The big 10th chapter huh? And it's the first of the Sports festival one of my favorite arcs from MHA! Yeah, gotta be honest don't really know about the direction I've been taking this or the quality of the old chapters so some reviews would be much appreciated! Reading other well-written fanfictions always makes me feel like I have a lot more to learn not to mention writing these takes a whole bunch of time while I still gotta deal with school and my youtube channel (check it out just search up DreamerJanto on youtube! shameless plug ik) I kinda see why some of the most popular fanfictions don't update for months writing is tough man. Anyway enough of that here's the tenth chapter so I hope you guys enjoy!
With the Sports Festival in a week the students of UA High School were preparing and training vigorously in order to show what they can do to the world and get their names out there. Meanwhile at HQ…
HQ
"Fire you say? Are you asking for a fire quirk?" Hisashi asked Izuku when he brought it up.
"No father I'm saying I've learned how to generate fire with One for All, but I need a conductor if it's going to work. That's why I'm asking if you could create gloves that can secrete oil so I can keep the fire burning."
"You said you could generate fire? Interesting care to show me an example?" Hisashi requested.
Doing the skill he had been training all week moving his hand with One for All quickly in a condensed area then swiping through with the other creating fire which went out a little bit afterwards.
"Incredible! As expected of my son. You have somehow stolen my quirk without me even knowing! Just a joke of course, but I do see a couple of flaws care to tell me what they are?"
"It takes too long and it isn't subtle." Izuku replied.
"You're aware of these faults I see. Then I assume with the gloves you'll be able to fix them?" Hisashi asked.
"Yes, father I will."
"Good then I'll supply you the gloves after the Sports Festival then I doubt they would let you use your suit there anyway. Now I assume this modification isn't the only reason you're here?" Hisashi stated.
"No, father it isn't I have the information about the origins of One for All." Izuku replied.
"Perfect. And?"
Izuku then preceded to tell Hisashi bout the origins of One for All from its origins to how its been passed on from generation to generation.
"I see. So that bastard All for One created the quirk that will eventually spell his demise. This is PERFECT MY SON! THE BEST POSSIBLE SCENARIO!" Hisashi shouted in joy.
"Why is that father?" Izuku asked not used to seeing his father this happy usually.
"My son you know our objective from the beginning was to change the society as we know it forever. Strip down the boundaries of class that divide us take away the "heroes" that killed your mother and the villains that plague us and make a society that is equal for everyone that we can… lead since we are the strongest and most reasonable after all." Hisashi was spouting a glare in his eye.
"Yes, of course from the beginning I've understood this but what about this is the best possible scenario?"
"You of course my son! You were able to obtain the quirk destined to defeat All for One and you know that All Might will have to retire soon. My son together when the time is right, we can finally build it the society we know should exist with no one to stop us. Together we can bring about the end of an era and start anew."
"Yes, I understand father your right but for now we should focus on what's ahead right?" Izuku said.
"Yes, you're right of course I apologize I got a little too excited is all." Saying this Hisashi regained composure.
"What's ahead the Sports Festival. I don't think I need to tell you that you have to win."
"No, I know father. The people will need a new symbol when the time comes so I'll show then what I'm capable of." Izuku said with certainty.
"Good. Then that's all that will be discussed today. Your next side mission is to win the Sports Festival. Now go train you're dismissed."
With Izuku done talking with his father it was now time to train for the Sports Festival he upped his daily routine training more vigorously than ever before. He kept training the new technique he created designating them the Phantom Fists and trained to increase his capacity of One for All. In addition he also added new techniques revolving around his sword considering he'd improved his martial arts style with the Phantom Fists.
But, Izuku wasn't the only one vigorously training for the Sports Festival. Bakugo was at the UA gym using his quirk at max capacity blowing away the simulated mountains created by Cementoss.
I can't deny it after that fight that damn bookworm is stronger than me DAMNIT. HOW DID THIS HAPPEN! Was he always this strong? Just hiding it? He doesn't seem like the type to like attention so I wouldn't be surprised. None of that matters right now! All that matters is that I reach the top first and kill him. And with this new move I've created I'll make sure of it. I'll reach the top sooner than you think bookworm so don't underestimate me!
At his household Todoroki could be seen using his right side repeatedly to the point of frostbite.
I need to completely master my right side so I would never have to use my left side. I'll show him I'll show everyone that I don't need it.
Uraraka was at a construction site her parents owned and she was training her anti-gravity quirk by using it on the heavy equipment being used there.
5…4…3…2…1… Release! Oh man I think I'm gonna be sick… 'BLEARGH'
"This training is tough but it's what I have to do if I'm gonna be able to get strong like Izuku!"
All the students were training as they knew the Sports Festival was their chance to make it into the spotlight and just like that a week had gone by and the day of the Sports Festival was upon them.
Izuku looked around the classroom and saw the expression on all of his classmate's faces. Some like Bakugo looked stoked or really just in Bakugo's case ready to kill someone. While others looked completely calm either hiding their fear or that's just how they naturally were like Tokoyami or Todoroki. And the rest looked like they were about to throw up.
He noticed those who let out their nervousness were those who haven't had a chance to have any real combat experience both in the training exercise and at USJ. But they were still in Class 1-A so they would probably get through the first round at least.
"Kage." Izuku looked up and saw Todoroki staring down at him an unusually cold look in his eyes.
"Yes Todoroki?" Izuku responded calmly but not in a friendly tone either.
"I think it's clear that you're the strongest one in this class. I came here with a declaration. A declaration that I will defeat you." Todoroki said somewhat calmly and fiercely at the same time causing the temperature in the room to drop even though he wasn't using his quirk.
"Do you have something to prove? No forget it I will be looking forward to it. But I won't hold back just because you are." Izuku said in response looking him in the eye.
"Woah woah let's calm down here guys no need for this!" Kirishima said until suddenly the door snapped open and Aizawa walked inside.
"Alright everyone pay attention." Aizawa said which made everyone sit down and stare at him in attention.
"Good you guys are getting better at this. Soon we'll all be heading out into the stadium there Kage will give the yearly commencement speech since he scored highest at the entrance exams and he's the class representative and then the games will start. Also, just so you know hero costumes are prohibited so you guys don't have an unnecessary advantage over the other classes. Everyone understand?" Aizawa said in a monotone voice somehow looking relaxed despite the fact that he still looked like a mummy.
"Yes Sensei!" Everyone responded.
"Alright then it should be time so everyone suit up in the locker rooms then we'll go out."
Class 1-A changed in the locker room then followed Aizawa over to the stadium where as soon as they walked out were met with roaring applause from huge crowd there. There had to be at least 5000 people seated around the whole venue as it was packed not to mention the millions of viewers at home.
"Hello everyone, I'm your host the R-18 hero Midnight and I will be your host for this year's UA Sports Festival! And entering the stadium first it's the class that everyone has their eyes on they've already faced adversity as students so will they prove to be at the top it's Class 1-A!"
"Is it really a smart idea to have an 18+ rated superhero as a host for an international event?" Izuku wondered out loud.
"Yeah I was wondering the same thing." Kirishima said in agreement.
"Now entering the stadium it's the second hero class of the first year, with everyone's eyes on Class 1-A can they prove that they have just as much potential as them and come out on top? It's Class 1-B!"
"Tch, all these fools looking on at 1-A just wait until I steal the show and prove Class 1-B is superior." A somewhat plain looking blonde guy said while walking out.
"And now the non-heroic classes are stepping out into the field including the general courses, support courses, and the business courses! They may not be training to be heroes but who knows maybe there are some dark horses in here!" Midnight said finishing announcing all the classes.
"Yeah right we're just here to make the 'hero' classes look good." A general course student said receiving hmms and nods in agreement.
"And now for the yearly commencement speech by the highest scorer of the entrance exam and the representative of Class 1-A Izuku Kage!"
HQ
All of the assassins were gathered around to watch the Sports Festival as many of them have never actually seen Izuku in action as he truly was a phantom. So, since the Sports Festival would technically be the first announcement to the world that the Assassins were rising Hisashi allowed everyone to take a day off and watch.
"Yo boss look at this looks like the kid's gotta give a speech for showing off too hard AHAHA!"
"Interesting let's see what my son has to say to the world."
UA Stadium
Izuku looked up at the crowd and everyone watching at home. Two people his two mentors one an assassin and his father and the other the one who gave him One for All who is the number one hero told him the same thing. "Tell the world that I am here!" And that's exactly what he intended to do.
He stepped up to the microphone on stage took a deep breath and looking like a calm hunter scouting their pray no, looking like Phantom he started to speak.
"The world we live in today full of heroes and villains is not fair. But in history the world has never been fair even before quirks existed. It's the way the world works that some will always be at the top and others will always be at the bottom. I won't lie in saying that I started out at the bottom in the beginning I had nothing and no one but it's because of what I've done for myself that I'm here today. Only a select few can realize that with enough hard work breaking through to the top isn't a dream but a goal so that's exactly what I did and that's why I'm up here giving this speech to everyone today. Several people have come out over the last week and have made declarations which implies that they think they deserve to be at the top. So, let me share a declaration of my own. I will become the Symbol this World needs. A Symbol for everyone not just for heroes or civilians, Everyone. And it starts with me winning this Sports Festival. If any of you believe you've worked harder than I did and want to try and take me down, go ahead. In the end it won't matter I've worked too hard to give up here I will win and no matter what show why I will become the Symbol this world will need. Thank you."
Izuku looked up at the crowd and his fellow students to see nothing but shocked and surprised faces.
HQ
"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA THIS KID IS SOMETHING ELSE BOSS YOU SEE THAT! THE WHOLE WORLD IS SHOOK RIGHT NOW!" Maverick screamed hollering.
"A perfect declaration by my son Assassins this was a big part of the plan the world will soon know who we are. Are you all prepared?"
"AHHHHHHHH" They all screamed in excitement.
"Good! Now let's watch my son win."
UA Stadium
As Izuku started walking down the steps he heard a single clap followed by another and another and soon the entire stadium was clapping and cheering for him. Izuku smiled at this.
The world doesn't know it yet, but All Might doesn't have much time left when he's gone the world will need someone else to look to for peace that's where I come in. A short determined inspirational speech to get the people going may seem trivial right now but I've just set the precipice for our plans now I just need to perform. I hope you're watching me father.
"Now that was a speech and a declaration if I've ever heard one! A new symbol looks like someone's an All Might fan! Now is everyone ready to get this Sports Festival started! Let's go!"
"As you all know the Sports Festival's games are decided by random by the Wheel of Fortune! What crazy challenge shall present themselves to the students in our very first event let's find out!"
Midnight pointed towards the huge digital screen presented to the entire arena and a digital representation of a wheel began to spin rapidly until the arrow finally landed on… "Obstacle Course!"
"Looks like this year's first main event is the Obstacle Course! Students will have to maneuver around dangerous obstacles and each other in order to race to the finish line which is back to this very stadium! Seeing all these students about to race fiercely on a track full of obstacles sure does sound…exciting." Midnight said seductively.
"Definitely not international event appropriate." Izuku said while most of the guys on the field started to have nose bleeds.
"As for the rules harming other students is prohibited but you can slow them down! Quirk usage is allowed so go wild just not…too wild." Midnight said a wild smile on her face.
"No seriously who made the decision for her to be the host." Izuku thought out loud.
"Anyway, let's get the Sport's Festival underway!" Midnight said cracking her whip towards the beginning of the Obstacle Course.
Announcer's Booth
"CAN EVERYBODY SAY HEYYYYYYYYY!" EVERYONE I'M YOUR COMMENTATOR FOR THIS YEAR'S SPORTS FESTIVAL PRESENT MIC!"
"You're too loud."
"JOINED…by my colleague Eraserhead…" Turning off the mic Present Mic told Eraserhead "Hey think you can be a bit more you know eccentric? We are the commentators after all.
"That's your job I'm just here to provide insightful knowledge to the viewers at home." Aizawa responded.
*sigh* "Alright." Turning the mic back on Present Mic announced "The FIRST CHALLENGE THE OBSTACLE COURSE IS ABOUT TO BEGINNNN! WHO'LL COME OUT ON TOP LET'S FIND OUT IN…"
A multi staged obstacle course where the biggest challenge would inherently be the other students not the actual course. Not to mention they're starting us off in a condensed tunnel which provides huge opportunities for those with crowd control quirks like Todoroki. I don't know anyone in Class 1-B yet as we haven't had any interaction with them, but I doubt any of them are as destructive as Bakugo or Todoroki. Still the best I can do "5…4…3…2…1…START!" is this!
As soon as the race started Izuku who was in the middle of the pack immediately jumped to the roof using One for All and bounced forward using blink at the same time.
Without looking back Izuku could hear the cold air emerge followed by the screams and shouts of the other students inside the tunnel.
"W…What is this?!"
"Why is our feet stuck?!"
"Ice?!"
"Hey we can't move?!"
When the race started Todoroki created ice that caused all of the student's feet to get stuck rendering them unable to move.
"Sorry but it looks like I'll have to get a head start on all of- WHAT?!" Todoroki was saying but soon saw Izuku far in front of him and soon after the rest of the 1-A students were easily breaking out of the ice and catching up to Todoroki.
"You're too naïve Todoroki you won't win like that!" Izuku yelled out to him.
"HE'S RIGHT!" The rest of 1-A yelled announcing their presence behind him.
Announcer's Booth
"SHOTO TODOROKI OFF TO A COLD START AS HE FREEZES THE FEET OF ALL THE OTHER STUDENTS EXCEPT WAIT! LOOKS LIKE HIS CLASSMATE IZUKU KAGE WAS THINKING AHEAD AND SOMEHOW GOT A HEADSTART ON EVERYONE WHERE DID HE COME FROM! AND NOW THE REST OF THE 1-A STUDENTS ARE BREAKING FREE AND CATCHING UP TAKING A SIZABLE LEAD ON ALL THE OTHER CLASSES! ERASERHEAD WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN TEACHING THESE KIDS?!"
"Not much."
"uhhhhh"
"This is the accumulation of their experience over the other classes in fighting villains. They've experienced the real world, so they've shed some of the fear that with the unexpected. Like I said I haven't done much this is all them."
"Wow that was actually pretty nice commentary. ANYWAY, THE FIRST REAL OBSTACLE IN THIS CRAZY OBSTACLE COURSE IS NOW BEING ENCOUNTERED BY THE FRONT RUNNER IZUKU KAGE THE ROBO INFERNOOOO! THOSE OF YOU FAMILIAR WITH THE ENTRANCE EXAM MIGHT'VE REMEMBERED THE CRAZY HUGE AND POWERFUL ROBOT THAT YOU SHOULD'VE AVOIDED BY ALL MEANS WELL NOW THERE ARE 3 OF THEM HOW WILL THE FRONTRUNNER DEAL WITH THIS LET'S SEE!" Present Mic announced to viewers around the world with quite explosive commentary.
How do I deal with this? Simple. One for All 55% Limit Break both arms! Izuku then aimed his sword at all three of the robot's legs. "You're all wide open. PHANTOM WAVE!" Using his Phantom Wave Izuku cleaved the legs of all the robots in half right down the middle causing them to fly off as the robots all fell forward towards the track.
Phantom Wave a new move I invented by combining the energy created with Phantom Slash and One for All I'm able to create an even bigger and more powerful energy wave with a wider AOE and distance capacity. It may take up a lot of energy but it's nothing I can't handle, and the results speak for themselves.
The 3 gigantic robots fell forward crashing down on the course blocking the path and creating an obstacle for the rest of the students. That should slow them down.
Announcer's Booth
"IN IN IN ONE SLASH IZUKU KAGE COMPLETELY DESTROYS ALL THREE ROBOTS WHAT A SPECTACULAR DISPLAY OF POWER!"
"Wrong."
"Huh?"
"The robots aren't destroyed only handicapped. The only part of the robot unequipped with weapons is the legs. Legs are only required for movement and considering this in an obstacle course the role of the robots here is to slow down students at this checkpoint not to follow. Kage knew exactly what he was doing here by chopping off the legs he created time for him to get through, but the rest of the students still have to take on this obstacle. A brilliant move strategically from Kage I'd expect nothing less from the highest academic scorer in the exam." Aizawa explained in a voice just a little bit more excited than his usual monotone voice.
"uhhhh WHAT HE SAID STILL INCREDIBLE THOUGH! BUT HOW WILL THE REST OF THE STUDENTS OVERCOME THIS OBSTACLE TODOROKI IS THE NEXT TO FACE THEM LET'S SEE WHAT HE DOES!"
"So Kage took out their legs but they're still operational damn him. Right now, I'm supposed to be showing off to the old man. I can't let him keep outshining me like this. This doesn't exactly help my case, but I was planning on doing this anyway." Todoroki summoned a glacier which kept one of the robots upright just as the rest of the students were catching up to him.
"Look he froze one of the robots now's our chance!" One of the students said.
"I'd be careful if I were you, I set them up to bring them down." Todoroki said running past as the robot fell.
"AGHHHHHH YOU HALF HOT AND HALF BASTARD THINK YOU COULD JUST PULL THE SAME TRICK AS THE BOOKWORM AND WE WOULDN'T CATCH ON! DON'T UNDERESTIMATE ME THAT BOOKWORM MAY HAVE THE LEAD BUT I'LL SHOW YOU THAT YOU DECLARED WAR ON THE WRONG PERSON!" Bakugo said as he was catching up at a fast pace behind him.
Thanks to his quirk Bakugo was easily able to fly past the fallen robots using his quirk and soon those with mobility quirks got the same idea.
Looks like our class and even the others are doing better than Todoroki expected now I see pillars up ahead must be the second obstacle.
Announcer's Booth
"Looks like Kage has reached the second obstacle THE FALL! INDIVIDUAL PILLARS ONLY CONNECTED BY ROPE! IF YOU FALL, YOU'RE OUT DON'T WANNA FALL? BETTER START CRAWLING THEN!"
These types of courses were frequent throughout my childhood as father and maverick would have me progress through them the only difference is here you fall you lose back then you fell you died. This should be a piece of cake especially with One for All now.
Activating One for All Izuku took a couple of steps back before running, jumping, and easily clearing the distance between two pillars. Soon enough he jumped over to most of the pillars and easily finished it reaching the steps of the last obstacle.
Announcer's Booth
"AND he's already reached the third obstacle…hey Eraserhead isn't your student a little too dominant? It's not very entertaining for the fans."
"If you want to stop watching for the simple fact that a student is powerful enough to dominate in the first place then go ahead but I can't say that I'm surprised. First in the entrance exam, the physical exam, and the student who had the most impact at USJ. Countless times Kage has shown he's ready to be seen as the best of the best and judging by that speech he is ready. But just because he's in first right now doesn't mean you should count everyone else out. If I'm certain of one thing as I look at the rest…he's got them fired up."
As Todoroki and Bakugo reached the Fall they realized that Izuku had already completed it.
"Bakugo!"
"What you half and half bastard admit defeat?" Bakugo questioned.
"No, of course not but you know as well as I do that, we're not strong enough to beat Kage as is unless…"
"You're telling me to lower myself and work with you?"
"Do you want to beat him or not? Fighting like this only makes it easier for him you're only lowering yourself by slowing me down and not chasing after him." Todoroki explained to him.
"You know I know you're egging me on…but you're right. So, you calculating bastard what's the plan."
"I can create An ice hill and using your quirk you can blast us over this obstacle, and we can catch up after that it's fair game agreed?" Todoroki asked him.
"Fine just as long as I can win now go!"
Todoroki then created a massive hill made of ice easily covering half of the Fall and grabbed on to Bakugo.
"FIRST PLACE HERE I COME!" Bakugo yelled out before blasting him and Todoroki up the pillar easily clearing the Fall and landing in front of Izuku who was clearing the minefield!
WHAT THE HOW- They worked together? Izuku thought as he saw both Todoroki and Bakugo land in front of him.
"WHAT? THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A WALK IN THE PARK BOOKWORM?! I TOLD YOU I WAS GUNNING FOR THE TOP! AND WITH THIS BEING A MINEFIELD IT DOESN'T AFFECT ME!"
"This gives the others a clear path, but it doesn't matter I need to win this." Saying this Todoroki froze over the ground so the mines wouldn't be triggered by his feet.
"You guys…to think I keep underestimating you guys thank you for this experience. But I came here to win." Izuku said as his face darkened, and he began to look like Phantom.
Announcer's Booth
"AND OH MY GOD I CAN'T BELIEVE IT I TAKE BACK WHAT I SAID WITH A COMBO FROM THE TWO PEOPLE I'D NEVER EXPECT TO WORK TOGETHER THEY OVERTAKE KAGE AT THE 3RD OBSTACLE WHICH I HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN ABLE TO EXPLAIN YET THESE KIDS ARE SO FAST LIKE WHATTTTT! LIKE I WAS SAYING 3RD OBSTACLE MINEFIELD STEP ON THEM THEY EXPLODE ONLY WITH ENOUGH FORCE TO MAKE YOU PEE THOUGH! AND WHILE THE TOP 3 ARE IN A FIGHT TO THE FINISH LOOKS LIKE THE REST ARE USING TODOROKI'S ICE HILL TO EASILY GET OVER THE FALL!"
Both Todoroki and Bakugo have quirks that easily help them negate the minefield for quick incautious travel so the most I can do here is slow them down and take that opportunity to gain the lead!
Izuku summoned his sword and threw it so that it would land right on a mine that was in front of both Todoroki and Bakugo.
"WHAT THE-"
"Agh"
Phase 1 complete now Eagle Eye! Scanning within the smoke created by the minds Izuku found his sword flying in the air and locked on. Blink!
Using blink Izuku landed flawlessly on the hilt of his sword. Now for the final phase this is gonna sting. One for All 55% Limit Break! Phantom Blink! Izuku who was at the middle of the field blinked to the end of the minefield and started to run for the stadium.
"When did Kage-"
"AGHHHH GET BACK HERE YOU BOOKWORM!"
Announcer's Booth
"SOMEHOW SOMEWAY IN THE SMOKE IZUKU KAGE HAS TAKEN THE LEAD AND IS HEADED FOR THE STADIUM BUT BAKUGO AND TODOROKI ARE NOT FAR BEHIND ERASERHEAD WHAT IS UP WITH YOUR KIDS TODAY?!"
"It's like I've been saying I haven't done much they got fired up all on their own."
"ANNNNNDDDD IN FIRST PLACE MAKING A SPLASH JUST LIKE HE SAID HE WOULD IT'S THAT MAN IZUKU KAGE!"
Phantom Blink another new move I created while training putting limit break on my eyes not only gives me enhanced vision but the ability to go beyond what a normal blink is capable and teleport long distances still it has a huge toll on my eyes. Another one of those Phantom Blinks and my eyes start bleeding for sure. But it paid off. Izuku thought as he looked towards the cameras and flashed a smile pumping his fist in the air.
HQ
"Oh man I thought the kid was about to blow it for a sec AHAHA. Actually, naw the kid was gonna win for sure just had to make it interesting I guess."
"Still his classmates are not to be underestimated their abilities and combat sense seem to be very proficient indeed. We should watch them in the future I have a feeling I know why Izuku is firing them up if you get my gist."
"Oh yeah the explosive brat and endeavor's kid real powerhouses from what I saw of them at USJ nothing compared to the kid of course but I got my eye on them" Maverick stated.
League of Villain's Bar
"That damned brat again."
Soon after Izuku finished Todoroki followed by Bakugo came in as did the rest of the students. All of Class 1-A made it and all but one from Class 1-B made it. The outliers were the general courses guy with crazy purple hair who declared war on Class 1-A and a support courses girl with pink hair and goggles.
Looks like the results are expected if not for a couple of outliers but I guess that just makes it interesting especially the purple haired guy I can understand the support courses student, but he must have a versatile quirk.
"HEY IZUKU!" Uraraka yelled at Izuku before running up to him and grabbing her knees in exhaustion.
"You…you really blew right past this thing huh? If it weren't for the ice Todoroki made at the fall I don't know if I would've made it." Uraraka explained to him having to take heavy breaths after.
"No, I'm sure you would be fine. After all you've been training hard haven't you?" Izuku asked her.
"Yeah you're right Izuku I'm gonna keep doing my best!"
"There we go. Ah, Iida how'd you fare?"
"Not as well of you of course but I still managed to get 7th. Even with a speed quirk I still didn't win in a race. I still have much to learn!" Iida said dramatically.
"Don't worry you'll get there but it seems like everyone's finished let's see what the next challenge is."
"My my that was quite the spectacle very entertaining indeed." Midnight said seductively.
"Seriously…" Izuku thought out loud again.
"Now that the first challenge of this year's Sports Festival is finished here are your standings!" As Midnight was saying this a list of places 1-41 appeared all the way starting with Izuku in first and Aoyama at 41st place.

"Calvary Battle is a game in which teams of 2-4 made up of 1-3 legs and 1 rider try to successfully steals the headbands atop the rider's head. The 4 teams with the most points by the end of the time limit move on to the final round! The rules go as follows if your 'Horse' ends up collapsing and falling to the floor you're out! But that doesn't mean you can use your quirks as direct attacks to make other teams fall. That is a strict violation and your team will be disqualified. Quirks may be used to zone and disorient teams so go wild! The point values are shown here at 41st place the headbands are worth 10 points and keep adding up by 10 until we get to 1st place!"
So, what I should be worth something like 410 points right?
"Except…one catch. The first-place winner of the Obstacle Course Izuku Kage, you are worth 1,000,000 Points!"
As soon as the number 1 million was stated all eyes landed on Izuku. Like a pack of hungry hyenas cornering their pray everyone had the same thoughts on their minds 1 MILLION.
It's been a while since I've felt this, the overpowering intent and aura. I guess I am a bit rusty of an assassin, aren't I? Looks like things just got interesting.
OOOOOOO CLIFFHANGERRRR jk. Less of a cliffhanger and more ending it off where things get a bit more interesting. Admittedly as I'm writing this I should be doing homework and studying for my finals next week but I do this for the people! Anyway, I hoped you guys enjoyed it but I honestly don't know when the next chapter will come out. Still expect consistent Youtube uploads though! (Pls subscribe I have a family except they pay for my food I'm just tryna get some boba ya feel me LOL) On a serious note though I'll see you guys next time and I'm glad I was able to make this obstacle course much more interesting then what I was planning it to be and show some one the changes in development with some of the characters compared to the original anime since this is a fanfiction after all!
