At Columbia University, The Lizard runs on a rampage destroying parts of building and terrorizing the students & staff. The staff and students on campus scream for their lives. A student yells, "Spider-Man! Where are you?!"
Spider-Man and Black Cat make it to the campus where the lizard is about to kill a group of his science colleagues. "Jigs up pal" Spider-Man says. "And this time you will go down" Black Cat says. The Lizard laughs. "Yeah right, you two will never defeat me" Lizard says before going to the lab and destroy it. They chase after him to the lab.
Once at the lab, the lizard looks for something to turn himself back to normal. "There has to be something to turn me back into my human self" Lizard says to himself. Spider-Man and Black Cat show up in the lab. "Dr. Connors. You need to get back to normal but not by a different antidote but with the same one we used last time to get you back to normal" Spider-Man says. Black Cat makes her jump to behind him to throw boxes on his tail so he can turn him back to normal. The Lizard screams in pain and uses his tail to throw Black Cat to the wall. "Stop it Dr. Connors!" Spider-Man yells. "Peter Parker? Is that really you under the suit?" Lizard asks. Spider-Man takes off his mask to reveal himself as Peter Parker. "Yes Dr. Connors it's me. And I'm sorry that I couldn't tell you about my real self. This was the reason why I used to be late to your class, never showed up to class, and fell asleep in your class" Peter admitted. "Now please calm down so I can use this antidote to put you back to your human self" he said. "No!" Lizard says as he uses his tail to throw Spider-Man to the wall with cat.
Spider-Man gets up and puts his mask back on. Black Cat gets up to and helps him tackle Lizard. They both ambush Lizard and tackle him to the ground. Spider-Man gets the antidote and injects it in his right arm. The Lizard slowly goes back to his normal human form. "You ok Dr. Connors?" Spider-Man asks. "Yes Peter I'm ok. Please forgive me for attacking you and trying to kill you and your partner. The serum controlled me. I tried my best to control it but I couldn't" Dr. Connors admits. "If you wanna know what my identity is then you got it" Black Cat says as she reveals her identity. "Felicia Hardy? The reporter?" Dr. Connors asks. "That's me" Black Cat says. "Now Dr. Connors you shouldn't worry about your right arm and focus on your other projects" Spider-Man says. "No Peter, I need to be locked up in Ravencroft for a while to improve my mental health and to help with my recent insanity on the serum. It's mostly for the sake of my wife and son. So please start the new project without me" Dr. Connors says. "I will Dr. Connors" Spider-Man says. The guys from the Ravencroft Asylum come in the lab and take Dr. Connors. "Well guys thank you for saving me" Dr. Connors says. "You're welcome!" Spider-Man and Black Cat both say. "Get better!" Spider-Man says.
