The was a flame bursting inside of her, she could swear that she was feeling the most softest sensation upon her lips. When she slowly opened her eyes she found herself in a hospital room. She saw how Snow, Henry, David entered the room and in a corner a kind of pale looking Emma.

'Mom! You are awake! We were so worried about you!' Henry said with tears in his eyes.

'Regina.' Snow said in a low voice, trying hard not to cry.

'I arrested him, after Emma called, well what she had left of him. For a moment I thought she had.' He was cut off by the arm of Snow that would pull him towards her.

'That's not a topic for someone that just woke up from a coma, don't you think honey?'

'Yes, yes of course, I am sorry Regina.'

For a small second Emma wanted to scream, to toss her emotions out. To let everyone know why she did, what she did, but she couldn't. The only things she was able to do was to stare at Regina.

'I think.' Henry said while looking at both of his mom's. 'We should give them some space.'

'Right.' David said while taking Snows hand. 'If he need anything we are right outside.

They left the room quickly, everyone would look at Emma smiling at her.

Regina on the other side was quite, she was looking down on her hands. Tears came into her eyes, what mades Emma panicking immediately.

'What, why? Are you alright do you want me to call Dr. Whale?'

Regina was fully crying by then, and Emma had no idea what to do ither than to hold her. Her arms would hold Regina tightly and she would inhale like she never had smelled something so good in her life.

''I am sorry. I am sorry, I couldn't protect you.' Regina voice was low, a broken one.

'You? What? Regina you did, you did protect me. I am to blame! I didn't, I should have, I could have.' The last bit was spoken in pure anger.

All this bubbling made Regina chuckle. She hugged Emma tightly.

'Always so eloquent Ms. Swan.'

'Only for you, Regina.'

They separated from their hug, non of them seemed to like it very much.

'This look that Emma had in her eyes, this couldn't be desire?' Regina thought. There was a spark between them and Regina could swear that the air would feel like filled up with magic.

'Oh so you are both ok!' Snow entering the room, with the worst timing in the history of mankind.

'Yes, mom. We are.'

Emma was frustrated, Snow on the other side didn't even notice.

She looked at Regina and both had a small smile on their lips while looking at each other.

'Well, Dr. Wahle is here, he want to run some test and exams, so you have to leave darling.' Anger and panic, that was what Emma had in her eyes. As if, she would ever leave Regina alone again, in that moment a part of her was happy that no one would hear her thoughts.

'I am not leaving! Tell this moron that I am staying were I am, at Regina's side.'

Regina look at Emma, and she couldn't hold back her happiness or her lust, at that point. Since when Emma could be so attractive, while she was bossing people around?

'Emma can stay Snow, please let Whale know that it is ok.'

'It's 'Dr.Whale', Regina, and I will allow Emma to stay. So let's start with the examination.'
