Senku woke up early and left to see if his project could be completed but to his dismay he was still lacking some final adjustments he even got all the materials to run it but couldn't take it with him to the capital.

Senku: "A real shame."

Senku then walks back to his room and pulls out his phone which was switched off all this time because there was no connection available the phone kept searching for it and draining its battery quickly so he had to turn it off. "I finally have to use you"

About half an hour before they left Senku asked Emilia if he could see puck, Emilia obliged

Senku: Is there a way you could peer into my head and see my thoughts?

Puck(gleefully): Yes is there a problem?

Senku: No, not with you is there some way you can make it that others can't peer into my head like you do?

Puck: Sure but why?

Senku: I have some information I am willing to share among us but I don't want anyone else to try snatching it from my head you can leave out my day to day memories.

Puck: I guess I am fine with that.

Puck then touched Senku's forehead causing him to faint briefly in a few minutes he woke up puck was still sitting on him he started to speak.

Senku: Is it done?

Puck:(With an authoritative pose and smile): Yes it is now only I can look into your head

Senku ignored that throwaway statement cracked a few jokes and left he had to get prepared for his journey and his first big move in altering the power dynamics at play. If anyone now did pry into his head it would mean that they saw his day to day life from the other world merely confirming his statements but they had no access to the other information or scientific data in his head. Therefore anyone who did that would fall deeper into desperation for the truth.

Senku then swapped to his formal attire which was made on Roswaal's demand he even kept a pair of prescription less glasses on him as they rode through the carriage while the others were travelling light Senku had a huge briefcase with him filled with a lot of items that he needed to win over the favour of the nobles who had some weight in the contest, he had a plan in his mind just like in the olden times most Noble lines while founded by men who were exceptional at almost everything they attempted. Their heirs however were not that spectacular and would usually easy to sway as they were not the ones who actually ran their territories but just the holders of the land so all he needed was for him to stand out enough and to show that getting his favour wasn't that difficult.

He had heard that people ostracised Emilia so he had to become a wall in between them and her so that nothing public shaming her happened and the other nobles who were somewhat neutral didn't join in spoiling her name because of goddamn peer pressure of all thibgs. He had given her a pep talk in how to respond to certain tricky questions and to not underestimate her importance as she was one of the incredibly few selected by the dragon and hold her head up high.

Senku had a plan for this once they reached the inside of the castle Senku split off and went the wrong way on purpose peering into every door slightly trying to find the place where the nobles would meet first before being ushered to the room where the briefing was actually going to take place. However a knight Julius noticed this behaviour of his and was tailing him. Once Senku found the room inside which the nobles were waiting he kept his suitcase out pulled out his phone wore his glasses and while looking at it entered the room as if he was distracted. Julius did not enter as he thought it would be discourteous of him to do so.

Once inside the nobles greeted him considering him as from some other branch of some noble family. Senku played along with it. Senku although from a normal family in modern day Japan didn't look out of place, he lacked exercise or any heavy work which meant his frame was similar to the nobles who lived a sheltered life up until now. Add to this Senku was well groomed today made it impossible for them to find out that Senku was an imposter. Senku greeted them formally and after they exchanged greetings. Senku said, "Can I have a picture?" and before they could refuse assuming that a portrait would take time Senku snagged a selfie with a lot of them in his smartphone. He then stared at it. Curiosity got the better of the some of the nobles who peered at his screen to find a picture already taken in his phone. They were flabbergasted. They immediately started questioning him, even those who were ignoring him up until now were fixated on the group. "How did this work?" "Can I have this metia?"

Senku replied, "I am sorry this is just one of the first ones I built as a hobby I am a scholar. We can make a deal eventually I was given the chance to come here and mention it as such a large meeting was not going to happen again for quite some time, I am sorry for taking your time." After hearing this sentence there was silence in the room as Senku scurried outside picking up his bag and leaving for the main chamber.

This sent the gears in their half working brains turning, making a deal with someone who could mass manufacture metias would rain in money. As they all contemplated on trying to get Senku's good side the clock ticked to the main event as they all started to move towards the main chamber. Senku had planned for something dramatic. As they lined up they saw the scholar clad in fancy robes standing Next to Roswaal L Mather who was supporting the Half Elf everyone loved to pick on and insult. However seeing Senku stand next to Roswaal kept them from trying to insult her because if Senku was an independent entity that supported Emilia then any chances of them getting that contract with him after insulting her were gone. Senku was now single handedly pressurising the entire room and held the key to it's atmosphere forcing the nobles to well say the least, act noble.

The knights couldn't figure out what was going on some were delighted that a candidate won't be insulted some were merely surprised but the only knight who knew what was happening was Julius Juukulius who had tailed Senku and had pieced together all of this while he wasn't pleased at him using such pressure he was impressed by this trick he used to keep the nobles from stepping the line he reminded him of his mistress Anastasia Hoshin who was known for carrying out deals as such and making the most out of a situation. Roswaal also agreed to this plan as they would now approach Senku for a deal for which he will have to stay back at the capital which was exactly as written in the gospel, it's cryptic writing had worked in Senku's favour.

Once the sages who ran the country arrived and took their seats. The last previously undisclosed candidate arrived shocking everyone even Senku. It was the thief from his first day in this world Felt backed by Reinhardt however she refused to participate. The Nobles were however harsh on her as they feared no consequences. Eventually the situation calmed down. The candidates then took turns explaining their preferred way of governing the country, The three before him Priscilla barielle, Crusch Karsten and Anastasia Hoshin. They each proposed their beliefs on a rule based on Totalitarianism, Meritocracy or Capitalism. There was an arrangement that Roswaal made for Senku that he announces his idea of a deal before Emilia's turn to explain. When he started speaking suddenly smoke emerged from the vents on the floor and A giant arrived who picked up Felt and began running. The sword saint just waved his sword clearing the smog the knights then apprehended him. It was Rom from the Loothouse he was now captured. Felt tried to reason with them but seeing that they refused to accept her request she agreed to participate which made it possible for her to intervene. Rom was then made to stand near the left wall until the meeting was over.

Senku now stood up and walked to the centre and began speaking, "I am Ishigami Senku a scholar from another world." This statement was seen by most others as self boasting except for Crusch Karsten whose face was one of disbelief. One of the men standing along with the knights Aldebaraan also had a change in his posture. Senku continued, "I desire to recreate my world, these pieces of technology you call metia were everywhere in my world or to say they were mass produced." This drew the attention of everyone as the hall grew silent. "We cured diseases you consider incurable we made food so plentiful at times even the poor suffered from obesity, We harnessed the power to level entire cities without such convenient magic, We even sent machines to other planets." At this point the hall's atmosphere had changed as there was nothing too solid to back his claims and for all they knew Senku's phone could have been a one-off metia.

Senku read the room and said with a grin, "To all who doubt me I Ten billion percent have proof or a small demonstration per se for which I need a volunteer. Rom volunteered as he had not yet repaid his gratitude during the event that happened at the loothouse. Senku reached out to his briefcase and gave him the leather double vest which contained a slab of lead he then pulled out a extremely beautiful gun a contraption made of whitre bone lacquered wood and lead inlays it was beautiful to look at, something completely unseen in this world and pointed it towards Rom saying, "Don't worry" and without warning he fired it there was a puff of smoke and a loud bang that bought even the inattentive one's attention this was a psychological trick Senku relied on to have everyone hear his next statements everything went according to plan, the impact of the round pushed Rom not much back but this much force on such a small area could have definitely killed him. This was a ballsy move on Senku's part and as he wished he drew everyone's attention but it worked. No one who wished to secure their future could now afford to ignore him or his words this was something made by him in this world which granted the flimsy boy with enough power to kill a giant on impact. The knights were shocked too because very few of them could actually react to the bullet when it was shot and even fewer could have dodged it they were shocked at how much killing potential the weapon he had casually put together had. The entire thing happened and ended in under a minute as Senku had to be concise.

After this he said a statement, "This weapon known as a smoothbore flintlock was made 400 years before I was brought here, I suppose you can imagine how far we developed our knowledge we learnt to cast off shallow differences that lacked any real bite and worked together to accomplish this. Therefore I show my support to Royal candidate, Emilia the half-elf the one with the ideology that changed my world."

There was silence after this statement Senku bowed down to everyone as a gesture to thank them for listening to him. After this Emilia went over and explained what would be her way of running the country a system based on equality and mutual understanding but instead of insulting her calling her a whore, a witch someone unfit to be born they listened to her every word every statement with respect as they had the weight of a man's statements a man who had the weight of 2 million years of knowledge behind him.

AN: I know it's early but it's also smaller I couldn't keep my hands off it for a week.
