The End Of Rafael's Story

Yes ladies and gentlemen of Rio Fanfiction! We are now about to witness the final chapter of the prequel! I again hope you enjoyed reading this story as much as I have enjoyed writing it! Plus do t you worry! It will not be the last time that a few of the characters from Minnesota will be in this story! Without further ado…The Final Chapter!

"Guys! We are nearly there! Keep going!" Martin shouted from the front of the group as they made their way through town centre. They were literally twenty minutes away from the airport.

"Thank Christ The Redeemer! Our plane is due to leave in half an hour!" Blu announced to his friends in relief as they picked up the pace.

Martin and Blu took the lead, with Pedro and Kipo just behind them. Nico was at the back of the formation with Rafael who decided to keep him company on the way back to the airport.

"So…I was thinking that maybe when we get back to Rio we could rest up for a couple of hours and then go to the samba club?" The toucan wondered while smiling at his male canary friend.

"Yeah…whatever works for you Rafi…" Nico barely looked at him as he had Violet on his mind for the entire flight. This of course made Rafael ache inside because he knew that he deeply loved her with all his heart.

"Look Nico, I'm sorry for what has happened between you and Violet. I truly am! But I think you did the right thing."

"Uh-huh." Nico clearly didn't want to talk about it anymore and picked up the pace to catch up to the others.

Rafael sighed deeply and frowned as he picked up a bit of speed himself to reach Kipo and Blu. A slight tear had escaped his eye as he thought about the pain that his yellow friend must be going through right now.

After another twenty minutes of flying, they finally made it back to the airport just in time. Martin also pointed out to them what plane they needed to get on to go back home.

"Here we go guys! That's your ticket home! Quickly get on board the plane before it leaves!" The green winged macaw gave them all a quick hug goodbye and ushered them towards the hold. "Go! You have like five minutes to relax!"

"Are you sure this plane is going back to Rio?" Blu asked unsurely as they just managed to fly inside of the hold of the plane, without the humans looking.

"Yes I'm sure! Look, I gotta get back to the tavern! I promised Jameson I'd help him tidy up the rest of the bar! It was an honour to meet you all my friends! Especially you Blu! I will never forget any of you!"

"Thank you for teaching me how to read Martin! I won't forget you either…" Blu luckily managed to finish his sentence. Because the door of the hold slammed shut, and they were preparing for take off.

"Everyone hold on!" Rafael shouted to his friends who held onto the walls when the plane shook violently again.

Once the plane had stopped rattling, they all knew that they must have taken off and were soaring through the air.

Rafael looked over at Nico with a sad expression and whispered to Blu so he couldn't hear.

"Hey, I hope Nico isn't too sad about Violet!"

"You know what? I reckon after a month back home in his samba club he would have forgotten all about her! Maybe in a couple of years he would find a nice canary or blue jay to hook up with? I just hope I don't see those geese again!"

"Alice and Chloe? Why?"

"I don't know…I just didn't want my first time to be a mistake!" Blu looked down at his talons with a look of disgust in himself. Rafael however felt proud of him because of what he did.

"At least you're not a virgin anymore! Besides…it's not like you got one of them pregnant! Hahaha!" The toucan joked as he patted his blue friend on the back.

"Hehe Yeah! That would be a nightmare!" Blu nervously laughed to himself as he rested his head against some luggage.

Meanwhile, back at the airport. Alice and Chloe sat on a wooden fence that was just outside of the airport. Both of them were staring at the plane with dreamy yet watery eyes. They were extremely depressed to see Blu leave so soon.

"You know what Chloe? That was arguably the best time with a male that I've ever had!" The female goose blushed in embarrassment while thinking back to that wonderful night.

"You said it sister! He was…so good! Plus he had a nice butt!"

"Oh yeah baby! Well…we…we…hold on!" Alice was about to reply to her sister, but she immediately vomited in the field below her. She got it all down her feathers and they smelled like a pile of garbage. "Ewww! My beautiful feathers!"

"Why do you feel nauseous all of a sudden? Was it something you ate?" Chloe was genuinely concerned about her sister as she started wiping her beak.

"I don't know…must be some stomach ache! Although…I never had a stomach ache this weird before. Must be something I ate!"

"Come on then! Let's go find Violet and try to comfort her!" Chloe replied as her sister nodded her head in agreement.

The two of them disappeared back into town centre and away from the airport.

Back on the plane, Nico and Pedro had fallen asleep right next to Kipo in the far end of the hold. While Blu and Rafael took it in turns swigging back a bottle of tequila they found in a human's suitcase.

"Can you believe that hard bag thingy had this in there? Such a good drink to have even though it's really strong!" Rafael coughed a little as he passed the bottle to his best friend.

"I know right? I mean sure…they're gonna be mad that we stole their drink but it just goes to show you that they shouldn't leave good stuff laying around!"

"Yeah you said it!" The male toucan smiled at him while taking another swig of his drink. Then he placed the bottle next to him and patted Blu on the shoulder in a soft way.

"You know what Blu? That was the best bachelor party I could have asked for! I mean…sure it wasn't anywhere near as hot as it would have been in Mexico. But it was still a lot of fun! Thank you for a great weekend of drinking mi amigo!"

"No problem Rafi! You know what? I had a great time too! But, I can't wait to be back in sunny Rio!" Blu replied as he leaned up against the wall and thought deeply to himself.

Rafael leaned up against a suitcase and thought about the crazy adventure they had in the past couple of days, the new friends they met, and the great night they had! There was only one thing he could say, to sum up his bachelor party. "It was one hell of a weekend!"

End of Rafael's Flashback

"And…that's about it really! We got on the plane journey back home, and we've been here ever since!" The male toucan finished his story while getting up and bowing in front of his friends as they clapped. Nightfly was particularly impressed.

"Wow! I'm so disappointed that I missed that! Sounds like a really fun party in the end…but…there's still one thing that I didn't quite get?" The blue male pointed out while giving Rafael a look of curiosity. "While you were getting drunk and buried Nico in the snow, where did Blu go that night?"

Suddenly Blu went pale in the face and he immediately started to feel a lot of pressure on him. Luckily he managed to keep his cool…until Jewel started glaring at him.

"Well?! Where were you Blu?!" Jewel growled at him, feeling very hormonal due to her pregnancy. Blu however thought of something quick to make her relax.

"Honey, honey relax! I ended up waking in some hollow by myself outside of the tavern! Don't remember much!" Blu lied, to keep what really happened to himself.

Jewel was a little suspicious when she saw how nervous he was getting. But something happened to her which made her panic out loud and forget about it.

"Oooooh! OUCH! OUCH!" Jewel placed both her wings on her belly and started groaning in pain…I think we all know what this means! "BLU! I think they're coming!"

"WHAT?!" Blu panicked out loud and quickly ran to his mates aid. "Are you sure?"

Jewel narrowed her eyes at him and punched him in the stomach. "OF COURSE I'M SURE!"

"Great…here come the…" Pedro began to speak but Nightfly immediately covered his beak before he could finish.

"Pedro! Finish that sentence and she will swing at you! Haven't you learnt anything?" Nightfly whispered to him in annoyance as he nodded his head. "Then shut the hell up!"

"I'll tell you what lovebirds? Me, Nightfly, Nico and Pedro will leave you to it! Come on guys!" The toucan decided as he jumped out of the hollow and hit the skies.

"Right behind you buddy!" Pedro shouted as the cardinal, Nico and Nightfly followed him out of the hollow. Leaving Blu and Jewel alone.

"Ow! Ow, ow, ow! Please Blu, make it stop! Make the pain stop!" Jewel cried out loud as she tried her very best to get through this painful time.

"Ok, ok Jewel! Deep breaths, quickly in and out!" Blu replied in a calm and comforting manner, holding onto her wing tightly in the process.

"Ok! Ok! OWWWW!" Pop! She pushed really hard and one egg popped out. She pushed again even harder than the first time…Pop! Another egg popped out. The final egg was the most difficult one yet, because Jewel was struggling to push it out. "OUCH! OUCH! BLU DO SOMETHING!"

"Do what?! What can I do?!"

"Stick your wings on either side of my cloaca and stretch the…"

"EW! FUCK THAT! COME HERE!" Blu shouted in disgust as he pulled his mate into a deep and passionate kiss. The kiss lasted for at least five seconds, and suddenly Jewel didn't feel any pain in her body anymore.

"Wow Blu! That was the best kiss ever! Makes me feel so much better!" The female blue macaw relaxed as she laid down on the inside of the nest.

"I think you're going to feel even better after you look down." Blu replied softly and smiled at her.

When she looked down she gasped happily and jumped up and down like a school girl.

"I can't believe it! We did it Blu! We did it!" Jewel shrieked with so much happiness and pulled Blu in a warm embrace. "Thank you Blu!"

"Hey, you did all the work bringing them into this world. All I did was get you pregnant!"

"That's still a big part of it!"

"True! Oh Jewel, look at our three beautiful eggs! How long do we have to wait until they hatch?"

"Not long now Blu! Not..long…now…" . Jewel trailed off as she had decided to fall asleep in Blu's wings. He smiled at her deeply and kissed her on the forehead.

He then leaned her up against the inside of the nest and he slowly but surely sat on the eggs to keep them nice and warm.

"Not long to go indeed my three little miracles! Daddy loves you!" Was the last thing Blu thought to himself before he drifted off into dreamland.

Meanwhile…Not too far from them…

A few birds made their way to the beach after a long few hours of partying and drinking. Others however just wanted to go there to relax after a long and stressful day.

However…a certain and familiar dove was dancing on the beach with a female dove that appeared to be his mate.

They were slow dancing under the moonlight as it lit up the sky with its powerful rays. Reflecting off the surface of the water to give it a sparkling effect.

Soon, they were rudely interrupted by a bird in what looked like a dark rag of some sort. "Excuse me Sergio? There is someone who would like to speak with you."

"Right now mi amigo? I'm kind of in the middle of…"

"It's ok sweetie, it better not take any longer than five minutes baby!" The female responded while batting her eyelashes and rubbing her chest to arouse her mate.

"Don't worry baby, I'll be right back!" He blew her a kiss as she giggled in embarrassment.

Sergio followed the bird as he took off and flew away from the beach and flew towards some old and abandoned hollow near the edge of the jungle.

Sergio managed to keep up with him and landed outside of the hollow. He looked around the inside and saw that there was nobody there…or so he thought.

"Very funny guy! Why did you bring me here?!" He demanded out loud while turning around to notice that the bird wearing the rag took it off to reveal a familiar military macaw.

"Alexander? W-W-What do you want from me?" Sergio gasped in surprise and started to feel quite uneasy.

"It's not what…I…want from you…It's what…he…wants from you!" Alexander smirked evilly while pointing to the hollow that he was standing in.

"Who? What who wants with…" Sergio paused because he heard some heavy breathing and an all too familiar voice.

"…It's been a long time, Sergio…" A voice emerged from behind him, and it sent chills down his spine. The dove then slowly turned around and faced him. He was in complete shock. The dove was frozen in place.

"You?! But…But…I thought you were dead?!"

Dun, Dun, Duuuuuun! I wonder who that could be? Don't you just love cliffhangers as much as I do? Well…I hope you have enjoyed this story because the prequel is done! I've had so much fun writing this to answer all of your questions! Again a massive thank you to Jameson The Phoenix Owl for allowing me to use his personal OC!
