Dan was waiting around the school buildings. He knew Tom and Aneshia hadn't gone home yet so must be around here somewhere. And he was right; his two fellow agents rounded the corner. Keri still wasn't with them but right now Dan didn't really care.

"Hey where have you two been?" Dan asked them as they approached.

"Someone had to go and tell Mr Flatley where we were most of the day." Aneshia smiled.

"Was he that concerned?" Dan asked.

Aneshia nodded with a massive smile on her face. Tom also made a face just to show how long it had taken. Dan was happy to be back with his fellow agents again even if Keri wasn't there.

"You look annoyed." Tom said.

"It's Keri, she's just getting on my nerves." Dan shrugged.

"Well maybe you should speak to her about it." Tom shrugged back.

It was clear to Tom and Aneshia that Dan had feelings about Keri. The two agents made their way back to the HQ but were quickly stopped by Dan.

"HQ closed." Dan stopped them.

"What?!" Aneshia chuckled.

"How could Frank let that happen?" Tom chuckled also.

"He's going on a date." Dan put his hands in his pockets. The others smiled and chuckled under their breath.

"Frank?! Gone on a date?!" Tom tried to talk through his laughter.

The three agents made their way home. After a long day of working in HQ and getting told off to being in lessons, they deserved some rest. However before they could their communicators sounded off once again. They all sighed as they answered them to see what was going to happen this time!

"You're needed back at HQ." Frank's voice came through the communicator much to the surprise of the young agents.

"But we were just about to go home…" Aneshia tried to say.

"Too bad." Stark's voice also sounded.

The three agents groaned. They had already had a run in with Stark that day! Did they really need another one?!

"Fine but you owe us one." Dan gave in.

Stark went on a ramble about that last comment. The three agents put their communicators away. They all looked at each other. They just hoped they wouldn't have to bump into the other agents as well as dealing with Stark.

As Oscar opened the door, his father was lying in the bed on the other side. This time he wasn't surrounded by machines and wires. There were still some machines but a lot less which was a bit less intimidating.

"Oscar!" Edward called looking up from files.

The agents entered the room, all of them smiling. Keri was the last one to come in but still had somewhat of a smile on her face. Oscar went over and sat down on a seat by the bed.

"How are you doing?" Oscar asked, rubbing his knees, thinking of something to say.

"Better thanks." Edward sighed with a smile.

Edward soon noticed Keri in the room. Rose and Carrie stood against the wall with their arms crossed, happy to see their boss again.

"Who's the newbie then?" Edward asked.

"This is Keri. She's joined us for a bit." Oscar said smiling at Keri.

"She used to be part of the other team but seems to hang around with us." Rose said sarcastically.

"Thanks Rose!" Keri finally spoke.

"How is your mission going?" Edward changed the subject.

"The other agents don't like us." Carrie rolled her eyes.

"Yeah and they seem to want every mission to themselves." Rose backed her friend.

"That's weird! I thought you got along with everyone!" Edward chuckled.

"We do. Well normally." Rose exclaimed.

Edward shook his head. It was clear to him, going back to school wasn't exactly the best thing for his agents but with him in hospital, it was the next best thing. He just hoped he would be out of the hospital soon.

"Maybe I should go." Keri pointed towards the door feeling a bit awkward.

"No you're fine to stay." Oscar smiled.

"I'm sure the others don't think that." Keri chuckled.

"Alright see you tomorrow." Rose nodded.

Keri nodded at the agents as she left. Once she was gone, the others could finally discuss other matters.

"So when are you getting out?" Oscar asked hopefully.

"Sooner rather than later I hope." Edward smiled.

"I cannot wait to get back to our actual jobs. I mean don't get me wrong I like being at school but I would love to have our own missions again." Carrie sighed as she sat on the edge of Edward's bed.

"I'm sure it's not that bad!" Edward sighed.

"You don't know half of it!" Oscar sighed.

Just then the communicators sounded. Oscar sighed the loudest but the whole team weren't happy about going back to work. Edward could already tell his agents were needed elsewhere so let them go.

"Go on. I'll be fine here." Edward urged them.

"You sure?" Oscar asked, still a bit concerned.

"Go on." Edward urged again.

Oscar looked at Rose and Carrie. They would much rather stay where they were but if they were needed elsewhere, then they had to go. They all got up from their seats and made their way out of the door, waving as they went.

"You heard the communicators then?" Keri asked as they left the room.

"Yeah. Have you been waiting all this time?!" Rose smiled.

"Well I thought we might be needed so I waited." Keri justified her waiting.

Oscar, Rose and Carrie all rolled their eyes and left for the HQ. it was nice to have Keri in their team but if Edward comes out of the hospital soon, it might mean they would have to lose her again.

Frank was pacing around the HQ. Stark had his head in his hands, he looked a bit green, probably been watching Frank pace for too long. Stark finally sat up again and leaned back in his chair. The agents hadn't got there yet as the lift had been shut down for the evening.

"Why did you shut it down again Frank?" Stark moaned.

"I was going out for the night." Frank answered, biting his nails.

Stark just gave him a sarcastic look and didn't say anything about it. Frank going on a date was the talk of MI9. Stark didn't want to say anything about it until it caused Frank's work to go ary.

"Where are your agents?" Stark finally got up from his seat.

"They'll be here in a minute. Just give them time." Frank spoke up for his agents.

"I don't have all night!" Stark groaned back.

As soon as Stark had said this, Dan, Tom and Aneshia came into the HQ out of breath. The stairs might go on for ages but Frank and Stark had thought they would be fit enough to go down them without being out of breath.

"Where have you been?" Stark asked.

"The stairs…" Tom breathed heavily.

Stark didn't get to ask anymore questions because as soon as Tom had finished his sentence, Oscar, Keri, Rose and Carrie appeared a little less out of breath.

"You're out of breath?!" Oscar asked Dan.

"Maybe I am." Dan puffed out his chest when Oscar had said this.

"Agents!" Frank tried to get the agents to get along.

The agents all shuffled in their standing points. It was clear to anyone that the agents didn't like each other. Stark hadn't seen all of the agents together before this point and could already see the tension in the room.

"Why have we all come down here then?" Rose asked, saying what everyone else was thinking.

"There's a mission you can all work on." Stark nodded at everyone, one of them.

"All of us?!" All of the agents said in unison.

"Yes! Now if you don't work together, MI-High will be shut down." Stark barked back.

The agents all looked at each other. Even though Oscar, Rose and Carrie weren't in MI-High anymore, they didn't want it shut down again!

"So, are you going to go on it?"
