I'm sorry but I cannot continue this story due to a variety of reasons. I had gotten into some drama with someone who I thought was a friend but turned out to be a... extremely toxic individual. They lied about me, invalidated my trauma and claimed I was doing the very thing that traumatized me, and it got to the point where I became suicidal. I hate to say it but I'm quitting the internet for good. I'm only going to use it to apply for jobs and that's it. I can't do anything anymore without thinking about what that person did to me. Write, draw, nothing. I've done everything in my power to try to move on but at this point even trying to write or draw makes me cry.

This shit got so bad that my mom threatened to put me into a mental hospital on multiple occasions. I'm on Anti-Depressants now that are so strong if I accidentally skip a day I get sick and go through heavy withdrawal symptoms.

I just can't do it anymore. So I'm passing this story to a new friend along with many different projects of mine. She said she is working heavily on editing my other project but this one will be edited when she gets the chance but she isn't going to update it here, or make a new one on this site. It's going to be on some site called AO3, Archive of Our Own, I think thats what it's called or something. I'm sorry. I really am. But I'm so fucking weak. I really am pathetic.

I'm just a mistake that nature made...

I guess the only thing I can really do is just... copy and paste what I had written up until this point. I tried... I really did...

Chapter Twenty

[insert chapter name here]

"A sound soul dwells within a sound mind and a sound body."

"Humankind cannot gain without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is Alchemy's first law of Equivalent Exchange."

"Very good, Alphonse!" Stien said encouragingly as he dodged an attack by Alphonse. "Let's stop for now."

Al was just about to strike Stein again but stopped mid swing. Instantly Spirit transformed back into his human form and smiled at Alphonse. "You did very well Alphonse, I'd expect nothing less from someone related to FullMetal, but… Your soul is…"

"My… what?" Al seemed confused. He nervously shifted where he stood. He didn't like what Spirit was saying, and the way Stein looked at him and Winry. He felt like they were looking through him.

"Your soul." Stein said.

"W-what about it?" Alphonse took a step back.

Winry, while aiming an arrow at another strange target with three eyes, sensed Alphonse's distress and released the arrow and looked in his direction. Not realizing that Stein, Sid and even Spirit took notice of her reaction. She got a bullseye again.

"It's nothing to be ashamed of, Alphonse." Stein said with a small smile as he took out a cigarette. "You see, your soul is quite… sensitive. If anything I suppose you have the Madness of Fear engrained in you."

"M-madness of… what?" Alphonse mumbled.

"Madness of Fear. You see each soul though sometimes is born with a clean slate sometimes it's naturally susceptible to certain forms of madness. Take myself for instance, I'm susceptible to just about any form of madness but Madness of Knowledge is a big one for me." Stein said smoothly.

"A big one for you? Are you kidding me, if you are hit with it, even a little, we'd have to deal with over a thousand of people dead in a matter of moments!" snark dripped from Spirit's voice like maple syrup. "Well… that is if it wasn't for that screw in your head."

Stein laughed, "Yeah! I admit that is a fact. Anyways, Alphonse, your soul shows sign of a lot of things."

"Like….?" Alphonse was getting even more nervous.

"Your responses today to the training, and Spirit's transformation showed sighs of trauma." Stein said, rather straight forwardly, too straight forward, "I noticed it before, but didn't think that it had affected your daily life this heavily. Your soul does have several signs of trauma. It disrupts your wavelength quite a bit… I think you might need to see Nygus about it though, this area isn't my specialty."

Alphonse rubbed his arm and looked away. They could tell he had suffered a traumatic experience and had only known him for what? Two days? It didn't affect him that badly… did it?

"Speaking of Nygus; Winry, you will be spending time in her classes." Sid said with a small smile.

"This… Nygus person is a teacher and a doctor?!" Winry was very shocked how can someone be so diverse in their profession?

"Hey now, I'm a doctor and a teacher too." Stein laughed, "Nygus and I are the only two doctors on the staff, and it's needed, should anything happen and there is a need of a surgeon we both can be called on for it."

"Oh wow…" Winry mumbled. "But um.. why am I in her class. Death the Kidd said that Stein teaches the… EAT class, right… so…" Aaron transformed back into his human form and stretched as he listened in on the conversation.

"You will be in the NOT class," Spirit sighed, "I know you have a good aim miss Rockbell, but hand-to-hand combat is very important. Should you drop Aaron or be attacked close range suddenly, you could be in serious danger if you don't know how to defend yourself."

"Don't worry, I'll be helping you train and so will everyone else! Sometimes we even have EAT students help with training!" Sid stated, "When I was alive, I was actually the teacher for the EAT class and also helped Nygus and the other teachers with the NOT classes' training. That's the kind of man I was."

Winry and Alphonse were both speechless. They both were practically robotic when they were led away to go get their books. The school itself paid for their books so thus they were handed to them free of charge.

Though it was all happening so quickly they were both worried, thinking about Edward…
