Issei sighed as he folded another shirt. He placed it inside his rolling bag. How long had it been since he had invited Azazel over to his house to give him a cover? An hour. Two maybe?

[You're doing the right thing. The longer you stay here, the more you want to stay and with what's out there waiting for us, we have no time to lose] Ddraig said, comforting his host.

"It's just that… I didn't want to leave. I finally found my birth family after all these years," Issei said.

[You'll get a chance to be with them again after all this is over.]

"Right, we need to find the others. Should we walk to Ugin?" Issei asked as he packed the last of his clothes.

[Some advice would be nice before we set off.] Ddraig said.

"Then, it's settled. We find Ugin and tell him what happened. Because now, we'll need to get the word out that Bolas has amassed an army great enough to march on the entire Multiverse," Issei said as he zipped his bag.

[But first, we need to see if any of the others landed here with you] he said.

"Yeah," Issei replied.

He got up and walked towards his door. Upon opening it, he froze.

"Irina," he said.

Irina sat by his door, looking up upon hearing it open. Her violet eyes were considerably dull as she got up.

"Issei," Irina said as she walked over to face him. Her eyes drifted down over to the bag in his left hand.

"So you really are leaving?" she said, rubbing her arm.

While she hadn't been here that long, that connection she had with Issei was slowly but surely starting to come back. She had mixed feelings about his departure. She just got him back and he was leaving again.

"Yeah," he said.

"Why?" Irina asked.

"I can't tell you now but I have to. This is something I have to do," Issei said.

"Is it to find the person who caused that incident?" Irina asked.

Issei shook his head. This wasn't about that. He had known for a very long time about what happened to the perpetrator. After all, his death was the last thing Issei saw before he ended up on Tarkir.

"No, this is something else. Something personal," he said.

"How personal is it that you have to pack your things and leave town?" Irina asked.

"Very, but don't worry. I'll come back when I'm done," Issei said.

"Our positions have been reversed this time," Irina said.

"Reversed?" Issei tilted his head a little. His mind suddenly remembered what she was referring to. She was right. This was a reversal of events. When they were children, it was Irina who had left town and now… he almost chuckled at the irony. Both of them had left due to reasons that the other didn't know. Though, he wasn't really sure if she knew that she was going to become an exorcist at that time.

"Yeah," she smiled as she saw the memory surfacing in his eyes.

"Take care of them while I'm gone," Issei said.

"You don't need to ask me that question. They were my family as much as they were yours. I'll keep an eye on them," Irina said.

[You've grown attached to a family we might not see again] Ddraig said.

"Don't jinx us," Issei said.

"Issei, be careful," Irina said. She didn't know why she said that but it felt like she had to. Whatever it is he was leaving for, it didn't sit right with her. She just chalked it all up to missing him and the fact that they were age-old friends. However, that didn't stop the pit in her stomach from growing at the prospect of Issei being out there, especially with what she knew now.

"I will," he said. He walked over and gave her a hug. She stiffened at the sudden contact before returning the hug. They stayed like that for a few seconds before he pulled away and smiled at her.

Irina smiled before stepping to the side and allowing him to pass.

She watched as Issei descended down the stairs before deciding to follow after him. As the two came down, they were immediately met with a hysterical Miki Hyoudou, who had tears running down her eyes. Upon hearing Issei, she lunged at him and pulled him into a hug.

Gorou and Issei's siblings stood off to the side while she wrapped Issei in a tight hug.

"Issei! My baby boy! I just got you back and you're leaving again!" she wailed.

"Sorry, Kaa-san, but I got a call from an old friend of mine on the mainland," Issei said.

"I hope it's not anything shady," Gorou said.

"No, nothing like that. A family member of theirs died and they were a close friend of mine and I can't leave them alone like that," he said.

[We don't even know how long we'll be gone] Ddraig said.

"We'll be gone for a while," Issei said.

"How long will you be gone?" Kiseki asked.

"A while," Issei said, giving no definitive time frame. A while could mean anything from a few weeks to a few months. Unfortunately, none of those two could encapsulate what Issei meant by "a while". Truth to be told, he wasn't even sure if he would come back alive or die trying. It was one of the reasons he wished he was blue aligned. He could just wipe their memories of him but he was born with a red center.

"You'll be back right?" Takeru asked.

Issei glanced over at his younger brother and smiled. He pulled away from his mother and walked over to him. He held his fist out.

"I'll be back. You can count on it," he said.

Takeru looked down at the fist and then up at the smiling face of his older brother. He sighed and fist-bumped him.

"We'll be waiting for you to be back, Nii-san," he said.

Kiseki looked away from Issei when he turned to her. She had gotten rather attached to him in the past couple of weeks that he had been there. Perhaps it was the years she spent growing up without him that made her latch on. It stabbed him with guilt to see her like this but he needed to leave and gather his allies, starting with investigating for signs of planeswalker activity.

"Kiseki, I'll be back," he said.

"How long will it be this time?" she asked.

"You know that wasn't my fault," Issei said.

"...," she nodded but remained silent.

"Irina, Takeru, take care of her," Issei said.

The two nodded. Issei's eyes widened when she pulled him into a hug. He looked down at her and hugged her small frame back. After a few minutes, she pulled away and nodded. He nodded back and made his way to the door. He sighed when he heard his mother crying again.

"I'll be fine, Kaa-san. I just need to pay my respects to the people who helped me after the incident," he said.

His mother kept crying as Issei opened the door. He walked out and looked one more time at the people in the house. He waved before walking out the gate and to the cab. He opened the door and got in.

"So, you ready?"

He looked up after placing his bag next to him and saw Mittelt looking from the front passenger's seat.

Issei sighed and gave her a look.

"Yeah, where did your dad say we were going?" he asked.

"Lord Azazel said that we had to follow you. You know getting this cab without anyone noticing wasn't easy," Dohnaseek said as he looked at Issei from the rearview mirror.

'So where are we heading boss?" Mittelt asked.

"You know, I was hoping for Azazel to at least leave me with a map but I guess not. Let's head to Kyoto. I have some business I need to attend to there and perhaps maybe get a map of hotspots," Issei said.

"Why do you need to look for hotspots?" Mittelt asked.

"There are some things or people that I need to find," Issei said.

"And you think that those people will be at those hotspots?" Dohnaseek asked as they drove down the road out of Kuoh.

"I don't know but… reports of anything strange would be known and disseminated through information channels across the globe," Issei said.

He looked out the window at the passing scenery.

"My goal is to find those information centers and gather whatever information I can, be it rumors or factual statements," he said.

"I see," Dohnaseek said as he turned left.

"What is this for anyway?" Mittelt said as she placed her feet on the dashboard of the car.

"I'll explain later. For now, all you need to know is that there are things that exist out there that are beyond the control of your leaders. Mittelt, do you know how powerful your father is?" he asked.

"Yeah, Father is a Satan-Class Entity as powerful as the Four Great Satans of the Underworld," she replied.

"Your father wouldn't be able to handle the full scope of what I know," Issei said.

Memories of Nicol Bolas completely and utterly dominating them in combat came back to his mind. The way the elder dragon planeswalker completely and utterly toyed with them was humiliating and terrifying at the same time. It showed that he and the others weren't worth his time nor his effort.

"I mean, even if my father weren't able to handle it, there are others that are right?" she asked.

"..." he remained silent as he began to think of ways to find the others. Now was not the time to dally any longer. He needed to make his move now while Bolas was still reveling in the victory he had scored over them. This war was not over. It was merely beginning.

Issei jolted awake when he felt someone tap his shoulder.

"Huh? What?" he looked around and saw Mittelt looking at him.

"We're here. Dad sent me a call a few minutes ago saying that we're clear for entry." she checked her nails.

"Right." Issei got out of the cab and stretched a little.

"Do you even know how to get in on foot?" Dohnaseek asked.

"I crashed through their barrier so no," Issei said.

"I know how to get there. I've been in here a couple of times with Dad when he visited Yasaka-sama on diplomatic missions," Mittelt said, leading the way.

The two followed Mittelt down the street, passing by the various citizens of Kyoto. Eventually, Mittelt walked down a street that everyone seemed to be passing by. No one seemed to notice that alleyway nor did they notice that the three were walking into it.

"I never knew this alleyway was here," Issei said as he looked around.

[Most likely because you broke through the roof of Youkai-controlled Kyoto] Ddraig mused.

"Shut it, you."

Issei slowed to a stop when he saw five guards heading their way. Mittelt noticed this and stopped as well. She and Issei glanced at each other before she cleared her throat.

"I am Mittelt, Princess of the Grigori and the daughter of the Governor General Azazel. I assume that your leader has received word of me and my entourage's arrival?" she asked.

"Yes, if you would follow us," a kitsune said, bowing as he stepped forward.

The three of them glanced at each other and bowed in turn as they began to follow the guards. Issei took note of the surroundings. The last time he was here, he had never taken the time to fully take in his surroundings. It was a stark contrast to the human side of Kyoto. The lack of high rises and the abundance of traditional Japanese buildings gave the entire town an antique sort of feel. Various species of youkai roamed the streets, mingling and interacting with one another.

"I've never been to Kyoto before," Dohnaseek said as his eyes roamed the streets.

"I have. Though the last time I was here, I never got to slow down and take it all in." Issei looked at the two youkai children that had run past them.

"What were you here for?" Mittelt asked.

"Um, that was…" Issei looked away and rubbed the back of his head.

"ISSEI!"

The three looked up as a golden bullet slammed into Issei, sending him skidding back a few feet.

"Kunou-sama!"

A kitsune ran down the stairs and at the guards, who were now looking at Issei oddly.

"Kunou?" Issei looked down and saw her nine bushy tails swishing in delight as she wrapped her arms around his torso.

"You came to visit! I saw you entering the palace!" she said, beaming at him.

Mittelt and Dohnaseek looked at each other, taking note of the relationship that Issei appeared to have with the Princess of Kyoto.

"You two know each other?" Mittelt asked.

"Yeah, I ran into her during my first visit here." Issei lifted his arm as Kunou hung on it. It was then that the young kit spotted the two fallen for the first time. She got down from Issei's arm and bowed.

"Greetings, Princess of the Grigori. Fallen Angel-san. I am Kunou, daughter of Yasaka. I welcome you to our home," she said, changing to a more formal tone.

The two bowed in turn.

"Ara… Issei-kun, you've returned."

The alluring yet regal voice made itself known as the three glanced over at the entrance to see Yasaka walking over to them with her own set of guards. She smiled upon seeing Issei, knowing of his frequent correspondence with her daughter.

"Greetings Yasaka-sama. I thank you for having me here again on less hostile terms," Issei said, bowing before her.

"Think nothing of it. I expected the Governor-General's daughter but I never guessed that you would be part of the Grigori. It seems that your angel claim has some weight after all thought it was for the wrong faction." Yasaka joked, referencing Issei's cover when he snuck into Kyoto.

Issei laughed a little, remembering how he had told Kunou that he was an Angel from the Biblical Faction.

"Angel?" Dohnaseek glanced at Issei.

"Don't worry about it," Issei said.

"So what are you here for?" Yasaka asked. "I hope it isn't the same as last time."

"No, no, it's not the same as last time." Issei waved his hand in denial. "I here for something else. I'm planning to travel the world looking for some friends of mine that I have lost contact with over the past few weeks. We usually check in with each other every few days but they haven't checked in in two weeks. I believe something has happened to them."

It wasn't a complete lie. It was true that Issei hadn't seen them in a while but two weeks was not the timeframe. It had been nearly a month since the Bolas battle. It was also false that Issei had been in close communication with them. Interplanar communication was a talent that very few had and the one person in their group capable of it was MIA. But then again, Issei was also MIA in the eyes of the others. A reason why he was scouring this world for them. If there was a chance that just one of them ended up here, Issei would take that chance and find them.

"You want me to use Kyoto's resources to look for your friends?" Yasaka asked as they walked into the palance.

"Well, no, I just want…"

"Information." she finished as they walked into the throne room.

"Yes, essentially. Just rumors or signs," Issei said as Yasaka walked up to her throne and sat in it.

"Rumors? Signs? I'm sorry Issei but I'll need more information than that. And even then, there is no guarantee that I will cooperate with you." Yasaka thanked a servant as she took the tea cup from her and took a sip.

Issei bit his cheek. She was right. There was no reason for her to cooperate with him. Mittelt and Dohnaseek looked at each other before Issei spoke up once more. Kunou looked at her mother as she said this.

"Then a map," Issei said.

"A map?" Yasaka looked down at him with curiosity.

"A map of recent strange phenomenon around the world. Just a map of that is enough for me," he said.

"Strange phenomenon? You know that magic exists. Strange phenomenon is a normal occurrence around the world so…," Yasaka trailed off.

"Strange bursts of power. Random momentary fluctuations in the air."

She froze when he said this. She looked down at him with slightly narrowed eyes. Ddraig had told him that this was a possibility. It was highly likely that his arrival on this world was felt no matter how brief the spike was. All planeswalkers, when arriving in a plane, fluctuated and bent the curvature of space-time briefly. While most beings are incapable of sensing it, some people are capable of picking up on those minute fluctuations as he had noticed. His time on Ravnica had allowed him to notice this when Ral Zarek had told him about Project Lightning Bug during his time with the Izzet Guild. A device capable of picking up electrostatic discontinuities caused by this spatial fluctuations within a plane's space-time fabric commissioned by the Izzet Parun, Niv Mizzet. Avacyn had recognized his planeswalking abilities as well as the other Archangels of Innistrad. He had chalked all that up to being familiar with Sorin but Griselbrand's comments told him otherwise. It was the same with the Gods of Amnomkhet.

Perhaps the various supernatural beings here on Earth were capable of sensing these as well, given the momentary reaction he had seen on Yasaka.

"There are bursts of power all the time, Issei. How do you know these are your friends?" Yasaka asked.

"Because you wouldn't have reacted that way when I mentioned the power spikes," Issei said.

She went silent. This boy was highly observant to be able to notice a momentary expression appear on her face.

[Haha! You're using every last brain cell in there] Ddraig laughed.

"I can negotiate! I learned from Jace because he didn't trust Chandra or Gideon to do negotiations!" he replied.

"So… you know what these power spikes are?"

Issei went silent at her question. He had expected this question if he ever brought up the power spikes. How should he word his answer in a way that tells her what they are but keeps some of it hidden? He couldn't outright state that other worlds existed nor could he say that there existed people capable of traveling to these worlds as easily as these one could walk down the street to another's house.

[You should be honest with her. If it comes down to it, you'll have a power player in your pocket. She is a direct line to the Shinto Kami. Telling her and them will allow you to not only have the Youkai's assistance but possibly even the help of the Shinto Gods.] Ddraig advised.

"So an Innistrad Situation… except this time, I'm the one telling them rather than being found out," Issei said, remembering the first time Gisela had exposed his identity.

[Do you have a better idea? Allies on any world is what we need to traverse it. While I am from here, I have no idea what has changed in the past decade that we were gone therefore, having people on your side that are far more familiar with the current state of global events is beneficial] Ddraig said.

"So what do I say? Do I ask her to bring the Shinto Kami here too?" he asked.

[No. Tell her that this is a matter that needs to be discussed privately] Ddraig said.

Issei looked Yasaka in the eye, who had been looking at him and taking note of his sudden and long pause.

"Well?" she asked.

"This is a matter that I cannot discuss openly. If it's possible, can we discuss this in a private setting?" he asked.

She narrowed her eyes. Was this such a sensitive subject that it could not be discussed openly? What was he going to say that couldn't be said out loud?

Yasaka waved her hand and motioned for the guards to leave.

"Kunou, go wait outside," she said.

"Eh? But Haha-ue! I want to hear what Issei has to say!" Kunou whined.

"Not now, Kunou. This is a matter for grownups," she said.

"Eh!? I'm grown up!" she whined. "Please Haha-ue!"

"No. Please Kunou," Yasaka said.

"Hmph! Fine!" Kunou huffed and stamped her foot before storming out of the throne room.

"Should we leave as well?" Mittelt asked.

"No, you and Dohnaseek stay. If we're going to be traveling together, you need to know," Issei said.

[You're choosing to place your trust in them?] Ddraig asked.

"If they're going to help me look for them and travel around, they're going to need to know what to expect," Issei said.

Ddraig didn't comment on his answer.

"Besides, I know for a fact that Azazel didn't send them with me because he was concerned. He sent them to observe me," Issei said.

[So… then why…?] Ddraig asked.

"If I can have another faction helping me out, I can find traces of the others far more easily can I not? I need to build a foundation of trust between me and some people on this plane."

[Like Beleren did to his aid back in Ravnica or how you did with the Archangels on Innistrad] he noted.

"And besides, how can they help me if they have no idea what to look for?" Issei asked.

"Well? What is it you know about the spikes?" Yasaka asked.

"Spikes? As in plural?" Issei tilted his head. What a stroke of luck on his part. Multiple spikes.

"Yes. About a month ago, two spikes of energy were briefly felt across the globe. As far as I know, multiple factions have dismissed the spikes from what I've heard going around the grapevine," she said.

"Two spikes." Issei placed his hand on his chin. That lined up with the Battle of Amonkhet.

"So?" she asked.

"The Spikes of energy that you felt weren't just random bursts of magic," Issei said.

"I could tell. They didn't match up with anything I've ever sensed be it battles between supernatural beings or Longinus users awakening their gear," she said. "So I ask again, what were they?"

"Those bursts were caused by beings known as Planeswalkers," Issei said.

"Planeswalkers?" Mittelt asked.

Issei nodded.

"Planeswalkers are beings capable of crossing to other worlds. Other planes of existence," Issei said.

"So being able to cross to Heaven or the Underworld?" Yasaka asked.

"No, it's different," he said.

"Explain," Yasaka said.

"Our world, no, this plane, is just one of many worlds out there in the vastness. Normally, beings are incapable of traveling to these other worlds but… there are people out there that exist known as Planeswalkers capable of traveling from world to world as if they were just walking down the street," Issei said.

"I see… so these spikes from a month ago were caused by these Planeswalkers?" she asked.

"Yes, whenever one appears in a world, their arrival disrupts the curvature of that world's space-time for a brief moment. Most people don't notice it, and those that do mostly brush it off as random phenomena," Issei answered.

"The only reason that you know this is…" Yasaka looked at him keenly. It made sense and the fact that his energy signature matched one of the spikes that she and the other higher ups of the Shinto Pantheon felt a month ago.

He nodded, confirming her theory.

"I see. So you need help finding the other spike?" Yasaka asked.

"Yes, I do," he replied.

"And how do I know your motives for finding the other spike isn't hostile in any way?" Yasaka asked.

"Because if it were, I would have attacked you and killed your daughter during our first meeting."

She went silent. He was right, she had to give him that. She sighed as she placed her hand on the bridge of her nose. This was not a decision that she herself could make alone. She needed to speak to the leaders of her faction. Relay the information she had just heard.

Wait… we just identified the spike. But I need to know…

"Issei-san, are these planeswalkers… can they be hostile?" she asked.

Issei remained silent as he looked up at her.

His silence was all she needed to hear.

"I see. You will need to wait a bit however," Yasaka said as she got up from her seat.

"Wait… is that a yes?" Issei asked.

"It's more of a maybe. Before we can allow you to use our resources and information network to find the source of this other spike, I need to relay this information to my superiors," Yasaka answered. "Feel free to stay in Kyoto while you wait."

"I see. By any chance, before it vanished, did you or any of the Shinto Kami manage to pinpoint the source of the spike?" he asked.

"It was too brief to get an area reading on. Part of the reason why most of the Kami have dismissed it as a momentary burst of magic from a sacred gear user or some other being," she said.

"I see," Issei said, placing a hand on his chin.

"I will be back with word from my superiors, Issei-kun. For now, feel free to rest. I'm sure that you must be very tired from your trip here," she said.

"Thank you for your hospitality, Yasaka-sama." he bowed to her respectfully as she walked towards him.

"Think nothing of it. Think of this as the first step of my payment for what you did back then and for the information you provided me just now. I am skeptical however of your information but… hey, we live in a world where people can teleport, breathe fire, and use magic so I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt," Yasaka said as she reached out to open the door.

"I see," Issei said.

She opened the door and saw Kunou waiting for them.

"I'll be back in a few. Kunou, show our guests around Kyoto will you?" Yasaka said, glancing at her daughter.

"Are you sure you can trust me with that?" Kunou asked.

"Kunou." Yasaka pinched the bridge of her nose.

"Fine." she swished her tails as her ears twitched in annoyance.

"Come on, Issei-san," she said, grabbing his hand.

Mittelt and Dohnaseek chuckled as the small girl dragged Issei out of the palace, following after him. However, Mittelt froze when she felt Yasaka's hand on her shoulder.

"Does your father know what we just learned?" Yasaka asked.

"No." Mittelt tensed.

"I see. Very well, please make sure my daughter doesn't burn anything down," Yasaka said, letting go of her shoulder. She nodded and watched as the kyuubi disappeared in a spiral of flames.

Streets of London

A woman walked down the street, tucking her neck into her scarf as she scanned the streets. A month here and she could never get used to the comforts that this world offer. This seemingly idyllic world almost made her forget what was out there. Who was out there.

She stopped to stare at a sweater in a window store and stared at her reflection. She sighed. She needed to find a leyline to replenish her mana. She had a lot in store and she was recovering but it wasn't enough. She needed her full strength back.

A chill ran down her spine as she turned a corner. The chill took its time, going ever so slowly as if it enjoyed the feeling of her anxiety. She stopped at a crosswalk with several other civilians. This energy was malevolent and foul, similar to that of a devil or a demon from another plane.

"I should do this away from these people. I might burn down the entire city if I do this out in the open," she thought as she turned down the street.

The presence continued to follow her. Not that it was hard to lose her, her hair did stick out amongst the Londonites. Bright red hair did not belong to anyone in the UK after all. Not even the people from Scotland had hair as vibrant as hers.

Her pursuer followed her closely as she turned into an empty alley. His eyes widened when the woman he was following was no longer there. He huffed and walked down the alleyway, checking behind dumpsters and trash cans, searching for any trace that she was there. She was an oddity among these humans. Her presence was unnaturally strong. Stronger than any human he had ever seen before at least and as a Devil, he would recruit her for his King by any means possible. She would make a good slave.

As he reached the end of the alleyway, the air became unnaturally hot. He tugged on his collar as he began to sweat profusely.

"You're quite persistent, aren't you?"

His eyes widened when he felt something hot pointed at the back of his neck.

"H- How did you know I was there?" he asked.

"You are really bad at stalking people." she retracted the knife from his neck. The man turned around and for the first time got a good look at her. If she wasn't beautiful, he would've ran. Her mere presence was overpowering and terrifying. Not even his King had a presence like that.

"H- Hey now, let's not get hasty," he said, spotting the flames dancing in her hands.

"Why not? I'm entitled to defending myself and with all the malicious intent you're leaking, a girl might get the wrong idea," she said as the tips of her hair began to light up.

"That's enough."

She turned to see a man with blue hair standing behind her. He had an arrogant smirk on his face as he looked her over. Oh she would be perfect. He had never sampled a Scot before but he heard that Scottish women were feisty and defiant. She would be extremely satisfying to break.

"M- My King!" he stuttered as the man walked towards them.

"Go back to the mansion," the man said. The stalker nodded and disappeared in a blue magic circle.

"Who the fuck are you?" she asked, staring him in the face.

"I am Jugo Valac, member of the highly esteemed Valac Clan," he said.

"Valac?" she asked.

"The details will come later. I just need you to do one thing for me," Jugo said, walking over. She backed away and hit a wall. He performed a kabedon on her as he leaned in.

The woman remained silent as her eyes tracked the motion of his other hand. His hand was slowly making its way up her shirt. She gritted her teeth.

"Don't touch me," she said.

"Just enjoy the ride, lu- AGGGGHHHHHHH!" he screamed as he felt something stab through his leg. He stumbled and fell flat on his ass as he saw a flaming knife sticking out of his thigh.

A pair of flaming knives stabbed themselves into the back of his hands and pinned him to the concrete.

The woman stood over him, her hair fully lit ablaze as her eyes burned with righteous fury.

"I hate people like you," she said as she placed her foot on his chest, pinning him to the concrete. "People like you think that just because you have power, it means that you can lord yourself over others? Like we don't have a choice?"

"Let me go! Do you know who I am!? I'm Jugo of the Valac Devil Clan! If you kill me, the fury of an entire Devil Pillar will be on your head!" he screamed.

"Does it look like I care? Besides, by the time they get here, there won't be a single trace of you left," she said as she created a fireball in her hand.

"F- Fuck! Wait! H- Hold on now! You're going to kill me for just getting a little frisky?" he asked.

"Frisky? You weren't getting frisky. Besides, all I hear is a dead man." she unleashed a stream of fire on him, incinerating him. The self-proclaimed devil screamed and screamed as his flesh began to burn. Every organ, tissue, and cell was lit ablaze as he crumbled to ash.

She huffed as she stamped her boot on the ground.

"Gross, I got his ashes on me," she said. Her hair returned to normal as she began to whistle a tune she had heard.

"Where are you guys?" she said as she walked back onto the street.

Sorry for the late update, guys. I was busy with studying for my finals and I barely had any time to write this chapter so I did it in increments. Anyway, I guess it's obvious who I chose based on the description at the end. Next chapter, Issei will make his first foothold on this world by interacting with the Shinto Gods. Anyway, remember to leave a review telling me what you think of this chapter and remember to have a great day/night or not, the choice is yours.
