THOR: Friend Stark, are you sure?

TONY: Positive. They way Infinite described it. Rainbow bridge, citadel looking like literal gold. There's no doubt about it in my mind. Their base is definitely set up in Asgard.

SONIC: Ok can we take a step back for a second? What is Asgard?

THOR: Asgard is the realm of the Gods and it is where I am from. It is ruled by the all father, Odin, who is my biological father and he is one of the most powerful beings in all the nine realms. If Asgard has been subjugated to this madness and conquered by this, Empire Of Doom. Then they must pay for overthrowing my father.

GREEN LANTERN: And we will, but we need a plan of attack.

THOR: Aye, we must have a strategy, for to go there with no plan...

BLACK WIDOW: Would be suicide.

SALLY: Let's try and avoid that.

TONY: Alright then, this is what we assembled to do. To overthrow these villains and make them answer for their crimes.

SONIC: Alright then, now we're talking.

TONY: Okay, so, what're we possibly dealing with here?

CAP: Swarms of robots created by the three villains. These include Badniks, Lexbots and Doombots. We have to assume that they have thousands upon thousands at their disposal.

TONY: Okay, anything else?

BATMAN: They have access to the Justice League Watchtower. Therefore, they can use our teleportation tech to transport themselves, or their armies anyway in the world.

TONY: Okay, okay I think I've come up with a plan.

SONIC: Alright spill money bags.

TONY: Okay, here's what we'll do. Teams Avengers and Justice League will make a frontal assault on Asgard to draw the villains attention, distracting them long enough for team Freedom Fighters to take back the Watchtower.

SUPERMAN: To get to the Watchtower, they need our matter transporter.

TONY: And I'm assuming they have that somewhere in their citadel. So while the first two teams are making their assault, the Freedom Fighters will head to the matter transporter and make their way to the Watchtower, disabling the teleportation device on board and reclaim the Watchtower.

SONIC: Sounds like a plan.

CAP: Alright, this is it. This is what we have been preparing for this whole time. We don't have all the Emeralds or the Stones, but we are out of time and we need to act now. This is the fight of our lives.

SONIC: AW YEAH! LET'S DO IT, TO IT!

Everyone just stares at the hedgehog in annoyance.

SONIC: What?

ASGARD: VILLAIN HQ

Doom was watching the heroes make their plan using the Space Stone, he knows every part of their plan. Just then, Dr. Eggman and Lex Luthor enter the room, then Doom speaks to them.

DOOM: It appears your Mercenary failed Doctor.

EGGMAN: I should've known better than to hire that Jackal again!

DOOM: Well it doesn't matter now. The heroes know where our base is and are formulating a plan of attack.

LEX: How do you know this?

DOOM: With the Space Stone, I can look across Space to see what I wanna see. There is no more time for delay, we move on with the plan. The Avengers and The Justice League will be making a frontal assault on Asgard while The Freedom Fighters will be attempting to seize the Watchtower. While the Doctor and I are busy fighting off the heroes, Mr. Luthor will be securing our rule of this world.

EGGMAN: And how do you plan to do that Lex?

LEX: With this.

Lex held up an armoured cube in his hand.

EGGMAN: And that is?

LEX: A Motherbox. When I have unlocked its contents, we can use it to rule this world, and the heroes will not stop us.

DOOM: And once the heroes are gone, everyone will know that there is no hope. All will submit.

And with that Lex left the room and proceeded down the hallway to his lab. On the way there he suddenly stopped when a wave of pain hit his head. He closed his eyes in pain, when he reopened them he was in a throne room, not his own, but someone else's. In front of him was a figure sitting on his throne, he then spoke to Lex.

?: If you're through with this useless nonsense. We have work to do, Luthor.

Sitting on the throne was none other than the Lord of Apokolips himself. The New God.

DARKSEID.
