to the cage.

"That it come on this," I said walking backward with the horse following the fruit.

It seemed like forever, but I managed to lead it close to the campfire.

"Open the cage!" I shouted.

I saw Heather run over and open the cage. I threw the bait inside and it ran directly into the cage. Heather then quickly shut it. I heavily sighed and grabbed Heather's hand.

"Come on let's get you your bear from the looks of it Gwen or Duncan won," I said.

"It was Gwen," Heather said.

We soon arrive at the cave where there are at least three bears in. I wait for one of them to come out so you can set your plan in motion. One soon comes out, yawning.

I quickly, run up to it and kicked directly on its jaw. I then run as fast as you can, hoping the bear will follow. Sure enough, it does. I run through woods, avoiding the low hanging branches, arching trees and roots in the ground, and other hazards that were in the way.

I soon made it out of the woods where Heather is waiting. Heather soon sees the bear running straight towards her, so she makes as much noise as possible. Then, she makes a run for it.

"OPEN THE CAGE!! OPEN THE CAGE!!!"

Chris opens the cage as Heather is about to get slashed by the bear. Heather jumps out of the way at the last minute, causing the bear to go in. bear. Chris slams the cage shut. "YES!!"

I sighed with relief that she didn't get hurt by the bear. Heather runs over to me and hugs me.

"We did it!" Heather screamed.

"Alright, we have a loser, Izzy!" Chris said.

We all headed to the elimination ceremony.

"You all cast your votes and made your decision. When I call your name, come up, and claim your marshmallow. The camper who does not receive a marshmallow tonight must immediately return to the dock of shame to catch the boat of losers and leave. That means you're out of the contest, and you can't ever come back...EVER!" Chris said.

"The first marshmallow goes to Geoff, Owen, Duncan, Heather, and Lukas." Chris said."One marshmallow, Two players. Izzy, Gwen, one of you has spent your last night on Total Drama Island."

"Just give it to Gwen already," Heather grunted,

"Eh," Chris shrugged and tossed it to Gwen.

"Well, we all gotta go sometime, right?" Izzy stated.

"You could make out with me first if that would cushion the blow." Owen offered.

"At least I don't have to clean the washrooms," Izzy said.

"You can still do that," Chris said.

Izzy just ignores him. "GOODNIGHT EVERYBODY! THANKS FOR COMING OUT!" Izzy shouted and disappeared in a puff of smoke.

Chris then makes Heather clean the washroom since was the second n runner to being last. Heather complains about it at first until I agree to help her.
