so another update even after last chapters unfortunate events
and I still don't own Naruto
one week later Konoha's cemetery
I watched as the casket for the man that had been one of the few closest people to me slowly went deeper and deeper into the ground, he hadn't wanted his traitorous student to use his body like he used the previous Hokages so he got cremated trying to loose all traces of his DNA.
people had started looking at me with fear again and I can understand why, after I got knocked out something happened I don't remember any of it but it effected a lot of people
back to when it happened jiraiya pov
I had to watch as my student my pride and joy and my best friend struck my sensei in the back with a kunai, I understood my former teammate was controlling him but it still shocked me.
after Minato pulled the kunai out of Sarutobi-sensei's back he turned and looked at me through the barrier that had stopped me from saving the sensei.
then it hit an enormous evil chakra flowed throughout the entire building I turned around and found a ball about as tall as I am of strait malevolent chakra swirling fast with smoke coming out of it reeking of burnt flesh
I knew immediately that the ball had Naruto on the inside
the ball then started to crack and bulge till a pillar of compressed chakra flew right by me and hit the barrier that I was nearby the barrier immediately cracked and crumbled under the intense chakra
as the pillar receded I looked back to where the ball was previously only to find what looked to be a humanoid fox with four tails swaying behind it and what looked like a bulge for where a fifth tail should be
the face of the fox person whom I presume is Naruto had no mouth but it had ears like a foxes and eyes that just seemed to glow with no pupil just a glow where the socket was
its body seemed to be made of burning hot chakra that effectively had a steady stream of smoke coming from the body
the second that it took for me to analyze Naruto abruptly cam short when he disappeared in speed that for what I believe was equal to the current Raikage only to appear right next to me looking right at me
as stunned as I had been what happened next shocked me cracks started to appear on the face where the mouth should be, as steam flowed out of the newly formed mouth he looked into my eyes while pointing at Orochimaru then said "le-ee-ts k-kk-ii-il-ll" like it hadn't spoken to anything with its vocal chord in its life before rocketing off towards Orochimaru whom hadn't moved an inch from what I would expect to be shock before grabbing his sword in his mouth and swinging at where Naruto was coming from
yet as he swung Naruto appeared behind him with his hand raised like he was going to claw Orochimaru only for is his downward slash he jetted is finger into Orochimaru's back right where his heart should be
immediately Orochimaru's eyes where enlarged and blood started forming from his mouth he looked right into my eyes with fear, anger, and what looked like sadness before Naruto ripped Orochimaru's heart strait out of his body
for just a second the world seemed to stop around us and all but Naruto moved, he slowly brought Orochimaru's heart to his mouth where his mouth had started to open to extents that shouldn't be possible until in a flash of movement his moth was closed and the heart of Orochimaru gone into the stomach of Naruto
the oto nins around us seemed to grow frightened at this and started running away, while all of the edo tensei fell to the ground with ashes flying away revealing them to formally be oto nins that where used for the sacrifice
just as they fell Naruto disappeared tearing through oto nins left and right I could only stare as the bodies fell
I knew Naruto wasn't the one doing all this but rather the Kyuubi yet the only bodies that fell by Naruto's hand where oto nins
the four oto nins whom held the barrier where no where near all right the had lost almost all of their strength when Naruto destroyed their barrier
all they could do was watch as their comrades died left and right, their leader dead with what seemed to be little to no sings of effort from the monster before them
before they knew it they had been captured by me I placed seals on them where they couldn't move and moved them away from the fight for interrogation later
as I did this Naruto slowed down one of his tails receding before he completely stopped his killing spree then proceeded to walk over to me while having three tails flowing behind him
he stopped right in front of me looked me dead in the eye before speaking in a still raspy but not nearly as much as before voice "Th-ey des-er-ve m-mo-or-e f-fo-rr hu-hur-ting m-mm-myy k-k-ki-kit" he finished before all of the malevolent chakra receded and Naruto's was back to normal tatters all over his clothing while his body slumped over in what seemed to be unconsciousness
"good job Naruto... and thank you for protecting him Kyuubi" I said before making a clone sending it to the oto nins that I captured and went to the hospital with Naruto
back to the future normal pov
jiraiya had told me about what happened once I woke up I had thanked Kurama for protecting me and helping me out.
Once orochimaru died it seemed that everyone that got the curse mark except for anko for some reason lost the mark.
Sasuke had apparently seen me fighting in my chakra cloak as I like to call it, he confronted me about it when no one was around and I told him what I was and what I had to deal with for most of my life to say he was shocked was an understatement afterwards he asked if he could train with me and we astonishingly became closer friends I took him to jiraiya and asked if he could be a second apprentice for jiraiya
jiraiya was shocked at first because he didn't like Sasuke's attitude previously but after I told him how Sasuke has been acting recently and the fact that I wanted to show Sasuke that there is more to life then just revenge and that we can grow strong together jiraiya agreed although we made sure to have kakashi in our little group too because Sasuke still needs help with his sharingan
as they finished burying my surrogate grandfather I slowly walked away through the large crowd of people towards jiraiya kakashi and Sasuke
"hey jiraiya sensei what are we doing later I kinda want to do some training" I said to my new teacher
"well the council thought it would be a good idea to have me be the next hokage and let me tell you... that would not have been good im better with my spy network although they did task me and our little group here with finding the new hokage whom I know will be a great choice its in her blood" he said to me and our group
"oh you are talking about tsunade sama aren't you" kakashi stated
"You got it kakashi" jiraiya said
"Are we still going to be training while we search for your teammate" i asked
"Why yes we will im thinking of putting some restriction seals on both you and sasuke to increase your speed later, i can put the seals on you now but i will need to teach sasuke about seals before i can put them on safely with him being able to deactivate them at anytime" jirayia stated while sasuke looked a little glum
"How much of fuinjutsu do you want me to learn in order to get the seals?" Sasuke asked
"You will need to learn the most of whats in this" jirayia stated while pulling out a beginners fuinjutsu book " we will leave tomorrow morning north gate around eight, and you guys have the day off for the rest of the day"
"Alright hey sasuke wanna go to the bbq place that our group usually goes to i think they might actually be there" i stated
"Sure but i wanted to ask you something" sasuke replied
"What is it?" I asked
" would it be okay if i started living with you, i have been living at my house since the massacre happened and it just reminds me of that day." Sasuke said in a low tone
"I dont have problem with that you will always be welcome in my home heh i guess itll be our home" i stated while still walking
" thank you naruto, really thank you" sasuke said
"No prob we are friends aren't we" i stated
"Yes we are, come on lets get going" sasuke stated while walking a little faster with a skip in his step
A couple min later at bbq
"Hey guys how you doing" i said walking up to the rest of the rookie 9 and gai's team
"Hey naruto, sasuke whats up" kiba asked looking over to us
"Not much, just hanging out before we need to leave tomorrow" sasuke stated
"Yeah its just going to be me jiraiya sensei kakashi and sasuke" i added
"Wait your leaving so soon we havent gotten to be together much since we started dating though" ino said with a pout
"Well if you would like later sasuke and i will be moving some of his stuff into my house and we can hang out there" i stated
"Oh ill ask mom if i can spend the night dads not going to be home for a couple of days mission with shika and choji's dads out of the village" she said excitedly
"Alright, that fine with you sasuke" i asked
" yes, just dont make to much noise i may need to have the room next to your room" sasuke said causing ino, hinata, and i to blush in embarrassment
"Ill make some permanent sound blocking seals up before we go in" i said still with a mild blush on my cheeks as i made a clone and it left to my house
After a second shika spoke "hey naruto, where are you guys going tomorrow" he asked
"We my good friend are going to see if tsunade the slug princess would like to become our hokage" i stated wrapping my arms around ino and holding her tight
"What if she dousnt want to become hokage" the ever so quiet shino stated
"Well all we can do is ask but id hope that she would become hokage because it would greatly improve kanoha's hospital along with increasing possibility of medic nins whom will be amazing on the field" i stated happily getting some food
After a while of talking we all left ino to her home to ask if she could stay the night and everyone else except for sasuke went their respective ways while sasuke and i walked to his house and started packing. Then once we finished we got to my house and got sasuke half way unpacked when he told me to just leave the rest and he would get the rest out later. Soon ino arrived with sakura whom asked if she could come over for the night saying something along the lines of ino not allowed to have both me and sasuke alone. I let her come along just to shut her up really, she had been getting annoying and lately she has gotten worse since sasuke started being less emo and more kind. After we all hung out for a while sasuke and sakura whent to their respective rooms for when they usually come over although now it had been sasuke's personal room. After they left i led ino to my room where i showed her a picture book that had my mom and dad in it with jirayia sensei either being the one who took the picture or being in the pick with them.
Afterwards ino went into the bathroom with her bag and came out in some pj's and got in my bed with a hint of red on her cheeks, something that i was going to play at
"Ino-hime" i called out bringing my hand to her face and slowly moving her head to look at me
Her light blue almost turquoise eyes pierced into my own blue eyes with a look of uncertainty and slightly fear
I slowly braught my head down and kissed her lips before going closer to her ear saying " you have nothing to fear my love"
As i said this i noticed the tension on her body started to go away
" we wont be doing anything we arent ready for" i stated while slowly planting another kiss on her lips before taking some clothing and going to the bathroom like she had done before although all i took was a pair of shorts and underwear
As i walked out of the bathroom i could see ino's face being one of complete satisfaction from looking at me and another blush appearing on her cheeks
i slowly walked over to her getting on my side of the bed then crawling over to her kissing her lips lightly
"You look cute with a blush" i stated while she immediately blushed more making me laugh
As i got in the covers i held onto her hand and whispered to her "goodnight my love." And with that we fell into a blissful sleep
Next day around six in the morning
I have been downstairs making food for everyone little bit of scrambled eggs if anyone wanted them and if not i made over easy eggs to i made sausages and bacon toast and fried tatters, all in all a big breakfast all i have to do now is kick some people out of bed
I walked up to my room opened it up to find ino already awake and dressed reading one of my moms dairies, she looked up to me and smiled
I smiled back then said " i made breakfast downstairs if you want some, im just going to wake the others up okay" i asked slash stated
" okay naruto-kun" she said slurring my name a bit sending shivers down my spine
I then walked to sakura's room only to find that it wasnt even used confused i walked over to sasuke's room and opened and found a sleeping sakura above the covers in what she was wearing yesterday on top of the covers that where above sasuke
"Oh this is going to be the talk of our trip" i lightly whispered while taking out a camera from some place that no one knew
I walked over to get a better view only to see that sasuke was awake looking like he didnt get a full rest of sleep glaring at the sleeping sakura not being able to move
He noticed me after he heard the first click of my camera as he looked over he saw me with my camera making weird poses while snapping pictures on them
At this he was now glaring at me "help me naruto or i might end up hurting you" he said
"Aww you would hurt the one who made you breakfast" i staated
"Okay p-please help me" he said with trouble
"Hah okay" i said before leaning next to sakura's ear then whispered "sasuke likes strong girls who dont diet and arent fawning over him"
The effects where instantaneous she was off him saying she was going downstairs to eat
At this sasuke had to ask "what did you tell her naruto"
"Ahh nothing much just what you like in a women" i replied
"I may end up getting my mangekyo yet" he muttered then said "and what exactly was that"
"Oh that you like strong girls who dont diet and arent just fawning all over you" i replied again "come on we got food downstairs"
"Alright" he said as we both walked downstairs
We walked into the kitchen to see that sakura and ino both had their plates and where eating sakura a lot more frivolously then ino whom was still eating more then she used to but was also training more since i told her what could happen if she wasn't ready to protect her teammates who have been some of her best friends since childhood
we walked up and grabbed our plates and filled them then sat down just as there was a knock on the door
I begrudgingly walked up to the door and opened it to find jirayia and kakashi
"Hey gaki is it okay if we come in" jiraiya asked while kakashi gave his usual yo and kept reading
"Sure we have extra food if you want some" i stated while walking further inside the house
"Wait we? Who is all here?" Jiraiya asked
"Oh sasuke is now living here with me, but other then him sakura and ino are here too" i stated walking into the kitchen where everyone was
"Wow gaki works fast for a first relationship, he is so young yet he has already become a man" jiraiya said aloud with anime tears in his eyes making me and ino blush
"We didnt do anything like that ero-sannin" i stated sternly "and if you really want to see something look what i got" i whispered while handing him and kakashi some pictures that where freshly printed
Immediately jiraiya and kakashi where laughing on the ground
"What did you show them naruto" sasuke asked with a glare showing he had an idea
"Ah just some pictures i took this morning" i stated
"Im going to get you back for that" he stated sitting back down
"Ah just do it later" i said siting down and starting to eat
After a while of us eating and talking sakura and ino had to leave, ino giving me a kiss and saying that she will miss me and to come back soon cuz she wanted a date
And at that we set off towards the north gate
"Hey naruto what do you think we should work on" sasuke asked me
"Well i was going to see if one of my idea's for the hirashin could possibly work but i think that you should work on this jutsu that my father saw a man use that could greatly increase your speed, he analyzed it a bit but couldnt get everything on it" i stated "although all he couldn't get on it i think you have with your chidori"
And at that we set off with our sensei's in tow following us
