Peter was currently in the middle of his self defense training with the best trainer in Starling City; Stick. A old blind man who can easily beat several men in a fight.

Stick had Peter's hand behind his back, twisted.

"I don't get how this works." Peter tells the old man.

"I've got all day, kid." Stick tells him as Peter hits his knee, getting his arm free, sending a flip at Stick who easily dodges it. "Feel the breeze."

Peter leaps and tries to kick him only for Stick to continuously dodge his attacks.

"How do you do that?" Peter asks.

"Sight is just one of your senses. If you can use them all, you won't notice when you loose one." Stick replies as Peter continues to try and distract him whilst fighting.

"So what, my eyes can deceive me?" Peter tries quipping to get him off his game, but it still doesn't seem to work.

"You've got heart, kid. But heart's not enough." Stick says as he hits Peter back with a simple whack at his side. "You've got to control that anger."

"Thought you said anger was a weapon that can be used." Peter reminds him, getting back to his feet.

"Anger is a spark, kid. Rage can turn into a wildfire, become out of control, making it useless." Stick replies.

"Yeah, well, my stepfather's missing, the city is getting crazy with some psycho killing people with arrows, and the Hood. I think fear is a more appropriate description." Peter replied as he leaps in for an attack and is yet a again taken down by his stick, causing him to collapse on the ground.

"You talk too much." Stick tells him.

"Yeah...I've heard that before." Peter assures him in pain.

"Talking can help against some foes, keeps them distracted, it even annoys them, causes them to get frustrated. But for people like me, you gotta know how to fight. Now, it's time to stop taking a beating and start giving one. Get up."

Peter starts to climb up off the floor and gets into a fighting stance.

"Come on, kid. Show me I'm not wasting my time." Stick says as Peter does a spin to try and trip him, but that failed.

He does a backflip and that doesn't seem to do anything as he moves out of the way as if it was nothing and ends up back in the same situation he started out in.

Seeing what to do now, Peter does a front flip and knocks the stick out of his hands and causes Stick to go for an attack Peter dodges.

Stick chuckles and sees that he's finally learning.

"Good. You just might survive a fight."

Another name needed taking down is Edward Radmus who killed parents of a child who were being represented by Laurel. Their son was the only one to survive the attack, followed by an attack on Laurel and her place.

Tommy suggested that they take Taylor to the Queen home until they stop the man responsible.

"This must be Taylor." Moria greets the eight year old. "How about I show you where I hide the good cookies?"

Taylor nods and they head towards the kitchen.

"Do me a favor, tell me where they are hidden." Peter whispers to Taylor as they pass him and he laughs.

"You don't know where she hides them?" MJ asks.

"My Mom is good with secrets." Peter shrugs.

"Hey, where's Thea?" Ned wonders.

"I...think on a date with that Roy Harper guy." Peter assumes, their relationship has been getting better after his little outburst a few months ago.

Whilst that was going down, Oliver went after Edward and he made him confess everything to the police. Except that didn't stop the assassin he hired. He killed Edward and is still going after the kid since he saw his face.

Peter and his friends were in his room when the lights suddenly went off.

"What was that?" Ned asks.

"Power probably got knocked out by the storm." MJ guesses.

"Not possible. It's never gone down before." Peter comments. "I'm gonna go see what's happening." He tells them and walks out to see what's going on.

But he suddenly begins to hear gunshots and quickly ducks for cover.

"Where's the child? This house is quite large and I don't particularly care to check every room." The assassin says and Peter sees he doesn't know where he's going.

How much did this guy cost? Did he think he could just come here and gun everyone down?

Well, not only can he use this to his advantage, but he can lead him away from the others. He just hoped that his friends had more common sense than he does.

He hears footsteps leaving but as soon as he stood up, the assassin opens fire on him but Peter quickly gets down and uses the shadows to quickly move out of the way, picking up a silver tray and tossing it at him.

"You've got some guts, kid! I'll give you that." The assassin tells Peter. "But you should've stayed in your room."

"Why? So you can find me off guard mistaking me for the kid?" Peter asks as he uses his knowledge of his home to cause his voice to echo through the halls, causing him to search everywhere for Peter.

He marches to two hall doors and as soon as he opens them, Peter leaps down and was able to disarm him before spinning and sending him toppling.

He gets back up and Peter sees him eyeing his gun and waits for him to leap for it until Peter tackles him and holds him until he gets up and holds Peter down whilst reaching for the gun.

Peter tries his best to get free but Stick never got around to teaching him how to get out of this hold.

Suddenly, Oliver comes in and kicks the man down the stairs as Peter just stays down to catch his breath.

Oliver leaps down the stairs as the two begin to fight hand to hand.

"What happened to you on that island?" He asks Oliver.

"You're about to find out." Oliver tells him as he throws the two of them over the balcony and they keep fighting until Oliver gets close enough to the fire pit and uses the poker to stab him before collapsing.

Lucky for him, Peter didn't notice any of what has occurred, but Michelle Jones did.

They tell the cops what occurred, at least an edited version where it was Mr. Robbins saved them after Oliver saved Peter.

With that done and taken care of, Oliver finds Peter after giving his report to Lance.

"Hey, Petey. Nice fighting back there." Oliver tells him.

"Yeah, Stick's been training me well." Peter shrugs. "But I'm not planning on doing that again anytime soon."

"That's good to know." Oliver chuckled as he sat next to him.

"I couldn't just run back to my room, figured he'd follow me." Peter explains and Oliver can see his reason for that.

"You should go get some rest." Oliver tells him as Peter agrees.

"Gladly. I've got that trip to Oscorp coming up as well." Peter said as he heads to his room leaving Oliver.
