Chapter 11
Ish and Joseph watched as Ash de morphed and fall to the ground, un-moving. Their faces were filled with fear.
Marvin: Huh, that worked fast. Poison really can vary in speed with the right connection.
Ish: WHAT. DID. YOU. DO!?
Marvin: You didn't see the purple pulses on her as she fell, her poison has increased.
Joseph: BULL DONKEY! Her parents are out on a meeting, her siblings are safe at the HOK and we're all fine!
Marvin just let out a laugh, like this was a joke to him.
Marvin: You really haven't even guessed who ELSE is close to her! Tell me! Who was her VERY FIRST FRIEND BEFORE Ish!
Joseph and Ish eyes furrowed...then they paled...her first friend before Ish, before Sudden Death tricked her, before...
Ish: Joseph, come with me NOW!
The two ran through the portal with Ash in Ish's arms as Marvin laughed.
They jumped out quickly running down the halls, panic and fear radiated from them.
Ish: Let this be a cruel joke please...
Joseph: He couldn't...he would dare go-
They froze in their place as the vault opened...laying on the ground with the same pulsing purple veins, was Freedom.
Ish: No...
Freedom breaths were ragged as he slowly looked over to the two Guardians.
Freedom: *Pained* Grab-Mega-get-out-
Joseph grabbed the Megacore before he slowly lifted Freedom from the ground.
Joseph: Freedom...
They quickly made a portal and jumped in.
Meanwhile...
Barron laughed as he sat on his throne, Mavrin chuckling.
Barron: GENIUS! PURE GENIUS! Our planned worked!
Mavrin: Yes Master, our research was a huge success, it will only be a matter of days till they both succumb.
Barron: Perhaps Endgame should have done this in the first place. Making a connection of someone who is poisoned to a Rusher-
Stellaria: Sir, what did the Patriot Rusher have to do with this?
The three Anticorians were confused on this plan they had just enacted. Barron nodded, ready to explained what they had just done.
Barron: This poison after many studies, is fatal to a Rusher. Once you improve the poison you can make a connection to those also infected, spreading the process. And since the Rusherz are more at risk to this, we have made that connection with Ash and Freedom.
Mavrin: I like to see them try and make a cure!
Angkoro: So is there?
Barron: They would be foolish to try and destroy the connection and poison here.
The three raised their eyes. Zich grunted in his language.
Barron: This poison is actually a mix of blitzbot viruses and the only way they could be destroyed is that if the motherboard that controls them on the ship is destoried.
Mavrin: But one, they cannot find this place and two, they would be walking into death!
HOK...
Ange watched from the cracked door, listening in with the veteran Guardians and Freefall. She, as well as the others, were horrified seeing Ash and Freedom in Joseph and Ish's arms. Marty had told her to wait outside, but she knew she had to know how serious the situation was.
Freefall: This is bad, the fact that the poison has quickly spread in Freedom's body and Ash's poison has increased...
Kristie: Is-Is there anyway we can stop it?
She heard Freefall sighed.
Freefall: If we don't soon...I'm sorry-
Ange dodged the door slamming open as Ish and Joseph angerly went out of the room. Ange, worried for them, quietly fallowed them to a room, listening in. It was silent for a while...
Joseph:...I'm going after him, he's gone to far. First threatening my Girl, now he's put my friend's life at risk!
Ish: Joseph, you can't do that...not alone.
Ange blood froze.
Joseph: Your going to help me?
Ish: Barron made a huge mistake messing with my girl...you have been training with that negation right...do you have another?
Ange silently gasped in horror.
Joseph: Yes, just follow my lead and Barron will be dead in our hands.
Ange shoke as she backed away, running down the halls. She was frightened at what they were planning, she needed help! The Guardians were occupied not to mention she couldn't tell them she heard everything-
She fell to the ground of the core room, turning to see Toro rubbing his head.
Toro: Ange, you need to be carefu-
He stopped seeing the look of fear in her eyes, his face going serious at the site.
Toro: Ange, what's wrong?
Ange: T-Toro-Ish and Joseph are going to take on Barron and Mavrin alone. Ash poison increased due to a connection with Freedom and if we don't find a cure or the source soon...
Toro was horrified, Ange getting up after she picked him up and taking them outside.
Toro: A-Ange-
Ange: We have to do something! Is there anyone else who can help us?!
Toro gave a thought, before sending her a map to her NFLR. She followed it as Toro gave her directions. She found herself a bit far into the woods, till she and Toro reached a house. Toro jumped off and quickly knocked on the door.
Toro: WARREN! WARREN! PLEASE ANSWER!
The door opened as Warren Zimmer opened the door, surprised to see Toro and a girl with white hair and skin and striking purple eyes.
Toro: Warren...we need your help, this is a matter of life and death.
