Izuku went to the only hacker girl he knew.

Izuku paid a small fee for Manami to check for any results of All Might.
Manami was working as an IT girl for a small company.
"Well...this weird. There are almost no traces of this 'All Might' fellow." Manami said.
"Aw." Izuku replied.
"I'm not sure if a quirk could truly erase things online. I guess a quirk could explain why people wouldn't remember All Might." Manami reasoned.
"Can you keep the All Might part a secret? I don't want to cause a panic or something." Izuku asked.
Manami nodded her head.
Izuku later explained to Gran Torino that Manami is a part of the search for All Might. However, he didn't explain that Toshinori Yagi and All Might are the same person. Just in case things do return to normal.
