The team barged into the house and looked around, only to see a familiar purple cat lying on the floor unconscious with her leg wrapped with bandages. One of the members called out for Thrash and his sister as they entered the house.

"What did ya find, mate?" Thrash demanded as the member pointed at the cat.

Thrash looked at Blaze and smirked, "Well well well, look what we have here."

"Looks like the cat is taking a nap after that intensive battle," his sister said sinisterly.

"What are we going to do with her, boss?" One of the members asked.

He thought for a while. "I'd say that we'll wait for this kitty to wake up, while we're doing that let's take a look around this house and rob. Got it?"

"Yes, boss."

"Good, now off you go." Thrash said as they all ran around the house to find something valuable.

His sister glanced at his brother and asked, "When will this sleeping beauty wake up?"

Thrash shrugged. "I honestly don't know, but let's just wait for her to wake up."

"How about Sonic, that buzz boy and the others?"

"Don't worry, sis. If they have the guts to come, we'll just show 'em how it's done." He assured.

"Very well then. I'll keep an eye in case they come."

Blaze's World, Imperial Castle

Sonic and the others were resting in each other their bedroom. Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy and Cream were chilling in their room. Silver and the Chaotix were also resting in their bedroom, except for Charmy and Saffron. They were walking around the castle; nothing serious they are just bored out of their skull.

"I like Blaze's castle," Saffron said, gazing around the palace with ease. "It's really beautiful and nice."

Charmy chuckled, "I know. Though, sometimes, it reminds me of something.." He replied and looked down in sadness.

Saffron glanced at him and hummed, "It reminds you of what?"

Charmy looked at her and said, "Our home."

"Oh..." Saffron looked at the ground in sadness, she missed the time when she was flying around the castle with Charmy back when they were younger.

"I missed our home." The girl said solemnly.

"Me too," Charmy stated, then looked at Saffron with a smile. "But, even we lost our home, we still got each other, right?"

The girl looked at him with a smile and nodded. "Yep. I'm really glad I have you by my side, Charmy." She said, blushing.

"Me too, Saffron." Charmy was blushing either.

The two of them chuckled and looked away. Charmy looked around and saw two blud doors with yellow lines and red fiery design on it.

"Hey look." The boy said, pointing at the two doors.

"Is that... Blaze's room?" Saffron asked.

"I don't know, let's check it out!" The bee suggested as the pair ran to the door. They pushed the door open and entered the room.

Blaze's bedroom was rather large, her bed was luxury and her room design was quite beautiful.

"Wow.. her room is sure nice!" Saffron said in ease, gazing around the room.

"Yeah.." Charmy said, he looked around and saw a wardrobe standing beside the window. He walked to the wardrobe and opened it.

There were a few clothes hanging and two drawers at the bottom. Charmy opened one of the drawers and saw nothing but a few white gloves that Blaze always wore. He closed the drawer and opened the other one; he saw a few paperworks a golden key lying on top of it.

The bee grabbed the key and glanced at it.

"What did you find, Charmy?" Saffron demanded as she ran up to him.

"A golden key.." Charmy replied, staring at it.

"What should we do with it?" The girl asked.

"I don't know, but I'm gonna keep this just in case." The boy said as he stuffed the key into his pocket of his jacket. He turned to Saffron and said, "Let's go now."

"I'm hungry.. can we go to the kitchen?"

"Sure! I'm kinda hungry too,"

The bees flew downstairs and made their way to the kitchen. They looked around and noticed a fridge sitting in the corner of the room. Charmy and Saffron ran over to the fridge as the girl opened it, only to find some vegetables, a cheese, and many more.

They took all things from the fridge in their sight and places them on the table.

"Do you know how to cook, Charmy?" Saffron asked.

Charmy nodded. "Yep! Miss Vanilla taught me how to cook back when I stayed with them for a while,"

"That's good! Let's wash this vegetables first!" Saffron said in excitement, she took the vegetables to the sink and began washing them.

Charmy noticed a knife sitting in the knife blocks. He walked towards and picked it up...

... When suddenly the wall in front him started to shake violently as if Charmy just opened the secret door.

Saffron looked behind her to see the wall moving by itself, revealing a dark, empty hall.

Saffron turned the water off (or whatever) and walked to Charmy.

"Charmy? What's going on?" She asked nervously.

"I don't know. I took a knife from that knife block when suddenly the wall started to shake and opened by itself..." He replied, looking at the hallway.

"What's in there?"

"I don't know. Perhaps, we should check it out?"

"But Charmy it's dark in there and I don't like being in the dark!"

Charmy smiled, "I don't worry, we'll go together and check it out. Anything happens, I'll protect you and stay by your side." He assured.

Saffron blushed, "Thanks, Charmy."

Charmy blushed and nodded. "You're welcome. Let's go."

They both entered the dark hallway as Charmy used one of his antenna as a flashlight where a yellow light emerged from it.

"Where's Charmy and Saffron?"

A rough voice said, breaking the silent. The bees have been missing for almost an hour and Vector was wondering their whereabouts.

"I don't know," the purple chameleon replied. "Maybe they are playing outside?"

"Should we check on them?" Silver suggested.

"Yeah, we should. Let's go, boys." Vector said as they all exited the room to find the bees.

They went downstairs and looked around, seeing no sign of them.

"Charmy?! Saffron?! Where are ya?!" Vector called out, receiving no response.

"They are not here." Espio muttered.

"They better not doing anything troubles..." Vector sighed.

"Let's go check at the kitchen." Julie suggested and they all went to the kitchen.

They looked around to see no sign of them but a secret hallway on the wall.

Vector raised his eyebrow. "What's that?"

"I don't know. But it looks like a secret hallway," Espio said.

"Wanna go check it out?" Silver asked.

"Sure thing, let's go." Julie said.

Before they could enter the secret hallway. The two bees that they were looking for flew out the room carrying a large Warp Ring.

"Oh? Hi, guys!" Charmy and Saffron said.

"W-What the?!" Vector exclaimed in shock.

"Charmy? Saffron? What were you two doing in there? And where did you get that Warp Ring?" Silver asked.

"We got this Warp Ring from that secret room!" Saffron answered.

"Yep! Let's go find Sonic and the other and tell them we found a Warp Ring!" Charmy suggested as they both flew out the room with the Warp Ring.

Vector grunted, "Those kids.."

"Well, at least they found a Warp Ring." Espio said.

"Yeah, now c'mon let's go home and check on Blaze!" Silver said as the team walked out the kitchen.

The team arrived at Amy's house but Amy noticed there was someone else inside the house.

"Blaze has probably woke up now." Amy thought and sighed in relief. She walked towards the house with the team following behind her.

However, Charmy just stood there in horror, he could sense something was off. Using his Super Hearing, Charmy listened closely and heard voices and noises from the house.

Before Charmy could say something, Amy had already opened the front door, her eyes widened in fear when she saw Thrash threatening Blaze by putting a gun at her head. His team and his sister was standing behind him with a smirk.

"T-Thrash?! Let her go!" Amy cried. The others quickly entered the house and stood there in shock.

"Oh yeah? Try us.." Thrash sneered.

"Thrash, why are you doing this?!" Sonic asked angrily. "What do you want from us?!"

"What I want? I want that Master Emerald and ALL of you!"

"Not a chance!" Knuckles yelled and charged towards them.

"Knuckles, no!" Tails cried but the red echidna didn't listen to him.

Knuckles clenched his hands into fists and tried to throw a punch at the Tasmanian Devil but his sister stopped him by shooting his right leg.

The poor echidna fell onto the ground and groaned in pain.

"KNUCKLES!" Julie cried.

"That's enough!" Silver interjected, using his psychokinesis powers, Silver used his strength to immobilize Thrash and his team, causing them to drop their weapons on the ground including Blaze.

Saffron, Cream and Cheese all hid behind Charmy who was smirking at the team. Thrash and his team all made a sharp glare at the bee.

Sonic, Amy and Tails ran over to Blaze and Knuckles to help them. Once everything was clear, they all went outside with Silver carefully brought them out.

"What should we do with these guys?" Espio asked.

"You and your team bring them back to their dimension and put them back into jail." Sonic ordered. "I'll help Knuckles and Blaze."

"Roger that, Sonic." Vector nodded.

"Good."

Thrash and his team were brought back into jail. The cops asked the Chaotix and Vector explained them.

Afterwards, the team made their way to front door to leave when suddenly they stopped when Thrash angrily charged at them but thanks to the cell bars, he was unable to kick their butts.

"How are ya doing in there, Thrash?" Vector asked.

"Shut up, croc! If it wasn't Julie and those two little bees my plan would've succeeded!" Thrash retorted in fury.

"Yeah but it didn't." Espio scoffed but Thrash ignored him.

"I got my eyes on you, Julie! Soon I'll find my way to get out of here and find you and destroy everything you love!" Thrash snapped, then glared at Charmy and Saffron. The girl quickly hid behind Charmy as the prince returned the glare.

"And you too, especially you buzz boy!"

"Alright, that's enough. We don't have time to waste. Let's go home." The crocodile interrupted and turned to leave.

Everything turned normal like always, at Amy's house Blaze was lying on the ground and his friends were gathering around, staring at her in concern, especially Silver.

All of the sudden, Blaze slowly lifted her eyelids and blinked.

"W-What? Where am I?" Blaze muttered.

"Blaze!" Amy cried in joy.

"You're okay!" Silver cried as he hugged the fiery princess who was surprised to see them.

"You guys?" Blaze blinked as Silver released the hug. "What happened?"

"Thrash attacked you and you somehow teleported to our dimension." Tails replied.

"Sonic found you and brought you here. And then he took us to investigate the place where you were unconscious." Espio explained.

Blaze looked down. "I see.."

"But hey, at least they are back in jail, right?" Sonic smirked.

Blaze chuckled and tried to stand up but her right leg was aching. She hopped back on the mattress and hissed, "Oww..."

"Blaze you're hurt. You need to stay here and rest." Amy said.

The princess sighed, "But I need to return back to the kingdom.."

"Blaze don't force yourself.. your kingdom is fine... Sorta. But don't worry we'll take care of it for ya." Vector assured.

"Thanks Vector." Blaze smiled, nodding.

After a few weeks, Blaze was recovered and returned back to her kingdom. Her palace was fixed and rebuilt back as good as new and she was happy to be back. Speaking of Thrash and his team, they were doing just fine in the prison.

But after what Thrash had said to Julie back when the Chaotix brought them back to jail haunted her. Thrash really enjoyed torturing her and will probably escape again and hunt for her. Sure, Thrash was angry at Charmy but she felt like he was going to get his revenge on her.

Since then, Julie got worried which caused her to get distracted from work. The others also noticed her behavior but she just smile half-heartedly and told them that everything is fine.

That late afternoon, Julie was standing outside the agency staring at the sky, she had finally made her decision but she hasn't tell her teammates about it yet.

All of the sudden, she heard a voice calling out for her.

"Julie? Are you alright?"

Julie turned around to see Saffron at the door looking at her.

"Oh? Hey there, Saffron. Yeah, I'm fine." Julie made a faint smile.

"Well, what are you doing here?" Saffron asked.

Julie sighed and looked down. "It's nothing." She turned to Saffron and asked, "Saffron, can I have a word with you?"

Saffron blinked but nodded.

Julie took a deep breath and finally explained her about her feelings and her decision. Afterwards, Saffron's eyes widened in shock.

"Julie! You can't do that!" Saffron cried.

"I know and I'm sorry. But I have to." Julie sighed solemnly.

"But how about us?"

"Saffron, it's for your own good and our friends. I'm only doing this to protect you guys.."

"But-"

"I'm sorry, Saffron. I'll tell them later about this.. I will be leaving next day." Julie said with tears in her eyes.

Saffron sniffed, "Alright then."

The next day..

"Julie, you can't leave us!" Vector cried.

Julie was standing in front of the front door with luggage in her hand. A black car was outside out of the agency waiting for her and the Chaotix were devastated.

"I'm sorry, Vector. But I'm doing this to protect you.." Julie said.

"Protect us by leaving us?! I thought we were friends!" Vector retorted.

"We are friends, Vector! I'm sorry, but I have to do this." The echidna replied as she made her way towards the front door but before she could open it, Espio tapped her shoulder and looked at her.

"Just be careful out there, Julie. And no matter what you do, never forget us." Espio said and hugged her which she returned.

Vector ran towards them and hugged them tightly. Charmy and Saffron joined them as well.

They all released each other as Julie smiled at them. She realized she forgot something and pulled it out from her jacket and gave it to Espio.

"What's this?" Espio asked.

"A letter.. I want you to give this to Knuckles." Julie said with a sad smile.

The chameleon took the letter and nodded. "I will."

"Thanks Espio." She smiled. "I won't forget all of you."

Julie turned around, opened the door, walked out the agency and made her way towards the car.

She got in the car as the driver drove away from the agency, leaving them behind.

The Chaotix just stood there. Vector lowered his head solemnly and turned around.

"... We already lose Mighty and Ray. And now her." Vector muttered as he went upstairs to his room.

Espio sighed and turned to the bees. "Charmy? Saffron? I'm going out to find Knuckles you kids stay here okay?"

Charmy nodded. "Alright."

"Good. I'll see you later." Espio said as he left the agency.

Saffron sighed and looked down. "I miss her already."

"I know, Saffron." Charmy said, gently grabbing her hand. "I miss her too. But at least we got each other, right?"

Saffron blushed and smiled, "Yep. I-I'm really glad I have you by my side, Charmy."

"Me too, Saffron." Charmy replied, blushing as well.

The two of them went upstairs to their bedroom to rest after a long day.

And whatever they do, they will never forget about their old friends.

Sorry if this seems rushed, I'm kinda busy with school and stuff. The reason why I remove Julie from this show it will ruin the Chaotix being a trio, yes that means I will also remove Saffron out of this story too.Anyway, I would like to thank you guys for reading. :)
