A/N: Episode list that has my changes. I do have some ideas for this one. It is a change from not wanting to change the episodes too much but I decided that I'm the writer and I can do whatever I want. From my math this is about a month from Fortunate Son.
Cold Front
" I always knew we'd be meeting people from other planets, but other centuries? You're not buying any of this, are you?" Trip asked, amazed that his childhood dreams will come true, even if it is 900 years in the future.
" If Daniels could travel through time why not simply go back one more day into the past and prevent Silik from boarding this ship in the first place?" She asked not wanting to admit that the Vulcan Science Doctorate was wrong, and there just is no logical explanation for it.
" Maybe that's plan B." He said he still wanted it to be true.
" Or maybe he's really not from the future." Still not buying it.
" Then why make up such a crazy story?" He now just wants to prove T'Pol wrong.
" He could be trying to conceal his true intentions." She just wants to prove Trip wrong.
" I thought you scientists were supposed to keep an open mind." He shot back at her.
" There's a difference between keeping an open mind and believing something because you want it to be true." She said that and left.
" What the hell's that supposed to mean?" He said and went after her. They were heading to their bedroom since the plume was about to burst and the captain was still working on a plan with Daniels.
" Hey you never answered my question. T'Pol are you just going to.." He was cut off by a long deep kiss. That kiss ended up turning something way more intimate.
When they finished they were wrapped up in the sheets panting heavily. T'Pol rested her head on his chest. " So are you ready to answer my question yet? Or are you still too embarrassed to say that you're wrong?" He asked with a satisfied smirk.
" I have been ready and it's not my fault that you are too stubborn to take a loss. What I meant by what I said in the Turbolift was that I know that when you found out he was a time traveler you got excited. You can't let your dreams take over from what is more likely to happen." He sighs.
" Well maybe sometimes things aren't going to be what is most likely to happen, sometimes things are the weird and wacky that nobody expects. I personally think that is what is happening now." He explained and tried his best to make sure that she understood what he was saying.
" I can understand why you would think that, trust me I have seen many surprises before but, I just can't believe that time travel is a thing." She tried to tell Trip some of her past as he has many times before and asked her to do it but, so much of it is classified that she just can't tell him. Most of her adult life she has been a spy, for some time with the V'Shar and then the V'Shar saw her skill that they put her in the Elite division called the I.I.A. or the Interspecies Intelligence Agency. With them she became partners with Admiral Courtney Hazelwood and her now husband General Fynn Kirchhof. They got so close that T'Pol became the god mother to their children. Even though she doesn't believe in their religion she was honored to take the job.
" Look, we don't have to go back to work for a few more hours, let's go to bed." Trip said breaking the silence and she nodded agreeing that they should get some sleep before they have to help Daniels.
