After a rash decision, Sierra is convinced that she has put herself in a position that she can't turn back from. Determined to flee the country, it would take an act of God to stop her. But once she realizes the reality of what she had just thrown away, wanting a way out of this nightmare, that act of God may come her way.

It ends pretty much as predictably as you'd expected; Doc and Sierra return to Vegas and are reunited with Sierra's family.
