"Well...you and I must now ride into battle without the luxury of training. Then again...experience is the best teacher." Urbosa said as she stood atop Vah Naboris as it marched into the desert, unleashing powerful lightning storms around the area.
"Wow, now that's what I call Wrath of the heavens." Bow said.
"Yeah, I would NOT wanna be on the wrong side of that beast." Mermista said.
"And this is a good reminder to never get on Urbosa's bad side." Cheetah said.
Vah Naboris roared as it trampled across the forces in the desert before moving towards the canyon, breaking through multiple rock bridges and Yiga Clan hiding places before stopping at the entrance of their hideout.
"There we go. They should be panicked right about now." Scarlet said.
"Now's the time to strike." Riesz said.
"Take all of the outposts inside. Do not let a single one get by you." Impa said.
"I see a lot of food in their storage room. Mostly bananas. Not sure if I was supposed to find this." David said.
"Yeah, let's not forget, these guys are crazy about bananas." Ichiro said.
"And considering that this hideout will be debunked by the time we're done, you may as well clear the whole thing out, Ishihara." Cheetah said.
"Got it. More food for us, then." David said.
"Is that right?" a voice said as they saw Yiga Clan footsoldiers inside. "Isn't this appealing?"
"Haha, I get it. Banana jokes. You guys really are into your bananas, aren't you? Or...maybe that's just Kohga." David said.
"Oh no...it's all of us." they said. "But this is the boss's private stash so hands off."
"Yeah… Gonna take a hard no on that." David said.
As David and his group fought the Yiga in the storehouse, the others split off to capture the other two outposts.
"I found the Yiga's Weapon cache." Hope reported. "Looks like they've been hoarding whatever ancient tech they can get their hands on."
"Makes sense, these guys'll probably grab anything that looks rare and valuable." Eddy said.
"Still, there are plenty of Kohga's bombs in here too." Hope said. "Which makes capturing it all the more ideal!"
"Is that right?" said a footsoldier as they surrounded them.
"Of course it is. After all, these are the bombs your leader uses for his not so subtle traps." Hope said.
"Great...then you won't mind that we set them off with you inside." they said.
"Yeah...thing about that is…" Hope said hitting one of them before jumping out with some of the group as the room exploded.
"Now that is how you leave a room like a badass." ZS said.
"What, by almost getting killed by an explosion?" SE asked.
"By surviving an explosion." ZS corrected.
"That's basically the same thing." the floating eye sighed.
"Hey, we got our outpost. It was filled with monsters. Also, the scout keeps calling for a rendezvous. Seems some of them we sent in got captured." Gajeel said.
"I'll go and help them out. One of them is a Gerudo, and she'd probably prefer if it's a woman." Belladonna said.
"I shall assist. We can't afford to have any footsoldiers call for reinforcements." Kabuki said.
The two of them hurried into the holding cells where they opened up the cell.
"Count yourself lucky, vai." Belladonna said.
"Thank you. Here is where all of you can find the hidden door." the scout said.
"Thank you." Kabuki said with a bow.
Going through the entrance, the group were soon blocked off by Sooga and a huge legion.
"You shall go no further." Sooga said.
"This guy again?" David asked.
"I am Master Kogha's Second in command. It would be a shame to let intruders in our hideout such as you near our leader." Sooga said.
"Well, whether you want to or not, you're letting us through." Hope said.
"That's only if I allow you to." Sooga said dashing forth with hands on his blades.
"We don't have a choice. We're gonna have to fight him if we wanna get to Kogha." Jesse said.
"Don't worry. We'll handle this." David said as he went into Sapphire God: Armament.
"Alright. Keep him busy. We're going for Kohga!" Hope said as the others went ahead.
"Oh no you don't." Sooga said, cutting a rope as the gates slammed shut, blocking them in.
"Crap." Hope said.
"I'm not some fool." Sooga said. "This place will be where all of you will meet your end."
"Hate to disappoint you, but dying is not on any of our calendars today." Zamazenta said.
"It will happen." Sooga said, drawing his blades as he clashed with Zacian and Zamazenta.
"You won't be getting the jump on us this time." Zacian said.
"We'll defeat you this time." Zamazenta said as the two clashed with Sooga.
"Here we go! Combination attack! Behemoth...Slayer!" both of them called out dashing across Sooga as the swordsman fell before he vanished.
"Haha. That was amazing. I didn't know you guys could do that." David said.
"We have fought a few times on the battlefield. We do know how to work together." Zacian said.
"Yep. And this proves we still got it." Zamazenta said.
"Oh, don't give us that. You two aren't THAT old." Cheetah said.
"Now we got a clear path." Jexi said as they made their way through the path.
Coming out the other side, they found a large pit with Kogha sitting in front of it.
"Hahaha...upsy daisy. Well well well...look at what you all did." he said vanishing and reappearing. "But I don't mind. Not an itty bitty bit." he said, vanishing and reappearing. "And do you know why?" he asked before vanishing and reappearing. "Because your threads are about to be cut. And I'm the shears. Snip snip!" he said before vanishing and reappearing with his followers. "What a relief it will be to be free of you meddlers and get you out of the picture. Today! Right now, in fact! The stupendous chief of the Yiga Clan, Master Kohga...is gonna kill you all...to death!" he said posing.
"...He's flamboyant, but you gotta give him style points for that intro." Mermista said.
"Please, don't compliment him." Noelle said.
"It's time we put a stop to the Yiga once and for all." Hope said.
"I think not! Attack!" Kohga called as the Yiga soldiers charged.
"Time to bust some Yiga heads." Siege said cracking his knuckles.
The heroes then engaged the Yiga Army Kohga summoned and fought their way through to him.
"Here, meddlers! I've got some presents for you!" Kohga said throwing bombs at them.
"Magnesis!" Entrapta said using the Sheikah Slate to send them back at him and sending him flying.
"I've got him." Siege said, rushing towards Kogha. He deals a massive combo with his fists before landing a hard punch on him.
"Gah!" Kohga said as he fell back and slid on the ground.
"It's over, Kohga." Hope said.
"Don't be so sure! I'll dazzle you all with my next move!" Kohga said. "Now...activate...Running Away!" Kohga said as he ran off.
"Yeah, no. The Yiga Clan is basically kaput." Siege said.
"That they are. But...the real fight to end the Calamity begins now." Cheetah said.
They soon returned to the castle after purging the Yiga Clan.
"Hmm...going over Zelda's diaries from 100 years in the future and the little guardian's memories...looks like Calamity Ganon appears on Zelda's 17th birthday." Miu said.
"That's not very long, is it?" Sojiro asked.
"No, it is not. And we're almost out of time. We don't have much of a choice...we'll have to use other methods to wake her spiritual power." Gohan said.
"Hmm… I've been hearing rumors about...the three springs." Cheetah said.
"Right. I've heard of those." Robin said. "Three springs that the goddesses were connected to. The Spring of Power, Wisdom and Courage. Hmm...suppose if she bathes in each of their waters, she could potentially jumpstart her power."
"It's worth a shot. It's the only chance we've got." Cheetah said.
"The spring of Wisdom has an age restriction. So we'll have to do that one last. Best choice would be to start at the Spring of Courage in the Faron region." Tails said.
"Okay...that's fair. We'll go to the Spring of Courage then." Cheetah said.
