[Royal Woods: Loud Residence]

Breakfast was usually a quite joyful time in the loud house as everyone chit-chatted about what their plans were for their day especially on a Saturday morning.

But this day was a little quieter than usual which was very unusual for the loud house and especially the loud family. Lisa was just quietly eating her breakfast without saying anything as her mind was elsewhere wondering what Pokemon Lincoln was going to catch now that he had Sobble as his.

Despite being a super genius for her age she was still only human so patience was something she knew she needed to have but something she would rather not have as she wanted to study Pokemon as soon as possible.

Lucy meanwhile was staring at Lisa as just earlier she was kicked out of her room after asking too many questions to which the genius replied that would be answered in due time. Lucy wanted to know what was going on and she wanted answers now.

As for Rita, she ate because she needed to keep up her strength but it was clear to everyone that she was not in the best of moods so she was left alone as it was clear from the bags on her eyes that she hardly got any sleep last night most likely worrying about Lincoln.

'I cannot believe that no good jerk is putting mom through this! I swear when he gets back I'm going to give him an atomic suplex for putting her through this!' thought Lynn as she took another bite of her breakfast.

'Mom really doesn't look like she's in the best of shape and I don't blame her as even though he wrote all of that mean stuff about us he's still my little brother.' thought Leni as she was having second thoughts about what had happened only a few days earlier.

'Dudes it feels like everyone's taking sides, mom Lisa and Lucy are on Lincoln side and everyone else is still against them but what about me? I mean I'm still mad about what little bro wrote about me but it was his private diary so should we really have read it?' wondered Luna who was beginning to wonder if this whole decision to send Lincoln away was a good idea on the first place.

Pretty much everyone in the room has the same idea although it was in some way different but all in all everyone thought of one person in particular and had a single question on their mind.

What was Lincoln doing on the other side of the world in that island nation that no one had heard about until a few days ago.

"So guys what do you want what to do today?"Asked Lori hoping to break the tension that was clearly in the room.

"Well since everything went down with Lincoln we really haven't been focusing on any of our activities so I say we go to the mall try to put our minds at ease."said Leni, who normally would be ecstatic at the thought of going to the mall but wasn't feeling as enthusiastic as she usually did.

"Yeah there's some sales for new princess dresses and my favorite store and I don't want to miss it."said Lola, who wasn't as affected by Lincoln leaving as everyone else.

"Yeah... Sam and the rest of my band are going to be having a meeting at the food court and I totally blanked out about it until today because of what happened with... never mind I'm going."said Luna who really wanted to distract her mind this very day.

"Yeah... and I need to get going to open up the restaurant."added Lynn Sr who knew that Saturday was usually the biggest day for his restaurant Lynn's Table.

"I'm just going to go to my room for a while and... get some sleep."said Rita as she excused yourself from the table and walk towards her bedroom and slam the door shut before making her way to the bed.

Meanwhile everyone else looked at the scene with shock but they decided not to pry any further as they did not want to upset their mother so they all quietly went outside to Vanzilla as they figured it was best to give their mother/wife some space for a while.

As for Rita she just laid there on her bed holding bun bun wondering how Lincoln was doing.

[Galar Region: Postwick]

Meanwhile back in Galar Lincoln had just finished explaining to Miss Taylor that he would be going to Wedgehurst, or more specifically the Pokemon lab in Wedgehurst as he needed to get a pokedex if he truly wanted to start off his journey to learn more about the Pokemon that called this region their home

Miss Taylor gave some words of advice to Lincoln that even though Sobble will battle to the very ends of the year for him that not to push the little guy too hard. After her lecture she gave Lincoln his card that Lisa gave him to hold money and told him that she transited a bit more money into his account that way most of this expenses will be covered for a while.

Lincoln thank the kind woman and headed out to the Wedgehurst Pokemon lab to get a pokedex, which was his original goal before the whole incident with the naughty Wooloo.

As Lincoln was making his way through route one he ran into Hop who was doing some special training with his Scorbunny. After seeing how much hard work Hop was putting into his training Lincoln decided to spend some time on training as he knew if he slacked off Hop would beat him as he could tell that Hop wanted to reach his brother so he was training his butt off in order for that to happen.

After an hour or so of special training with some of the wild Pokémon on route one Lincoln finally arrived in Wedgehurst where he coincidentally ended up in the train station where he in Hop went to pick up Leon the day before.

Just in front of that train station was a very familiar looking Charizard being adored by various fans of all ages including a little girl and her grandfather.

"Well there's Charizard but I wonder where Leon is I hope Leon and Charizard didn't get separated since Leon would end up lost without his Pokemon helping him out.

"Look Grandpa it's the ultimate Charizard!"said a little girl who was admiring the champions main Pokemon.

"Yes sweetie I know and it's a marvelous Charizard if I do say them so myself."said the little girl's grandfather in agreement.

Lincoln smiled at the display before deciding to approach Charizard to ask him where Leon is as most likely Leon was where the Pokemon lab was located.

"Hey Charizard you wouldn't mind telling me where your trainer is?"asked Lincoln for which the fire lizard Pokemon pointed his claw to the left while letting out a mighty roar.

"Okay then."was all Lincoln said as he walked the direction Charizard was pointing at and sure enough about five minutes later he arrived on a huge purple building with a Pokeball symbol in the front and just in front of that building was not other than Leon himself.

"I see you found your way to the Pokemon lab."

"Yeah but to be completely honest I sort of got sidetracked since I got busy training Sobble... Before I knew it an hour had passed so I hurried here as fast as I could."said Lincoln who decided to be honest as he had nothing to hide.

"Makes sense since I can't say I would have done anything different. In fact I merely missed an exhibition match after I spent a lot of time training in the wild..."said Leon as he was rubbing the back of his head nervously as he remembered getting an earful for that conundrum.

"See how your world has expanded things to Pokemon. I am glad I have Charizard by my side... to always make sure I don't get lost as I have absolutely no sense of direction whatsoever, but enough of that let's head on inside and get you that Pokedex."said Leon as he opened the door and motioned for Lincoln to go first.

Inside the Pokémon lab Lincoln was absolutely amazed as he had a feeling Lisa would be absolutely jealous a professor Magnolia's laboratory compared to hers as it was several times the size of their house.

Everywhere he looked there was books and equipment all around and there was even a little experiment at the corner of the room that looked like to be working with some sensitive plants as well as some equipment that Lincoln figured it was best not to touch or mess with.

Suddenly Lincoln starts to interrupted by the sound of barking and he turned to see an adorable looking dog like Pokemon approaching them or more specifically Leon.

"What is it today Leon. Do you want me to look into more never before seen super strong Pokemon? I really wish you would stop with these outlandish requests."said a female voice that sounded like it was coming from the second floor.

When Lincoln turned to see who was speaking he saw a beautiful woman about Leon's age. He was reddish orange hair tied in a side ponytail with many accessories in her hair including glasses worn the same way his sister Leni wears her sunglasses. Her a tire consisted of a turquoise blue top with a brown overcoat on top with tight fitting light blue jeans with matching boots with similar accessories like the ones on her hair. Lincoln figured that this individual was a fashionista like his sister as she looked like she was into the latest trends.

"Lincoln allow me to introduce you to Yamper, he's a real reliable boy that got me out of plenty of tight spots back in the day as I started as a trainer. Oh and this is his trainer Sonia.. now what can I tell you about Sonia...Oh! I like the way she cooks as she always makes food that is super delicious that you want to gobble up in a flash."

"Hey! What kind of introduction is that did you forget already that we were rivals on our journeys and it wasn't just Yamper helping you out back then I did too."said Sonia who was slightly offended by the remark Leon made but decided to move on.

"Anyway like he said my name is Sonia and I happen to be the professor's assistant as well as her granddaughter."said Sonia as she in Lincoln shook hands.

"Nice to meet you Sonia."

"Well I got to get going so Sonia if you don't mind can you please help out Lincoln with a pokedex."said Leon as he took his leave.

"There he goes again with his outlandish request I swear he has his head in the clouds sometimes it's no wonder that he always gets lost."said Sonia before she turned her attention to Lincoln."Oh I see you were given the latest Rotom phone, hey Rotom."

Upon the Rotom phone hearing this he came out of Lincoln's pocket to introduced itself

"So tell me Lincoln how much do you know about Pokemon?"Asked Sonia.

"Well if I'm being completely honest I don't know much but I want to learn as this is probably the most interesting thing I've ever learned about no scratch that it is the most interesting thing I've ever learned about."said Lincoln with much sincerity."

"Glad to hear that, and thank you for your honesty just for that I'm going to install a chip that will allow you to use the Pokedex on your Rotom phone that way you don't have to carry too many items."said Sonia is she motion for the Rotom phone to come over to her.

Once the Rotom phone got into her hands Sonia pulled out some kind of high-tech chip and installed it into Rotom allowing the Pokedex function to be installed into the already sophisticated device.

"There you go Lincoln you will now be able to use the Pokedex on your Rotom phone without any issue. But since the Pokedex is a gift from my grandmother I suggest you head down to her house to properly thank her."said Sonia as she hoped that this would impress her grandmother in some way.

Lincoln just politely took the roads on phone back before responding."Yeah I guess I should do that since I haven't actually met the Professor yet and I've been wanting to meet her."said Lincoln as he politely excuse himself before walking out of the lab.

Along the way Lincoln decided to do some research on trainer info and learn something new. Trainers not only battle for fun but they also battle for money as every time you win or lose or battle some of the money in your account gets transferred to the winners account.

Lincoln couldn't help but smile at this as he knew that being a Pokemon trainer did come up with expenses especially when it came to Pokemon food. As Lincoln was making his way to route two he ran into Hop who look like he was currently deep in thought.

"Hey Lincoln I've been thinking of ways of convincing Lee to let us join the gym challenge."

"They gym challenge?"asked Lincoln as he never heard that before.

"The gym challenge mate. It's an annual competition where trainers have to collect eight badges from eight facilities known as Pokemon stadiums in order to compete against one another and for a chance to take on the champion for the title."said Hop as he was trying to figure out a way to convince his brother to let him and Lincoln join.

"Hmm...well I'm going to go see Professor Magnolia we can probably ask her to convince them as I figure he will probably listen to her."said Lincoln as he figured the professor was greatly respected by the champion.

"That is brilliant Lincoln! Lee would surely listen to the professor as she was the one who gave him Charizard when he was only a Charmander."said Hop who was wondering why he didn't come up with this.

Okay let's head out."said Hop as he ran off as quickly as usual leaving Lincoln in the dust before he can even respond.

"Well I should probably add some more Pokemon to my team since Hop has two and I have one and I'm pretty sure he's at it another member to his team by now."said Lincoln who thought it was best to diversify his Pokemon before heading off to Professor Magnolia's house.

Noticing a Pokemon center next to where he had his conversation with Hop Lincoln didn't waste any time and going inside and going to the PokeMart to buy some pokeballs as well as some potions that he would need later along the line.

A short while later Lincoln pass on route one looking for some Pokemon when he spotted a familiar looking Pokemon that he figured would be a good addition to his team.

Since he knew nothing about the Pokemon he decided to pull out his Pokedex to learn more about the sheep Pokemon since he has seen so many in his short time in Galar.

Pokedex: Wooloo, the sheep Pokemon. if its fleece grows too long, Wooloo won't be able to move. Cloth made with the wool of this Pokemon is surprisingly strong.

This Wooloo is male and it's special ability is fluffy.

"Man I can't believe there are domesticated and wild Wooloo all over these areas. I must say today must be my lucky day."said Lincoln as he was going to go over to capture the sheep Pokemon when he tripped over something.

Wooloo being especially curious walked over to the young trainer to see if he was all right when Lincoln quickly popped up and tapped the Pokeball onto Wooloo's face.

"Gotcha ancient secret ninja technique of playing dead!"exclaimed Lincoln as ruler was quickly enveloped into the Pokeball which fell to the floor and began wiggling.

A few seconds later the wiggling stop and a click sound was heard. Lincoln just smiled as he grabbed the Pokeball and held it high in the air happy that he captured his another official Pokemon besides Sobble!"

"Oh yeah I just caught a Wooloo."exclaimed Lincoln with joy as you decided to go back to route two to see if he could catch another Pokemon to add to his team.

A short while later Lincoln was on route two looking for another Pokemon to add to his team when he notice that there was a particular Pokemon that seemed to be cleaning up the tracks and left behind with its tail that was shaped like some kind of broom.

Curious Lincoln decide to pull out his Pokedex to see the information on the Pokemon in front of him.

Pokedex': Nickit, the fox Pokemon. Cunning and cautious, this Pokemon survived by stealing food from others. It erases it's tracks with swipes of its tail as it makes off with its plunder.This Nickit is male and it's ability is run away."Hmm... I'm not sure about you but I need to even the odds with Hop so I'm definitely going to catch you."said Lincoln as he pulled out his pokeball and called out Sobble.

"Sobble sob!"said the water lizard Pokemon with fierce determination and his eyes as it looked down at its opponent.

Nicket meanwhile growled at them as it was ready for battle.

"Sobble use water gun!"exclaimed Lincoln causing the water lizard Pokemon to shoot a stream of water at the fox Pokemon causing it some damage.

Nickit tried to counter with the move beat up but Sobble just got out of the way.

"Sobble finish this with pound!"exclaimed Lincoln and in response his Pokemon unleashed a powerful pound attack sending the fox Pokemon flying.

"Go Pokeball!"yelled Lincoln as he tossed the Pokeball in mid-air causing it to hit the fox Pokemon in the head before it became enveloped in light.

Soon the light was absorbed back into the ball as the Pokeball fell to the floor and began wiggling. Lincoln held his breath as he waited for the results as he knew he only got lucky with Wooloo, so he wasn't entirely sure how this was going to go.

After a few moments of intense wiggling the Pokeball stopped at a click sound was heard indicating that the fox Pokemon was successfully captured.

"I just got a Nickit!"exclaimed Lincoln as he pulled out booth pokeballs.

"Well I'm not sure if I'm the trainer worry for you guys but I hope we can work together in the future since I plan to be the best and that means I'm going to make you guys the best Pokemon that there ever was."said Lincoln as he smiled at both pokeballs before putting them away on his belt and recalling Sobble before going on his way to the professor's house.

Moves: tackle, defense curl, growl.

Moves: quick attack, beat up.

Hey guys PrimusPilus here with some news. Just finish this latest chapter of the story and it wasn't easy since I want to make the Pokemon on each of my stories as different as possible with the exception of one.

Anyway the reason I chose Wooloo is because I fell in love with the side of that Pokemon the moment I saw it as it was extremely adorable in my opinion while Nickit is there because I like the Pokemon and I figure it will be a good Pokemon early on in the story.

Next chapter will be out sometime later along with the other stories chapter. I hope you enjoy the battle between Lincoln and hop as they battle it out for a chance to get the endorsement they need to take on the gym challenge.
