AN: Hello readers! I'm back, sorry for the long delay. It took a while for me to figure out both Reiza's and Akari's hero costumes and the Battle Trial teams:)

Also since college has started up for me again this week, I've decided to go back to a rotation schedule with this and my 2 other main stories. This will hopefully allow for a steady flow of updates, a chapter or two at least once a month.

There may be times that I won't be able to reach that goal if I start to get too much work at a time, though, but I will try my best to update them when I can, prioritizing them based on their order in the rotation.

Now with that out of the way, I hope that you all enjoy today's chapter!

As always, please leave a review on anything you liked, think I should work on, or just any questions in general! I enjoy reading them and I will answer them at the end of the next chapter:D

Chapter 10: From Students to Real Heroes in Training

As soon as all of the kids of 1-A cleared the field, Tekine jumped down from the tree she had been sitting in and clicked her pen closed, letting out a deep sigh as she looked down at the notes she had jotted down.

Even from the small amount of time she had been watching them, she could tell that all of them had the potential of becoming heroes someday. She could also tell, though, that some would have to work harder than others to actually excel not only within the hero course, but also under the watchful eye of Aizawa Shota. They didn't know it yet, but her presence might be the very thing that saves them if push comes to shove and they somehow anger the fairly blunt and rational man she had known for years.

He may be hard to read at times, but even from a distance she could tell that the Erasure Hero had an inkling of a liking to his class, or…most of them anyway. It had been a long time since she had seen Aizawa as angry as he had been with Midoriya before, seeing a look in his red eyes that didn't even come close to the ones he would give either her or Hizashi when they got on his nerves to that extent.

She deduced that this was probably the teacher side of him, wanting what was best for his student even if that would have left him expelled from a program he didn't believe he was ready for.

She started to walk over to where she believed Aizawa to be in order to compare notes but stopped when she saw a clash that had the potential to not go well...

Aizawa and All Might, two total opposites in both character and personality, were talking to each other. She tried to figure out why since she was just out of ear shot to accurately hear what they were saying, but apparently caught the end of the conversation when Aizawa started to walk away from the Number 1 hero.

He said something under his breath towards the hero behind him before his gaze shifted over to her as she was standing off to the side of his path. He didn't stop in his stride and only gently grabbed her arm to follow him when she still hadn't moved.

Tekine didn't protest and only quickened her stride as he let go of her arm, looking over her shoulder to still see All Might smiling at their backs as she sent him a wave.

"What was that all about, Shota?" Tekine asked as she turned back around to see the man next to her put his hands in his pockets. "Starting to actually warm up to one of your new co-workers?"

"None of your concern. And no, I haven't." He simply stated, never taking his eyes off of the path in front of him. "Were you able to get an idea of the students' overall capabilities from where you were sitting?"

"Sort of, but not because I was too far away or anything. Even with all of these tests they did today, basically all of them required some physicality or adaptability when it came to their quirks to get a high ranking. " Tekine explained. "The powerful quirks of someone like Bakugo Katsuki or Todoroki Shoto were able to manage to get top rankings with ease…"

"While some like Jiro Kyoka and Hagakure Toru scrapped close to the bottom due to their quirks working better in stealth or detection." Aizawa finished, hearing Tekine hum in response.

"I'll get a better gauge of their abilities hopefully during the Battle trial tomorrow." She said.

"Kine."

"Yes?"

He paused in his steps as a silence feel between them for a time, causing confusion to spread across Tekine's face when he didn't say anything for a long while.

"Please keep an eye and make sure that celebrity of a hero doesn't go in too much over his head tomorrow." He warned, looking over at her with a sense of urgency in his gaze. "It has only been one day, and some divides and irrational tensions have already formed between a few of the students. Make sure if some are either teamed or pitted against one another, that they don't end giving Recovery Girl more work without a rational reason."

He didn't go much further than that, but he knew he didn't have to from seeing some understanding within Tekine's gaze as she nodded her head. Considering her niece was a part of the tensions he spoke of, he knew that the woman next to him had an idea of how bad it could get if these said tensions were allowed to boil over in such an environment as a Battle Trial.

["GET OUT OF THE WAY, YA DAMN BAR MAGNET OR I'LL KILL YOU! THIS IS BETWEEN ME AND THAT DAMN NERD!" Bakugo threatened.

Reiza smirked in response as she brought out some of her metal balls, bringing her hands up into a fighting stance as metal solidified and coated her arms. "I'd like to see you try. Let's see how you fair in comparison to the others that have said those exact same words to me."]

If that girl is anything like her Aunt or hardheaded father, then I know she wouldn't hesitate if given the option to take Bakugo's ego down a couple pegs…

But that also works in the reverse from Bakugo's end, even though I'm pretty sure he wouldn't go to the extent that he said he would. Hopefully Kine sees that too and will take my advice. I know they'll need to learn how to work together eventually, but…

I don't think a Battle Trial is the best place to get that to happen. Especially if no one is prepared to intervene if it gets too dangerous for everyone involved.

The Next Day…

Reiza came into school the next day thinking that it was going to be as exhilarating as the first, only to be blindsided by that fact that even those in the hero course still had to take boring normal core classes in the mornings.

It honestly put a huge brake and damper on her day, nearly driving Yaoyorozu insane from the number of times she had to tell the girl to stop whining or trying to nap beside her. Even with the pro heroes being the teachers of their respective courses, it didn't do anything to stop anyone in 1-A from feeling like their day was going by so slowly before they went off to eat lunch within the main cafeteria before their noon classes.

After they had grabbed their food, Reiza, Akari, and Yaoyorozu found an empty table to sit with one another. Before they began to eat or say a word, though, a few others followed them that they each recognized were in their class: Jiro, Kaminari, and Kirishima.

"Hey guys! Are any of these seats taken?" Kirishima asked.

"Nope, they're all yours." Reiza said with a smile as Akari and Yaoyorozu nodded in agreement.

Jiro went over to sit next to Yaoyorozu with Kaminari beside her, while Kirishima decided to sit next to Reiza with Akari at the end.

"Well, I believe this calls for better introductions with each other." Kaminari suggested. "I've sort of gotten to know Kirishima and Jiro since we sit close together in class. I haven't had a chance to really talk to any you lovely ladies, though."

No one had any complaints and did so, allowing some of the awkward tension in the air to dispel between them. When that was all over and done, Kirishima sent a look of admiration towards the girl beside him.

"It was pretty manly of you for what you did by helping that green-haired kid in our class yesterday." Kirishima stated. "I really thought that Bakugo kid was going to end up killing you both when you decided to stand up to him."

"Aww thanks!" Reiza swooned as Yaoyorozu and Akari both deadpanned.

"Please don't add more fuel to her sense of pride that she believes is a sense of accomplishment." Akari lightly warned, causing everyone but Reiza to laugh at her statement.

"I second that." Yaoyorozu said in between laughs as Reiza's form deflated even further. "If you do it too much, you may end up regretting it in the future."

"Great…Even during the best period of the day, you both seem to just ruin any type of fun that comes my way." Reiza sighed, laughing along with them after a while when she couldn't help herself.

When lunch ended, it was finally time for their afternoon classes, where their hero training would finally begin.

Idle chatter was going through the room as 1-A was waiting for their teacher to arrive, only to be surprised when the Number 1 himself triumphantly stepped inside of the classroom.

"WE ARE HERE!" All Might announced aloud. "As I come through the door like a hero!"

Most of everyone let out shouts of both surprise and shock from seeing that the rumors were true in that he was teaching the class. Reiza only let out a sigh at the sight as she directed her attention to the window beside her, finding the clouds a more amusing sight to see.

Yaoyorozu saw this from the corner of her eye as they fell slightly in some form of confusion. Even with it being weeks ago, she could still remember the night when Reiza and Akari had been given their results by All Might, remembering that chill that had settled in the air and the ice that had been behind the usually warm eyes of her friend.

What is going on with you, Kusei? she thought as she turned her eyes back to the front of the classroom.

It has been a long time since I've seen that from you. What has All Might done to you to make you feel that way whenever you see him?

Before she could think any more about it, her eyes widened when she caught the sight of someone's navy blue hair that she couldn't mistake for anyone else's, who happened to be right behind All Might.

"Um, hey, Kusei…" Yaoyorozu started. "I think you should turn around and see this."

"See what?" Reiza asked in some form of annoyance. "I feel like I've already seen enou-"

"You just couldn't help yourself, huh All Might?" A woman sighed, stopping Reiza from talking any further from recognizing the voice almost instantly.

Her head quickly swerved around to see Tekine standing at the podium next to All Might, wearing a hero costume she had seen numerous times before.

It was a sleeveless, navy-blue shirt that wasn't too tight but was tight enough to show off some of her natural curves. Strips of a lighter blue accented the sides and front, while the shirt itself was tucked inside black pants that were partly covered by her navy-blue boots. Her hair was kept up in her usual braid, while her outfit was finished off with the black athletic tape wrapped around her forearms that nearly resembled fingerless gloves.

"Wh-What?" Reiza stuttered, feeling her brain having trouble accepting what she was currently looking at. "W-Why is she? Wh-When did she…"

As Reiza was trying to get over her initial disbelief of the situation, another round of shocked gasps went through the class at the sight of the woman standing next to All Might.

"No way!" Kaminari shouted in surprise. "Not only do we have the hero in the Number 1 spot teaching us, but we also have another in the top 20 as well!? Awesome!"

"Oh, my goodness! It's Kintec: The Close Quarters Hero!" Midoriya gushed from his seat, with Bakugo letting out an annoyed breath from hearing it right behind him. "She was able to raise her ranking to 15 last year and projected to go even higher!"

"Shut up, Deku…" Bakugo grumbled. "Go and fangirl somewhere else."

"Are you also going to be teaching this class as well, Miss Kintec?" Ashido asked excitedly, trying her best to keep herself composed.

Tekine more or less laughed internally from all of their reactions, chuckling even more after a while when she also saw Akari's, Yaoyorozu's, and especially Reiza's reaction to her being here.

"That will be gone over shortly, but yes you could say so." Tekine answered with a warm smile. "Though, one thing I will say before we get started is that you all don't have to be so formal with me in terms of name when we're in class. You could say I'm sort of like Aizawa in that regard, where you can just say my actual name if you'd like, which is Reiza Tekine. To lessen some confusion between me and my niece though, I'm comfortable with just being called Tekine."

Some silence fell in the room as nearly everyone stiffened at the hero's family name, looking back at the girl in the 22nd seat who honestly grew nervous from all of their looks.

Well, that took little time at all for that to be figured out about me, Reiza thought to herself as a nervous smile crept on her face. Didn't think someone would come in and spoil the surprise that quickly.

All Might's grin seemed to falter ever so slightly, sweatdropping at how casual Tekine had said it.

Tekine still hasn't found the value of patience I see….

When the silence persisted a little too long, Reiza let out a nervous laugh from the looks that had yet to lessen in intensity. "Um, something wrong gu-guys?"

That comment was able to trigger several people to gather around her desk, surprising her so much that she nearly fell out of her seat. She saw Ashido, Kirishima, Kaminari, Jiro, Uraraka, Mineta, and the list just went on as it seemed like almost the entire class was in front of her with a few exceptions.

"WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL US THAT YOU WERE RELATED TO SOMEONE LIKE HER!?" They all shouted, causing Reiza to pale considerably from their various looks of shock.

"Well…You didn't really ask?" Reiza responded, though it sounded more like a question to herself which caused them all to fall down to the ground in disbelief.

Yaoyorozu just looked over at the group and mostly just sighed at the sight while Akari deadpanned and looked at Tekine who seemed to be holding herself back from laughing hysterically.

They may not look completely alike, but both her and Kusei are definitely related, she thought with a sweatdrop.

All Might also saw how amused Tekine was at the sight of her niece nearly crushed by all of her classmate's surprise and questions, finding himself smiling even wider than he already was.

She had been pretty nervous before they came in here, nearly having second thoughts on revealing to Reiza that she was going to be one of her teachers in this way.

He tried to alleviate her worries, which seemed to work for a time before they got right in front of 1-A's door. When she started to grow nervous, he came into the room like he did in an effort to lighten her mood again. He had his own doubts of whether that worked or not, but when he finally got to see the smile that seemed to always be naturally on her face once more, he knew that she would be okay.

He was still thankful, however, that she hadn't come into the room until he had as she was able to miss the disdainful look Reiza had towards him when he entered.

He knew that his relationship with his goddaughter was…strained to say the least, which was probably the nicest word he could think of how to describe it right now. He hoped that with him now being a teacher at UA and her participating in the hero course this year, though, that he would be able to change that and regain the trust that he had from her before he had left so many years back.

He had burned a lot of bridges back then when he mourned the death of both his mentor and one of his dearest friends and hoped to mend them back together one day.

After everyone was finally able to cool down and return to their seats, All Might went on to explain what the class he dubbed as "Hero-ing 101" would entail.

"Here you will learn the basics of being a pro and how to fight in the name of good!" He triumphantly said as he flexed his muscles. "Today's lesson will pull no punches!"

"Yes! Fight training!" Bakugo exclaimed as chatter began to go around the room.

"Not only are you all going to be put into a battle simulation," Tekine began as she pointed over to the cabinets that were beginning to come out from the wall. "But you're also going to receive your hero costumes today, which are based on your quirk registration forms and any additional requests that you all made before school started."

Most of everyone in the class let out a loud cheer, rising up from their seats to get their respective outfits.

"You all have 20 minutes to get changed. When you're ready, meet us at Training Ground Beta!" All Might shouted as everyone steadily filtered out of the room.

"Yes sir!"

When everyone left, both All Might and Tekine let out simultaneous sighs of relief, thankful that they had been able to lead the class as well as they had without screwing up that much.

"I don't know how Shota, Nemuri, and Hizashi do this every day so easily with 20+ kids staring right at them and trying not to mess up or stutter." Tekine said aloud. "And I thought running a Hero Agency was nerve-wracking…"

All Might let out a small chuckle. "Haha, well the fun has only begun." He remarked before coughing into his hand.

Tekine flinched when she saw a string of blood running down the side of his mouth. "Are you sure you're up to doing this Toshi?" She asked as she handed him a napkin. "Even the Hero of Peace deserves a rest once in a while."

"Don't be alarmed Tekine, I'm fine. This job will be rest as any, I assure you." All Might said with a bright smile that actually reached the blues of his shadowed eyes. "I know teaching the Heroes of the future will be about as worthwhile for me as it will be for you."

Tekine smiled at that as they began to walk towards the area known as Training Ground Beta, ready to begin the first real test for the future pros from Class 1-A.

10 minutes later…

Yaoyorozu was standing at the entrance of the girl's restroom with Ashido, Hagakure, Asui, and Jiro, waiting on the rest of the girls to finish getting dressed before they walked over to Training Ground Beta together. They were all wearing their hero costumes, finding it almost surreal still that they had made it to this point in their lives where they were actually going to train to become pros by the pros they had always looked up to.

None of them had many qualms over their respective uniforms, finding them fitting both their style and quirk quite nicely and knew they could make changes in the future if they wanted to.

It didn't take long for Uraraka to appear with hers, finding herself somewhat nervous due to the skintight design and having some regrets that she hadn't been specific enough for what she wanted to wear.

A few moments passed and Akari appeared next. For her hero costume, it was comprised of yellow and white accents color wise. Her top stopped just short of her stomach and had openings in her shoulders in order for her to have easy outlets to release heat whenever she used her quirk. She did have sleeves running a couple inches down her arms, with white gloves running midway up her forearm. The gloves seemed to have some type of reflective material on the bottoms of her palms, mostly likely to allow for easier collection to produce her beams of light.

For the bottom half of her body, she wore golden shorts with white accents running along their sides to match up with the ones going down the sides of her shirt, as well as a white utility belt around her waist. She also had white boots that had the same material of her gloves.

She had something wrapped around her ears that if the button was pressed would construct a visor over her eyes in order to protect herself from the brightness of her own light. Even though the reflective panels were mostly condensed in her gloves and boots, there were also scattered around the entirety of her costume to provide a prism-like effect for the material. Other than providing reflectivity, they also served passively as solar panels in order to help power her suit with solar energy that she could use whenever she needed it.

"Wow Akari, that looks awesome on you!" Ashido shouted gleefully, with each of the other girls sending back agreeing nods.

It took Akari by surprise since she had met most of these girls just yesterday, prompting a small blush to coat her cheeks as she looked away in an attempt to hide it.

"Think so?" She asked almost meekly without meaning to, causing most of them to laugh due to a rare break in her normally bored expression.

"Yeah totally!" Hagakure said as she sent a thumbs up in her direction.

"I also agree with the others, ribbit." Asui stated aloud. "Though sort of flashy, the reflective material does give it a really nice touch."

"Well, Ichika is about as flashy as it gets due to the bright nature of her quirk." Reiza joked.

Akari and the others were somewhat surprised from just now noticing that Reiza had come out, looking at her costume when Akari stepped to the side.

She wore some type of black vest that had silver metal plating on the fronts and back. It was sleeveless, allowing for Reiza's bare arms to show with two metal rings wrapped around the upper part of her arm a little ways from her shoulders. The same metal rings were also wrapped around the end of her fingerless gauntlets, where the same metal plating was located on the back of her hands.

She had a silver belt wrapped around her waist, with pouches on both sides carrying a collection of her metal balls that the school made for her based off how Yaoyorozu had made them for her before. They were tightly secured and closed in order to prevent them from just dangling from her waist. There was also a hidden pouch located in her belt that held some emergency iron pills just in case her iron ran low when she used her quirk too much.

Her outfit was finished with black pants that met with her black boots, both donning the same silver plating located all throughout her costume. The only pop of color that came from her entire outfit were the blue shades that were currently folded and dangling on her collar.

"Sorry, didn't mean to take so long." Reiza said as she rested her hands on the back of her head. "You all look great by the way."

"Aw thanks, you too!" Most of the girls collectively said.

Uraraka came up to her and glossed over her form, with her being drawn by the metal bands on Reiza's arms. They seemed to be hollow, though she couldn't really tell what was inside of them, looking over at the silverette with interest in her eyes. "Do those have a specific purpose or is it just for the aesthetic of your outfit?"

"Hmmm, well…" Reiza contemplated aloud. A small smile grew on her face as she looked over at Uraraka with a playful gaze. "I can't tell you all of my tricks with this battle trial about to start, since there's at least one of you that'll probably be my opponent. You're just going have to wait and see, Uraraka. But I can tell say that it does relate to my quirk. It isn't all that flashy, so I have to have at least some surprises to make tests like these interesting."

"Oh true, I see." Uraraka stated with a small pout.

"I meant to ask during lunch earlier, but what even is your quirk, Reiza?" Jiro asked as she leaned off of the wall. "I'm guessing it relates to metal, but other than that it's mostly a mystery to me since it didn't seem like you really used it all that often yesterday other than when you protected Midoriya that one time from that crazy guy."

"Oh yeah I almost forgot about that!" Ashido said aloud. "There was some type of metal on your arms that time. I thought it was going to relate to Ms. Tekine's quirk in some way, since you're her niece. But now I'm not too sure…"

They all began throwing questions in her direction, with Reiza herself quickly feeling overwhelmed as she wasn't able to fully answer one before another came up. Yaoyorozu, her savior, saw that she needed assistance and came up with something that diverted their attention when she looked over at a clock from across the room.

"Hey girls, we should go ahead and go." She called aloud. "We have about 5 or so minutes to get to Training Ground Beta."

None of the girls had noticed that it was nearly time to get over there, causing all of them to filter out of the restroom with the questions regarding Reiza's quirk all but forgotten.

Reiza let out a breath of relief, sending a nod of thanks in Yaoyorozu's direction as she returned it with a smile of her own. There hadn't ever been that many people so interested in her quirk before, knowing that if she hadn't stopped their questioning that even more would've popped up.

She hadn't ever really experienced that since she didn't use her quirk out in the open all that much and if she did, not many could pinpoint what she was actually doing. Liquefying metal through the use of externalizing her electricity was a more recent thing that she had learned. And due to metal not always being around unless she had some on hand, her quirk tended to be more situational or better for detection with the magnetic field she creates when she polarizes the iron in her body.

Maybe one day she'll be able to figure out how to polarize other things to make things easier for her when she was out on the field, but for now she just had to work with what she had, compensating for what she didn't with her natural prowess for fighting.

Something she hoped she would be able to show off today.

Training Ground Beta

All Might and Tekine stood in front of the corridor that led into Training Ground Beta, smiling as their students began to walk through with their new hero costumes on full display.

"They say that clothes make the pros, young ladies and gentlemen. And what I'm seeing now from all of you is living proof of that." All Might stated as they came to stop in front of them. "Wow! You all look so cool!"

"I agree. You all don't look half bad wearing those." Tekine added. "It's fitting, since from this moment on, you are all officially Heroes in Training." She turned to look over at All Might with a sideways glance. "Well, All Might, should we go ahead and get started?"

"Oh, wait Ms. Kin- I mean Tekine!" Uraraka said aloud, gaining everyone's attention. "Deku hasn't made it over here yet!"

Some confusion fell on the faces around her due to some not knowing who she was referring to, with Bakugo letting out a scoff as he crossed his arms.

"That damn nerd would decide to be late." He grumbled.

It didn't take too long for the boy in question to arrive, greeted by both Uraraka and even Reiza when he made it towards the front of the group, with All Might clearing his throat to begin explaining what was about to happen.

"Well with everyone here, it's time for us to begin with your combat training." He announced.

Before he could continue, Iida's hand snapped upwards. "Ma'am and Sir. Two Questions." He said, seeing both of the pros look towards him. "First question is mostly for Ms. Tekine: I believe it was Ashido who asked earlier if you would also play the role as our teacher during this period. You said you would elaborate in due time, but I don't think you ever got to it. Care to explain now before any more confusion arises?"

Some surprise flashed on Tekine's face before she let out a laugh, smiling as she brought out the clipboard in her hand more into view. "Sorry about that. I'm fairly new at this, so you'll maybe have to bear with me a little longer while I get the hang of this." Tekine apologized before looking at the group. "You all probably don't know that this is technically my 2nd day here, since I attended your Quirk Assessment Test yesterday as well. But unlike Aizawa who is your homeroom teacher or All Might who will usually lead this period, I don't have my own class since I'm going to be the Combat Specialist for both 1-A and 1-B, the other class that's going through the hero course. My job will primarily have me take note of all of your strengths and weaknesses in regards of how you use your quirk in a of variety areas such a combat. I'm basically here to make sure you improve in the areas that you're lacking in and give either pointers or guided instruction on how to fix them..."

"So more often than not, well unless I'm not busy with something else, I'll be sitting in classes like this one, so I can start to get an idea of where you're all at. " She continued. "I would've met everyone yesterday during the Quirk Assessment Test, but Aizawa thought it would be best for me to get a gauge of what you all could do without me being there and making you nervous." She paused before looking back over at Iida. "I think I covered all of my bases. Though if I missed something, just be sure to tell me and I'll try to clear it up in any way I can."

"I think that was proficient enough, so thank you." Iida said with a bow. "Now for my next question which either of you can answer: I'm positive that this was the fake city that was used during the practical part of our test during the Entrance Exams. Does that mean urban battles will be focused on during the trial today?"

"Great eye and question Young Iida, but not exactly. We're putting you two steps ahead!" All Might answered with two fingers raised. "Yes, you may see most villains fight in outdoor, open areas on the news. But statistically speaking, run-ins with more dangerous evildoers occur indoors. Truly intelligent criminals stay hidden in the shadows, which will be put to the test during this exercise. You all will be split into teams of good and bad guys. Most will fight two-on two indoor battles while there will be one three-on-three battle to keep things fair and even due to the number of people in this class."

"Wait, isn't this a little advanced for us?" Asui asked.

"The best way to train is to learn from what you get from the battlefield. But unlike last time, you're not dealing with robots. You're dealing with actual people now."

A chorus of questions arose from the class before All Might had finished his explanation, prompting Tekine to step in.

"Hey now, settle down." Tekine stated, giving All Might some time to pull out his script. "We were just about to get to an important part. After you hear it, most, if not, all of your questions may be answered."

All Might cleared his throat when he arrived at the correct page. "Here's the situation: A hidden nuclear missile has been placed somewhere inside of the villain's hideout. The heroes must try their best to foil their plans. In order for the good guys to win, they must either catch the evildoers or recover the weapon. The bad guys will succeed if they're able to protect their payload or capture the heroes."

Tekine grabbed a yellow box that had been sitting behind her and All Might, making sure that the entire class could see it. "There will be times that you'll have to team up with an assortment of heroes in the field without your choosing, making this the best time as any to simulate that among your classmates." She said with a smile. "Each of you will be drawing lots for your selected teams. Two letters in A-J have been selected to have an extra, since 2 teams of 3 are needed so that it doesn't force another team to be tested a second time. Those Teams will go first, considering those two letters were taken out of the Battle pool to make it easier on us in the long run."

"There's no time to waste my students, so get in line and then we can begin!" All Might triumphantly announced as he pumped a fist into the air. "Let's draw!"

Everyone got into line to receive their lots, with each of them hoping that their partners would be someone that they either liked or would definitely allow them to win this test. Some were given a teammate that was at least desirable, though that didn't always equate to adding to your chances of winning with the reverse being true as well.

After everyone else had drawn before her, Reiza came up as the last one before they would finally start.

The teams (so far) are as follows:

Team A: Uraraka, Midoriya, and Kaminari

Team B: Shoji and Todoroki

Team C: Mineta and Yaoyorozu

Team D: Bakugo and Iida

Team E: Ashido and Aoyama

Team F: Koda and Sato

Team G: Akari and Jiro

Team H: Tokoyami and Asui

Team I: Ojiro and Hagakure

Team J: Sero and Kirishima

Since Reiza would be added on the last team of 3, all she knew at this point was that she was going to go up against Team A. It was sort of a bummer that she wouldn't be teamed up with those three, though it excited her at the same time to see what they were all capable of first hand.

She wanted some sort of challenge, something she knew that they would give her, but she also wanted it from her team as well. It was up for random chance at what team she was going to be on, with some part of hoping but also not hoping that it wouldn't be with Akari or Yaoyorozu as she didn't want to win this Battle Trial that easily.

When she pulled her lot, she nearly regretted that thought before, looking down at her hand that put her on a team with the only 2 people in the entire class that she already had some issues with.

Those two, seriously? She thought, with some annoyance coming on her face for a short time that caused Tekine and even All Might to grow nervous due to her reaction.

Another teacher had been the one to put the lots inside of the box in Tekine's hand, meaning they had no clue which letters had the extras for the 3-on-3 team battle.

"Um, is something wrong Young Reiza?" All Might asked when the girl in question hadn't moved from her spot, prompting some like Akari, Yaoyorozu, and even Midoriya to look over in direction. She had gone uncharacteristically quiet and still, which would put anyone who knew her at unease.

When she let out a sigh and then laughed a little under her breath, she looked up at both heroes with a wavering smirk on her face, raising up her lot for them to see.

"Nope, everything's fine." She responded, smiling even further when she saw their eyes widen ever so slightly as she casually walked over to her assigned team.

"Considering I just got the challenge that I was asking for," She stated, stopping when her sky-blue eyes clashed with piercing red.

LostNeko120: You're welcome! Glad to hear that you enjoyed the chapter and hope you enjoy Reiza's reaction to her Aunt's new job at UA within this chapter. JiroxMomo and MidoriyaxUraraka will be put into the shipping bag for now. Still haven't determined what the main ship of this story will be. It may be a while before I do, but it'll hopefully be determined eventually.

Thanks for your review!
