Aladdin, Abu, and I walked out of the palace. "well my dear Abu, shall we see what the common folk are ip to today?" Aladdin said. Abu squawked happily. Aladdin giggled. "Lets go" Aladdin said. I fallowed Aladdin to the market.

I was looking at the shops trying to pick out a gift for my nephew while Aladdin was seeing what the common folk were up to. I decided to get Simba a small dove figurine. After I payed for the gift I met up with Aladdin,

and Abu. "hey Lana, have you found something?" Aladdin said. "yeah, I decided to get Simba this small dove figuring because he loves doves" I said. I then showed Aladdin the bird figuring. "That's nice, I'm sure he will like it" Aladdin said.

"yeah me too" I said. As Aladdin and I turned the corner we were surprised to see Iago laying on the ground covered in dirt.

Iago coughed. "Iago" Aladdin and I said with surprise. "Aladdin, Lana...Just got free...of Jafar" Iago said. Aladdin and I looked at each other,

with suspicion. "Hold me" Iago said as he held on to my feet. I angrily swatted my hand at him trying to get a hold of him.

Iago reacted quickly and flew out of my grasp. "Hey I meant gentle like!" Iago shouted. "Your not fooling anyone!" Aladdin said.

Aladdin and I were playing a game of cat and mouse trying to catch Iago. as we were chasing Iago we ran into a group of people by accident.

We fell to the floor. We looked up and saw four men with a fifth one who was short. "Oh, who is that?" The short man said. "It's Aladdin" The other,

guys said. "Oh I knew that! hurt him alot! Hurt him, the girl, and the monkey!" The short man said. they drew their swords. I gasped.

Aladdin grabbed me. "Come on we need to get out of here" Aladdin said. we started to run. "who are they daddy?" I said. "They are abis, Mal's crew" Aladdin said.

As we were running the group of men tried to slash their swords at us. Aladdin blocked their moves with a barrel. Abu and Iago helped us fight them too.

As I was trying to fight the men, I was unarmed with a weapon which made me vulnerable. As I was about to throw a punch at them,

two of the men grabbed me by the arms tightly and held me down. "Daddy!" I cried as I was trying to escape from their grasp.

"Hold on Lana!" Aladdin said. Aladdin raced to me and tried to fight the men off me but the other two men grabbed Aladdin by his arms and held him tightly. "daddy!" I cried again. The man on the right covered my mouth with his,

free hand. "Shh, it will be quick and painless" The man said. I panicked as abis Mal walked up to us with his sword drawn. He pointed his sword at me. "That's it now I'm mad!" I heard Iago shout. Abis Mal,

fell on a board. "mess with this bird huh?" Iago said. Iago then pushed a small tree off the ledge, and it landed on the board Abis Mal was on. He flew up in the air and ran into his other men causing them to lose grip.

They then landed in a pile of mud. We watched as the guards chased them out. "and I got more where that came from!" Iago yelled. Aladdin and I,

were confused. "jerks" Iago said as Aladdin helped me up. "gee, thanks" Aladdin said. Abu was then trying to stuff Iago in his hat.

"hey watch it! Is this any way to treat your rescuer!?" Iago said. Abu was about to knock Iago out but Aladdin stopped him. "Abu wait" Aladdin said.

"Hmm..." Aladdin said. "Daddy, what do you think?" I said. Aladdin had a smirk across his face. "I think the Sultan should give him a fair hearing" Aladdin said.

"what!?" Iago cried.

when we got home Aladdin put Iago in a cage outside in the courtyard. As I was gonna say Hi to my family, I could hear Iago arguing with Aladdin.

I ignored Iago and made my way to my nephew Simba who was sleeping on the couch in the living room with Mufasa and Nala looking after him.

Simba is still recovering from his surgery's that he had to go through. "hey Lana, are you okay?" Nala said. I snapped out of my thoughts.

"Well long story short...Aladdin and I got jumped by a gang" I said. "what!?" Nala and Mufasa said with Alarm. "Did they hurt you?" Mufasa said.

"No, they tried to though. Iago saved us" I said. Nala and Mufasa looked confused. "Iago...Saved you?" Nala said. "yeah" I said.

"But I thought he was stuck in the lamp with Jafar" Mufasa said. "he was. but he escaped and tried to trick us" I said. "oh okay" Mufasa said.

"I am gonna go check on Iago now" I said. "okay have fun" Nala said. "thanks I will" I said. I then walked out to the courtyard to Iago where he was in a cage. Iago looked up when he noticed me. "Lana, please god!

let me out!" Iago said as he slammed his wings on the cage. "I can't do that Iago. daddy would be mad at me" I said. "so what your daddy says. just let me out!" Iago said. I shook my head. "I can't" I said.

"then what are you doing here?" Iago said. "I just wanted to say...thanks for rescuing me today" I said. "your welcome. It's my nature. I rescue all kinds of creatures, cats, dogs, babies, Always rescuing" Iago said proudly.

"hmm, is that so?" I said. "yep. that's all I do now since I am done with that idiot Jafar and I have no family to go to" Iago said. I felt bad for Iago.

his whole life he worked with Jafar who had betrayed him. I have been wanting a son/daughter since my husband Scar killed my cubs.

"Iago?" I said. "yeah" Iago said. I smiled. "how would you like for me to adopt you as my son?" I said. Iago's eyes widened. "Wait,

you adopt me!?" Iago said. I nodded. "Yes. my husband killed my cubs and ever since then I have been wanting a son or a daughter" I said.

"that idiot" Iago said. "Yes Iago, yes he is" I said. "Sure I would like to have a mom" Iago said. "Okay. From this day forward your now my son" I said.

Iago and I smiled. I was happy to have Iago as my son now.
