Kate put the phone down. That conversation with Mycroft wasn't good. She knew all too well what alien or thing was kidnapping people but right now she didn't want a lot of people to know about it especially not Mycroft and his brother! She turned to one of the soldiers next to her, she needed to find Sherlock or the Doctor and fast.

"Have we still got a number for 221b Baker Street?" She asked the soldier.

"I think so Ma'am." The soldier nodded as he went to find something.

Kate was left to think over exactly what she was going to tell Sherlock. Mycroft was the only Holmes she had made contact with. She had heard the rumors going around about Sherlock and now was it the best idea to contact him?

The Doctor and the TARDIS team were making their way around town. They looked for anything that would put them on a lead to where Sherlock's friend was. The Doctor had been quiet since Sherlock left and now this wasn't any different.

"What's up with her?" Yasmin asked Graham out of the Doctors earshot.

"Something happened with her boyfriend." Graham chuckled.

"What?!" Ryan chuckled also.

Ryan and Yasmin looked at the Doctor. Maybe there was something between the Doctor and Sherlock. They had never seen her act like this before.

Graham walked up to the Doctor. He knew she might bite back to him but he needed to talk to him sometime.

"Where are we going Doc?" Graham asked.

"Somewhere." The Doctor answered quietly.

Graham looked back at the other companions. They shrugged with no help to Graham whatsoever. Graham sighed as he turned back to the Doctor to talk to her more.

"If there's something between you and Sherlock…" Graham started.

"There's nothing between us!" The Doctor said a little bit more loudly.

"Okay. then why are you putting everything into this?"

"Because there's people missing."

"You sure there's nothing else behind it?"

"Yes."

Graham put up his hands. The Doctor obviously wasn't going to divulge any more information about her and Sherlock even though there was obviously something else there.

"Right. Here we are." The Doctor said as the TARDIS left off its landing sounds.

"Where exactly are we?" Yasmin asked to change the subject from the Doctor and Sherlock.

"You'll see." The Doctor said a bit more excitedly.

Yasmin and Ryan looked at each other and made faces. With the Doctor being a bit more happy now this case could be a lot more easier. The Doctor walked towards the door and opened it. Ryan, Yasmin and Graham followed her quickly.

As they walked out of the door, they were met with a big landfill site with factories behind them. Graham was surprised that the Doctor had landed here instead of somewhere in the inner city.

"Why are we here then?" Graham asked, crossing his arms.

"To find some clues." The Doctor rubbed her hands together.

"Are we meeting Sherlock here?" Ryan asked cautiously.

Yasmin gave him an ice cold glare when he had said this. She couldn't believe he would say something like that after the conversation they had had in the TARDIS.

"No. It's just us." The Doctor answered him, surprising both Graham and Yasmin.

This was a bit of a surprise. So far they had done everything with Sherlock and now they were on their own? Were they ready to take this on? Especially that it's Sherlock's friend that is missing but they decided not to probe the Doctor any further.

Sherlock was sitting on the sofa waiting for something to happen. Watson had said to take it easy after what had happened with the Doctor. This was one of the hardest things to do for Sherlock. He hated keeping still and not doing anything at all. Watson entered with two cups of coffee.

"Here." Watson passed him one cup.

"Thanks but I didn't ask for one." Sherlock kind of chuckled.

"You look like you need one." Watson chuckled back.

Watson sat down across from Sherlock. He knew Sherlock would rather be out searching for Lestrade but with the Doctor on the case, it might be time for Sherlock to step away for a bit.

The phone suddenly rang. Watson put his head up when this happened. Sherlock nodded to the phone which meant Watson would have to answer it and not him.

"Fine I'll answer it." Watson said, sighing.

Watson picked up the phone to see who was on the other side. He put a confused look on his face which Sherlock soon saw.

"Yes he's here." Watson said turning to Sherlock.

"Who is it?" Sherlock mimed with his mouth.

Watson passed the phone over to Sherlock after a bit of talking. Sherlock took it but was still very confused as to why this person needed to talk to him so urgently.

"Sherlock Holmes here." Sherlock spoke into the phone.

"Kate Stewart here." The answer came back.

"Oh hi Kate." Sherlock said a bit more happily when he heard this.

"Your brother just called me about one of your friends."

"Yeah he's gone missing." Sherlock said, bowing his head.

Watson could tell that Sherlock was still upset that Lestrade hadn't been returned safely. He wanted to do everything to get Lestrade back but right now maybe it was time to let someone else take over.

"I'm sorry to hear that." Kate said sensing the upset in Sherlock's voice.

"It's fine. We'll find him." Sherlock said a bit more strongly.

"That's the thing."

"Kate?"

"Your brother has told me to take you off the case."

"You can't take me off the case!" Sherlock stood up when he said this.

"I'm afraid you have to otherwise we'll have to arrest you."

Sherlock's face suddenly turned upside down. Watson could see that Mycroft had done something to upset him even further than he was already.

"But…" Sherlock tried to say.

"I'm sorry Sherlock but that's my orders." Kate said.

"I know. Who's going to take over the case?" Sherlock asked intrigued.

"We are. Unit is going to take the case."

Sherlock looked like he was going to be sick. Watson went to the kitchen and got a bowl just in case. He placed in front of Sherlock's chair but Sherlock gave it back to him.

"Alright just make sure you find Lestrade." Sherlock gulped, obviously keeping something down.

"We will." Kate reassured him.

"Thanks Kate." Sherlock said, hanging up the phone.

Sherlock sat back down in his chair with a thump. He rubbed his forehead with his hands to make sure he didn't feel too bad. Watson put the bowl on the floor but still close just in case.

"I don't need that Watson." Sherlock mumbled with a little smile across his face.

"You might not but the look on your face, I might need it." Watson sighed seeing Sherlock not feeling well wasn't exactly great.

Sherlock leaned back in his seat looking a little less green but still looking bad. Watson had heard the whole conversation and knew how important the case was to Sherlock.

"Sherlock, they'll find him."
