And I need to add the Mallie friendship because I love Mallie friendship so now its MerMark with a Mallie and Merlex friendship and with a George, Izzie and Derek vendetta sounds great right.--1 month later "I think he's picturing you" Izzie whispered to Meredith giggling.
"He lost the right to picture me ...You know he called me a whore" Meredith scoffed nursing her tequila.
"I don't understand why Burkes mad at me for falling asleep during sex" Cristina said nursing her drink
"Well, well well Izzie Stevens finally left the hospital does that mean heart patient kicked it" Alex said as he ordered a beer and sat next to Meredith, who was fighting back a snicker.
Izzie rolled her eyes at Alex and took a sip of her beer. "This section of the bar is for surgeons we don't socialize with Gynecologists" she said waving her arms wildly.
"Too bad you won't be one for long because of your thing with the heart patient" Alex shot back taking his beer from Joe.
"GEORGEEEE" Izzie exclaimed loudly as George enter the bar with Callie in tow. "Why'd you bring her" Izzie whispered loudly to glancing in Callies direction.
"Not cool Izzie" Meredith glared at Izzie and waved Callie over while George ordered their drinks.
"Hey Marky" Meredith said as Mark walked up and kissed her on the cheek and ordered a beer for himself and 2 tequilas one for Mer and one for Cristina.
"Hey Mark" Cristina and Callie echoed
"Sloan" Alex nodded. The only people who didn't acknowledge Mark were Izzie and George its not like he cared though because he didn't like Izzie's snippy attitude and he didn't like the way George treated Callie. He didn't mind the other interns out of Bailey's batch. Meredith, Alex and Cristina were inseparable like a dark and twisty trio.
After about 30 minutes Izzie left shortly after George and Callie followed eventually Burke left and Cristina reluctantly followed him, finally it was just Meredith, Mark and Alex.
"You ready to go babe" Mark whispered to Meredith who was slumped over leaning on his shoulder.
"Mmmhmm" Meredith mumbled.
"You tired" He said as he paid for the drinks.
"Nope" She said sitting up her eyes glimmering
"Oh really" he said said grinning "Well lets get you home" he said taking her hand and walking out of the bar. "Night Alex" He waved as the pair exited the bar. Alex stared after them and ordered another beer wondering if it wrong for him to hate heart patient. He sighed this was going to be a long night.

"I should get a McSteamy" Cristina said as she walked into the ER hallway that held the patient overflow
"You do that just don't take mines" Meredith said not even glancing up from her patient
"He took evil spawn to get the heart instead of me. I asked him first and he took freaking Evil Spawn instead of me" She ranted and slumped down on a bed
"And what are you going to do about it Meredith said as she finished up with her patient
"Im dumping him" She said crossing her arms
"I told a lie to Dr.Burke" Izzie said with her hands fully of medical supplies. Meredith and Cristina shared a worried glance.
"Good" Cristina finally replied
"What lie was that" Meredith said as she walked over to sit next to Cristina
"No, no, I need to... I need...God I can't think straight...I don't know what to do. Theres a guy ahead of Denny on the transplant list.
"This ...well... he'll get the next heart Iz" Meredith said trying her best to comfort her
"He'll get a heart eventually" Cristina stated trying to be reasonable "As long as hes doing good on the LVAD and theres someone ahead of him on the transplant list... no heart for Denny"
"Your right ..ok "Izzie said throwing the supplies on a crash cart and taking it all with her and scurrying down the hallway.
Cristina leaned in and whispered to Meredith "If I had to pick someone to go crazy and shoot up the hospital it'd be Izzie."
"I don't know I think George would be a great candidate" Meredith whispered back.
"Bambi … I could see it" Cristina whisperd back

"We still on for lunch today" Mark said as he looked over Mer's shoulder while she charted.
"Yup" She said spinning around in her chair and kissing Mark. Just then his pager went off "Meet me in my office" He said kissing her again before going to answer the page.

Meredith and Mark had just finished lunch and were walking out to the nurse's station for Mark to check on his patient and Meredith to finish charting for Callie.
" Mer are you riding to the apartment with me or do you need to go home to get clothes " Mark said leaning over the nurse's station.
"I'll ride to the apartment with you most of my clothes are their anyways" Meredith said smiling
"Oh right I forgot its practically your apartment too you might as well move in" Mark laughed.
"Mark Sloan are you asking me to move in with you" Meredith grinned
"Maybe I am" He said smirking
"Maybe I will" She said mirroring his smirk
"What they're doing is not about love, Derek! Well, it's like you." Addison loudly shouted at Derek. Meredith and Mark assumed that she either didn't know everyone could hear her or she didn't care. They were unable to hear Dereks response but they heard Addison yell again
"How you pretend to love me, but really you're just using me to fill this need you have to be a good guy." They still couldn't hear Derek's voice, but they assumed he tried to put off the conversation because Addison yelled again and they could hear her temper rising.
"What, you walk away? That's all I get?"
"Just calm down, please." They heard Derek attempt to diffuse the situation
"Wait, what, you're not going to yell at me? Call me names? Or, I don't know, punch someone out for the entire hospital to see" Addison shouted again, and Mark winced at the last one.
"What do you want from me, Addison? "They heard Derek shout
"I want you to care. I sleep with your best friend, and you walk away. Then he comes out here from New York and rubs it in your face, and you still get a good night's sleep. What do I have to do? Oh, I know. Maybe what I should do is move on with my life and pretend you don't matter anymore, because that seems to be something that sends you into a blinding rage. Oh, but wait. That won't work either because I'm not Meredith Grey." Addison shouted. Just then she looked down to find Meredith, Mark and basically the entire surgical floor staring up at her. She turned and walked away her cheeks a bright pink. She hated Meredith Grey with a passion. Meredith stole her husband and her Mark. Meredith stole her entire life. That whiny little intern what did everybody see in her she thought as she marched to her office. Addison sat in her office and fumed her marriage was over because of Meredith. She didn't have a relationship with Mark anymore because of Meredith. She had just shouted her whole life's problems in front of the hospital because of Meredith. Maybe just maybe she could win Mark back. Maybe the stupid slutty intern didn't have his heart yet. Maybe she had a shot. She sat in her office and pondered this.

Richard Webber stood next to Addison at the OR board before he could say anything Addsion cut him off.
"I know I know you just don't know the type of day I've had"
"We all have those days Addison most of us just don't have them in the middle of the hospital." Richard said looking at the OR board
"I can't compete. Derek isn't having an affair, he's just in love with Meredith. The only people who don't know that Derek loves Meredith are Derek and Meredith."
Richard almost laughed when he heard that sure he felt bad for Addison, but he found it utterly hilarious how the two people who broke both Mark and Meredith's heart ...the heartbreakers are the soon to be heartbroken. Richard was quiet sure Addison would try to go after Mark, but the problem was Mark was so madly in love with Meredith Richard hadn't even really looked at another woman the way he looked at Mer, but he was going to let Addison figure that one on her own it'd be interesting to watch. And as for Meredith and Derek that love was one-sided too because Meredith was in love with Mark. Richard suspected Meredith loved Mark since she met him all those years ago. He suspected that's why Derek didn't break her heart as much as he thought he did because Meredith's heart never honestly and truly belonged to Derek it was always Marks, but those were just his suspicions and he didn't want or feel it was his place to say things like that so he simply said :
"The problem with that statement is I don't think Meredith loves Derek" and with that he turned on his heel and walked away.
Addison sat there stunned with the cryptic information Richard left her with. She now had a choice she could stay with Derek and hope he'd come to his senses or she can go chase after Mark and pray he didn't love that stupid slutty intern. She walked to her office still pondering this.

Meredith stood in the elevator uncomfortable. She could sense Derek wanted to say something and she prayed he didn't. When would he realize that it was over?
Derek stood in the elevator he had to win her back. He knew deep down she still loved him he just had to make her see it he tried to say it but he couldn't find the words and before he knew it, she was out of the elevator. He tried to follow her but when he caught her she was walking out of the hospital with Marks arm wrapped around her. He was going to show her that she loved him and not Mark.

"Mark Mark Mark" Meredith said running into his arms and hugging him.
"Yes yes yes" He repeated
"We have to go we have to go now now now" She said grabbing him by the arm and attempting to drag him out"
"Why" He said laughing knowing he was being overdramatic.
"I'm being stalked by a Shepherd" She said attempting to keep the serious look on her face.
"Oh, really me too" He said laughing and wrapping his arm around her "We better get out of here before the Shepherds find out where we live"
"Yup wouldn't want them finding out where we live" Meredith grinned at the idea of moving in with Mark.
The pair walked out of the hospital and had almost gotten to Marks BMW when gunshots rang out.
"Crap" Mark look back to find Meredith already ahead on her way to help. He ran after her and found her trying to help some guy who'd been shot in the chest.
"HELP HELP" He heard Bailey yell. He ran over to see what she needed.
"BURKES BEEN SHOT" she screamed
"Crap" Mark Muttered.
--Soooo how do you guys feel about this chapter and don't worry unless you think this is a MerDer and Maddison story because then it would be smart for you to worry. Also if you like Izzie , Derek George and Addison you should probably worry.
