Naruto had a good life till the age of 12. He ruled Uzu, became the strongest Kage alive, and had his fair share of cool nicknames. Then he died by Orochimaru's secret technique. The blonde goes to heaven and meets with family and the 6 paths. 5 years later, he is reborn and realizes that he was forgotten from this world and his actions undone. Time to make his mark again!

9. Death?

Hi there,

From last time's cliffhanger, I present to you, the back story.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

They were coming back from the mission in the waves, when Yagura intercepted them, along with Deidara and Sasori behind him.

"Ghost Fox, I see you have been doing good. We have also heard from our spies that you wish to join us."

"I thought I killed you in the land of water?"

"But here I am, in the flesh in front of you."

Naruto already knew about this, so he wasn't quite as surprised as he would have. His face hardened. "Yes, my group and I wish to join the Akatsuki. Not for your ideals or your goal, but for the thrill of battle. I hope you take full advantage of me."

"We are here to test your skills. You do not have to win, you just have to prove to us you are capable."

"Let's do this. If I win, my team and I join the Akatsuki. Without them, I'm not joining."

"Deal"

They walked into a clearing, and Deidara started the match. Said match didn't last a minute, as Yagura was pinned down, kunai to the neck.

They sparred 3 more times, each of them over in a flash or two.

Deidara then put Sasori and himself on Yagura's team. They sparred only to find 3 Naruto's holding them to the ground. Deidara had his hand chopped off, Yagura was taken down how he was before, Sasori was disabled and a chakra seal on his torso.

"I think it's safe to say, I can join."

'The boy is fast, much faster than anything I've ever seen. To think, he can defeat Jounin level ninja just with pure speed. He might even compare to Yellow Flash.'

Fox walked back to his team, and high fives them happily.

He turned around and walked to the Akatsuki members. "Let's go. Where is the hideout?"

"Land of Rivers."

"Right on Fox!"

"What do you mean?"

"Fox already concluded you were hiding in the land of rivers."

"Why didn't you come to us then?"

"Didn't feel the need, I knew you guys would come and find me."

Deidara smirked at the boy. "I like you brat. I feel like you understand true art"

Fox was confused as to what "true art" was, but he figured it might be a quirk of the man.

He walked towards Yagura, and motioned everyone near him. They all huddled and Naruto used Travellers Shunshin to go to the center of the land of Rivers.

From there, Deidara made a bird and they flew to the hideout.

There was a big boulder next to a waterfall, and Deidara moved it using a secret jutsu. Naruto walked in the rocky place to see a few people.

"This is Pein, Konan, Kakuzu, Orochimaru, Tobi, Zetsu, Hidan, and Kisame. Our last member was killed by Zabuza. His name was Juzo. Luckily Zabuza has his sword so we aren't at a loss."

Naruto looked around at the group. "We will not change our outfit to your cloak. This outfit is our identity, like clay is Deidara's or puppets are Sasori's."

"We can arrange that."

"I want to know, before we became missing nins, we heard you were connected heavily with the Otsuchi, like a back up army."

"We aren't connected to Otosuchi. We are the Otosuchi. The very head." said Pein.

"Okay, does that mean I lead the Otosuchi?"

"No, you are our elite force. Like the Anbu."

"We can do that."

Naruto then turned around and walked away, waving. His team followed and they were about to leave, when Pein pulled them back to where they were.

"You stay here."

"I cannot accept, we have Uzushiogakure to live in, it is our home."

"Yes, but you have just joined, and your loyalty is still under question. As far as we are concerned, you are still with the enemy. Now then, your first mission is to enter Konoha, and kill the Hokage. If you are noticed, blow the village up and stay low for a few months."

Naruto smirked and punched his palm. "I'd love nothing more than to kill the old geezer!"

"Zetsu, Tobi, go with them. Make sure they complete the job."

"Ooh, Tobi likes action!"

"Very well," said Zetsu.

"Leave in 2 days."

"We leave in 2 minutes." said Naruto, stepping forward.

"You cannot be hasty!"

"I'm not hasty. I may be impatient, but never hasty. Hasty implies that my actions are lacking in thought, or reason."

"Fine, you leave in 2 minutes."

"Too late, we spent it talking! Let's go Ghosts!"

The Ghosts smirked behind their masks, "good ol Naruto."

The Ghosts and party reached the walls of Konoha. Naruto tapped Tobi, and pointed at the shinobi on the wall. "Take him out for me, just want to see you in action, Sharingan User."

Tobi stepped away from Naruto. "How?"

"I marked you, that's all. Nothing special."

Tobi eased and laughed. "Tobi was caught! Poor Tobi couldn't hide his secrets."

"Kakashi didn't mean to kill Rin."

Tobi had all his defenses up for real this time. The boy knew exactly who he was, almost like every moment in his life was stored in Naruto's mind.

"He was in a genjutsu, and thought of Rin as an Iwa ninja. Kakashi was already traumatised by your 'death', and was not thinking straight. Now let me ask you something. DO you still want to be a missing nin, Obito Uchiha?"

Obito thought over his question. It was true, he joined because of his hate for Kakashi. But he had it all wrong, so did he really want to be evil?

"Fox, what are trying to do, make your comrades join the enemy?"

"I have a major trust issue. Anything I find suspicious will make me question your loyalty. I also want the best for everyone. Be it the enemy or friend. That is why I joined. Peace through warfare, because that's the only way I know. But the end result is peace either way. If Obito decides to rethink his actions. I will let him go, with a smile and a wave. And if you try to stop him, I will stop you,"

Obito, looked up. "I do not want to be a missing nin. I wish to go back."

Fox flashed a thumbs up. "Obito, give me your weapons, and no matter what happens, do not activate your sharingan. Leave your mask and cloak. If you drop whatever identifies you as Tobi, you can pass off as 'revived' and think up a story."

"Thank you, Fox."

"No problem, but I will kill you next time we meet."

Obito nodded. And he walked to the entrance.

"This has proved much interesting. You don't seem as sinister as your actions portray you."

"You haven't seen Fox in battle Zetsu, he fights with a grin on his face, and enjoys the feeling of his blade separating flesh. Never ask him about the feeling of battle, you'll have nightmares."

"I will ponder on this later. Let us complete the mission."

"No, we will wait for now. We just let Obito waltz into Konoha, we wouldn't want an attack on their village right after his entrance."

"Your wish."

The minutes turned into hours, and then a day passed. Naruto woke up everybody at midnight.

"We leave in 1 minute!"

The Ghosts were up and ready in 30 seconds, Zetsu took longer, as he was never this brashly woken up. Naruto made shadow clones and they positioned themselves in the blind spots of the guards. Then they blew up the wall, and then after a few jutsus, the rest of the wall was dust. Konoha lost their biggest defence.

The ghosts yawned and played card games as Naruto was out on the field. Zetsu understood 2 things. 1. They trust Fox to all right. 2. This was playtime for fox. Zetsu joined in the game.

Naruto then ran into the village. He was still an ally, so he tried not to do as much damage as he would have.

Eventually Naruto entered the Hokage building, to see Tsunade waiting for him. He realised that Hiruzen retired when he was gone.

"So, your attack must mean that you joined Akatsuki. Hiruzen told me about you. Everything about you. How do you plan on getting me and you out of this?"

"So, you want to survive? Plead for mercy? Yearn to live for something you once despised? Never should have made you leader of Konoha."

Tsunade growled but Naruto sent his real message through, "SPY". Naruto brought out a kunai, and Tsunade activated her seal on her forehead. She ran at Naruto, who dodged and slashed her thigh in a flash.

The blonde Sannin continued her rampage, to be slowly bruised by the fellow blonde's slashes, which ran deep and painfully. She knew to some extent that she wasn't getting out of this if this were a real fight. In thought, she almost missed the creation of a true bunshin. The true bunshin wasn't Naruto's true bunshin, it was tsunade's. Naruto made Tsunade a true bunshin for her. Then amidst the smoke, Tsunade transformed into Naruto.

It was a simple yet complex and timing dependent move. Now Tsunade and Naruto were side by side, facing T1. Naruto smirked, it worked and Tsunade caught on. Naruto then rushed T1 and unhesitantly killed her.

Naruto then mind tapped tsunade as he high fived her making her fall into an unconscious state. Then released a smoke seal, and put Tsunade in the newly emptied seal, making the clone "Disperse."

Naruto jumped away from the building and walked towards Itachi, who was waiting so that Narutop could find his way back.

Itachi waved and Naruto waved back. That was until a kunoichi intercepted Naruto.

"Ghost Fox, meet your doom."

"Yare Yare, you are my doom? Hinata Hyuuga, large crush on the missing Naruto Uzumaki, heiress to Hiashi Hyuuga. Proficient with Jyuuken and Naruto's adaptation to the gentle fist. Able to use a high level technique called rotation for prolonged amounts of time. Secretly learnt body enhancing jutsus from the library to become stronger. Very flexible and agile, not very good footwork but incredible balance to make up for it. Weak arms but momentum and inertia support that. All in all, not a threat."

She was both surprised and enraged at Fox, he knew so much and all her skills that she spent ages refining with Naruto. But he didn't deem her "worthy" of his attention. Was she really that weak?

"Listen here, weakling, if you think you can live after your unfortunate meeting with me, then you will be most likely mistaken. I might have reconsidered, if we had similar objectives, but we turn out completely contradicting each other. So pardon me, as your life is my hands."

Hinata got over her fear of stronger enemies when training with Naruto. And has proved to be the highest ranked in resolve from her entire class. Hinata doesn't even remember the last time she was scared of an opponent much stronger than her. But something about Fox's aura was so overpowering, she stood in place paralyzed.

Fox took a step in her direction and suddenly was in front of Hinata. She still couldn't move, despite her death standing 1 foot in front of her. He took out a kunai and slid it across Hinata's cheek, leaving a faint line of blood.

"Scared out of your wits? Can't move? Let me help."

Naruto used "mind tap" on Hinata. And suddenly her fear vanished and then her paralyzation. She immediately jumped away.

"What did you do to me!?"

"I removed the feeling of fear. Call it a blessing for now, but in the end, it will turn into a curse. Fear allows you to keep on your toes. Fear lets you notice every detail because everything becomes a danger. Without fear, your skills aren't at full capacity."

"Shut up! You will suffer today!"

"So be it." he said. And then he brought out his dual tanto in an almost hypnotic motion. He pointed one of the points at Hinata, then swung it around, slicing the air. She didn't waste time either, her byakugan activated and fingers coated in chakra. He was in her rotation stance, and many of her self enhancement jutsus were activated.

Naruto ran blindly at Hinata, and she used rotation to counter him. But seemingly Naruto passed right through the chakra dome. None of her attacks were touching Naruto, and he was standing a few feet from her and she was not even hitting him.

"If a can predict the next hit, I can remove all my chakra from that location and suck your chakra from you. You must be feeling weak right about now from all that wasted chakra."

Hinata stopped her assault and measured her chakra levels. It was true, they had dropped dramatically. As for Naruto, he had gained a lot of chakra during their battle.

'She should have noticed sooner,' said Fox.

As the battle drew on, Shinobi were nearing their location, and Itachi was already fighting a few Jounin. Hinata felt something was off, but couldn't pin it down, like the enemy in front of her felt familiar.

"Naruto is probably the youngest Shinobi to get Jounin, and is probably already one of the strongest." Kakashi said, reading his book.

"Is there anybody else?" asked Shikamaru.

"Everyone Jounin or higher is in the bingo book, so no."

She had a memory of a conversation with Kakashi. Fox said he was younger than her and he was Jounin. The Hokage said that he was a traitor, which meant he was affiliated to the village. That means…

"Naruto?..."

"You figured it out huh. I knew you would."

"Why? Who else knew?"

"My team and TenTen,"

Hinata felt her mind hurt with all her questions. Naruto=Fox. It was so simple and so convenient that it was overlooked.

"The mission is first, and I will have to-"

"I HATE YOU!"

"Yes, you should, bring out the rage and attack, come on, prove to me you still aren't as weak as I left you!"

Hinata raged and threw jabs at chakra points with needle accuracy, speeds even she didn't know she could reach. Fox was avoiding it all like he was a feather in a hurricane. Thrown around yet graceful.

As the stamina of the Kunoichi was deteriorating, Fox didn't consider this a workout, as Shisui's jogging would be faster than this, and Shisui is the worst runner in the group.

Of course, Yellow Flash DNA in his blood had to do something, but even Minato wasn't as fast as Naruto in his feet and in close quarters movement, he might have been overrun by Fox's sheer speed.

Of course Fox would never know, and that left a bad taste in his mouth.

Reinforcements had arrived, but they wouldn't dare step into the rotation technique as Fox daringly did.

They were stuck waiting outside.

Naruto brought out a tanto as his body stretched and twisted to dodge. He then coated it with some of the chakra he stole from Hinata.

"So it works…" he said swinging the blade as if the chakra didn't affect it.

"Grrrrrr, how?"

"This blade is covered in your chakra, of course I control this chakra now, but the signature is yours. Usually rotation slows or blocks all foreign entities or chakra signatures. But your technique now identifies This blade as familiar and known."

She stopped her 3 minute long rotation and jumped back to gain as much distance as possible.

She wasn't afraid, no, she had a large sense of self preservation that overwhelmed her. Her enemy found out a flaw to her greatest move, and she was amazed at how simple minded the solution was.

The reinforcements too quickly realised that the rotation had stopped and rushed to the masked ghost. He merely glanced in their direction and hmphed at them. This did nothing to quench their anger as their egos were heavily hurt.

Suddenly, a large aura of bloodlust and killing intent spread to the area, it was of both Naruto's and no other than Obito himself.

"Obito Uchiha, your skills are a mystery and much of your past few years' information are even more mysterious. It will be a pleasure to kill the last Loyal Uchiha!"

"You wish Fox," said a voice, it was Kakashi.

He revealed his left eye, and Obito activated his rinnegan and Sharingan, grinning.

"Good to be back, Kakashi."

"Good to see you in action Obito."

They both nodded and rushed at Naruto, weaving paths and making their movements as unreadable as possible.

Fox didn't care in the very least. He ran at them, of course, his running is more like Mach 20 than normal running. He first took out Kakashi, who didn't even notice the blonde In Front of him, then proceeded to engage Obito.

He had different plans, and let out a volley of fireballs. He then put his hand on the ground and the earth tumbled.

Naruto who was casually dodging fireballs lost his footing for a moment, but he regained quickly. He then grounded his legs and jumped. Of course, he didn't come down.

"Flight?!"

"Correct, but this is the true version, as it doesn't require Chakra but rather mastery over wind."

"What does that mean?"

"You have what many people call, full mastery. A way to control wind without chakra."

HInata growled in frustration as she analyzed him from afar. Her opponent must have a weakness. Long range? Mid Range? Genjutsu? Taijutsu? Frontal, backwards? What/Where is his weakness?

"Hinata, you have seen me when I left Konoha for the first time. You have seen my capabilities. I have grown immensely more than back then, and I have stopped feeling the rush and thrill and fear of battle. Something I yearn to remember." He said casually floating around all sorts of projectiles.

"I'm not angry that you killed the Uchiha! I'm angry because you hid the reason you did it!"

"I loved the fee-"

"That automated answer again? I know Naruto, I tried to keep it secret, I tried to hate you. But I was there when you told TenTen. I can't just ignore the fact that your innocence is hidden, and that you are fine with that!"

"Heh, guess I'm blown. Sorry about that guys." Naruto deadpanned.

"That's it?"

"What's left, you already said everything."

Obito was still confused.

Kakashi put a hand on his shoulder. "Obito. You see that boy, he is one of the legendary prodigies of Konoha. Some call him 'he who appears once in a billion years'. Until a few weeks ago, he was involved in a messy coverup of a secret Coup d'etat. He was banished and was sent to work as an enemy infiltrator."

"He was a sacrifice? You guys sacrificed your best shinobi! What are you thinking?"

"It was a bad decision, but the only one we could take."

Naruto walked to Obito, and he put a hand on his shoulder. Then threw him across the wreckage.

"Obito, you should let your secret out."

He sighed and sat down, holding his shoulder. "I was actually revived by Zetsu, an Akatsuki member, promptly after my entire right side was crushed by a boulder. I waddled away not knowing what happened, as Zetsu had left the scene when I came to. I oversaw Kakashi stabbing Rin. Naruto explained what really happened after he had marked me. Wait."

"What happened?"

"What do you mean by, 'marked me'?"

"Oh I read your memories by running through your life force. It's Nuijutsu stuff."

"NARUTO! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!" said a group of people.

"Oh guys, they caught us red handed, or rather, completely innocent! Cause for us, you know, we are criminals, and because we're criminals, we yeah, soooo." Naruto trailed off.

"Our innocence was leaked?"

"Exactly! Hinata here was the perpetrator, and amidst our battle, she got fed up with losing and decided to not let me win. So she leaked some, err, all of the information."

"DON'T SAY IT LIKE I WAS OBSESSED WITH WINNING!" Hinata said.

"Fortunately, I knew this would happen. I will go into court and plead guilty. Then, assuming the judges aren't bought off, they will say I'm innocent. I will then ask for my loyalty with Konoha to be nullified. Then after a short stop at the waves, I will lead them to Uzushiogakure. The rest is self explanatory."

"Why do you want to leave Konoha though?"

Fox removed his mask to reveal his frowning face.

"This scum of a place hid me from my parents and my identity. They have forced me to become a pawn to their game of chess. Each one is wanted, but given to the enemy without hesitation. I do not wish for such a dystopian value in my world."

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

In the next few days, Naruto left Konoha for good. He joined the wave, who had prospered heavily, but still strained as the construction was still underway. When Naruto claimed that there was a place one could call home filled with jobs and prosperity, the entire city walked out with him.

As they reached Uzu, They saw the large expanse of homes and shops empty but waiting to be filled. They made their home in a few days. And some of the people were already taking care of the farms that were outside the village but protected.

Many had also reopened their store. Naruto left and went from nation to nation. Asking for people to join Uzushiogakure. Everytime he did so, he was followed by hordes of people drooling at the idea. Within months, Uzu was a booming village. All the layers underground and aboveground were filled. No one was homeless and no one was suffering.

Architects were working on ways to build and create buildings that float in the air. Miners had developed a series of mine shafts that led deep into the Earth. Sewage systems lined the city and the streets were always clean.

Engineers have worked on innovative technology called the transport drone. A floating object that can carry up to a ton of crops from farms. This also opened new doors to technology. Medical drones that carried all sorts of medical tools and could perform CPR and basic first aid. Cleaner drones that could sweep and vacuum and pressure spray.

Upon seeing all this, Naruto felt immense joy. He still hadn't opened their doors for in and out travel, which annoyed a few, but Naruto was able to calm them down.

Naruto himself taught the shinobi academy. It was a large place that one could only enter if their skills were enough. From there, it was an all out battle ground. Shinobi trained and refined their skills and lowered their weaknesses. Anyone who passed that academy would come out as genin with the skill level of high Chunin.

Naruto stressed heavily on the shinobi part of the village. Shinobi were the only thing that kept the city under control. Made sure that the safe aura of peace and prosperity was upheld. Attacks would be dealt with before they were even spotted by farmers by Naruto.

The Genin were bright and energetic, and some of them had endured the journey from their home to Uzu. The journey wasn't hard, but there were dangers everywhere. Bandits, thieves, Otosuchi hideouts, ninja, forest shinobi, and many others. This allowed the young to see the power of Naruto. This sparked a new light in many aspiring shinobi's hearts.

However, when one stepped into this village, all the worries of the world vanished and turned to dust.

Weeks turned into months, and then like a breeze, a year flew by. The rest of the ghosts joined the village, and they created a private academy for the dead lasts of every batch of Genin. They trained the rough edged shinobi until he overtook everyone in his class.

"No One Left Behind!" Naruto told Anko as he laid out the foundation of the academy.

"Gaki, you're just 12, and you're leading the village like it's nothing."

"Anko-nee, the people in this village joined me because they knew how full of horse poop the world is filled with. They wish to live in a place of peace, and they play a key role in obtaining such an ideological concept. We have the technology and the resources, but it always comes down to the people."

She hit Naruto in the arm. "Why are you so mature? You should be more childish and ask for lollipops or something!"

Naruto chuckled.

"You really need to learn how to cuss too! I mean, Horse poop? How lame is that!"

"I'd rather not imagine a 12 year old running down the street screaming the F-word at the top of his lungs."

Anko laughed.

Peace was short-lived as disorder knocked on the village's door. Uzu had a large wall that was a meter thick and 50 meters high. There was also an invisible one made by Naruto himself that stretched out to as far as one can travel without Uzu equipment. This was to protect the air levels.

The air levels were created when Architects figured out how to make objects levitate. Once they could do that they could make entire platforms float, and create buildings on them. Using an extremely advanced camouflage jutsu, the sun and its warmth and light arent blocked, along with rain and snow and other things as well.

However if one saw the village from outside the walls, they would see a simple village with nothing extraordinary.

The physical wall had a large Red gate. Naruto didn't care about the people outside until they decided to blow up the wall.

Naruto ran to the Broadcast system.

"Hello Uzushiogakure citizens. I am Naruto Uzumaki, many of you have heard of me. There are a few perpetrators wanting to enter our village. All citizens are to remain calm and shinobi are to wait behind the wall. I will handle this myself."

Naruto closed off the broadcast and shunshined to the gates where a few Shinobi surrounding a group of civilians hoped to blast open the gates so they could enter.

"Whatcha doing over there?"

"Who are you?" the said, startled at the sudden presence.

"I'm kinda the Uzukage…" he said, scratching his head.

"Stop lying kid! Who are you? We are the great Konoha's negotiation force. We demand entry, and we will enter, one way or another!" A civilian said, shouting at the walls.

"Let me show you something."

Naruto pulled out a kunai. He spun it in his hand and threw it at the Shinobi. As the Shinobi aimed to block, he was suddenly face to face with the blonde.

"Recognize that?"

"Flying God of Thunder technique? That means you're Naruto! We demand you to open the door, Uzukage."

"Nope, we will have our negotiations here."

He said, using a jutsu to build a medium sized room with a table and lights and chairs.

"It is basic courtesy to let a treaty party enter your village for negotiations!"

"It is basic courtesy not to resort to violence and blow someone's door if we take some time to respond."

They growled and spat back. "Know your place scum!"

Naruto was fine with that, he couldn't care less about names, he'd been called a hundred times worse by a thousand more people.

"You and the trash village that you made belongs to us. We know about how advanced you have become and how much you have hidden. I command you to give the position of Uzukage to someone more credible!"

Naruto growled a lot. He was fine when it was about himself, but his family and those he cared about, he couldn't handle that. But he tried his hardest to stay calm.

"We will steal all your tools from you, strip you from basic rights, and steal theirs too. They are exiles of Konoha, and they are the germs below our shoes. Don't try to resist us, we will force you into submission."

"I have been burned by Amaterasu flames for 30 hours, dipped into boiling water oil and tar. Stabbed by a hundred swords all at once, blown off my arm and leg and having every vein in my body be injected with acid. I think I can deal with some torture."

"We will just kill you then, and take the throne from you!"

Naruto was getting incredibly pissed off. He managed to keep his cool, but even this was crossing the line from him.

"We will kill the children and burn the adults. Then rape the women and whip them to death, befitting for scum."

"That's it."

Naruto stood up from his chair, and pinned each Shinobi down in a flash. He then tied them up along with the civilians who were suddenly back in Konoha.

"It's been a long time, but there's someone I need to see."

Naruto carried the 2 dozen men on his shoulder like it was an empty backpack. He reached the Hokage office and kicked the fort open, and threw the civilians down.

"What does this mean… Naruto?"

"Did you send the alliance party?"

"Yes I did, what happened?"

Naruto explained what he saw word for word.

"They did WHAT?"

"He's lying Hokage-sama, we just told him that we want the scum's technology if we pay them."

"Liers! Naruto has a Mind Tap ability. He sent me a copy of his memories. You are banished from the civilian council."

"But why, everything I said was true. He is a demon child. He is a weapon of Konoha and he should be treated like one. We should not let him become a Kage. He can't rule! We deserve the technology more than the beast!"

"Naruto's incompetent ruling has kept Uzushoikagure a thriving utopia for a year. He managed to achieve peace and tranquillity for maybe the first time in the world since humans developed society and economy. If anybody deserves the technology, it is Uzushoikagure."

"Thanks Tsunade-chan."

"Don't change me!"

"Sorry… By the way, you wanted a treaty?"

"Yes, but I doubt you would want one with us now. I'm terribly sorry for what they've done. I will fire them from the council and strip the Civilian council of their powers. They will only be able to advise from now on."

"I do not wish to have an alliance with anyone. My country is best off alone, unless you can create a utopia in Konoha too. You said that peace hasn't been achieved since the economy and society right? Try dismantling both and see what happens. It'll look messy, but within days, you will see the results."

"Naruto, can we please try and negotiate, Kage to Kage. Next Wednesday maybe?"

"I can do that, you might be able to see Uzu better too! I might be better than you at ruling places."

Of course that would happen. Naruto still is a child, so his nature is to show off.

Wednesday rolled around and Tsunade left for Uzu. In their last encounter, Naruto was much more relaxed than when he left Konoha. She wasn't sure why, but Operation Ghost must have been too much for Naruto to handle.

She was escorted by 2 civilian council members, Hinata, TenTen, Obito, and Kakashi. All of them jumped at the idea of seeing those 3 whisker marks on his cheeks and those light, and deep blue eyes again.

Once they reached the wall. A Genin took them in. They walked and they saw the complexity of Uzu. People were shopping and eating, shops were full with business. There were roads that led underground and roads that led to buildings in the air.

The moment they stepped into the village, a sense of calm and peace and warmth filled them to their toes.

"You feel it too huh. The aura Uzukage sama made for us. This place sounded really shady when we first heard about it. But we ended up following him anyway. Best decision of my life. You can never get enough of this place"

"How big is this village?" TenTen asked.

"14 layers underground, each of them about 3 times the size of the village. 3 midair levels that are significantly shorter than the village. Our farms and other produce development areas are separated and connected by underground mine carts. We recently discovered a way to make cities in the ocean. But no sea levels yet."

"A lot bigger than Konoha."

"Totally."

"Naruto couldn't have made this. It's really weird that knucklehead made this when he hasn't hit his peak yet." said Obito.

"Don't you dare insult the Kage." Said the genin.

"Is he that honorable?"

"He will deny it, but Uzukage-sama is probably a deity here. We worship him in secret, because if he found out, then he would be angry at us for giving importance to him over others. That's how he is."

"What's your name genin?"

"Rean Dimitura."

"Rean, how's the academy."

"It's really intense. We are trained to a pulp everyday. Then Sensei heals us and we go back to full drive. Plus the dead last of every year join a 3 month class with the ghosts team. They train you until you surpass your teammates."

"What is your skill compared to the outside world?"

"High Chunin. Uzukage-sama frequently told us about the outside. We always longed to go there but we know almost everything about it."

"What level are your Jounin then?"

"We Don't have Jounin just yet, but our few chunin are about mid to high Jounin."

"Wow, that's amazing. Who trained you?"

"The Uzukage and his clones teach the academy. Every student there has been given special treatment by him. And very rarely does a child have a skill set that Uzukage-sama cannot teach, and they end up with the rest of the ghosts."

"No one left behind huh?"

"Exactly, that is the motto here."

They walked in silence for a little bit, the Konoha people were gasping at everything. They eventually reached the academy and they walked to the principal's office.

There, Naruto was dealing with some paperwork. A lot less than what Tsunade has to manage.

"Oh, you're here! Come on, this isn't the place for negotiations. Thank you Rean for assisting them through Uzushiogakure."

"No thank you, it was my pleasure."

Tsunade smiled at the brief conversation.

"You know him by name."

"Yeah, I want to be a friend to everybody. I also keep telling them not to call me 'Uzukage-Sama' but Naruto."

"You were watching."

"Only briefly, as I still had work."

Naruto created a clone to handle the paperwork, and he led the group out of the academy and into a little building named foreign purposes. There he pulled up a few chairs and sat. The rest followed his lead.

"Hello, this is Naruto. I request a genin team 3, meet me at Foreign. Bring some water and coffee for our guests." He said into a small radio.

Ok a few minutes, the genin team came bringing coffee and water.

"So, let's talk."

"Naruto, as you may have known. Team Ghosts were filled with our best Shinobi, and this team didn't disband after the operation was over. Once you left, their loyalty remained to you and followed you here. Because of this, we are deprived of major firepower, and we ask the rest of the team ghosts to rejoin Konoha."

"No can do. They came here on their own accord. And they are always guests here. Shooing away honored guests is almost a crime."

"I see. Naruto, you have to understand-"

"I don't have to understand anything. I am a nation and you are a nation. Nothing more. I can't help you unless there is an alliance or a battle."

"I see. Then I might have to resort to violence."

"I have scouts all over the sea. My engineers have developed sea floating bombs and other water dwelling defences. Maybe by a stroke of luck, you get to us. Then dozens of guns will be pointed to your head. You get past those. You enter the wall.

You can't jump over that, nor can you break it. But assuming you do, then all the homes will be locked and I will come at you full force. Can you really win?"

Tsunade sighed, this was going to be a hard time.

"Naruto, What would you think if Konoha became your territory?"

"I have full control over Konoha and Uzu?"

"Yes, I will remain Hokage, but you order me around."

"Nope, I don't have the patience and mental capacity to manage 2 super cities."

"I guess this was pointless."

"Yes it was, that's why I'm a clone."

"You're a clone?!"

"Master already figured the conversation would go like this. So he didn't bother wasting his time."

Hinata and TenTen laughed a bit. They got to see Naruto again and that was enough for them.

"Naruto, what if I disband Konoha, and give their citizens to you?"

"That would be great, but are you willing to?"

"I wish the best for my people, and as far as you go, you are the best."

"Wow, Uzu might hit a golden age already!"

Tsunade laughed a bit. She was just a mere genin when she was Naruto's age, but he was already a Kage of the worlds possibly greatest village.

Tsunade was about to leave, when Naruto said one last thing.

"If you want, there is a small hotel that hasn't been used for a bit. You can stay for as long as you want, consider it a courtesy." he said smiling.

"We don't need your filthy hotel!" said the civilian behind Tsunade. "Tsunade-sama, you have blessed him with your kindness, but this scum rejected all of them, why aren't you destroying him? Let me do this dirty work for you, I'll enjoy it vastly."

TenTen and Hinata growled intensely, Tsunade had her hand clenched, and the other civilian was bringing out his knife.

"It's okay Hokage-sama, TenTen, Hinata. It doesn't matter to me. You live here long enough, you understand what the price for peace is. But I will ask you to leave right away. My offer to stay is revoked, your presence is a threat to Uzu."

"Very well, I respect that decision, as I would do the same. Till next time Naruto."

"TIll next time."

The civilian was still in attack mode and he rushed towards Naruto. He felt like the man was a snail, inching his way over to him.

Naruto blocked his weak strikes and elbowed his jaw, then swept his foot, and punched the man in the ribs. As he fell down, he felt himself get kicks even harder launching him outside the building.

"Leave."

The man waddled to his feet and ran as far as he could go.

Sasuke, who was watching the whole thing, was laughing like a maniac. "They come here and insult us, they are clearly much more brave than me."

"Sasuke, why did you come here? I didn't ask you to, and I know Konoha would not let you leave, so why?"

"It's simple! We are a team, we always have been, and I hope it stays that way. Plus, once the operation was disbanded, and you left. We were treated like heroes. Nobody talked about you, nobody Naruto. Your name was almost taboo. We realised why you left and we realised we should leave too."

"Thank you, it's an honor ruling Uzu with you."

"It's a favor, least I can do. Also, the rest of the ghosts thought up a plan for the academy and genin ninja. Meet up at 5:00 today in our base."

"Okay!"

At 5:00, Naruto entered the room, filled with all his teammates.

"It's been so long since we've all huddled together at one spot. Wait, where's the RAMEN!"

"IN THE MICROWAVE! YOUR ORANGE JUICE IS IN THE FRIDGE!"

"YEAH!!!"

Naruto slurped his Ramen in a second, and the OJ right after.

"What are we here for?"

Lee stood and explained the plan to Naruto.

"The morale of the ninja here is weakening. And many genin have been caught trying to climb the wall. We need to show them the outside world. So, what we decided to do is a 7 step plan."

Anko interrupted, "1: gather all academy students and official ninja. 2: we let them watch our training session. 3: they train for a month being incredibly motivated. 4: We each lead a party of equal numbers. 5: Our parties will enter villages and ask them for their most dangerous mission. 6: Complete the mission but let the new shinobi do it. 7: Reenter Uzu and quench their thirst for the outside world."

"Who will protect Uzu then?" said Naruto.

"Your True Bunshins of course! Who else?"

"Oh yeah, those. It's been so long since I've developed or even trained my nuijutsu. I think I forgot it!"

"YOU CAN'T FORGET SOMETHING LIKE THAT BAKA!"

The construction workers built a large stadium underground in a few days, as construction was a very easy task thanks to the technology. Within a week, a stadium was made.

Civilians and shinobi alike filled the stadium to the brim. They were all very excited to see the world's best shinobi (as some call them) spar together.

Naruto walked out yawning, the rest following him embarrassed. He got everybody into a circle, and grinned evilly.

"I remember that face all too well."

Naruto shouted, "Jumps!"

They jumped so high their head hit the top of the ceiling. The crowd laughed.

Next were some speed practices, which Naruto dominated. Then projectile precision. Then close combat training and long range training. Then weapons training and disabled (they fight without using a certain appendage) training.

Naruto then let the team take a breather as he shouted. "The moment you all have been waiting for is here. We will first do a free for all, teams, duos, then one on ones."

The crowd cheered, and as a few people left, Naruto and Itachi remained.

"Guess it's to settle that skirmish we had in Konoha. Where I tricked you into not using genjutsu,"

"It is, and in all honesty, you're going down today"

"We'll see soon enough."

Itachi rushed at Naruto, Sharingan in full bloom.

Naruto smirked, and he kicked Itachi without him seeing it.

Naruto had to use Shogun Defence Jutsu in order to reach speeds that Madara couldn't read. But he grew so fast, now, that if he used Shogun Defence Jutsu and did a light jog, his body would melt. Naruto simply put, did not require jutsus to outdo the sharingan's receptiveness.

Naruto also never dared to take out his weights. He could probably break Mach 100.

He ran to Itachi's flying figure, and his shoulder bumped him, changing his direction. Itachi pulled out a kunai and attached Ninja string to it. He threw it into the ground, and as the ninja string ran out of length, Itachi was flung at Naruto.

Naruto was surprised, but by being so crazy fast, he had to constantly stop himself from running into obstacles. So a flying Itachi was easily dunked under. And as the airborne body was over head, Naruto stood up as fast as he could.

Itachi flew into the air clutching his stomach.

He then made wings of air, and glided to the ground. Naruto was waiting, as he was defensie right now. Itachi unleashed his susanoo, not wanting to keep trying simple attacks on Naruto only to be attacked by brute force. Naruto stepped back and gazed at the amazing presence of Susanoo. Suddenly, the susanoo shattered for no reason, and Itachi fell to the ground.

"It is true!"

"What?"

"When you are more powerful than your susanoo, it cannot form. It however unlocks a much more powerful jutsu that only 1 man has used, but died from chakra overhaul."

"Spar paused, Let me feed you chakra, you should try out this new jutsu.."

Itachi let Naruto put his hand on his shoulder as he focused to try and create this new jutsu.

Suddenly, a large golden sword came from the ground, from nowhere, golden dust flew into a structure. It was a man, he picked up the sword, and kneeled holding the sword flat in his palms.

"Itachi, go and get it. I didn't feed you chakra, so it should be fine to use it without me."

"Okay"

He walked up to the man, and grabbed the sword. The golden light coming from it dimmed, and then stopped, revealing a large double sided sword. The engraving on the sword read, "7th Fang, Glory Blade."

"So the 7th fang was sealed inside the Uchiha bloodline. I should learn how to make a seal like that."

Itachi stared at the sword, then he released his hold on the jutsu he was doing, and the sword disappeared. Itachi did it again, and a golden man made of flying golden dust appeared, kneeling while holding the sword flat on his palms.

"Yay, Itachi became cooler! Everybody, Give it up for Itachi Uchiha, Owner of the 7th fang!"

The crowd cheered.

"Itachi, take the day off, train with your new toy for a little bit." Naruto said, smiling at his friend. Itachi had his head high, and shoulders spread. He was given the 7th fang, he was worthy of the 7th fang.

Itachi raised his sword and roared in happiness, the crowd did the same with whatever they were holding.

Naruto was waiting at the gates. He needed 25 genin, but he only had 19 right now, after all, the journey doesn't begin until an hour.

Minutes fell by, and Naruto gained all 25 of his members. The other groups were also beside Naruto's.

"Everybody! Single file behind your leader. Say your last goodbyes. If you want a person on your team, this is your last chance."

"No one, Uzuk- Naruto."

"Please don't call me Uzukage-sama, it makes me sound all important and everything!"

"Sorry, Naruto."

"I have a question! Naruto, how long are we going to be out of this place?"

"2 months, max. But the rules are that we cannot sleep at a hotel, and all our food has to be picked from the forest or hunted by you. You must also learn to cook your own meals. Your leader will explain the rest. N5, N34, open the gates!"

The teams of Uzu's newest shinobi walked out, and took a deep breath of the air. "I liked Uzu better…" said a person.

"You realise how much of Uzu is taken for granted right after you step outside. That is the beauty of this place. When we are on the road, I might just tell you a story about Uzu. We have plenty of time!"

"YOSH!"

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

Naruto and the others had been gone for about a month and a 1/2. The teams are making their way back to Uzu, Naruto included. As far as the expedition went, it was done without a hitch. Naruto helped unroot some Otosuchi camps, and he also helped neutralize tensions between the Mizukage and her rebels.

She was really happy to see Naruto again. She didn't recognize him, but the moment he pulled out his Ghost Fox mask, she ran as fast as she could to hug her friend.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

Naruto reached the gates, and N5 told him all the others were there as well. Some were better off than others, but there were no casualties.

As expected, the ninja population had decreased intentions of leaving Uzu, and many genin loved the feeling of Peace once again. But even Naruto could feel something was off. When staying in the wild, you have a sense of freedom, which one doesn't feel in Uzu. While there is a TON of space in Uzu, the feeling of confinement was always lingering.

During the expedition, many shinobi had tier eyes open, and almost everyone threw themselves into a torrent of training and studying. Uzu just finished creating a barrier that converts water into oxygen, keeps water out, and can hold the weight of being at the bottom of the ocean.

Many Constructions workers have started to create underwater places. Naruto ordered for the Underwater bunkers to be used in case of an emergency. And that engineers started to develop means of transportation for citizens so that people are less fazed by the sheer size of Uzu.

Naruto fed his team at Shinomiya's Uzu. Then, after a long goodbye, they left for their homes.

Peace had returned to Uzu and it was something Naruto missed. In a few days however, Naruto would receive a message.

It read:

Dear Naruto Namikaze Uzumaki,

In the last Kage meeting, all of us had no objection to officially making you the Kage of Uzushiogakure. But this means that you have to follow certain rules:

1. Always attend the Kage meetings, the information will be sent to you one way or another.

2. Your village must remain open until sunset. You can put guards on the gates in case you want to control who can come in or out of Uzu. You can also let people enter and leave openly.

3. You must send in an application for who all are applying when the time for Chunin and Jounin tests arrive.

These are the rules. Other things we discussed was a name for team Ghosts. All the kage were unanimously for giving you a title worthy of fear.

Jigoku no shinobishikkusu

It means "Hell Shinobi Six" or "Six Shinobi from Hell". This title will be yours until someone becomes stronger than you.

The Chunin exams are coming. And that is the deadline for opening your village. Also, don't forget to send in who all are entering the exams.

Naruto sighed. Behind the letter was the application forms for Chunin exams. He pulled out his radio.

"All Genin teams report to the hokage office."

WIthing moments, a large was waiting for him.

"Uzu 1, Team 1, enter the room."

They did, and Naruto asked them for whether they were ready for Chunin. They said yes.

"Uzu 1, Team 2, enter the room."

Naruto sighed, this was a long process.

The young Kage sped through the forest, his legs have been running for about an hour. Of course, an hour of running at Naruto speed covered a LOT of distance, and he was already close to Konoha.

He was in his thoughts, when his foot didn't land on a branch.

"Huh?"

BOOOM, Naruto tumbled right through the wall, and in a minute or 2, a shinobi was over there.

"Maaan, you got slow after not having to chase me around!"

He recognized the blonde hair and small body, the raspy yet childish voice.

"Jigoku no Shinobishikkusu! Are you really him?"

Naruto looked up at the face, and he sported a small smile as he recognized the man.

"Akiru? Sorry I forgot your last name, but HEY, It's great to see you again. Are you still a chunin on guard duty?"

"You remember me! I thought you would forget me after you walked away, you have no idea how happy that makes me! Also, no, I'm a jounin, I was strolling by when I heard a boom. Ran to investigate."

"Aah, congrats on getting promoted!"

"Thank you!"

Naruto got up and gave Akiru a handshake. He then walked away looking for the Chunin exams.

He got to the stadium and took a seat down. Many people glanced at him.

"Why are you here? You should be in the waiting room with the rest of the genin! The Chunin matches are starting!"

Naruto grinned, he did look like a genin for those who don't know about him.

"I forgot where it was, could you tell me?"

Naruto got the instructions, and he walked over to the waiting rooms. There were a few doors.

"Konoha, Suna, Kiri, Iwa, Kumo, and Uzushio."

Naruto walked into Konoha. As he entered, many faces snapped to his presence. Naruto was taken aback at how quickly he was caught, it was so slow. Uzu genin would have known he was there by the time he was near their door and might even have evacuated.

Many people didn't recognize him, but he did receive a ton of glares, as they saw the Uzu headband on his forehead. Naruto decided to start the conversation.

"Hi, um, I'm looking for my genin? Did you see where the Uzu waiting room was?"

"Your Genin?"

"Are you a Jounin?"

"You're just 12 by the looks of it!"

"Umm, yes, no, and yes. I'm not a jounin, I'm Naruto Namikaze Uzumaki, Uzukage."

Their glares ceased and their eyes were filled with curiosity. They started asking Naruto questions beyond what he could decipher. In a fit of confusion and chaos, he used a wind jutsu and blew everybody back.

"WOW, you know wind jutsu!"

"How old were you when you learnt that?"

"I JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHERE THE UZU WAITING ROOM WAS!"

A person then pushed some people around and was face to face with Naruto.

"Take a left once you walk out of this door then in around 5 feet, take a right turn, 3rd door there."

"Thank You!"

"You are very welcome, Naruto-sama,"

Naruto heard the spite in that name, and he was curious as to why. He decided to mark him.

'Orochimaru's disciple huh? Kabuto Yakushi, it will be interesting as to how this will play out.'

Naruto then glanced at Kabuto as he turned around, and mouthed the word, "Orochimaru" and winked. Kabuto saw it, and frowned, he was caught already.

Naruto walked over to Uzu's room, and then as he opened the door, he was greeted with hugs.

"Good reaction time! I was in Konoha's room, and they took like a second to see me! I mean, I could knock everyone cold at that time!"

The genin laughed, they all knew Naruto on a personal level and they had a lot of experience trying to overcome Naruto's speed. They have tried everything from mouse traps to boiling tar, but nothing slows him down.

After all, they trained with him, and Naruto constantly shared stories in his life. He also frequently would stay after school and do some personal training, and almost all the students would watch.

"All jokes aside, the Konoha group shows a lot of potential and strength. But there is a person named Kabuto Yakushi, he is Orochimaru's disciple. Of course, he is a konoha genin, but Orochimaru and he talk often. Be wary of him. Other than that… Good luck, I hope you all make Chunin!"

"We will Naruto! We can do it!"

"YEAH"

Naruto left the room and sat back with the crowd. However, a hand tapped his shoulder.

It was Mei. Naruto looked at her for a moment or two in silence.

"Wanna seat beside me?"

She laughed, hard. "You see that big see through box where Tsunade is sitting. That's the Kage lounge. We watch the match there. Come on!"

"No can do, me sitting up there would show that I'm better than everybody else. As Uzukage, that goes mine, and my village's principals. We do not express our greatness, and humbleness is a virtue that I wish to retain. I'm fine right here!"

Mei looked at the blonde, she had never thought of it that way. And by how Naruto explained it, she was willing to sit down right here too. Then she noticed the crowd around them, staring right at the blonde.

"U-U-Uzukage?! You're Naruto Uzumaki!"

When the man said that, the once silent crowd ran and jumped over each other to get his autograph. Naruto, despite all his skills, was steadily getting overwhelmed.

Amongst the chaos, Naruto grabbed Mei's hand, and shouted, "GET ME OUT OF HERE!"

Mei grinned, and threw him out of the crowd right into the Kage Lounge. Naruto brushed off the glass, when he saw Tsunade staring at him in a "What did you do?" kind of manner.

Naurot hoarsley laughed and shrugged. Then grumbling slightly about breaking virtues and stuff, he sat down in the chair marked for him. Mei appeared a few minutes later, laughing wildly.

Naruto wasn't worried, rather, he was excited. He had full faith in his Genin. Although it had only been a year, and they were made Genin rather hastily, Naruto knew full well their skill level. And although he never experienced the joy of becoming Chunin, and his promotion to Jounin was rather unorthodox, he hoped he could experience the joy of becoming chunin with his genin.

The matches started, and he saw many of his friends. Hinata fought her cousin named Neji, and brutally won. Hinata had been hiding her skills from her household all this time. Apparently her cousin, Neji, was claimed to be a forsaken Prodigy, as he was born into the branch family. Hinata wiped the floor with him, sometimes literally.

TenTen also stabbed her opponent, Temari of the Sand, a LOT. While she repeatedly spammed sorry, as she was taken to the hospital, she was gloomy for the next hour or so. Gaara was eliminated for pouring sand down someone's pants and putting sand in someone's hair dresser. He also threw a wasp nest at Kankuro while he wasn't looking. But Kankuro wore heavy clothing and so the wasp stings weren't that bad.

Naruto decided to pay Gaara a visit. As he knocked on the door, a hand of sand opened it and then proceeded to go into Naruto's hair.

Naruto simply punched through the sand, and as the sand broke away, he stood face to face with a shocked Gaara.

"N-Naruto?"

"Oy Gaara! Been a long time huh? I was over in the Hokage lounge just chilling and then heard of your pranks."

"Why were you in the hokage lounge?" Gaara said, slightly gloomy.

"You don't know?"

"No…"

'I'm Uzukage!"

"Really…" Gaara said nonchalantly.

Naruto knew something was off, and decided to run though his memories real quick.

What he saw shocked him.

After he had left, the villagers hated Gaara more, and kept him in a small room, where he was fed at 12 PM, the brainwashed to do nothing but fight for Suna. gaara held onto his sanity for 2 years! And when he was released to fight in Chunin exams, Gaara felt the urge to prank so badly in him again, that he couldn't stop.

Naruto identified everyone in charge of the operation. Using chakra location, he managed to find them all in the arena.

"Gaara, wanna get some payback at your captors?"

"I… can't! They'll starve me! They'll stop letting me sleep! I can't!"

Nobody can withstand brainwashing for 2 years without certain things getting to your head. Naruto luckily just had the thing to reverse it!

"Mind Tap!"

Gaara was shocked and tried to defend himself, but as he felt his sanity return to him, he couldn't fight back, all his brain washing removed by a simple technique.

Gaara fell down after Naruto was over. He didn't feel different physically, but he felt a freedom that he hadn't felt in years, something he took for granted.

The Freedom of Thought.

Naruto offered his arm to help him get up. Gaara accepted. Once they both sighed, Naruto plastered an evil grin on his face.

"Let's go get these suckers!"

"Yeah!"

Naruto heard footsteps outdoors, and jumped to a shadow, seamlessly blending in.

"Gaara! Remember, you are the kazekage's weapon, you will fight and kill the enemy. What will you do?"

"Kill the enemy. You are my enemy, must kill the enemy."

Gaara lifted his sand, as the poor civilian tried to run away, the sand was faster, and crushed his legs. Then the man flung from wall to wall like a rag doll. Until he wasn't limp form pain, every bone turned into powder, Gaara's hateful rampage didn't stop, and Naruto had to come out and calm him.

As the two left the room, Gaara blindly walked around the hallways. Naruto ran to the Kazekage.

He burst open the door.

"Kazekage!"

He looked at the boy addressing him cautiously.

"What do you need?"

"Your son, did you know he has been getting brainwashed for the last 2 years by a group of civilians who were unhappy with his presence."

"WHAT?!"

"It is true, I have reversed the brainwashing and its effects have been removed, I have all the criminals marked down and Gaara is taking them down."

Meanwhile on Gaara's side:

"Do I take a left or a right? Naruto didn't give me any directions…. oh well!"

Gaara skipped gleefully down the hall, sand bouncing behind him in the same manner.

The Kazekage sighed, "Can I help?"

"No, if two Kages are missing from the kage lounge, then people would know something is up. Let's not start a panic!"

"Can I trust you?"

"Yes you can!" said Naruto smiling, but then, a sudden impulse of an overwhelming bloodlust spread the arena, "but they will suffer."

Then, Tsunade managed to speak, "Na...ru...to, blood...lust, stop!"

Naruto then widened his eyes, and held his anger back.

"Sorry, not used to being around normal people."

Many people growled at the heartily statement. It was extremely insulting to call a kage "normal".

"Sorry!" Narutol said, and in a flash of speed, Naruto left, leaving just a sonic boom in his wake.

All of the Kages were shocked, and impressed at the boy. They don't take him as seriously as others, even when they should, hell, if they took orders from Naruto, the world would either be thrown into a high speed chaos or a calm peace. But it just wasn't in habit for most of them to be listening to 12 year olds.

Whiting moments, Naruto reappeared, carrying 16 men over his shoulder like it was styrofoam. Naruto threw the people into a seal and after spinning it his hand, he threw it to the Kazekage.

"Consider it a favor!"

The Tsuchikage grumbled, "Show off".

As the Chunin exams proceeded, Naruto sat in his chair, eagerly waiting for some of his genin to come on. Everyone from Uzu who had appeared had easily beaten their opponent by showing extreme prowess in their skills and tactics.

Eventually people started to quit when faced against Uzu genin. Those who were brave enough were sent to the hospital.

The first part of the chunin exams ended. And part 2 was taking place in the evening. Apparently, the order of the exams were reorganized.

They finished the first mass elimination. Then, later that evening will come the jungle test. Naruto has trained often in his early- err- earlier years, and was excited to see that part of his life again.

Evening came like a flash, but Naruto came even faster. As the exams were getting started, Naruto was already doing laps around their viewing box.

A Jounin then had to stop Naruto to tell him something.

"Uzukage sama, your job is to stop as many teams as possible. You will be given a team of genin who have had a teammate taken out. They do not know you are replacing their teammate. Sounds good?"

"So I get to sabotage the teams?"

"Yes."

"Great!"

Naruto walked to the room with his "fellow" genin.

Then, he met 2 familiar faces. Gaara's siblings.

"Naruto?" They said at the same time.

"Yeah I guess! To think I would be sabotaging the mission with you guys, It's awesome!"

"Sabotage?"

"Yes, since a genin team needs to have 3 members for this stage, you can't enter. When you said that you will not accept a replacement, we kept you here for other reasons. As Naruto-sama has reported, Orochimaru's disciple has been found out, and no actions have been made. We hope to possibly take everyone out of the jungle before he makes a move."

"Aaaah so operation ghost but on a smaller more cool level!"

Jounin sighed, but the weird analogy was quite true. "Yes, Naruto-sama." He still felt weird calling a 12 year old "sama".

Temari and Kankuro and Naruto high fived each other. And then, Naruto went into a simple henge, and walked outside.

They stood outside for about 15 minutes until a loudspeaker blared across the field.

"Genin! You are now a few minutes away from entering the jungle, so I will warn you. This jungle has more lethal animals than Suna at night. More traps than a jounin's bedroom. And most importantly, more skeletons than Orochimaru's labs. You will be facing each other, and there is a person amongst you who is not the same level."

Many faces snapped to Naruto's direction.

Although Naruto didn't know why, he realised that he has an exceptionally large chakra reserve, and of course the aura of strength that he unconsciously surrounds himself with.

"Oops…"

As the multiple entrances opened up, Naruto and team raced into the forest, of course, Naruto ran much ahead than his teammates. Within moments, 3 genin were thrown out of the jungle, and landed at the eliminated square. Then came another 3, then 6, then 3, then 9.

Suddenly, Naruto appeared in front Temari, who was just shocked at Naruto's skills.

"We got our other scroll, in case we needed!"

Naruto disappeared and the rapid elimination of attacks.

Konohamaru and his teammates TenTen and Yakuzi, were casually minding their business, when another team of genin joined up with them. They were Konoha Genin.

"Wanna team up, we are obviously too young as genin to become Chunin. Once we get each other's scrolls, we split up. Deal?"

"Deal!" said Konohamaru, apparently the team leader.

They ran in silence, and a person made the mistake of looking up. They saw genin from almost every village flying overhead and out of the jungle. Konohamaru instinctively shouted one word. "HIDE!"

They all jumped into the shadows. And waited for Konohamaru's signal that it was safe. As they were in the shadows, a green haired genin wearing basic Kumo gear and a utility pouch landed on the branch they were at. As they all stared at the boy, he sat down on the bush.

Konohamaru signaled an attack to his teammates. And many of them grinned.

'If you're gonna be chunin, then keep your guard up, that was the one thing you did wrong.'

The team of 6 all jumped at the brown haired boy. And suddenly, they were launched through the air all 6 of them, soaring over the jungle, and as they reached the edge, they landed in the disqualified square. Konohamaru got up and for some reason, it didn't hurt when he landed.

TenTen then also got up and pointed to a note on Konohamaru's chest.

"Sorry about that! I did the favor of not making your fall hurt (Courtesy of me, the green haired guy) and I hope you don't take this personally. By the way, I'm the 'person' the proctor was talking about. Have a nice day!"

Konohamaru looked up at the 5 people who were around him, expecting him to say something.

"He got us. I underestimated him, my bad." he said.

Then after a moment of silence, the group burst in laughter.

Temari sat down and Kankuro leaned against a tree branch.

"Naruto-baka should have waited for us!" She said exasperatedly.

"He has a mission, and he was told to do it as quickly as possible. We are just a disguise, as brutal as it sounds. Calm down, he should be back in maybe 15 minutes."

"I'M BACK!!!!" said a voice, it was Naruto.

"You're done? Already?"

"Yeah, I left a single genin team out, and they have Orochimaru's chakra footprints all over them. What should we do? Take the team out, or, nevermind, It has been a while since I've gotten some action."

"What was all that you were doing before this moment?"

"Warm up."

Naruto cracked his knuckles and stretched for a short bit. As he stopped, he sported a grin, like he was excited to battle the legend.

"He's coming, Orochimaru is entering the jungle through the underground. 13 kilometers North east from here. Approaching the marked genin team at 25 kph. Target stopped in his tracks. He has noticed we are the only team left. Target approaching us at 45 kph, aggressive demeanor concluded. Battle stations everybody, this is gonna be the biggest battle of our lives."

Temari grinned, if Naruto, the Uzukage, was with them, then what's there to worry about? Kankuro frowned, he too was excited, but he was too scared to admit it.

"He's here." he said, silently and slowly. There was a brief moment when the world was deadly silent, then hell broke loose. Trees were uprooted, and jutsus were flying everywhere.

"Orochimaru, glad to see that you have presented yourself to us! I hope you are doing well?"

Temari couldn't see Naruto or Orochimaru, but if she squinted and strained her eyes long enough, she could see little streaks of white and yellow. She focused harder, and was able to see Naruto… jogging backwards, engaging Orochimaru in chit chat while dodging attacks.

"Jigoku no Shinobishikkusu, Konoha's wind, Kage of Peace, all fine names for a fine shinobi like yourself. Fitting for MInato's son to be able to converse in chit chat while running at this speed backwards."

"Don't flatter me, the running is just starting."

Naruto then suddenly grounded his feet and even Orochimaru couldn't stop himself in time. Next thing he knew was pain and the feeling of a kunai reorganizing your small intestine. He grunted in pain and tried to writhe out of it. Naruto's clone held him down. Naruto pulled the kunai out, but the pain didn't leave.

"Orochimaru, did you know I could have taken your life away this very moment? But I decided to give you a chance. So, let's try to up the ante before I get bored."

"You fight me and claim to be bored, the AUDACITY!"

Orochimaru pulled out the kunai and bellowed in rage. Suddenly, his cornea became black, and iris yellow. His skin turned brown and his hair turned into a sickly white.

"This is my final and strongest form. I call it Snake's Rage. No one has seen this form before, and no one will live to tell the tale, even you."

Naruto, grinned, until Orochimaru gained speeds that even Naruto couldn't match. Orochimaru appeared from in front of his eyes, kunai in his belly.

"Eye for an eye, am I right?" said Naruto, still smiling.

"Not quite, eye for a life, this kunai has the strongest poison I have ever made. Good bye, Uzukage."

Naruto widened his eyes, his mouth no longer grinning, and his hand shaking. The blue eyes which were once filled with life were now but a husk.

Temari was left agape, and Kankuro was weak in the legs. SHe fell down, and the sound of leaves crunching under her weight caught the attention of Orochimaru. He went out of his form, and as he moved towards her, a hand caught his shoulder.

It was Uzukage's half alive body, a big smile on his face.

"Consider it a parting gift." said Naruto, and suddenly, Orochimaru's body was filled with red hot pain. All his muscles contracted and his veins exploded. No matter how much chakra he put through his body, the pain never subsided.

The Uzukage laughed a bit, "Please enjoy!" then he fell, beside Orochimaru. The only difference was that one person was still alive.

The Anbu came minutes after, and amongst seeing the Uzukage dead, and Orochimaru apparently in intense pain, even the emotionless ninja let out a gasp.

Naruto had a big funeral, Uzu opened its gates and people flooded the place. In the center of the village was a statue of Naruto.

The funeral lasted 2 days. And he was considered the only man to attain peace. Even Jiraiya came to honor him, after all, he was the man who completed his life's dream. Even if it wasn't world peace, for the short amount of years he lived, he created a place where one can throw world problems aside and relax.

Uzu was solemn and no one dared to speak. It was a small con of knowing a Shinobi personally like they had in Uzu. When the Shinobi dies, it hurts everyone he knew.

Orochimaru had attempted suicide multiple times. Your body can get used to the pain, but for some reason, this pain was somehow implacable. Either way, he couldn't move his body, the pain wouldn't let him. He could speak only a few words then his voice would give out for days.

The world was thrown into turmoil. Otosuchi had been planning for a time like this, and a large series of massacres and massive scale operations took place. Even Uzu wasn't safe. The akatsuki came into the open and have taken part in these massive attacks.

Many small time bandits are also using the Otosuchi name to get what they want easily.

Recently, Suna fell to Otosuchi hands. Kumo and Kris have entered a siege that has lasted 2 weeks. Kumo is ready to give in. Konoha has been countlessly attacked but has managed to hold down fort, but even then, the casualty count hit an all time record.

Many people began to realise how much Naruto, a 12 year old, impacted this world. This small legend, a shinobi who has trained like no other. A master of all trades, some call him.

In Tsunade's words:

"Naruto posed a large threat to the Otosuchi, as he could kill thousands at a time. One Naruto could make a hundred more, and as far as we know, Orochimaru was lucky he wasn't serious when he fought him. That was his mistake, and he got what he deserved, otherwise Orochimaru would have ceased to exist. Talk about bad timing."

Naruto awoke in a small bed. He got up in a flash and looked at his belly. Nothing.

"Oh thank god! Anbu came in time, and I should have taken the snake seriously! Oh well, I hope I don't get an earful from Tsunade…"

He made his bed, which had the Uzumaki symbol on it. Naruto frowned at that, Uzumaki, in Konoha?

He yawned loudly, and then he reached for a pencil that was on a table beside the bed. The room was clean and tidy. THe walls were white, and the floor was hardwood. A small twin sized bed and table with a few books, a lamp, and a pencil holder. There were pictures on a wall, and a large bookshelf that was filled with scrolls on shinobi theory and tactics and others.

He heard footsteps behind the closed door of the room. By pure instinct, he jumped into the shadows and blended perfectly.

"Naruto! Breakfast is ready!" said a lady as she opened the door. Tall, slim, red hair, and white skin. She held a pan filled with aromatic food, probably eggs. She didn't call him Uzukage or add '-sama- after his name, so she must be close.

Naruto didn't know her however.

She looked around and didn't see him, and then she sighed.

"All those years of shinobi training and he can't figure out he's in heaven. Of course he runs out of the house right after waking up, cause he doesn't recognize this place. I'm his goddamn mom!"

Naruto was really confused, and without a thought, he decided to rely on instincts. If it was the truth, what this woman was saying, then he will find out.

In a flash, Naruto hit the back side of Kushina's knees, knocking her down to Naruto height. Then in a simple headlock, he asked her a question. The headlocked served for more than just imitation. If she was lying, he could measure her heartbeat and tell.

"I'll ask you a question and you will answer concisely, nothing more, nothing less. Where am I?"

"You are in Heaven."

"When did I come here?"

"A few hours ago."

"Was I injured when I came here?"

"No, you enter heaven unconscious but fully healed from whatever caused your death."

"How are you related to me?"

"I'm your mom."

"Is my dad here?"

"Yes, in the garden."

Naruto released his grip. Of course he was overjoyed at learning that his mom was here, but he really wanted to see his dad.

"Man, Shinobi life has really gotten to you. It's been a while since somebody has hidden in a room. I was not ready."

Naruto smirked, "Excuses," and she broke into laughter. She then ran and gave Naruto a big hug.

"Oh I've missed you! I have so many questions even though I can see you from above. First of all, what are your thoughts on TenTen and Hinata and Temari?"

"Brutally honest, extremely defensive and air of shy, weird."

"Temari is just 'weird'?"

"Yeah, expecting more? Well, I don't like the hairstyle. Also, she really is aggressive, and usually sassy and violent."

Kushina sighed. "Well, you don't like any of them?"

"NO!"

Kushina laughed at the blush Naruto held. "Want some eggs?"

"Maybe later, I want to go see my dad."

"He's in the garden watering the plants."

"Okay!"

Naruto burst out of the room, leaving Kushina agape at the sudden burst of speed. Even though she was married to the fastest man alive.

Naruto ran into the garden and the first thing he did was punch Minato in the back. He fell over and winced in pain. Once he turned around, he saw Naruto grinning at him.

"Naruto, welcome home, it's been a while since somebody sneaked up on me."

"Thanks!"

"Why did you have to punch me so hard?"

"You kinda deserved it."

"Can't argue."

Naruto pulled Minato up easily and grinned. His mind was not thinking about things and worrying about this and that. It was peaceful. Probably the effects of heaven. HIs eyes weren't crying or anything, it felt normal

"Oh Naruto! Rikudo Sennin wants to meet you."

"What for?"

"No idea, but he wanted to see you as soon as you got up."

Naruto processed it all. "Where is he?".

"Down the street walk forward and take left turns till you see the big building with a weird Sharingan on it."

It wasn't the clearest of direction, but Naruto reached there. Once he slowed, He observed the gates. Then, he knocked and hoped it was heard.

Within moments, the gates opened and revealed an old man. By plain instinct, he marked the man. As he entered the life force world, he saw none of his own LF. Probably because he was dead, but the old man had an ocean of life. How?

Naruto ran through possibilities, all of them in a flash. He landed onto one conclusion. This man never died, he found a way to enter heaven without the assistance of death. He searched through the memories of the man anyway.

Naruto grinned, "If you are the Rikudo Sennin, I'm not disappointed."

The man knew it wasn't a question of identity, Naruto already knew he was, it was more of a flattery.

His grey eyes seeped into Naruto, and while Naruto wasn't affected, he certainly was on guard.

"Naruto, come in! I have much to tell you!"

They walked a great distance and finally entered a large room. THey sat on the ground and stared at each other for a bit.

"WHy don't you call out to the 9 tails? Why did you let yourself be killed? Why did you decide last minute not to fully kill Orochimaru?"

"I don't know, I never felt the need to call him. I'm fine by myself. I let myself be killed because I realised that Orochimaru is the result of a corrupted nation. So if he lives, people will realise this as well. And change will be born."

Rikudo Sennin smiled, Naruto was what he hoped he would be.

"Well then, Naruto, let me fill you up on a few things."

"Sure"

"I have two children who waged a war with each other endlessly. For many generations, their souls pick two people two fight for their lives. You were Indra, and Sasuke was supposed to be Ashura. But because of Obito's involvement, the nine tails joined with your body and made you much stronger than Sasuke much faster. This was a problem and the celestial dates changed. So now, I'm scheduled to join my soul with somebody in 5 years instead of 200. After much thought, I have decided on a reincarnation. You."

"But I'm dead?"

"Yes, but you must have realised that I haven't died but found a passage from earth to heaven. I can use this passage to go back. So, I will train you in all my skills, and Ashura will train you as well. Then, after 5 years, Ashura and me will be reincarnated into your body, while Sasuke will absorb the 9 tails and fall into his hatred. You will finish your role as Ashura, and revive Sasuke from his hate and become friends with him again, and then finish your role as the new Rikudo Sennin and bring peace to the earth."

Naruto stared at the man dumbly.

"How will I explain my revival?"

"Make up something, you are a shinobi aren't you?"

Naruto smiled. "Let's get this over with! 5 years of rigorous training here I come!"

"First off, physical training."

Naruto smiled, that was prowess. Little did he know, that the old man was twice as fast as him with his rotten and skinny bones.
