An underwater sun rises over NickEarth's bizarre iteration of Bikini Bottom. Conan O'Brien strolls through it's empty early morning streets, he looks into the camera.

"Welcome back to Total Drama. We've got a special episode for you today; I know I said that wasn't the case last night but what can I say. I lied. I know I'm terrible."

Cut to another part of town.

"See the thing about the Unusual Nickelodeon universe is well, for starters we haven't left it." Conan continues. "Which at this point you should know is strange for us. "Conan!"" You may ask. He switches to a midatlantic accent ""What's the hubbub with this hullabaloo?" You sound like an old timey announcer in my head for the record. I don't know why. You just do. Anyway, let me give you the run down."

He gestures to the town around where the fish town's folk are just beginning to wake up for the day. From where he stands the top of Shadows monolithic house is just visible on the horizon.

"Last episode was great, but there exists a locale in this solar system that really stands on it's own. One of the few original concepts in this land of stolen IPs. Not only that but let me tell you, it's got well and beyond enough for an episode all to itself. Doesn't sound to crazy? Well what if I told you that locale was a single house."

He smiles mysteriously. "I'm very excited for this episode so let's not waste any more time on the opening and get right to in then."

Cut to the Wax Lip Ship.

Conan's ship is still parked just outside town. The contestants have gathered just outside the great spacecraft, joined by Conan of course, as well as Shadow the Hedgehog the King of NickEarth himself. Shadow looks around impatiently

"Everyone ready?" He asks.

Fluttershy yawns. "Yes but, if you don't mind me asking, why do we have to do this so early?"

"We can't let Timmy know about this." Shadow says quickly.

"But-" Fluttershy begins to protest. Amethyst covers the Pegasus's mouth.

"Say no more." She says. "What are we waiting for then? GO!"

"Chaos Control!" Shadow shouts. All twenty-three of them are teleported to an asteroid that like every world here, seemingly has a breathable atmosphere.

"Well, this is the place." He says.

Janna makes a face.

"Whoa, hold up."

"What?" Shadow asks.

Janna gives him a look. "If you can teleport other people, how come you didn't take everyone up to your house yesterday?"

"Oh right." Shadow scratches his neck awkwardly. "The prize for last challenge was spending the night at my place, I didn't want to reveal it to the non-winners."

"Most of us are adults here, you can call them losers." Rick says.

Tails gives him a hurt look. "Losers?"

"Hey we helped you out yesterday." Amethyst says glaring at Rick.

"Yeah great job. Not only did you not figure out Larry's powers but even with a Fact Hunter on the team you still lost."

"We're working on it alright?" She says irritably. "Our teams just got a little problem to weed out before we're good."

She smirks at Tomoko. Tomoko gulps.

"Anyway, what's with the asteroid and why should I care?" Rick says turning back Shadow to disinterestedly

"I'm glad you asked…" Conan says.

He leads his group northbound, the world's so tiny that soon a structure creeps over the horizon. It's a small house, simple looking enough with orange stucco walls, flat roof and an attached garage. The home's surrounded by an immaculate garden that seems to take up at least half of the asteroid. Roy nods.

"Decent statues. This guy must really like privacy."

Conan turns back and smirks at him.

"Well let's just say he… likes his space. if you know what I mean."

"No." Wednesday says.

"Not a clue." Says Dipper.

"Well you'll know soon enough." Conan insists.

He walks up to the drive and rings the doorbell. A posh English accent rings out from inside the house.

"Just a moment!"

Yao raises an eyebrow. "Wait? Is next challenge location... A house?"

Conan smiles. "Yes. Yes, it is."

"All the more embarrassing when you guys lose." Janna says with a smirk.

"Janna there's no need to be mean." Peach scolds.

Janna gives her a look.

"Uh yeah, more like theirs every reason to be mean."

"There is?" Fluttershy asks uncertainly.

"It's just a fact ladies." Janna says. "We're starting to slip up because the other teams are playing tougher than we are. We need to start getting with the program."

Peach laughs her polite princess laugh. "Oh, that's Koopa talk. Everyone knows playing kind and fair are the best ways to have fun and make friends."

Fluttershy nods. "Oh, I agree."

Janna smirks. "Yeah… I'll have fun and make friends after I win."

The front door unlocks drawing everyone's attention.

Standing in the doorframe is a red cartoon squirrel in a white lab coat. He looks around at all the contestants.

"Ah, there are all my new guinea pigs."

"Rodney the Squirrel!" Conan says, extending his hand. "Conan O'Brien, you know I don't think we've ever formally met."

"No, I believe you're right about that." Rodney says. "Such a delight to finally have you over." He turns to Shadow. "And Shadow the Hedgehog, charmed as always. But where is your little friend today? Timothy?"

"Definitely not trapped in a steal cube and hurling towards the sun." Shadow says suspiciously.

Beat.

"Well thank goodness for that." Rodney says. "Now come in! Come in everyone. Keep your shoes on, you'll want them for today."

He leads them all down his main hallway, which is both far better decorated but also far longer than they would imagine.

"I must say it's exciting to finally have you all here. When Mr O'Brien called ahead to said you'd be coming over I was thrilled."

"Yo why's that?" Tyler asks. "You stash the statues in your attic and want to clean it out to find it?"

"That's not crazy enough." Dipper says. "He's probably got some huge basement full of dangerous creatures or experiments."

Rodney chortles.

"You're not to far off dear boy."

Dipper looks annoyed. "Great."

"That would be interesting for a change." Wednesday sighs.

Rodney stop at a door at an ornate door. He opens it and peaks his head in.

"Ah, here it is. Now watch the step everyone."

They walk through curiosity and dread brewing amongst them. Rodney leads them down a flight of stairs then sighs happily.

"And here we are."

They've entered a pleasant and spacious sitting room, more modernly decorated than the rest of the house. There's a sofa, a bar, an impressively large television, and sitting on the coffee table, three busts of Chris Mclean.

Yao picks the gold one up confused. "Alright. What's the catch?"

Rodney chortles. "Oh, it's very simple really." He points to a door to their right. "All you need to do to earn these statues is go through that door, traverse your way through the house…" He points to another door to their left. "…until you come out that other door there."

Beat.

"Alright seriously. What's the catch?" Beatrice asks.

Conan laughs.

"Damn Conan." Shadow says with a smirk. "What did you do to make them this suspicious after seven episodes?

"Nothing that bad I swear." Conan insists. "Now come on guys!? You really want us to spoil the twist before we begin."

"On the contrary Mr O'Brien perhaps, it would be best if they didn't go in blind." Rodney says.

Conan laughs. "Trust me Rodney they'll be fine."

"No, they must know, I'd feel terrible if anything happened to them in there because they weren't adequately prepared."

Wednesday looks intrigued. "Prepared for your monsters?"

Rodney shakes his head. "Not quite." He gesture around the room. "You see everyone, this house, my house, is something of my Magnum Opus. The culmination of a lifetime of work that started when I was but a young squirrel.

From a tender age, I've been entranced by the idea of infinity. The endless. I studied supertasks, memorized ordinal numbers, why my obsession even carried right up to writing my thesis on Hilbert's Paradox of the Grand Hotel during my years at Pimento University. But it was never enough to study it on paper. I had to put my theories into practice."

The squirrel's eyes gleam with passion.

"The following years we're long and dangerous, like your beloved host I traveled the multiverse, sniffing out anyway to harness infinity. I stole technological secrets from Gallifrey, travelled deep into the Kowloon Walled City to be led to an artifact of supernatural origin even that drove men well versed in the paranormal to madness, I even dressed and assume the life of a Japanese mascot character and worked for years at a Martian pizzeria. Hark, some deemed me mad, perhaps they were right. But nevertheless, I was able to give life to my creation, for you see, you all sit in what many would call the impossible. A wonder the likes of Hilbert's Hotel or Library of Babel, brought forth from theory to reality!" By now the little squirrels beaming with pride.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, contestants of Total Drama you're challenge today will be to traverse... The Rodney House!"

He opens and closes the right door a few times. First there's a kitchen on the other side, then a bathroom, then a gymnasium. Every time he closed the door and opens it again the room beyond changes, each passing one stranger and more fantastical the last, but always with another door leading farther inwards. The contestants all seem stunted for a moment. Before Conan pipes up.

"Oh, also you all have to go in separately. Last team to get everyone back here to the lounge loses."

Beat.

"Honestly. I would have preferred the monsters." Dipper says faintly.

"For once I'm with you kid." Rick says.

"Ay yo, I ain't." Tyler grins. "This **** looks tight."

Rodney smiles. "Well then, perhaps you'd like to enter first."

"Yes, please Daddy."

"Splendid." The squirrel cries. "Please grab a microphone by the door, Mr. O'Brien's counting on you all to be entertaining by your lonesome for once."

"Got it." Says Tyler. He grabs a microphone and turns back to the others.

"Yo for real dawgs." He points to the door opposite. "See you on the other side."

He walks through the door. Rodney closes it and opens it again. When he does Tyler and the room he entered have disappeared.

"Right." Rodney asks. "Who's next?"

One after the next, Tyler's fellow contestants, enter through the door. Some go valiantly like Athena, and Yao or excitedly like Peach and Bentley. Others go far more nonchalantly, like Janna, Lapis, and most of the Fact Hunters. And then there are yet others who seem less thrilled by the concept, such as…

"Earth to Tomoko." Conan says. "Time to get moving."

The girl stands in the open doorframe, legs quivering. Rodney pats her reassuringly. "Nothing to be afraid of my dear, I promise no harm will come to you my house. Or at least nothing that will leave any lasting damage, I hope."

"Even the pony went in on her own." Shadow says.

Tomoko whimpers again. Shadow gives Conan a look, Conan nods.

"Alright." Shadow says. "Nothing personal kid."

He teleports behind her and kicks her through the door. It slams behind her.

Conan claps his hands. "There! That's everyone. Now! Let the fun begin."

He grabs a remote off the coffee stand and flips on the television. Twenty-One separate contestants in twenty-one separate rooms come into view.

"There they are. All alone. They'll be no piggy backing on the success of their more skilled teammates now. No more sucking at other people's sweet teats of competence. For the first time this game every contestant will have to rely on their own wits for once, at least until they find each other or the door, which… " He turns to Rodney. "We checked that they'll be able to do that right? And not say, starve to death slowly over the course of months?"

"Of course not." Rodney says confidently. "I've set the houses algorithms, so they'll be led to each other eventually. Mind you it's a low chance and the chances of finding the escape door is lower, but nevertheless I'm confident to say that we'll start seeing the first contestant make it out in say twenty-four to forty-eight hours."

The door to the left flies open, out walks Guru Larry.

"Hello You! How'd I do?"

Beat.

Rodney grin embarrassedly. "-Or maybe someone could get extremely lucky and exit the maze in five minutes."

Conan puts his face in his hands and laughs silently for a moment before recovering.

"Larry you son of bitch! You never cease to impress me. How did you do that?"

"I suppose it was luck like the squirrel said." Larry says with a checky smile.

Conan shakes his head. "Well you can't claim your place until the rest of your team shows up and that's" He looks over at Rodney. "…presumable going to be while. So, how'd you feel about sitting back with us men watching the show with us?"

"I'd be delighted Conan." Larry says.

Conan grins and patting on a spot on the sofa besides him. "Sit yourself right down tiger."

Larry flops down on the sofa.

"Well, one down, twenty to go." Conan says. "Let's see how everyone else is holding up."

….

Cut to Beatrice.

Beatrice tugs on her microphone. "Ok. How this work again? I talk into this and they hear me at home."

Cut to Amethyst

"Yo what up my Amethpeeps! Man, this place is awesome!"

Cut to Janna

"This place is weird, and I love it."

Cut to Peach

"Hello everyone back home. If you're watching this, I'm ever so sorry for frightening you with my behavior earlier but I'm feeling much better now, and I'm in the most wonderful place."

Cut to Fluttershy.

"Oh, I don't like this place one bit."

Cut to Lapis

"Yeah. It's official. I already don't like this."

Cut to Peach.

"Everything's so beautiful…"

Cut to Lapis

" …Weird."

Cut to Janna

"Sweet!"

Cut to Fluttershy.

"Scary!"

Cut to Wednesday.

"… Not Scary enough."

Cut to Beatrice:

"So yeah, nothing's happen so far. I guess I'm just alone." She pauses. "With myself."

She takes a deep breath and looks around. She's in a long narrow room, full of stuffed animals of all sorts. Giant rabbits and teddy bear soldiers stacked against the walls, judging her with their still glass eyes. She looks at them unnerved. "Alright Beatrice, it's just like the forest before Wirt and Greg showed up. You've got this."

She holds her head up and marches through the room.

Cut to Dipper

Dipper clears his throat.

"Alright, Dipper's log number 1. This is hour…" He checks his watch. "…three. Room: One hundred and sixty. I feel like I've been exploring this place forever and yet I've only just scratched the surface. At first things we're pretty simple, pretty average rooms you'd find it a house, just... a lot of them… and organized in a weird way, but things are getting stranger. Like getting to Gravity Falls levels of strange. I mean look at where I am!"

He spread his arms out. He's standing in the orchestra pit of a massive and lavishly decorated opera house.

"You see this? Those this look normal to you? See what I mean? Seriously can you see what I'm talking about. Because Conan never makes us take film equipment anywhere. And I have no clue how any of the filming works on this show."

Cut to the Lounge.

"How does the filming work on this show anyway?" Larry asks curiously.

"I'm the god of late-night television Larry. Conan tells him. "I can get any shot, anywhere, anytime."

"Good heavens, I'm sure that must lead to lot of lawsuits." Larry says.

Cut back to Dipper.

"So okay. You might say. Having an opera house in someone's house is weird but not compared to say a platypus in a fedora. Don't worry I'm not done. Look how I came in."

He gestures to a door arbitrarily placed in the wall near the back of the theatre. Inside there's a child's playroom, complete with a birthday cake on a tiny plastic table.

"Alright that's there, got that? There's a room here, watch what happens when I look at the other side of the wall."

He walks out the door into the lobby and walks over to the other side of the wall he was just at. There's just more lobby space. No sign of the door, or the room that exists past it.

"See? I should be in that birthday room right now but I'm not! I've just been wandering around alone with these spatial anomalies." He sighs. "Conan you really rammed up the mind games with this one."

Cut back to the lounge.

"Is the point of all this just to make them wander around into they lose their minds?" Shadow asks.

"No, though the isolations a large part of it." Rodney says. "Theirs also rooms that present other challenges, I see that Ms Kuroki there's about to discover one."

Cut to Tomoko.

"I WANT TO GO HOOOOOOME!"

Tomoko's been spiriting through room after room like a mad woman. Her already dubious psyche not taking kindly to her surreal environment. Suddenly her foot catches on something and she face plants into soft sand. She wipes her mouth, dusts off her school uniform and looks around.

She's in a vast domed room much like the pantheon in Rome, a vague glow that could or could not be daylight streaming in through a hole at it's very top. The room itself is predominantly taken up by a massive sandpit. There's another door in front of her, she grabs the handle, but it doesn't open.

She gasps. "It's locked!?"

She hurries across the room and tries the other doorknob it's also locked.

Tomoko starts to panic again.

Cut to the Lounge.

"This is what I call a matryoshka room." Rodney explains. "They're smaller challenges within the larger challenge of getting your team out of the maze. Tomoko's locked in that room but fortunately for her the key's buried in the sand, all she needs to do is dig it out."

"Well let's be fair here." Conan says. "First, she needs to figure out what she needs to do."

"Which I'm confident she will." Rodney says. He glances at the screen.

Tomoko's curled up on the sand in a fetal position.

"Eventually…"

Cut to the Peach.

Peach stands in the mist of a medium sized room with neutral lighting, muted dark blue walls and polished wooden floorboards. She's surrounded by fossil exhibits from the Cenozoic. Great skeletons of cave sloths and terror birds. She admires them cheerfully.

"Hmm, I think I like going on adventures." She sighs happily. "If only the Koopa's weren't always getting in the way, I'd love to go on more of them. Maybe I'll talk Mario into taking me on some of his when I get home."

She opens the door to the next room. It's fair sized room, with a floor made of trampolines.

"Oh my, this looks fun. "

She bounces into the air, bonding through the room with surprising grace, that is into she bumps into something.

"Whoa!"

She bounces a few more times slowly losing momentum until she's lying on the fabric floor next to the object she collided with in the air; Janna.

"Ow."

"Janna?"

"What up Peachy?"

Peach gasps. "Oh, Janna it is you! How wonderful to see you again!"

Janna smirks. "No kidding, you know what this means right?"

Peach gives her a confused look. "What?"

"We got two Flower Girls together." Janna says. "We find the others and we can walk out together and win this thing instantly."

"Well then what are we waiting for?" Peach says.

"Right? Let's go!"

The two women bounce off into their next room excitedly

Cut to Indiana Jones.

Indy's in a small room filled with what looks to be hundreds of sets of West African drums. Dozens of Bata's Bougarabou's and Djembe's are stacked to the ceiling of the dimly lit room.

"Remarkable." Indy mummers. He picks up a Talking Drum and plays it.

"Perfectly tuned and crafted, assuming they were crafted, instead of appearing here fully formed."

He looks around uncertainly.

"I'm starting to not like this place."

The door creeks open, Indy instinctively dives behind of a pile of drum.

Doctor Doofenshmirtz waltzes in. Singing to himself.

"Bow chick a wow wow! That's what my baby says! Mow Mow Mow and my heart starts pumping!"

"Doc. Hey. Doc!" Indy whispers.

Doof stops singing and turns around, his eyes widen.

"Professor Jones! What an unexpected surprise. I when I say unexpected, I mean… Well completed unexpected. What are you doing hiding in the shadows for?"

"I don't trust this place." Indy says. "It's too quiet."

"Yes, why do think I was singing?" Doof asks.

Indy grumbles. "Right, well. Nice bumping into you."

"Wait, wait hold up the phone." Doof says. "Don't you think we should stick together?"

Indy looks hesitant. "Well if we stay split up, we've got better individual chances of finding the door."

"Oh, come on, it'll be fun." Doof insists. "Us two amigos, two strangers in a strange land, with nothing but each other…"

"No." Indy says.

"Pretty please." Doof begs.

Indy grumbles again. "Fine. But I reserve the right to leave later."

Doof smiles. "Don't you worry about that, you and I are going to have lots of fun together, maybe we'll even find the others, like Perry the Platypus. I wonder was he's up to right now?"

Cut to Perry the Platypus.

Perry navigates his way through countless rooms with ease, a soundtrack apparently accompanying him

Do be do be do ba

Do be do be do BA

He burst through the door of the lounge.

"Perry! You've made it!" Larry cries.

Perrrrry

"And you've brought your theme music."

Perry chitters.

Conan looks up from the bar, where his been preparing drinks with Shadow and Rodney.

"Oh, did Perry make it? Good for him. Congrats Perry, you're second to make it out. Now why don't you sit down, make yourself comfortable."

Perry hops onto the couch next to Larry. Larry grins.

"Well, looks like we're in the lead again, my monotreme friend."

"Actually, you guys are in a disadvantage for once." Through a mouth of maraschino cherries. "You've got more people to get out of the maze than the other guys."

"Well, be as that may I'm sure there's still a bloody good chance we'll still come out on top." Larry says optimistically.

"Listen Larry, can't we just pretend it's not obvious for once?" Conan asks.

Cut to Janna and Peach.

The ladies pass through a long hallway within the ribcage of some unknown creature's skeleton.

"So, listen, no hard feelings about are disagreement outside alright?" Janna says.

"Oh of course not, don't be silly." Peach says.

Janna smirks. "Sweet."

She turns back around satisfied.

"Because seriously. There're problems with this team we should fix, if we want to keep up with the other guys."

"Oh, I agree."

"Alright. Glad we agree."

"Yes."

"Yeah, no argument necessary, people on this team are playing too…"

"Mean." Peach says.

"Nice." Janna finishes. The two look at each other. Suddenly realizing what the other said. Janna smirks.

She opens the door to the next room, and they walk into a beautiful garden filled with colorful surrealist statues, The sky above them in golden hour, awash with stunning pinks and golds.

Janna looks up, amused. "Aw man, freaky."

"Erm, are we still in that polite weasel's house?" Peach asks.

"Yo is that Peachy?"

Janna looks around.

"Tyler!?"

"It came from over there." Peach says.

They round the corner of a hedge. They find Tyler there, and accompanying him, Athena, Yae, and Fluttershy.

Janna laughs. "Aw, rad, you guys found each other?"

Athena nods. "Yes, fortunately I managed to find Yae and Tyler rather quickly. Then forty-four minutes ago we ran into Fluttershy."

"And thank goodness you did; it was horrible being in a big scary place like this alone." Fluttershy says.

"Sweet!" Janna says. "Now all we have to do is grab Lapis then rush through this thing and win."

"With not a manner out of place." Peach says pleasantly.

Janna gives her a look.

"That sounds like a solid strategy to me." Says Athena. "Let us move troops!"

"Yes, let's do it!" Tyler cheers.

He hops over one of the hedges and knocks over a statue, Peach looks horrified.

"Oh, my stars!" She cries. "Tyler what on Earth are you doing?"

Tyler looks confused. "Uh clearing the quickest way to the next door?"

"Oh no, no, no! Get off the poor garden at once." She demands "We're guests in that kind tanuki's home for goodness sake."

"That's his fault for letting us in." Janna says. "Come on guys, I see the door. "

She Athena and Yae march through the garden.

"Tyler, you coming or what?"

Tyler looks back at Peach.

"Actually, Ima hang back and take the path with Peachy."

Peach smiles. "Thank you, Tyler."

She and Tyler and Fluttershy take the long path around the garden, when they finally make it to the door Janna's waiting for them impatiently.

"For the record, this right here is why we've been losing."

Peach smiles politely. "It's always important to mind your manners Janna."

Janna merely rolls her eyes and opens the door to the next room (A long hallway seemingly carved out of a giant watermelon)

"Anyone else miss the old Peach?" She says to the others in a low voice.

"Oh goodness no." Fluttershy says. "She's much more friendly now."

"Yo, I liked the old Peach, but I respect this new Peach lots more dawg." Tyler says with a grin.

Janna gives him a bemused look then grabs part of the wall to eat.

They reach the end of the hall and step into another room.

"What in the name of Dad's been going on here?" Athena says.

They've just walked into the Pantheon room, where it seems Tomoko has dug a massive pit in the centre. The Flower Girls look down into the hole. Sure, enough there's Tomoko, sweaty and dishevelled, clawing desperately at the ground. Her school blazer cast aside long ago.

"Isn't she from the other team?" Fluttershy whispers.

"Something like that." Janna says. "Hey!"

Tomoko jerks her head up and cries out in fear.

"AGH! DON'T LOOK AT ME!"

She crawls under her discarded blazer.

"I'M A FAILURE! I DON'T DESERVE TO BE SEEN."

"Yo, what's with the digging?" Janna asks.

"I believe I may have an idea."

Peach has just discovered the locked door. Fluttershy flies over to the door they walked in through, it's also locked.

Cut to the Lounge.

"Shadow! Get back here quick!" Conan yells.

Shadow teleports onto the sofa, arms full of swiss rolls.

"What'd did I miss?"

"The Flower Girls are now trapped in the same matryoshka room as Miss Kuroki." Rodney explains excitedly.

Shadow drops some of his rolls "That ought to be good."

Conan grins. "I know right?"

Cut back to the Flower Girls.

"Yo I think I got this figured out." Tyler says glancing down at Tomoko. "There's like a key buried under, there right?"

"NO!" Tomoko cries.

Athena gives her a look. "What do you mean no?"

"I've been digging and digging and digging all day!" Tomoko wails hysterically. "AND STILL! NO! KEY!"

She pounds on the ground with her fists like a toddler, something gold files out of the loose sand and bounce into her hand. She grabs it, eyes wide as dinner plates.

"I found it." Tears begin to well up in her eyes. "I FOUND IT!"

"Damn, we picked a good time to show up." Tyler says to himself.

A strange smile creeps over Janna face. "Yeah." She sticks her head into the pit and calls down to Tomoko. "Nice going kid, here, we'll help you out."

She turns back to her team and winks. Peach looks concerned.

"Janna, what are you..."

"No time! Yae! Catch me."

She jumps into the pit, Yae makes a dive and catches her by the ankles so that Janna's hanging upside down.

Tomoko stands and stretch out her arms.

"I can't reach!"

"Here, throw me the key!"

Tomoko flings it skyward; Janna catches it expertly.

"Did you catch it?" Tomoko asks.

Janna smirks. "Sure did. Nice job finding it. Now pull me up Yae!"

Tomoko looks alarmed. "Huh!?"

Yae does as she askes and pulls Janna out of the pit.

"WAIT! YOU FORGOT ME!" Tomoko cries.

Janna grins down at her. Playing with the key in one hand.

"Yeah, so…" She says politely. "No hard feelings kid, but someone's got to be and the bottom of the pecking order and it's not us. Later!"

She stops on the sandy ground. The section of Tomoko's pit's wall closest to her collapses. They hear Tomoko cried out in fear as she's buried under pile of loose sand and earth.

Janna fits the key into the lock, it clicks open.

"Let's go!"

"But what about that girl?" Fluttershy asks looking horrified.

"Forget her she's an enemy." Janna says. "Come on!"

They run into what looks like a mail room, with large mail chutes lining the wall.

Tyler laughs. "Yo that was ****** Ruthless my ******"

"Cruel but excellent strategy." Athena says patting Janna on the back.

"All in a day's work." Janna insists.

"Oh, I hope she's alright." Fluttershy says her soft voice full of concern.

"Listen Flutters, don't worry about it, she's an enemy." Janna says firmly.

"But-" The pony squeaks.

"Seriously. Chill out. No one else here cares about it."

The doors slams, and Janna spins around.

Peach is standing there glaring at her furiously. Janna grins.

"Alright cool, Feisty Peachy's back."

"That was one of the meanest things I've ever seen!" Peach shouts.

"Yeah see?" Janna says. "This what I'm talking about. This being kind and nice stuff is holding us back."

She attempts to put an arm around the princess. Peach breaks away from her angrily.

"There was no reason we couldn't have helped that poor girl!" She says.

Janna smirks at her. "Right because her team would've helped us. First time we lost was because someone pushed you down a flight of stairs remember?"

"Yes, and I'm glad they did otherwise I may have never come to my senses." Peach says

"Alright so do you approve of stuff like this. Cool. Quit complaining and come see where these mail chutes go then."

The Princess looks flustered. "But that's not- oh!"

She puts her foot down.

"If this is how we are to behave then I refuse to take a step further!" She declares.

"Neither will I." Says Fluttershy.

"Seriously girls?" Janna says.

"Hmpf." Peach says, sticking her nose up and turning her head, Fluttershy does the same.

Janna groans. "Look ladies, the team's not doing so hot, we got to seize any opportunity to get ahead."

"To quote Thucydides, "Men who are capable of real action first make their plans and then go forward without hesitation while their enemies have still not made up their minds"" Athena says.

"Yes, it's the same way in boxing." Yae adds.

The others stare at her.

"Yo ****! You can talk?" Tyler asks surprised.

"Yes, I just don't like too." She looks away a little awkwardly. "My English is not very good."

"Well if the whole teams against me they'll you just have to get rid of me." Peach says, unswayed. "I don't want to go on an adventure with behavior like this anyway."

"Alright, you know what?" Janna says suddenly "Let's make things interesting.

"Yo I thought things have been pretty interesting already but aiight." Tyler says.

"Here's my idea." Janna says. "We go our separate ways, I do things my way, Peach you do things your way and we'll see who gets out of this place first. Loser never questions the other person again…"

Peach nods. "Okay."

"…And volunteers to help Jeremy clean bathrooms." Janna adds.

Peach looks revolted for a moment before considering it.

"Deal!" She says.

"Great! Put her there."

They shake on it. Janna looks satisfied.

"Alright awesome, so you and Fluttershy pick a Mail chute, the rest of us will take another one."

She walks over to the other side of the room, Yae and Athena follow her.

"Yo Tyler! You coming?" Janna asks.

"Nah, I'm sticking with Team Peachy." Tyler says with a step towards Peach and Fluttershy. Janna shrugs.

"Suit yourself man."

Yae and Athena climb into the mail chute and slide out of sight. Janna lowers her legs down into the shaft. She looks back at the other three with a smug grin.

"See you guys on the outside."

Tyler grins. "We'll be waiting for you guys in the lounge."

Janna laughs. "You can dream. Later!"

And she slides down the chute and off to who knows where.

Fluttershy looks down the chute apprehensively. "Maybe splitting up isn't a good idea."

Peach smiles at her. "Don't worry Fluttershy. This we'll be fun! Wa hoo!

She leaps down another dark mail chute. Fluttershy whimpers.

Tyler looks at her.

"Don't worry, I'll slide with you."

"Bless you!" Fluttershy says relieved. She jumps into his arms.

"Aiight, Team Peachy bout to roll out!" Tyler says.

They slide down the tube and out of sight.

To be Continued.
