Lyrics Prank: Lemon Tree (Fool's Garden)

Pranksters: Lincoln, Clyde and Lynn Sr.

Audience: Loud Sisters

World: Loud-Verse Earth-LCGC1 [Formerly Loud-Verse Earth-LMP4] (Loud-Casa Groupchat Prime)

AN: That last meme was inspired from Code Ment (A Code Geass Abridgment Parody) and it's still pretty funny to me. This lyric prank is inspired to TikToks and meme that contains funny events that one could say Schadenfreude [German: Pleasure in other people's little misfortunes such as falling off-balance from a bike or finding out your potential girl-love interest in the dating site is actually a effeminate male (for short, getting catfished)]. At the very least and most, the events aren't something severe. They are just misfortune that can stimulate small giggles. However the song is about getting a depressive life and anxiety in life due to these so-called misfortunes. Alright, let's do this. -Clyde is online-

Clyde: Guys, you might see weird things later. That's because Lincoln is getting depressed.

-Loud sisters are online-

Leni: Like, what do you mean?

Lori: Yeah, literally. What is going on?

Clyde: You'll see.

Lincoln: I'm sitting here in the boring room. It's just another rainy Sunday afternoon.

Luna: I know, bro! I feel the same here.

Luan: Same here.

Lincoln: I'm wasting my time, I got nothing to do. I'm hanging around, I'm waiting for you. But nothing ever happens and I wonder.

Lynn Jr: Waiting for who?

Lucy: I wonder the same.

Lynn Sr: I'm driving around in my car. I'm driving too fast, I'm driving too far.

Lola: Wait why is daddy here too?

Lana: And where is he going?

Lisa: More importantly, shouldn't you be driving carefully than texting?

Lincoln: I'd like to change my point of view. I feel so lonely, I'm waiting for you. But nothing ever happens and I wonder.

Lori: Okay, what is literally going on?

Leni: Like, who are you waiting for?

Clyde: I wonder how, I wonder why?

Lincoln: Yesterday you told me 'bout the blue, blue sky

Lynn Sr: And all that I can see is just a yellow lemon tree.

Lana: Ooh lemons! We can make lemonade!

Lola: I can sell them for more budget!

Lucy: Hmm…

Lynn Jr: Lucy?

Lucy: I'm turning my head up and down.

Lincoln: I'm turning, turning, turning, turning, turning around. And all that I can see is just another lemon tree.

Lana: Where is this lemon tree? I want one!

Lola: Me too!

Lisa: I think lemon tree is a metaphor for something.

Leni: Megaphone?

Lori: No, Leni. Metaphor, meaning lemon means something.

Lucy: It means sourness or bitterness like how lemons taste when naturally picked without the aide of sugar or honey.

Lisa: Precisely.

Luna: Wait a sec…

Luan: Oh, how could I… really?

Lincoln: Sing! Dap-dadada-dadpm-didap-da! Dadada-dadpm-didap-da! Dap-didili-da!

Luna: I'm sitting here, I missed the power

Luan: I'd like to go out, taking a shower.

Leni: Silly Luan. The bathroom's in our house! You can't shower outside.

Lori: I'm pretty sure that's not what they literally mean.

Lincoln: But there's a heavy cloud inside my head

Lucy: I feel so tired, put myself into bed

Clyde: Well, nothing ever happens and I wonder

Lynn Jr: Are you guys so bored? I know a way to get us pumped up!

Lincoln: Isolation is not good for me. Isolation

Lisa: Oh dear. Signs of depression.

Lynn Sr: I don't want to sit on the lemon tree

Lana: Tell us where's this tree, daddy!

Lola: Yeah, I wanna make lemonade!

Lisa: They still haven't caught on.

Lucy: Obviously.

Lincoln: I'm stepping around in the desert of joy

Clyde: Baby, anyhow I'll get another toy

Lily: Toy!

Lisa: I keep forgetting I taught Lily on basic messaging.

Lucy: And everything will happen and you wonder

Luna: I wonder how, I wonder why. Yesterday you told me 'bout the blue, blue sky

Lincoln: And all that I can see is just another lemon tree

Lori: So this is what you literally meant by depressed.

Clyde: Yup.

Luan: I'm turning my head up and down

Lynn Sr: I'm turning, turning, turning, turning, turning around. And all that I can see is just a yellow lemon tree.

Lucy: And I wonder, wonder.

Lincoln: I wonder how, I wonder why

Luna: Yesterday you told me 'bout the blue, blue sky

Luan: And all that I can see

Clyde: And all that I can see

Lynn Sr: And all that I can see is just a yellow lemon tree

Lori: Are you guys literally done?

Leni: Like, where did you guys found the lemon tree.

Lisa: You really haven't caught on?

Lana: About what?

Lincoln: That was a lyric prank. The song is Lemon Tree by Fool's Garden.

Lucy: It's a song about depression.

Luna: Wow, deep song dudes.

Luan: As soon as I saw the chorus. I figured it out.

Lola: So we're not making lemonades?

-Rita is online-

Rita: Kids, I'll be buying in the farmer's market so your dad and I can cook dinner. What you guys want?

Lily: LEMONS!

-END-

AN: And that's a wrap on this chapter. That song is pretty catchy. And yes, I picked it out of a meme and since the lyrics are so relatable so I figured that I should do this. The next lyric prank will be a romance song from an Asian TV series, A Love So Beautiful. So please send me your ships [including Lincoln and his friends please]. They'll be the one doing the lyric prank.
