I'd like to apologize for the long hiatus, but something happened and I kind of forgot about this for a while. Please enjoy the next chapter.
Tsuyu and Mina quietly followed Izuku down the hall before the One for All bearer stopped and sighed before shaking his head, "I don't need you two to keep an eye on me you know," her looked back and friended, "I'm fine, really,"
"Midoriya," Mina inhaled slowly and shook her head, "You're not fine and you know it. You're closing yourself off and pissing everyone away," Izuku frowned as he looked away, "Shutting yourself down like this isn't healthy, you heard Kayama Sensei and what happened to Aizawa Sensei. We just don't want that to happen to you. You're too nice a guy to have that happen to and if Ochako is too blind to see that then it's herb loss."
"Kero," Tsuyu croaked and the two looked at her in confusion, "Ochako was trying to talk to you and you kept pushing her aside. It's been almost a week and you're still hurting and refusing to talk to anyone, especially Ochako and Bakugou,"
"It's just," Izuku sighed and looked back up, "What did I do? Did she really want a challenge it something? Were there signs that I didn't see? What?"
"Unfortunately we don't have the answers you're looking for," Mina inhaled slowly before letting out a deep breath, "Ochako said you never gave her a challenge and we tried to tell her that you're probably the nicest guy in school, but she didn't want to hear it...and for what it's worth, we wouldn't have done that to you," Tsuyu croaked and nodded in agreement as Izuku stuff there in silence, "Well we better get back before we get into any terrible and-"
"Hey," the two looked at Izuku as he looked up and frowned, "You two have been trying to break me out of my slump all week and I just pushed you aside, so... I'd like to make it up to you... how about I treat you two to some ice cream and maybe a walk around town,"
The two stared at him wide eyed as he rubbed the back of his head, "I was going to all All Might for a few day passes tomorrow and make a day of it, but if you two rather do something else, that's-"
"Kero," Izuku looked at the frog girl in confusion as Tsuyu stepped closer to him, "We'll go out tomorrow and see where it goes from there," Mina nodded in agreement as Izuku slightly smiled and slowly nodded.
