Chapter

IX

Hope & Reality

She was dizzy and so, so tired now, her body cried with each movement she made as she attempted to remove herself from the comfort of the bed, she ignored it though, she had to push through the pain, through the exhaustion. It wouldn't do well for the Uchiha's to find her passed out next to their Chief, whether it was innocent or not, it was not a good idea at all.

Her muscles screamed as she dragged herself across the room, with heavy breathing she pushed open the shoji screen, her body stumbling forward as she did so.

'I can't fall asleep, I need to get to the Senju compound, I need my chakra'.

Her body was caught before she could hit the floor and they picked her up bridle-style and she came face to face with the Sharingan.

"Are you alright Sakura-sama?" Through the fogginess in her mind she found was able to grasp onto some focus. Slowly the eyes weren't all she could see.

He was pretty in a feminine way, nothing that competed with the looks of Madara and Izuna but still rather pretty, one might even confuse him for a woman at a glance. His skin was slightly darker more olive than the two brothers, small lips and a small straight nose, high cheekbones and large almond eyes and dark hair, not the same dark as the brothers raven locks but more charcoal.

His voice was deep though, the complete opposite of his soft feminine features. "Sakura-sama?" She shook her head of her thoughts. "Hai Uchiha-san, I'm alright." She didn't even believe her own words but he still put her on her feet and she tried to stay up but ultimately fell back down. He picked her up once more from underneath her armpits this time. "You need to rest".

No, she couldn't rest, she needed to get her chakra back, she needed to heal the Kaguya children.

Pushing away from the Uchiha her body was too weakened from the chakra exhaustion, the seal and the poison, the pills, she couldn't even keep herself up, continuing in the cycle of falling back down. "I can't rest Uchiha-san". Nobody ever said she wasn't stubborn though, she'd been taught to never give up. 'They wouldn't give up'. He helped her up once more. 'Take his chakra Sakura', 'The poison and the branding are going to kill us!', 'Take his chakra', 'Do it save yourself!'

Shaking her head she attempted to stand on her own, her motor skills were non-existent at this point, without the proper muscle mass on her body she couldn't do much at this time.

'Save yourself Sakura!', 'Take back my chakra!'. Looking into the Sharingan she breathed out hard. "So sorry Uchiha-san, this may feel a bit odd but bear with me". 'That's a good girl!'

Grasping his chin, she watched as his brows scrunched in confusion as she got closer to him, she closed her eyes then and moved forward, inhaling as she reached deep into herself and forced the last of her chakra to work as she did so, she could feel his breath on her cheek and she heard the inhale as she pulled his chakra forcefully out of his body, taking in a deep breath and breathing in his chakra into her body.

The effects were instantaneous, her body immediately beginning to feel more alive, her head feeling weightless, the more chakra she took in. The Uchiha was struggling, she could almost feel him in his own skin, feel how he fought to push away from her and she grasped onto him harder.

Uchiha chakra tasted like fire on her tongue, scorching her insides with its delicious power, she heard something break and she grasped harder onto the Uchiha's chin, her nails digging in, trying to get closer to him, closer to his chakra.

"Sakura!" Her head whipped in time to see Izuna standing there frozen to the spot, eyes wide and terrified, she turned around and looked over at the Uchiha in her grasp.

The Uchiha was on his knees, Sharingan deactivated, dark eyes hazy, skin pale and clammy, the wall now broken with his body and she felt good. Letting go of his face she saw that she had dug her nails deep into his skin. She turned back towards Izuna carefully.

'You were trying to drain him!' 'You're stronger'. "What did you do to him!" She looked down for a moment. "My body was near chakra exhaustion, I needed chakra so I took it". She craned her neck to look over her shoulder. "Thank you for your assistance Uchiha-san".

Izuna flinched as she got close to him, it was obvious that what she had done had spoked the Uchiha heir. "You took his chakra?" She shrugged, "It was necessary, the combination of the branding seals on my own chakra, the poison that's feeding on the little chakra I do have, and the pills that I took drained the remaining chakra from my body, it was necessary to push the limits of my body to get the mission over with quickly, unfortunatly even with the amount of chakra that I was able to get from him, it won't be as much as what I actually need, most of it restored my body's muscle mass and fat, leaving me with a small chakra reserve. Don't worry much about him though, with some rest, hydration and a good meal, Uchiha-san here will make a full recovery".

Izuna rubbed his forehead. "I don't have time to deal with any of this, let's go". She scrunched her brow as he grabbed at her upper arm and began dragging her through the compound. "Where are we going Izuna-san?"

"I convinced the elders to lockdown the compound, easy enough with the threat of the Hyuga hanging over us, but you need to work and the elders can't see you just yet". She scoffed. "Yeah cause dragging me through the compound is going to keep me hidden". He shook his head. "The elders are all drinking to a job well done at the knowledge that not only is the peace treaty nearly completed but the last of the Kaguya clan has been retrieved by Madara-neesan".

Of course the Elders were drinking, that's all they were really good for, at least from her experience. "Did you make that list?" She shook her head. "No", He grimaced, "It needs to be done quickly Sakura-san, I can only keep the compound locked down for a minimum amount of time before others start demanding answers or blood".

"Of course Izuna-san, I'll work as fast as I can". "I've spoken with the head of our healers and instructed him to gather the others and meet you inside the crypt and to be discreet about the situation". Of course the Elders couldn't know that she was there.

They stopped in front of a large cement mausoleum, Izuna made to walk up the steps and she grabbed his hand and he turned swiftly to stare down at her.

Her heart felt like it dropped into her stomach as he looked at her once more, was this how Sasuke would have been if Itachi hadn't done what he'd done? Would he have been this kind man like Izuna was being towards her? 'Don't confuse yourself, he's not him'. 'He really isn't'. Shaking her head she focused herself on her main priorities "No, you can't go in, once the scrolls are open you have to be away from here, nobody will be allowed to be near this building, it's too risky ... and if you were to get sick your brother will quite possibly actually kill me".

They had learned during the war that Madara would have been willing to destroy the world just to be part of a fake reality where Izuna still lived. She couldn't have that happen again especially by her own hands.

"Are you sure about this? What if you get sick?" She shook her head. "I'll be okay, just make sure that your brother recovers and the other Uchiha rests as well".

Izuna nodded his head before he turned around. Looking back over to the large cement structure she took in a deep breath and walked up the stairs, pushing open the doors.

The room was filled with an uchiwa emblazoned on each of the caskets that had yet to be buried and the smell of death was thick in the air, reaching into her cloak she grasped onto the scroll that she'd taken from Madara's body.

There was no room for failure, if she wanted to get Konoha back she couldn't fail, if she wanted to win against Kaguya she needed to do this.

Walking up to the stone slab that stood ominously at the end of the crypt she unrolled the scroll and released the three scrolls from it.

In her time, the world had not been kind to the Kaguya clan, had she not stepped in and bought the children from under the farmer things would have turned dark for the three green eyed boys. When Naruto and the recovery team had come back with the three Suna siblings Tsunade had sent out teams to recover the bodies of the five Otogakure shinobi that had died helping Sasuke escape from Konoha.

While the bodies were an amazing find as each of them had been found in their fully released state, all besides the pink-haired kunoichi, the one that had really been a fascinating find had in fact been the Kaguya boy.

It had taken months of dissection between Tsunade and Shizune to build an understanding of the boys physiology picking and pulling from information apart from his cursed form and his normal body. With almost a year of back and forth between Konoha and Kirigakure before they released the information they had on the extinct clan, although by the time the information had been received the Kaguya boy and the rest of the Otogakure shinobi's bodies had disappeared, during the war it would be found that Kabuto had been the one to have stolen them right from under their very noses.

The Kaguya clan though had never truly had a chance to thrive like they should have, seeming to have migrated sometime in the past to Mizu no Kuni, the country was harsh to the clan, the country itself had more civilians than shinobi clans even in her time, thus the reason why the Kaguya clan would end up being wiped out twice. The second and final time would cause the clan to become extinct where the first had left a woman too poor to care for her four children.

The daughter would be married off at the young age of fifteen, both her and her newborn child would come to die in childbirth, the mother without the ability to have anymore children would go on to kill herself not long after the death of her daughter and grandchild, nothing surprising in this era, the three boys though would be sold to a farmer.

When the second oldest boys Kekki Genkai activated the farmer became fearful of them and began to abuse them physically, mentally and emotionally, with the beating of the youngest boy resulting in his untimely death. The farmer himself would soon end up being murdered as revenge by the two older boys who would go on to rape and impregnate the farmers daughters and wife taking over the farm in the aftermath. Keeping with the barbaric ways the farmer had taught them which would ultimately lead to their clans massacre by Kirigakure and the Daimyo's guards. What people hadn't known was that one little boy had survived, and Orochimaru had taken him before he would go on to his death as well.

Although now that she had taken three healthy boys from the poor woman, she'd been given the opportunity to learn more about the Kaguya clan and what she learned was that because of their different body structure their lungs and hearts were particularly weak compared to a normal persons body, any sort of respiratory illness could be potentially fatal if not treated quickly, even their skin was different, thin and soft with their bodies even produced an extremely high amount of endorphins, she estimated it helped with forcing the body not to feel the pain when they used their Kekki Genkai.

Now she just needed to use her blood to create an vaccine. Unfortunately though her knowledge in vaccinations was not as wide as poisons, but she knew that she could pull the vaccine from her blood without an issue. There was only the problem that vaccinations wouldn't come into play until the third shinobi war just like poisons and that was mostly due to the machines needed to make the vaccinations.

Then there was the fact that her knowledge of traditional medicine was moot. With Tsunade teaching her traditional medicine was seen as ridiculous and unnecessary. Even civilians didn't use traditional medicine anymore, they all went to shinobi villages for treatments.

Had she even had a clue of what the future had held for her she would have demanded to learn more about the old ways.

Beginning to release the first scroll she found the body of Akira resting softly, the Sharingan genjutsu still working on him, he was just at the cusp of outgrowing that particular ability, nearly all outgrew it unless they were like her, a genjutsu type, or they had a dojutsu. She remembered a handful of Uchiha and Hyuga that she had went to acadamy with ... Well that was until the Uchiha Massacre happened.

Propping him on the floor against the slab she moved to releasing the next child.

Hoshi's body was hot to the touch, his perfect olive skin a sickly pale and clammy, his chocolate colored hair matted thickly with sweat and grime. Lifting him was hard on her weakened body, nearly as tall as her and as heavy as her. The oldest boy was not particularly fond of her at all, due to the circumstances she understood, she'd bought him and his brothers as if they were cattle then left them in a rundown shack on their own for nearly a year.

Taking in a deep breath she turned around and unrolled the last scroll on the floor next to Akira and out popped Kiyoshi flying towards her in tears. "Sakua-chama!"

The small haired child tackled her to the floor again and she hit the floor hard, hissing as her head took the brute of the fall. "Sakua-chama twas scary! vey, vey scary!" She smoothed his hair back from his face as she allowed him to cuddle into her. "I'm sorry Kiyoshi-kun, but I had to make sure you came with me safely, I didn't want you to get hurt and I didn't want to leave you". The small child looked down at her with large green eyes red and watery, his round babyface red with puffy cheeks. "Twas dark and vey, vey cold Sakua-chama! Don n't make Kiyoshi go back! Please! don n't wanna go back there!"

She soothed him to the best of her abilities. "It's okay Kiyoshi-kun you're not going to go back there ever again". He nuzzled himself into her neck again as he sniffled his wet nose. He whispered harshly against her ear "Swear Sakua-chama". She didn't like making promises, from her experience promises were always broken. Lying to an innocent child though was tough, but necessary. "I swear Kiyoshi-kun".

The youngest Kaguya child was the complete opposite of his eldest brother. Naturally a shy child, but when he knew the people around them his lively personality came out in spades. Curious as any child, happy and bubbling with life and energy, the child had a stubborn streak and temper that gave her own a run for her money. While she hadn't seen him have a temper tantrum in a long while, it was a very interesting sight to behold. His attachment was going to happen though, while he would always remember bits and pieces of his real mother, she had taken him at the age of three, just young enough for him to move on from the split from his mother a little more easier than the other two boys. Although he seemed to have replaced his mother with her, even though she kept the child as far from her as possible, she couldn't handle the child when she had problems of her own to worry about.

What was she to do though? Without her chakra and the knowledge of traditional medicine she wasn't sure she could complete this task as much as she'd kept telling everyone.

'You could always release her chakra' She touched her forehead where her seal usually stood out proudly, Hashirama's binding seal had caused her Byakugō no In to become inactive and even with the Uchiha's chakra that she had taken, nearly all of it had gone to repair her body leaving her with just the barest amount to unseal the children.

Even after that, her chakra was low again and she was beginning to feel tired and dizzy, if she wanted to even activate the seal and use any of the chakra stored in there she'd have to take another's chakra by force again and she wasn't about to do that.

'Take the dying boys, he's going to dye eventually' 'Stop it he's a child' 'He's a killer'.

Sometimes she wasn't sure who was speaking anymore, Kaguya's chakra, her Inner, or even herself, they all were beginning to sound alike.

"Sakua-chama you okay?" Sakura looked up at large green eyes and sighed. "I'm okay, I just don't know what I'm going to do Kiyoshi-kun" He looked down at her then smiled softly at her. "Sakua-chama is amazing! She can do anything! She saved Kiyoshi-kun and Akira-kun and Hoshi-kun she can do it again!"

Frowning she was sometimes not sure where this boys mind wondered to. There was a loud slam and she tilted her head back as she saw an elderly man walk into the crypt.

He was tall, taller than Madara by an entire head, with ashy colored skin, long grey hair tied up high, dark hazy colored eyes surrounded by harsh wrinkles, small thin lips and wearing a long black yukata that dragged on the floor. He stopped as he eyed her.

"You must be Sakura" His voice was just a bit on the deep end but soft as well and what surprised her the most was the kindness in his eyes.

Removing Kiyoshi from her body she stood up carefully, her body feeling tired with the effects from unsealing the Kaguya children. "Please tell me you're a healer, because I really cannot afford to have anyone outside of healers in this tomb, these children are contagious"

The elder man nodded his head. "With the Ricia I'm told, don't mind me Sakura-chan, I am a healer, Uchiha Kanaye of the branch house" He moved closer to her then his movements like water, smooth and effortless.

"The head healer ordered us not to involve ourselves with a witch, but I just had to meet the woman that healed Izuna-donno, what you did is a miracle and I just could not pass up the opportunity to speak with you".

Ignoring the rest of what he said she focused on the important parts. "You know about Ka?" He titled his head at her, that was right the name was different in this era. "The Ricia" He nodded his head as he moved forward. "Yes, as a branch member we're allowed to help the civilians in the surrounding areas, I worked against it up close, but we never came close to being able to stop it" He moved up to the slab and looked over Hoshi's body.

"Children don't survive long once they've been infected, one in every thirty adults will indefinitely see death within a fortnight and the elderly are half of that."

That wasn't good, but he seemed to have survived it yet he was very clearly and elderly man. "If you worked up close with it how is it that you're alive if it's so deadly?"

Kanaye shrugged his shoulders. "I'm unsure why, but once the deaths began the Uchiha clan went into isolation until the illness passed over, seems it didn't just pass, it went to the border lands, what a shame to three Kaguya boys would have been better than two".

"He's not dead", "Yet, Sakura-chan, from the looks of it he's been sick for a while, if the fever doesn't kill him soon then the seizure will kill him, best to begin preparing his body for the burning". Seizure!

"The only reason a seizure will kill him is if his airway passages were blocked, did you attempt surgery to remove the blockage on any of the patients you worked with?"

He scrunched his brows. "Surgery?" She wanted to slap herself, human autopsies, dissections, and surgeries would not begin to be practiced until after Konoha was built, before then it was condoned and considered a crime to open the human body.

"Gods, this place is cursed" Kanaye looked back at her. "Well of course it is Sakura-chan, we're humans, only the gods have the ability to know a world of peace and bliss".

Mentally she scoffed, if that was the case then what happened with the Otsutsuki goddess who's chakra whines plagued her mind? "So tell me Sakura-chan is it true that you use chakra to conduct your healings?" her eyes rolled up as she looked over at the older healer.

There was something weird how this elderly Uchiha seemed so comfortable using familiar honorifics, his voice was even quite possibly cheerful if she listened carefully.

"Yes" She watched as he slapped his hands together in a slap, his hands she noted were thin skinned, with age spots and calluses littering them and long thin fingers and long claw like nails.

"That is so very fascinating! I never would have thought that chakra could be used in such a glorious way!" He seemed in rather high spirits as well despite the fact that they were standing in the middle of a tomb, she frowned, this man was odd.

"I don't have time for this". He tilted his head as he looked down at her then. "Hmm... Do we not?" She walked to the other side of Hoshi and away from the elder Uchiha. "No I don't, I have to save these children, I have to inoculate the clans to protect them from catching this disease and I have get myself unsealed ... My hands are filled at the moment, so if you have no other reason to be here other than to waste my time I'd like it if you left now".

This Uchiha Kanaye blinked carefully before he leaned over Hoshi's body and looked down at her. "Take a deep breath little one, one can't grow a garden in earth that's been salted, so let's look for a new plot of land".

... What?

The Uchiha leaned away then as he smiled softly at her, eyes crinkling and smile lines deepening. "I mean that you should find a new path to get to where you're going since the path you're taking is obviously a dead end".

... Couldn't he have just said that in the first place?

"So you have your chakra sealed, there's nothing anyone here can do about that at this point" She groaned. "Don't you understand though I need my chakra, without my chakra I can't heal and I need to save these boys and I have to-"

Uchiha Kanaye waved his hand dismissively. "Yes, yes, yes, I heard you the first time no need to repeat yourself, so you don't have your chakra, I and the other healers have chakra, you have your knowledge use us as Izuna-donno has instructed, teach us how to save these children and our clan"

Her eyes were wide as she swept her hands across the room, "What other healers? You're the only one that's here". He shook his head. "Right now, I'm the only one here right now, I've never truly been one to listen to what the healers of the main house tell me, and the others will be here soon, Izuna-donno just hasn't gotten a hold of them yet ... So Sakura-chan won't you teach an old man some new tricks".

Gods her head hurt now, this man was insufferable. "It's not that simple, we have to determine the control you have of your chakra from there I'd have to teach you the interior of the human body and how to clean out the infection of the lungs and possibly teach you how to operate incase of a blockage ... then I need to figure out ingredients and I don't even understand how you all create medicine's and-"

"You think to much Sakura-chan, one thing at a time yes". He began to weave signs then and pressed his palms onto Hoshi's chest before a small glow went into the boys body. "There, that will give us some time".

Now she was definitely not sure what was going on. "What did you do?" The Uchiha began to undress the young child. "I used a preservation jutsu on his body, it won't stop the illness but it will slow it down a bit, normally we don't use these until after one has passed, but I found when the first wave of the plague hit that this helped stretch the time by a day or two".

A preservation jutsu, those weren't used by anyone but morticians now what with all the chemicals that were available to help them keep the body prime for dissection and not everyone had enough chakra if any at all to use a preservation jutsu.

... But she was in a different era where everyone besides women and civilians at least had access to chakra, and they had to have massive amounts of chakra, and a serious ability to fight in order to have survived as long as they did in this time.

'Which begs the question of the old man, he looks old, really old' Her eyes looked back over to the elderly Uchiha. 'He can't be that dangerous, he's a healer', 'Don't let your guard down'.

"I can also help you with the herbs we used the first time around, it's a simple remedy, first though, I need to have the servants bring in some wet towels to cool this boys temperature, the fever will take him if we don't"

... Cool his temperature. ... "I know how to make ice". His brows furrowed in question. "I beg your pardon Sakura-chan? What is ice". Oh she had a long way to go with these people.

Shaking her head she looked around the room. "The ink is beneath this". It was almost as if he was reading her mind and she found an ink blot and clean parchment.

"Do be a dear and grab me a robe from there". She paused as she looked over at the white robe that was on a shelf beneath the parchment and ink. "He's not dying".

"No, but it's always best to be prepared Sakura-chan" ... Somehow she found it was a lot better than 'girl'.

Grabbing everything she dropped it all next to Hoshi's body watching as this Kanaye began to dress the child. "We don't have enough time to create needles to deliver the vaccine, but I might be able to create a seal that will release the vaccine into the body and it's a much more sanitized way of going about it as well, although ... My seal work is lacking at it's best and the only person that I've ever heard of to create seals out of nothing is Senju Tobirama, the chances of him willingly helping me with this though is slim to none".

"I've heard stories about the younger Senju heir, many say he's a soulless demon". Sakura scoffed. "Whether he's a soulless demon or not, none can deny the man is a genius, twenty-six years old and still alive despite the odds and that's because of that brain of his".

"I know my chakra control, all of us healers and elders were once shinobi". She looked up from her parchment. "That's helpful". Kanaye leaned over again and looked over at her list. "If I may ask Sakura-chan where did you learn all of this".

"I had a teacher". He didn't seem to budge. "And where did she learn?" This man had so many questions didn't he? "Partly self-taught, partly taught by her grandfather".

"And it's common for women to use chakra in your village?" She sighed as she looked over her list making sure nothing was missing and passed it over to him. "Yes, everyone in my village was required to learn shinobi skills".

"What a fascinating world you come from, perhaps someday we'll be able to see it". Yeah if he knew how to time-travel in the future. "It was destroyed".

"Isn't that a shame". She looked away from the older man then and refocused her attention on a different parchment, she needed to at least start beginning the seal work. She could recall rudimentary medical seals that she could possibly repurpose for this to work, but it was a long shot.

"Does the apothecary here have sulfur?" Kanaye looked up at her then as he stopped in his writing. "Hmm yes I believe the servants us it to dye clothes, I'm not sure how much we have on us though".

She didn't need much, the main component they'd have to use to create the vaccine was in her blood anyways, she didn't like the thought about what that meant.

"Is anyone here familiar with bloodletting?" Kanaye nodded his head. "Yes, but it's a very dangerous thing, I wouldn't suggest it, the boy's body is already weakened it will kill him if we even attempt it". She shook her head. "No, we're going to use my blood, I'm already immune to the disease, if we pull my blood from me, then we may be able to separate the immunity from my blood and use it as a base".

There was a frown on the Uchiha's face with his lips pulled down the lip wrinkles were more noticeable then making him look ten times older looking than he probably was.

"Bloodletting is dangerous, even for a perfectly healthy person, I don't recommend that we do that" He was going to learn quickly though that she would not take no for an answer from someone that wasn't as advance in medicine as her.

"We're going to do it no matter the facts". Thankfully the Uchiha and the Senju were Otsutsuki blooded, the chakra in her blood wouldn't hurt them like it would others.

"Very well then" He handed her the parchment he'd been writing on and she looked over the list of ingredients.

Some of them she'd only ever seen in books, all other had become extinct within the hundred years of the village being built. "Sakura-chan, some of those ingredients we don't grow on the Uchiha lands" Oh gods of course they wouldn't grow them in their own lands. "Where exactly can they be found then?"

"On the Senju lands". Of fucking course, she rubbed her forehead then. "How did you acquire these before Uchiha-san?" "I had civilians go and request them, but I don't know about this time, the Senju's head healer had figured out what I had done last time and began turning away the civilians I had sent over"

And there was a large doubt he'd fall for it once more, that was great just great. She hadn't wanted to leave the crypt, it was too dangerous and they could infect everyone.

Considering they were going to create a vaccine she supposed she could get away with it, but there was just one thing, the Senju's wouldn't just let her get away with taking their stuff. Tobirama would undoubtedly kill her if she even tried to.

... Actually she might have a way to get onto the grounds without the guards immediately trying to kill her and the Uchiha healer, while the armistice was in place to halt the fighting until the peace treaty was completed it never guaranteed that the clans wouldn't kill an elderly from the rival clan, bygones be bygones shit did happen.

"Uchiha-san you said that as the branch house's healer you were allowed to help the civilians from the outside areas correct?" He nodded his head. "Yes that's correct".

"Then we have a reason to get in". The Uchiha's eyes scrunched together in confusion. "I don't think I understand". She sighed. "Me, I can get us in, I'm a woman remember, for once it's come in handy".

"Ehhh ... but we still need a reason to demand entrance". This time she waved her hand. "Yada, yada, I'm carrying Senju Tobirama's child" ... 'That didn't come out right'.

With wide eyes Uchiha Kanaye did something so out of the blue as he pointed at her, the world surrounding him seeming to disappear into a blackness. "Ehhh!" She rolled her eyes, she should have worded that better. "You're pregnant by a Senju! The demon!" Kiyoshi actually popped himself into the conversation. "Sakua-chama is gonna have a baby!" She waved her hands around as she realized they were getting away from the main point. "No-no, I meant we'll say that! I'm not actually, that would just be wrong"

With wide eyes the Uchiha healer tilted his head and spoke in a solemn voice. "What's wrong is you suggesting a lie like that" She shrugged her shoulders. "It'll work".

The walk to the Senju lands would tire out her body, with the little bit of chakra in her she wouldn't last long after that, she'd just have to make due until it happened. "Kiyoshi-kun you need to stay here with your brothers, I'll be back in a little bit okay, make sure you take care of them".

Kiyoshi nodded his head then. "Kiyoshi will protect them, Do n't worry 'bout nothin' Sakua-chama!"

Inclining her head to the door she looked over to the elderly Uchiha. "Come on then, we need to hurry".

The moment they pushed open the doors they stopped at the sight.

Elderly men, some older some younger than Kanaye were lined up with their backs faced towards them sitting on their knees, with a line of younger Uchiha's facing them, standing at a halt, waiting for their lords orders.

In the middle stood Izuna, his eyes bright red with the Sharingan and his lips curled into an angry snarl as he yelled at the elderly man that stood facing him.

"Who is your second in command?" Izuna questioned harshly and she could barely recognize this man that she had saved, standing there spitting in this elderly mans face as he was, compared to the kind man that had walked her towards the crypt earlier, this man was a complete one-eighty in persona.

The elderly man had to have been the same age as Kanaye, with long grey hair, and a slight hump to his back she watched as Izuna continued to question the elder.

"Don't you look away from me! Now answer your lord!" Izuna hissed at the elderly man.

She whispered carefully then, "Who is that?" Kanaye leaned down towards her in response. "That is Yukio-sama, the Main houses head physician, the top healer in Madara-sama's court". oh ... "What's going on?" Kanaye shrugged his shoulders. "Hmm ... Well I couldn't say".

Eyeing the male next to her she took notice of the small nearly unnoticeable smirk on his face then. 'Interesting old man aren't you'.

"Are you telling me that you don't have a second in command!" Izuna was angry, she could feel his emotions rushing out of him in waves. His Sharingan sparked brightly, reminding her of the look she'd seen on him in the battlefield before she'd taken out Zetsu's chakra.

The angry Uchiha looked in their direction then. "You over here now!" She raised a brow at him. 'He better not be talking to me like that'. In the corner of her eye she watched as Kanaye scrambled from his spot next to her and pushed pass the other elders. Bowing all the way down till his forehead touched the ground.

"Sakura-san" She looked up at Izuna then, his voice harsh but he attempted to soften it up for her. "This healer, has he been helping you?" She nodded her head. "Hai Izuna-san, Uchiha Kanaye has been very helpful". He nodded his head as he looked down at the man at his feet.

"Kanaye-san you may stand", "Arigato Izuna-donno" Izuna straightened himself up as he looked over the elderly men standing before him.

"As heir-apparent and second only to Madara-sama I Uchiha Izuna am stripping Uchiha Yukio of all his privileges and his title as Chief of Physicians, Guards take Yukio-san to his home, he'll be placed under house-arrest until Madara-sama has decided on his punishment" They nodded their heads then and moved forward grabbing the Uchiha by his arms and dragging him away.

Izuna continued then. "Henceforth I am passing over the title and responsibilities of Chief of Physicians to Uchiha Kanaye, all healers will report to him until further notice". Izuna then turned to the healer that was still standing before him. "Kanaye-san, if you would, the woman is a great healer, better than any in this clan, I want you and all others to follow all her orders is this understood?"

"Hai Izuna-donno", Izuna turned away from them and looked over to her, waving his hand dismissively at the healers that were waiting on him. "Very well, you're all dismissed, go tend to the sick and needy", "Hai Izuna-donno!"

Being the Godaime's apprentice had allowed her to have to be around all of the Konoha echelon, the chief's that ran the clans more so than anything and she'd come to find them all extremely haughty, rage-filled and spoilt. ... Izuna had just acted exactly like that. Which surprised her greatly because he'd been while a good portion appropriate and paranoid, he had seemed rather kind towards her, almost innocent in a way.

... Because he was innocent ... at least sexually that was. ...

She didn't want to approach him, with his eyes burning ruby-red and her temper rising at the sight of all her hard work getting shit on. Unfortunatly for her and him though Izuna was approaching her, she had to suck it up it seemed, time was of the essence right now.

"Izuna-san" She acknowledged carefully, waiting for him to calm down, he smiled down at her though, that child-like kindness still there and his Sharingan deactivated ruby-red bleeding to a sparkling black-diamond. "Sakura-san, forgive me, you weren't supposed to see that".

"Didn't need to see it". His smile still in place and she handed him the slip of paper "This is everything that we'll need". He nodded his head. "I'll have the healers grab all of this for you".

"There's a problem" He sighed, clearly exasperated. "What now?" She didn't allow his attitude to effect her. "I need to go to The Senju lands, I'll be taking your new Chief of Physicians with me".

A brow lift and he looked so tragically like Sasuke then with that lifted brow and small eye twitch. "Why?" "We need certain herbs that the Uchiha Lands don't have".

"No, I want to know why you need my healer to go with you Sakura-san". She shrugged her shoulders. "Senju Tobirama doesn't care for me ... I doubt I'll be able to get onto the Senju Lands on my own so I figured out a way to get into them and I'll need your healer to help me".

There was a sigh. "I don't even want to know", "You really don't, it's not the best of plans and could possibly backfire but I think it could work in my favor".

"Fine, fine, Just be careful, I don't trust that Senju, he's a demon". Well so was she ... "Don't worry I can handle Senju Tobirama, demon or not I need those herbs".

He nodded his head as he turned to walk away then before stopping once more to look back at her. "Sakura-san?", "Yes Izuna-san?" He frowned then.

"Are you okay?" She scrunched her brows. "Of course why would I not be?" that frown seemed to deepen then. "Never mind, I'll speak with you afterwords".

She nodded her head. "Of course Uchiha-san". He turned around and stopped again before shaking his head and walking away. She looked over to where she last saw Kanaye, her forehead scrunching in confusion when she didn't see him last there.

"Sakura-chan!" She jumped as she turned around to see that the older man had been behind her. 'Gods this old man!', 'Watch yourself Sakura, this one is tricky'

Calming her heart down she looked up at the elder. "Are you ready we need to go now". He nodded his head as he smiled down at her. "Of course Sakura-chan lead the way".

The run to the Senju compound was easy and quick, mainly because she had once more used up the chakra necessary for the run with only a little left for the trip back.

Her head was hurting, a fuzziness beginning to creep onto her mind and bleed into her vision, every blink causing pain to her head. Her stomach cramped horrible and the rest of her body screamed at her, she had to do this, she needed to do this.

Leaning against a tree she took a deep and shuddering breath, the Uchiha healer watching her intently. "Chakra exhaustion Sakura-chan?" She nodded her head. "It'll be fine, I can stretch it till tomorrow night". He lifted a grey brow at her. "If you believe so Sakura-chan I'll believe it".

Sweat beginning to cling to her forehead she swiped at it. Someones chakra signature creeped at the edges of her senses and she straightened herself out as she went to stand next to the Uchiha, lifting her hood up as she did so. "I know Sakura-chan I felt it too", "You remember what you're supposed to say?" He looked down at her.

"I know what to say, I just feel very uncomfortable with it, it's wrong making false claims" It was necessary, she shrugged her shoulders. "Be that as it may Uchiha, neither of us want our heads chopped off for being on Senju grounds without an invitation".

The frown increased and they watched as a guard dropped from the trees. "Stop where you are, you're trespassing on Senju lands"

The guard was tall, like all Senju were, somewhere is his late to mid-thirties possibly, with dark brown hair and tanned skin with brown eyes, plain ordinary, a Senju man.

The Uchiha stepped forward then, hands up in surrender. "We understand the laws of the clans, forgive me and my companion for our crime but this situation is urgent".

The Senju guard looked the two of them over and she was glad that she was wearing her cloak, she didn't want to have him see her completely, didn't like the way his eyes had stayed on her even with her body completely covered.

"You are Uchiha" The healer nodded his head. "Hai Senju-san, I am a healer of the Uchiha clan my companion is not though, but she is in dire need to speak with your Chief"

He was trying to step around the words, trying not to have to use them, she understood it was the lowest card one could pull, but as it would be it would be the only way to get in a room with Senju Tobirama, if not the actual Chief, but he should be still unconscious from the poison, if not resting.

"Our Chief is currently not taking visitors, comeback another day", she was getting tired of this. "It is urgent Senju-san, if you will give us an audience with the one that is in second in command then".

The man didn't look like he would budge and she sighed and mentally clapped as Uchiha Kanaye finally realized he wasn't going to get anywhere with the Senju.

"This woman is carrying Senju Tobirama's child". The man looked back over to her then, his eyes resting on her body once more. "You know this how?"

Kanaye kept his arms where the guard could see them. "When your Shujin last attacked our own he left a clot of his own chakra, it's not a chakra one can forget".

The guard chuckled then. "Now isn't this something, Tobirama-donno is capable of messing up, knew that he was up to something in the woods, hadn't expected it to be a woman, surprise, surprise ... Come I'll escort you myself, this is something I cannot not pass up informing him about".

The guard looked up at the trees whistling and bowed mockingly at them. "After you".

Well then now she was truly curious, what was Senju Tobirama getting up to in the woods? ... She was giddy at the thought of finding out. Senju Tobirama was a man of mystery to all more so then even his extraordinary elder brother Hashirama. The man was brilliant, he created the entire Shinobi infrastructure that the entirety of the shinobi world used, everything from shinobi ranks, ANBU, grading systems, tests, even the entire echelon of Konoha had been his work.

... At the same time though, this one man had forced his biased opinion onto the rest of the world, going so far as to write out certain things that the Konoha shinobi should have been allowed to know, regardless if it made the Uchiha look bad or not.

Passing through the gates, they were stared at by the rest of the Senju clan, many pointing and whispering at them, specifically the healer with his clan emblem proudly displayed for all to see on his back. Looking up at the older man she could see that he was not in the least bothered with all the attention he was receiving, even seeming to have a small smirk on his aged features.

Well if there was one thing about the Ōtsutsuki blood that could be noted, all of the clans seemed to be arrogant and not in the least bothered with the fact.

She memorized the way they were lead, and when they were taken to a rather large house they stopped and waited as the guard knocked at the door.

The guard looking over at them. "Don't move, I don't want to spoke the guy, he might run off if he catches your scent".

Well it seemed some of the Senju clan didn't look up to the heir-apparent like the Uchiha's did theirs, then again even Tsunade had said she'd had trouble liking her uncle, she had said he was pompous and didn't hide the fact that he knew he was smarter than everyone else.

Seems he had always been that way if his own kinsmen didn't care much for him, but he was Senju and that meant that they were blood, and blood stuck with blood in this world.

"What is it?" Oh sounded like he didn't want to be disturbed, the guard only rolled his eye at her, obviously this was a normal. "Pardon my intrusion Tobirama-donno, but the matter is urgent".

She could almost taste the interest coming from Tobirama. The door slid open harshly then and she couldn't see anything but his milky-white hand on the threshold and pieces of moon colored hair sticking about.

The guard began speaking and she huffed, she forgot they spoke in an old language, she wasn't sure what it was Tsunade had never been taught it and she had never been able to find it in the archives either.

There were some words that sounded familiar to her, but she wouldn't chance that she actually was correct in that aspect. She watched his hand though, those long white fingers seeming to loose all blood as they gripped the threshold harder at whatever was being said.

'He has nice nails' Now wasn't the time for that.

It was then that the guard looked over at her and Kanaye, Tobirama popped his head out then to look as well and she swore his eyes were filled with hells-fire as he glared at her with those ruby-red eyes of his. "You".

She waved at him nonchalantly. "Hi". Without any hesitation Tobirama reached out then and grabbed her by the wrist, her broken wrist at that and she sucked in a breath at the pain as he pulled her into the house. "Get in here".

Looking over at the healer she motioned for him to follow with her good hand.

The screen slammed shut then and she looked up at heated red eyes, sharp and directed only at her. She placed her good hand up stopping him before he went off on her.

"Wait, first before you decide to murder me, let me speak, I need certain things that you have for the vaccine I'm creating, if you'll allow my colleague to grab what we need then you can be free from any witnesses".

His glare intensified as he opened his mouth to speak she stopped him once more. "Time is of the essence here". He growled then and let go of her.

Everyone wanted the Kaguya children and even Senju Tobirama knew that if there was a chance to cure them then they couldn't waste the opportunity. He turned away from her then and she realized that she had interrupted something.

He was shirtless with only a pair of shinobi pants on and her eyes roved over his back. 'Good god his back muscles are phenomenal!', 'Perfect example of good-breeding' 'Perfect example of man'. She shook the voices from her head realizing that the healer had spoken to her.

Looking over at him she noticed that he was amused. "I'm sorry what did you say?" He shook his head. "Nothing that matters".

Tobirama came back to them and slid open the front screen then speaking with the guard that had waited there for them before he motioned for Kanaye. She stayed planted where she was watching as the healer left the house.

Looking around she found that indeed, the Senju home was larger than the Uchiha home, with more updates than the Uchiha's had and even more modern furniture compared to the Uchiha.

The screen slammed shut then and she watched how the Senju looked over towards her, his eyes blazing with promised torture. She stilled herself, she had faced worse than him before, she leaned against the wall waiting for him to make an attempt to hurt her.

The Senju sighed then, his spidery fingers going up towards his face and rubbing tiredly over his eyes and forehead before he turned just barely and looked over at her.

If there was one thing that Tsunade had never stated it was that Senju Tobirama was without a doubt beautiful, from the moonlight hair to the milk-white skin, his ruby-red eyes to his perfectly straight and narrow nose and small pillowy lips. Even his bone structure was perfect, with the highest cheekbones and sharpest jawline she'd ever seen in her life, accentuated by long red tattoos that matched his red eyes.

His muscles twisted with his shape and she knew she was blatantly staring at him, it was impossible to avoid though, his body was perfect, lean with muscles cut like a diamond, sharp and strong and there were so many scars littered across his torso, so, so many.

... Just like Madara ...

Uchiha men were beautiful, dark and mysterious and perfect all in their own way but none could hold a candle to how beautiful, how perfect this man was that stood before her.

A smirk creeped onto that perfect face and she dared to meet his eyes, the mirth behind them was interesting to note, she'd expected something more on the lines of hell's fury or death ... Amusement hadn't been on her list.

"You couldn't have just asked to see me?" She shrugged her shoulders. "I don't think it would look good on you and your brother if people saw you alone with an Uchiha and a witch" Those red eyes sparkled like polished spinel "I thought you weren't a witch" She looked away then, his eyes glowing with that mirth of his, she'd let him win that round. "I'm not, others wouldn't care though".

"No-no they wouldn't, so how am I going to clean up this mess you've made?" Another shrug. "Perhaps the same way you clean up after your brother".

A chuckle ripped through his body and she watched him as he continued to watch her with those bright red eyes. "Such wit". He stood straight then and walked over to a table, pulling out a chair, motioning for her to take a seat, daring her to play his game. She lifted a brow at him and his eyes promised her a good challenge.

Taking the dare she walked over and sat down in the chair he held out for her and he pushed her into the table, ignoring the fact that his muscles were right next to her and his manly scent invaded her senses. "So you do have manners, and here I thought you were raised by wolves". He took a seat next to her, slipping the chair backwards and folding his arms on the neck rest as he smirked at her.

"No my dear that would be you". He rested his jaw in his palm then, his eyes roaming over her and for the second time that evening she was glad she was fully cloaked.

Goosebumps began to rise on her skin in every spot that his eyes touched and scorched, this man wasn't interested in her sexually, she could handle that, this man was staring at her like she was a brand new science experiment and that was more terrifying. This was the man that had created the Kuchiyose Edo Tensei, this man had no problem tearing apart a human body whether it was dead or alive. The uncomfortable feeling settled in her stomach at the reminder, she didn't want to be around him without her chakra, not when he was looking at her like that.

"Aren't you a fascinating little thing". 'Oh he had no idea'. "Not really", "Are you fucking the Uchiha?" 'Wasn't he the quaint one'. "I am not, despite that though your question is not appropriate".

He made no motion that he cared. "What a curiosity, I must say I don't understand why you had saved him from certain death then, you yourself have stated that you have no single allegiance to the Uchiha or the Senju". He was looking for something or testing her, possibly both, if he wanted to play that way then she'd move the game into her own court.

"I saved him because I am a healer and that's what I am supposed to do, try not to read to much into it especially when you had no qualms about me healing your own kinsmen".

That smirk didn't leave his face. "Are you trying to get into Hashirama's bed?" 'Ahh That's what he was doing' "Be surprised Senju-san, your brothers bed is the last place I'd want to be, and if this blatant disrespect continues then I'll be on my way, I need those herbs and me being here entertaining you will not get the job done faster".

She challenged him, let him show her what he wanted, force him to tell her what he wanted, she pushed the chair back with her good hand then. He bit at his pinky finger. "The guard was to gather our available healers to help the Uchiha, you have the time, besides when will be my next opportunity to have you truly alone?"

No Uchiha to keep her from his attacks, no Hashirama to keep him in line, no chakra, no weapons, he really did have her alone. She kept her eyes on him, refusing to back down from his games. 'Tell me what you want'.

"You could always just ask to see me". That smirk stretched more across his perfect features at her play on his earlier words. "You're a smart thing aren't you?" He bit his lower lip then. "Begs the question why you're so interested in making sure that the Uchiha and Senju build this village".

"Safety in numbers, security amongst two strong clans, stability with a village that has everything it needs for one to survive, choose which one sounds good to you?"

Those red-eyes didn't back down as he stared straight into her green ones. "Did you except the Uchiha's offer?" She heard the underlining, the offer he was giving her. "I thought you didn't want another problem child?"

"Did you?" She wasn't going to allow him to win. "Should I?" He stood up then, circling her, moving to the back of the chair at which she sat, gripping the chairs back as he leaned down speaking softly next to her neck. "How about another offer then? I'll get Hashirama's blood for you and release your seals right now" His hands moved from the chair to her shoulders. She contained the shiver as his spidery fingers caressed her shoulders above the cloth, his hands searing with his heat even through the thick material. His left hand smoothed its way up towards her neck, palms rough with calluses, hot nimble fingers causing goosebumps to rise on her neck as he reached into her hood.

She closed her eyes, willing herself to stay still, he was not allowed to win this game. His fingers pinched the inside of her hood and pulled her hood down, pulling at her hair as he did so and pulling her head back, his nose caressing her naked neck as his breath washed her skin with hot moist air. "Stay here with me". The underlining of his words heavy in the air and she looked back at him, their faces millimeters apart.

'Take his chakra', 'Run', 'Take him'. His red eyes stayed on hers as she reached her hand up and tangled it in his moonlight colored hair. 'Yes, take my chakra back'. Their lips were so, so close all she had to do was make the most minuscule move and they'd touch, with that knowledge she questioned him, her lips moving against his with every word. "Do you know what the most beautiful word in the world is?" His hand on her neck reached up and grabbed her jaw, the chair screeching as it moved back as he roughly lifted her from the seat by her jaw, smashing her body against the table. He played the game well. "Love" She smirked up at him, he thought he was so much smarter than her, but unlike her he didn't know the future and he didn't know her, she knew him though and she knew this was not about sex, this was about power, control. 'What are you doing take his chakra!', 'Don't play into this! It's a trap!', 'He's just as dangerous as Madara is!' 'Get my chakra back now!'

The pain in her neck was almost unbearable as he kept his grip on her jaw and neck, the hair in his hands from the nape of her hair beginning to pinch uncomfortably. "It's stay", He took in a shuddering breath as the hand on her jaw moved to her lips, caressing them gently with his thumb.

She could see it in his eyes then, that wondrous curiosity, the fantasies that washed across his eyes, he'd rip her mind and body apart if he had enough time and was able to get away with it.

'Do it now!' Using the smallest amount of chakra that she could she quickly pushed him back and into the chair, sitting on her knees right in the middle of his legs, keeping hold of his jaw tightly in her hand, just as tightly as he had done to her. His eyes narrowed into slits as he held her at her waist. "Is it hard?" He smirked up at her then. "Would you like to see" She rolled her eyes. "Being you, is it hard?"

"Whatever do you mean?" She caressed his lips with her pointer finger. "You're such a handsome liar, what is it that you want Senju Tobirama? Thinking that you could scare me with this display of sexuality? That you could force me to submit in such a way, thinking I'd bend so easily to your will" His hands smoothed down from her hips to the bottom of her cloak and lifted it up till it was at her waist. "Interesting that you knew what I was doing and you're still here playing this game with me", "I'm curious tell me".

Tobirama gently bit the finger that was on his lip, keeping his eyes on her looking for her reaction, she wouldn't bend she wasn't gold, she was tungsten it would take more to get her to bend like he wanted her too. "If you come to the Senju's I can assure you that you will have everything you could ever ask for and more, all I ask is that you cease all interactions with the Uchiha and Hagoromo Clans ... They don't deserve your abilities". His hands reached under the cloak then, his hot hands scorching her throbbing skin like hells-fire burning through her entire body. She refused to look away from him though. "Do that and you can stay here, you can keep your chakra and I will happily show you how hard I can be". His spidery fingers fingered the edge of her leather bra and she moved a knee from the seat, putting pressure right there.

Those red eyes turned to slits as his fingers dug into her skin harshly in return, smirking through the pain she spoke hotly down at him. "Don't you know my dear that lust is a beast from hell, unfortunatly for you, you're speaking with the wrong beast though",That sparkle of curiosity shinned brightly back at her "And what sort of beast are you my dear?" She smirked, 'Would he even believe' She leaned down further, her nose rubbing against his. "Somewhere between human and god", "And what does a demigod eat?" 'Give me my chakra!' She grabbed his jaw tightly in her hand, her nails digging into his skin as she pulled him up further towards her. "Chakra". His red eyes went wide as she breathed in and reached out for his chakra with her own, pulling it out as she touched his lips to her own, the hands under her cloak tightening horribly as he realized what she was doing.

White hot hellfire coursed through her body as she took him in, fire burning every inch of her body, powerful and strong just like his body. 'Stop!' 'Yes, give me my chakra!' 'Stop it!'

A horrible cramp began to eat away at her stomach and she clenched in pain as she ripped herself off of him, breathing hard she looked down at him, his red eyes glaring hard at her as his grip retightened on her body.

'His reserves are too much without our seal to hold the rest of it, return it before you make yourself sick by holding onto it'.

Her body was ripped from his person then and he threw her against the table, a growl escaping him as he restrained her hands and wrist with one of his own, holding her down with his body he used his other hand to grip her jaw harshly. "What was that!" She smirked at him. "Would you like to see?"

Slitted ruby-red eyes stared into green eyes, he allowed her a single hand as he growled low at her. "I'm starving" She gripped his jaw once more, gently this time as she pulled his lips towards her and reached into her body for that foreign chakra that was causing her stomach to cramp horribly and releasing that icy-hot chakra of his.

That beautiful body of his arched atop her weakened one and when she felt the cramping of her stomach cease she pushed him away from her, his white lashes fluttering prettily as he opened his hazy eyes, understanding of how she had done it shining back at her.

'He's a kinaesthetic leaner as well'.

"Now forget this happened". His eyes widened as her hand came up and she distracted him with a kiss on the bottom of his jaw, pressing her hand to his head she released her chakra and forced her genjutsu onto him.

People seemed to have forgotten that even though she was a healer, her best abilities didn't just lie in chakra control, but in genjutsu as well, with Kaguya's chakra she'd been able to perfect her genjutsu abilities, it would be impossible for anyone without a Sharingan or Bakyugan to break them now and even then if she got it down well enough she would be able to fool even someone with a Dōjutsu.

The Senju slumped onto her and she pushed him to her side of the table and sat herself up, looking back at the passed out Senju heir.

'Well now, that was interesting' 'He's wants the Uchiha and Hagoromo clans to die out', 'Insanity! They need each other, doesn't he see that', 'He's filled with grief, it's understandable', 'This is gonna be a problem', 'This needs to be addressed', 'Yes this needs to be handled or this isn't going to end well'.

Of course in her reality the Hagoromo clan had been wiped out sometime after the peace-treaty had come into fruition, by the Senju and Uchiha clans at that. The only reason she could come with for the Uchiha to turn on an allied clan would be because Uchiha Madara had been alone, with greedy elders attempting advise him, bend him to their own whims.

This time though he had Izuna and even her, she couldn't allow for one of the Ōtsutsuki bloodlines to die out, they needed to be prepared for the possibilites.

The only way that the Uchiha clan would have even been pushed into a move against another clan though would have been the most obvious, healers, it wasn't a secret that the Senju had the best healers in the era, it was why their clan was so large because of those healers and why they were able to go up against the Uchiha like they did. Healers were indispensable in this era, a fundamental necessity for a clan in order to keep their numbers up and keep their clan going. The wars were killing everyone and women were dying from childbirth and tragedies and children weren't surviving long either. If the Senju had backed the Uchiha into a corner using their healers as bait to turn against their strongest ally then it would make sense. Senju Tobirama was a deadly opponent on and off the battlefield, that magnificent mind of his was something that none in past or future could even touch.

Looking around she saw the area he'd written down instructions earlier. She couldn't do this alone, she needed a mediator, she could only do so much and she only had so much time, Izuna had stated that the peace-treaty was almost done. Looking over her letter she tapped her finger, she just needed to make sure that she could stretch out this wait time and keep the clans away from each other till she could handle this.

Looking back at the Senju on the table she frowned, there was no way that his reserves would have hurt her like that no matter how large they were, she hadn't taken enough from him to have made a serious dent.

'He's a direct descendant of Asura's' The Uchiha's were all direct descendants of Indra though, and she hadn't any problems taking chakra from that guard. 'The main houses are pure-blood, untouched' Still though that shouldn't matter either, she had Kaguya's chakra inside her, her body was compatible enough to hold the purest of all chakra's.

'Unless Indra and Asura protected their chakra from being taken ...'

Would that even be possible? Why would they have even done that? They couldn't have known what was going to happen in the future, they couldn't have known that she'd exist or that Kaguya would be unleashed, there was no way. There was absolutely no way that Indra had been hateful enough to even consider the idea of unleashing Kaguya, Zetsu had admitted to lying and deceiving and manipulating the eldest brother for everything to result in Kaguya's release. Indra wouldn't have gone along with that, he didn't want to destroy the world, Madara and Sasuke didn't seem to like the idea of Kaguya either.

... Then again Madara could have been more angry at the fact that someone had been manipulating him the entire time, and he'd never had any control over anything. Then there was Sasuke, Sasuke who had Itachi's chakra inside him, Itachi's memories, Itachi could have been manipulating Sasuke the same way that Zetsu's chakra manipulated the Uchiha's.

'Stranger things have happened' She shook her head, no that wouldn't make any sense, nobody could see the future, the Sharingan was able to make near accurate predictions of moves, but even then if it was a real future predictor then the Uchiha clan would have defeated the Senju by now.

Interesting to note though that even with Senju Tobirama's brilliant mind and strategies to destroy the two clans seemed to have backfired.

Even if the Hagoromo Clan had been annihilated, the Uchiha clan had been thriving in her time, being one of the oldest and largest clans in Konoha and at that the shinobi world while the Senju clan had only one person left. Tsunade, and Tsunade was not only a woman but had been unable to conceive children from a young age, thus the reason why she had never been married, even despite the fact that the love of her life had died Tsunade had been raised to understand that continuing the family name and practices was of the utmost importance. Tsunade had been working her entire life on how to fix her body but without any solution and her body already passed it's youth she'd come to the understanding that she was going to die as the last Senju.

"Tobirama-donno?"

'Fuck' That guard was back. 'No luck', 'Gonna have to handle it' Looking back at the body on the table she closed the shoji screen making sure that it wouldn't be seen. Taking a deep breath she did her seals carefully, she had to do this quickly and make sure he didn't catch on, thankfully she had a small reservoir of Tobirama's chakra, masking her own with his was easy enough.

Letting out a deep breath she looked down at her hands, long, milk colored, callused hardened, manly. She still had enough chakra to last till tomorrow without anyone being none the wiser that she'd stolen it.

Sliding the screen open she looked down at the guard, he began speaking in that odd tongue again and she made sure not to giveaway any facial features. Looking away from the guard she saw outside and beyond him, a group of healers looked on angry at the single Uchiha.

There was an elderly man though, hissing into the face of the guard, he looked older even compared to kanaye, his long hair was filled with grey's and faded brown, his skin ashy and pale, with liver spots covering the entirety of his shown skin, eyelids sagging heavily over angry, ghostly mud colored eyes, sagging cheeks, sagging chin, long, long nails, this man was old that was for sure.

She listened carefully, trying to understand the situation, they spoke in tongues, but she could pretend, she was a shinobi, acting was a part of that. She was pretending to be Tobirama and she had to play his part as if she really was him. Thank goodness Tsunade had been her teacher.

Kanaye had stated that the Senju's hadn't been happy about the Uchiha's using their herbs from what she remembered, and Tobirama had also told her that he had his healers help the Uchiha with gathering, she might be able to press it further if she needed to.

"I don't believe that I expressed any concern for your opinion, if you're going to complain about the Uchiha then the best course for you is to help him further more with their troubles, take which healers you must to the Uchiha compound and help them and the girl"

The elder man was spluttering angrily and she kept her eyes on his and he looked away. "I've said my orders, get out of my face" She wondered if he would have said that in that weird tongue, she decided it didn't matter, what was done was done and the healers and guard seemed to believe it was Tobirama so far.

"Hai Tobirama-donno". She watched as they turned away to do as she said with the guard waiting on her next words and Kanaye waiting as well. "Uchiha, stay there, the girl will be out momentarily" Kanaye nodded his head in understand, not looking up into his eyes.

The guard as well, looking over to the guard she spoke. "Come". "Hai Tobirama-donno". Going back into the house she waited for the guard to make his way in fully before she shut the screen.

She needed to watch Tobirama carefully, she knew what he was capable of and she couldn't have his prejudice run this village once more. There was no choice in the matter, she'd have to do it. It would take up a bit of chakra that she had collected, she wasn't sure how much she'd have left after this, enough for a few hours was sure but then again, calculating the bodies chakra usage was not an exact science even for her.

Handing over the scroll to the guard she spoke softly watching as the guard looked up and she reached out her chakra, making sure she did the seals quickly with her one hand and released her chakra while simultaneously releasing the henge. "Senju-san" The guard didn't twitch. "Hai". "I won't you to put Senju Tobirama's body in his bed", "Hai", "Afterwords I want you to send this scroll off to Tetsu no Kuni, make sure it gets done quickly", "Hai" "Also I want a full report on what Senju Tobirama does from now on, no drastic moves on your account are necessary, just make sure to remember to report whatever you see him do, even the smallest things are important."

"Hai". Looking over towards the closed shoji screen where the Senju rested she knew she'd have to finish this quickly, Tobirama was strong, he could wakeup soon and she couldn't be there still when that happened, 'If it happens, you used his own chakra against him, it's stronger than our own chakra'. "Forget about the girl, you escorted an Uchiha healer requesting help from the Senju, your lords sent you to make sure that any available healers helped the Uchiha with gathering the right herbs and to help out at the Uchiha Lands, understand".

"Hai". Pushing more chakra into him she watched as he stood up and went over to the screen where Tobirama laid unconscious, the guard lifting him up quickly and throwing him over his shoulder. "Senju-san, are the Uzumaki staying here in the compound?", "No, Tobirama-donno had them set up outside the norther part of the compound".

Of course he did, he wanted them far away from her and close enough for himself to get too. "Very well then, go along". He nodded his head then and she watched as Tobirama's head hung down the other mans back.

'That's the last time we should be anywhere alone with him', 'A perfect man gone to waste', 'Least his brain is still good', 'His mind is terrifying', 'Beautiful'.

Turning around she lifted her hood back over her head and opened the front shoji screen, the healers had all gathered and Kanaye looked exasperated.

Well it would seem the distaste for one another reached even the healers. 'This is gonna be a headache'.

While the healers had begun to work on the medication that Kanaye had been using with the ingredients she had added, she worked on the seal, using the basic knowledge she had.

Looking through her bag she found the needle she needed. "That's a fascinating thing you've got there Sakura-chan" She looked over at Kanaye as he continued to pound away at the herbs. "What's it do?" "It transfers my blood to wherever I need it".

"How does it do that?" She held up the needle. "This goes into my skin" Unscrewing the needle from the other side she showed him. "Why have two needles at opposite ends?" This man really wanted her to tell him everything.

"Say for instance someone had a wound and was bleeding at an extreme rate, you heal the wound but the blood they've lost has put them in a dangerous position of dying from blood loss now. This here will allow me to transfer my blood from one person to another, nearly anyone can take my blood into their system"

"Is that how you saved Izuna-donno?" She nodded her head. "One of the ways, it took days to make sure he had enough blood to keep him from entering that danger zone".

Kanaye nodded his head as he looked over at a single healer that was crushing a different concoction with blue flowers. "What do you have him making over there?"

"New hair dye" He looked over to her with a frown. "But your hair is so pretty Sakura-chan, like Sakura flowers" He stopped what he was doing then and looked over at her and she saw the realization come to him and he chuckled. "Yes I know my parents were not very creative with my naming", "What would make it more amusing is if you had been born in the spring as well", she didn't give it away. "That would be amusing for sure".

She continued with her seal work, taking a glance at her directions. "What is the first seal to do?" She looked back at Kanaye then. "This will be the seal for my blood, like Madara and Hashirama I was poisoned with something I haven't been able to look over, it's in my blood, it's seems to attack the chakra circulatory system, I can't give any of my blood up with that poison in my system, this seal here will force every toxin in my blood out while also separating the vaccine from my blood, the second seal will burn up the remaining toxins and this third seal I'm working on will preserve the vaccine".

Although she was stuck, she wasn't sure how to complete the seal. She sighed, "Something wrong Sakura-chan?" She shook her head. "Here help me with this" Kanaye nodded his head as he walked over to her and she held her arm out and handed him the tourniquet.

"Are you sure about this Sakura-chan? Bloodletting is very dangerous" She nodded her head. "I'll be fine". That frown didn't move from his face as he tied the tourniquet around her arm tightly. "Let me know if we need to stop it", "I will". Handing him a clean bowl she started to pump her fist as she instructed him.

"See this vein here" She grabbed his hand and made him feel the vein next to the inside of the elbow. "Put the needle through there, just make sure not to go through the vein." Grimacing at the feel of the needle going through her arm she stopped him. "That's good there", She pumped her fist more and watched as the blood began to go through the tube.

"That's is a very fascinating contraption". She nodded her head. "Of course this was not as good as the real thing but it would do". She went back to working on her directions.

"How well do you know your human anatomy?" Kanaye shrugged her shoulders. "Well enough I suppose". "Exterior or Interior? "Exterior, the only time's I've been able to study the interior is if it's come in that way" She nodded her head as she passed over the drawing she had been working on earlier.

"See this here, this is the interior of the neck, this right here is what we call the larynx, if Hoshi goes into a seizure you will have to open up this just enough to remove the blockage and allow him to breathe properly".

"Open him up! That's illegal though!" She shook her head. "Forget about any of that, these children have to survive, all three of them, besides saving a life sometimes requires crossing lines".

Kanaye nodded his head and she watched as the bowl began to fill with her blood.

The triple seals would work, she just had to figure out how to finish it. 'You could ask Tobirama', 'Hush you that's a horrible idea', 'He's a genius, he'd know how to finish the last seal'.

That was true, Senju Tobirama was a genius and seal work wouldn't be hard all his jutsu's seal work were all done by him alone, the man was known for figuring how how things worked without the necessary help.

Although from what she remembered the Senju were a clan of many different clans, outside marriage was common compared to the Uchiha's, with that knowledge and the knowledge from her time she understood that the Senju clan had access to all sorts of information. The Konoha library was considered to contain the best and oldest knowledge one could get there hands on in the entire world because of the Senju's vast knowledge and dedication to learning all things ninjutsu related.

A hot flash washed across her body and she breathed in hard. 'Dammit it's too soon', 'The poison in your body is eating at your chakra, your body can't heal properly with it, you will die from blood loss if you don't stop', 'I can keep going, it's just a hot flash'.

Looking over at the bowl she saw that it wasn't near what it needed to be. 'You don't need much more blood', 'I can keep going'.

Looking over at her direction she swiped at the sweat on her forehead as she made sure nothing was missing, it had to be perfectly detailed down to the very last 't' and 'i' nothing could be looked over. If the poison was working as it was then she wouldn't be able to do this herself, she'd have to hope that the healers would do exactly as she wrote.

Colors began to dance in her sight and she rubbed her head. "Sakura-chan are you doing alright?" She nodded her head at the Uchiha.

Looking back over her last seal she pushed through the dizziness that was sweeping through her. 'Fuck', 'Time's up'.

The darkness began to eat at her sight and she looked over at Kanaye. "Hey". Her head swam and she tried to keep it up. "Sakura-chan!" The darkness won out it seemed.

His head throbbed, not like how it hurt after a battle, not like it hurt with a headache, it hurt like that time Hashirama had convinced him to drink with him before they realized that the brunette had a high, extremely high tolerance for alcohol.

Looking around the room his mind swam as he tried to remember how he'd made it to his bed, he can't remember the last time he'd been so tired he hadn't even cared to change into his sleeping yukata.

'That's right that girl had been there' He smirked at the though, the little girl was an interesting find indeed.

''I need your help, the Kaguya children are going to die from the Ricia is I don't get these herbs, and anyone that comes around them will be infected and suffer the same fate ... that includes you brother''.

Wait no. ... That's not what happened he shook his head. "Wait, first before you decide to murder me, let me speak, I need certain things that you have for the vaccine I'm creating, if you'll allow my colleague to grab what we need then you can be free from any witnesses"

No that was a dream. ... Wasn't it? "Make sure you give this to the healers when you speak with them". He shook his head trying to sort out what had happened when she'd appeared at his door.

"Is it hard?" No that must have been a dream, there was no way that that little girl could be so daring as to touch him like that, she looked like the type that would run away if he even approached her with such carnality.

Dreams were based off desires though, but he didn't want her in his bed as much as he wanted to see what was inside that interesting mind of hers. Figuring how how her mind worked, what made her heal, that was what he wanted. Stretching he stood from his futon and slid the shoji screen open.

Imbedding his chakra he felt around the house and found that there were still people down the hall working on his brother.

How long had he been asleep for? "Tobirama-donno?" His head snapped as he watched an elder bow before him.

"How's Hashirama?" The elder nodded his head. "His chakra has been building back up slowly, I'm sure his chakra will be restored by the end of today".

End of today? Walking down the hallway he slid open a window and saw that indeed the sun was rising. Had he truly been sleeping that long? Since last evening? The sun had just gone down when he'd gone to bed hadn't it?

... "Now forget this happened" ... Touching the bottom of his jaw he tempered down his anger, there was no way she could have done that.

Then why could he still remember her cold lips against on his body? ... Genjutsu? Not possible she had her chakra sealed. 'And what sort of beast are you my dear?"

Walking back into his room he grabbed his clothes. There was no way, absolutely no way she could have placed a genjutsu on him! "Your worries are unncessary, I am not interested in Hashirama or Uchiha Madara in any way. I only wish to help them with this village they want".

'That bitch!' Dream, reality, dream, reality, he couldn't tell up from down. Taking a breath he stopped what he was doing and focused on his chakra, searching his body he looked for it, her chakra.

When nothing turned up he grabbed his armour and began placing it on, 'What did she do to me!', "Would you like to see?", 'That witch!'

Grabbing his happuri he placed it on quickly. Something wasn't right with his head, there was no way he'd ever be so confused like this, he knew she did something to his mind.

Quickly he wrapped his legs and he watched as the shoji screen slid open, the white haired man crossed his arms. "Ah there you are". He sighed, he didn't have time for that, he had a witch to kill.

"Ashina-sama, forgive me but I must be on my way" The Uzumaki didn't seem bothered. "So early?", "Yes, there are some things that I must have the Uchiha's go over with".

"Hmm... In your battle wear?" He shrugged his shoulders, this old man. "Better to be prepared", "Allow me to accompany you then, from what I'v heard from my advisors Uchiha Izuna is a rather fine heir, think I may speak to him about the possibilities of a marriage".

The man had too many daughters and he was attempting to drop them onto others, it was a good idea if one was interested in killing off their own clan. Personally he wouldn't risk it himself, of course Hashirama on the other hand probably had bastards out there so having a legitimate child female or male didn't truly matter all that much in his case. Which was why he forced the issue onto his brother, the clan needed the dowry, it was too good to pass up and Hashirama wouldn't settle down like a good Chief unless he was forced to.

Considering this man was technically a Daimyo, he couldn't exactly outright refuse him, it wouldn't be wise to, Uzumaki's died hard and lived long and their grudges stayed with the clan.

"Very well then, do understand that this may hurt a bit". Grabbing onto the man's shoulder he focused his chakra and pinpointed the location of the seal he marked on the Uchiha Lands.

Before him stopped the heir himself. The Uchiha looked him over before he sighed. "What do you want Senju?" Ashina looked over at his shoulder. "Ah you must be Madara's heir!"

The Uzumaki stepping in between the two immediately diffusing the tension with his upbeat attitude. The Uchiha narrowed his eyes at the Uzumaki though, obviously not trusting.

Despite this, he figured out who was standing before him. "Uzumaki-sama It's a pleasure". He bowed low waiting for the white haired elder to give his approval.

"A pleasure it is my boy!" They didn't have time for this he needed to find that witch! "Where is she?" He pushed passed the two not caring how he came off as he moved through the compound with all the Uchiha's watching him wearily.

"Who are we speaking of?" He paid no mind to the Uzumaki as he turned to the Uchiha with his arms crossed, the Uchiha sighed. "What did she do this time?"

"That's between me and her". The look he got from the Uchiha was a curious one. "She's been working in the crypt with the healers". He moved through the compound swiftly following the feel of his healers chakra's.

"Who is she?" He heard the Uchiha sigh, "Sakura, she's our healer", "Oh a female healer?" What was surprising was that he didn't hear anything but interest in the Uzumaki's tone. "Yes", "Hmmm, you Uchiha's are very lenient towards your women compared to the rest of us". "Sakura's not an Uchiha". He heard it though, he heard what the younger Uchiha was trying to say 'Yet, she wasn't an Uchiha yet'.

It wasn't surprising in the least, it would be a smart move if they were able to do it. The girl already had an understanding of shinobi life as well as knew how to use her chakra, and her rapid cellular regeneration would be a plus to pass on to any future offspring, if that was even possible, and she was attractive enough, on the thin side, albeit it looked like she was more malnourished than anything but her facial features were well-bred. Any children she had would no doubt be attractive, something many clans wanted especially with the Daimyo's getting more daring with their request to do covert missions and up-close assassination, attractive people were able to get into anywhere, especially a civilians world.

The downside was, she was a stray as far as anyone could figure out, one would think that her face and coloring would be specific to a shinobi clan or civilian family but nobody had taken any bites from the missive he'd sent out to other clans they knew. Being as that was, while she had certain strong suits to her, being an orphan in a shinobi world was not a good thing, she was an outsider with no connections and even if she was a healer, the best he'd seen so far at that, she was a woman and shinobi didn't trust women, they were taught at a young age that women were good for three things, child bearing, bed-warming and housekeeping. Women outside of that spectrum were witches and couldn't be trusted and needed to be put down. Archaic as it was he was beginning to understand why, this girl was already messing with his head and he couldn't figure out how she had done, reality and fantasy were swirling around his mind and he couldn't figure out which one was the real situation.

Marrying the girl would be complicated for Madara, he was the chief and main-houses, at least the one's he was familiar with were all to keep their main family blood as pure as can be by order of the Daimyo, making her a war wife would be complicated given her lack of background and if they wanted to breed her into the clan taking her as a mistress wouldn't make any sense as her children wouldn't be legitimate unless the entirety of the main house as well as the head of the branch house had no heirs themselves. The only way other possible way to get her into the clan would be through having her marry the younger brother, but they would only be able to marry only after Madara had a true-born child, he'd be moved to the branch house most likely, rules for the branch house were not as harsh as the main house usually.

Then again this was the Uchiha Clan, most clans with Kekki Genkai were more than familiar with intermarriage relations, many didn't want to chance a child being born without the clans Kekki Genkai. Thus the result of a blood so pure that the body was deformed beyond repair. They'd all heard stories about those clans, he was sure though with a clan as large as the Uchiha's that they had to be more lenient with the branch families marriage laws and requirements, if they wanted to keep the blood pure without the defects of incestuous relations would be only possible by bringing in new blood through the branch family. This was all speculation though.

Then again ... She had stated that she wasn't interested in either clan as far as sexually ... At least he thinks that's the conversation he had with her, frowning he rubbed at his forehead. This was getting ridiculous.

Still though one didn't have to be sexually attracted to the person they were marrying, she was a smart girl, smart enough to understand that the Senju and Uchiha coming into a treaty would be benefit all as they were considered the strongest clans in existence. A smart girl like her would understand that marrying into a clan would be the safest call, especially because it provided protections.

"Stay here with me".

How could that have been a dream? He could almost feel her cool lips on him, feel her soft finger between his teeth, feel her thick Sakura colored tresses slip between his fingers, feel that strong heartbeat beneath his fingers.

Stopping he took in a deep breath as he focused on the task at hand, feeling for those chakra signatures he smirked when he came upon that small amount of chakra that belonged to her.

Another frown ... Something was wrong, her chakra was fluttering like a hummingbirds wings within her, the quick motion of it unsettling, harder and faster it fluttered within her, struggling. He quickened his pace till he found the crypt he was looking for.

"Wait! Sakura-san said we weren't to go in there!" He didn't care about any of that. "That witch doesn't make demands to me".

"What did she do!" Opening the doors to the crypt he watched just in time as she fainted. 'Sakura-chan!' Quicker, he caught the Sakura colored haired woman before she could hit the ground.

Her forehead was slick with cold sweat and her skin pale with deep bruises under her white lashes. 'Well there went his plans for her'.

"Is she okay?" He looked over at the Uchiha heir and focused his chakra on her, her heart was beating hard under her, fast and hard like a hummingbirds wings, struggling to stay afloat.

"She'll be fine, get bandages we need to stop the bleeding". Looking over to the makeshift table that had been made he quirked his eyes at the schematics that must have been her doing.

He'd have to give her more credit, she was a lot smarter than he anticipated, seal work was not an easy task. "Senju-sama, allow us to take her to her rooms". He looked over at the elderly Uchiha whom waited on him.

Looking down at the woman in his arms, who's arm was now wrapped up properly he stood up and watched as the Uchiha heir took Sakura's body from him. "So she has decided to stay with you then?"

The Uchiha heir frowned. "She has not, I've had a room made up for her just in case though". The Uchiha heir stopped then as he looked him over. "Since Sakura-san here is unable to entertain you do me the honors of getting off my property, I don't have the mind to have to deal with you and your lot right now".

The younger man turned on his heel then, the Uzumaki looked back over to him before he decided to follow the Uchiha. "Ne Izuna-san!".

Of course the man was eager to get rid of his all those women he had, no matter who the clan he was giving them away too.

A bowl of blood was placed next to him by a healer then and he furrowed his brows. 'Bloodletting? That's an old method'. "What happened here?" He looked over at the elderly Uchiha he recognized as the one that she had come to his home with.

"Sakura-chan has expressed that her blood will be able to help us cure the children, I told her that it was a dangerous what she was doing and asked her to let me know if we needed to stop before it got out of hand".

Without her the chances of the children's survival decreased dramatically, "Sakua-chama okay Ojīsan?" He looked down then at the small voice and took in the small child that stood quietly next to him and the healer.

Never actually seeing a Kaguya he was surprised to see the bright green eyes that nearly matched the witches own, from the pale skin to the red tattoo and the birthmarks beneath his eyes and moon colored hair he was struck with how otherworldly the clan looked. The child was clearly innocent, something surprising in this world, but he was also too young to really put on the battlefield yet there was something about the child that penetrated his mind.

The Uchiha healer was quick in soothing the child. "Yes Kiyoshi-kun, Sakura-chan just needs some rest, she's been working really hard to help your brother through his illness". The child nodded his head before he ran to another boy that was nearly a replica of him but older, sitting next to a slab where another boy lay.

This one much older, and different looking, his hair was a deep brown and long, matted with obvious sweat and dirt, his skin a dark olive much like Hashirama's own skin but pale in comparison, he had the same markings as the other two boys as well, but they looked so different from him.

Clearly the Kaguya clan would have no issues in finding wives in the future, they were all so bewitchingly good-looking even for children.

"Beautiful children yes?" He nodded his head at the Uchiha healer. "Yes, I hadn't ever seen a Kaguya in the flesh". Interesting to note that these children came from one of the most barbaric clans they'd ever heard of when the youngest was clearly so innocent.

Looking back towards the table he went back to focusing on what Sakura had been working on, there was a scroll filled out in perfect calligraphy and he grabbed it.

She was so thoroughly detailed in her work that it made it easy to understand what she was attempting to do. Looking back towards the seals he had seen earlier he looked them over.

One had to have an excellent mind in order to do seal work, while rudimentary compared to what he could do he frowned as he looked back at the bowl of her blood. 'Ahh that's what it was'. Her last seal wasn't completed and he could see where she had gotten stuck.

Attempting to separate the poison from her blood and separating the piece of her blood that would help with healing the illness was complicated enough because of the fact that the seal was to remove all toxins from her blood but it would be hard to do that considering that both were toxins.

"I need ink" Her seals were good, but they could be better, the last one wasn't completed either and he knew exactly how to finish them, she'd done all the base work for him and left him such detailed information that he was completely surprised that she hadn't seen the answer to her problem.

Dipping the brush into the ink that had been handed to him he finished off her last seal. "My, my Sakura-chan was right to praise your work, she's been stuck on that last seal for hours now".

Glancing over at the Uchiha he held in his surprise at the praise, she had given him of all people praise, how she would have known of his abilities without fighting against him directly was an interesting find. "How is the boys fever?" If the child was too far gone with a fever then there was no reason to heal him.

It would be an unfortunate thing too, three boys would have been better than two. "Thanks to Sakura-chan's work his temperature has gone down drastically!"

"Hmm?" What had she done? He looked over at the healer then, the man quickly understand as he pulled up a milking pail, was that an icicle floating atop?

Grabbing the cold block he looked it over, it was an icicle, she made an icicle ... How clever of her. "Can you believe it! All she did was mix some fertilizer with some water in a wooden bucket then placed some water in this milk pail and a few hours later there was ice as she called it! What a fascinating find right! That Sakura-chan is a smart one I tell you!"

Her long pale pink lashes fluttered prettily as she continued to keep her green eyes on his red one's."You could always just ask to see me", She was a witty one, playing his own words on him. "You're a smart thing aren't you?"

Mentally he shook his head, the first chance he'd get that witch was dead, he wasn't sure how she'd done it but she had done something to his mind.

"Prepare the children, the seals will be ready soon". "Hai Senju-sama".

Watching how the young Uchiha heir handled the unconscious woman was interesting, he was careful with her as he laid her gently onto the bed that was made for her, removing her sandals carefully from her feet.

She was a pretty little thing, prettier than any of the girls in his clan that was a fact that couldn't be ignored. From her light skin to her soft feminine facial feature to her mystically colored hair everything about her so far was attractive to the eye.

The young Uchiha boy turned his head away from the girls body then and he watched as the dark haired boy used his own body to cover hers as he removed the cloak from her body, covering her quickly with the blanket, her arms out and his eye caught the seals on her wrist.

Those were the Senju clans seals, not the Uchiha's, what an interesting thing to see, if she had seals from the Senju clan why was she here in the Uchiha clan's head house?

The more he took in her seals he noticed how fresh they were as well, she had to have been at least eighteen years, yet her seals couldn't have been more than a week old.

Interesting, interesting indeed. "Izuna-san her seals they're new right?" The boy turned toward him then and looked back at the girls wrist as well. "Hai Ashina-sama, the Senju's did not trust her with her chakra".

Oh so those weren't just new, those were new. "She was unsealed till now? How very odd, I am surprised that Madara-san and Tajima-san hadn't sealed her before this".

"She saved me with her chakra I couldn't punish a woman for using her chakra to save one's life and Madara-sama agree's with me".

Well that was definitely an interesting thing, the Senju clan had sent a missive to him requesting his aid in handling the Uchiha clan as they were worried about the repercussions for killing the heir.

To come to the mainlands and find the Uchiha clan heir not only alive but completely uninjured compared to what he'd been told in the missive was quite a treat to him. This was a fascinating find indeed. Now he finds out it was a woman who had healed him, a woman who had healed him with chakra. Only the Ninso were trained in Iryō Ninjutsu and they were very stubborn about letting insiders learn about their teachings, especially allowing shinobi into their world.

"Ashina-sama, if you will I believe it would be a good idea to converse elsewhere, it wouldn't be good to sully your reputation by being in a woman's chambers that is not your wives"

Now that made him laugh and the younger man looked away embarrassed. "Oh my boy, my reputation is the least of my worries, but if it'll make you feel more comfortable let us find a better place to converse, I've always wanted to get to know you Uchiha's better!"

The young Uchiha walked passed him then and he looked back at the girl, watching as the boy continued to walk through the engawa completely absorbed in his own thoughts.

Walking into the room he called up on his chakra, now he was really interested, she was a rather fascinating find and he wanted to see. Grabbing her wrist he felt for her seals. 'Interesting, she had more seals on her'.

If the girl did not belong to the Senju then there's was no reason for their seals to be on her and the Uchiha themselves hadn't sealed her so why keep her sealed? Forcing his chakra into her system he stopped the flow of Hashirama's chakra, absorbing it into his own and watched as the seals on her wrist disappeared as he continued to absorb Hashira's chakra into his own. Once it was all gone his chakra retreated back into his own body, leaving her wrist clear of the seal, he felt her chakra spark then. Like a fire coming back to life it breathed in the oxygen it had been refused.

The two clans were wanting to build a new world, and this girl and her chakra represented just that, he couldn't wait to meet her and her wonderful healing chakra.

Sorry it took so long, but I got caught up, I was given a giftcard for barnes and noble and all the books I bought have just kept my attention away more than I would like, but I really love reading so I hope you all liked it.

I understand that one can't tell who's talking in Sakura's mind, and I wrote it out to be like that. Sakura's mind, her Inner personality and Kaguya's chakra all fight against one another and it's all confusing for her and I though it would be good for people to understand that even she doesn't understand it and I wanted people to feel that. I hope I wrote it out well enough.

And yes the idea of Tobirama and Sakura, I'm a sucker for the ship as well, but remember this is a Madara and Sakura story not a Tobirama and Sakura story, not everyone is in love with her and not everyone is attracted to her. Sorry there will be no love triangle.

Sakura is attractive no doubt, but she is not attractive like she's the most beautiful person in the world attractive and being as she's in a man's world her being a young woman and attractive will raise brows. I work in an environment with almost all men so getting their perspective has been very helpful on that ground.

Thank you to everyone for you reviews, your likes an your favorites, I hope you are all doing well.

We'll see you in the next chapter.
