"Oh! Inko! How good to see you! It's been too long!"

Inko just chuckled as she bowed, stepping into the Kujo household and taking her shoes off, before wrapping Holly in a tight hug. "We met just last week for brunch, Holly!"

Holly returned the hug, smiling even wider. "And that was a week ago! I missed you! Come in, Come in! I have some good news!"

Inko smiled as Holly bounded off towards the kitchen, moving towards the living room herself. She sat down on the couch and placed her bag next to the table, leaning back on the chair and closing her eyes for a second.

She opened her eyes as Holly walked back into the room with a teapot and some cups. She took one of the cups off of her and let Holly fill it up, sipping on the delicious tea. "So, you said that you had some good news?"

Holy smiled, passing over a newspaper clipping. She flipped to a few pages in, where the page had been earmarked. It showed students lying on the floor, unconscious, who were clearly delinquents based on their attire and the weapons around them.

Inko looked further, seeing that the title said 'Teenage criminals sent to Jail after attacking classmates with the intent to kill'

Inko put the dots together after seeing the school badge on one of the student's lapels. "Jotaro did this? Is he OK?"

Holly's smile faltered a bit, but she nodded. "Oh yes, he assured me that he was fine! He took some painkillers and went straight to bed that day. But that's only a part of the good news! One of the kids took a plea and is giving up his entire gang!"

Inko just shook her head, eyes wide. "That's incredible! I understand why they kept Jotaro's name out of the papers, then… Where is Jotaro, by the way? It's almost 5 pm, surely he should be home by now?"

Holly just tilted her head back and forth. "Actually I think he's still in his room, he didn't go to school today. Something about a really important event in America that only happens every few years? I'm not sure, but after he got into that fight I thought I'd let him stay home."

Inko hummed. "Must have been quite an important event for Jotaro to skip school, he's usually a diligent student."

Holly just nodded in agreement.

"Welcome everyone, our new friend, Floater!"

A crowd cheered in the background as a pure white dolphin jumped out of the pool and into the air, hanging there for a moment before landing in the water again.

"Now, Floater here is special! She's a Taiwanese white dolphin! But that's not all, folks! She has a Quirk! Floater here is an absolute wonder of nature! We are all very lucky to have her here with us at Seaworld USA!"

Jotaro nodded slowly as a clip was shown of Floater swimming through the air as if it was water for a few moments before she slid back into the pool, writing some things down on a small notebook, smiling softly.

"That's fucking cool."

"Oh well, I'm sure we'll hear about it soon if it's really all that."

Inko shrugged, smiling. "I guess so. Now, how has your week been? You said last time that Sadao was coming home in a few months, right? Is that still happening? You sounded unsure."

Holly deflated a bit. "Yea, that's been pushed back a bit. He said that his agent got him a few more bookings and that he'll be gone for an extra 2 months. I miss him Inko!"

Inko leaned over and wrapped Holly up in a hug. "I know you do sweetie, but I'm sure that his work is making him very happy! And it's important that you have enough money, right?"

Holly just pouted. "I guess so. But these last few months, my back has really started to act up. It's painful all the time and it makes cleaning and stuff hard. The doctors at daddy's friend's company don't know what's causing it! I think that they're worried it might be a Quirks doing, but who would want to hurt me?"

Inko hummed as Holly turned around, lifting the back of her top a bit. The woman's back was slightly red, as if she had a rash. "That's really worrying! How about you lie down and I take care of some chores for today. Don't you dare so no, either, not if your back is hurting"

Inko had interrupted Holly just as she was about to say no to her, her mouth agape for a moment as Inko leaned over and pushed her into the couch, lying down. "Thanks, Inko. You're the best."

Inko stood up a bit taller at that and smiled. "Thank you Holly. Now, you get some rest. I'm going to go find some stuff to do."

Holly just nodded, pulling a pillow under her head. Inko headed into the kitchen, and the sounds of pots and pans getting moved around started to come through the house. After a while, Holly drifted off to sleep.

Unaware of the concerned face of Jotaro as he stared at the orange glow coming from his mothers back, that Inko apparently couldn't see.

"TODAY WE WILL BE DOING… BATTLE TRIALS!"

Izuku couldn't stop smiling as All Might posed in front of the class, the world 'Battle' appearing above him on the smartboard. He leaned forward as All Might continued.

"BUT BEFORE WE GET TO FIGHTING, WE NEED TO GET YOU INTO YOUR COSTUMES! YOUR HERO COSTUMES!"

The man pushed a button and cases popped out of the walls, all 20 of them lined up on shelves. All Might switched to another bodybuilding pose, smiling widely.

"GRAB THE CASE WITH YOUR STUDENT NUMBER ON IT AND GO GET DRESSED! ONE THE DOUBLE MY STUDENTS!"

There was a mad dash to the cases by the students after that, smiles on everyone's faces as they grabbed their case and dashed off to the change room.

(And if Izuku gave Bakugou a little bit of an elbow to the side the in chaos, no-one would be the wiser)

"LOOK AT YOU ALL! WHAT MARVELOUS COSTUMES!"

Izuku adjusted the beetle-skin gloves on his hands, smiling as he gave himself a once over. He nodded to himself, liking how the suit had turned out.

Apart from his beetle skin gloves, he had a pure black jumpsuit on, with padding and armour to protect his joints and organs. There were pure white knee pads and elbow-guards as well, contrasting the deep green jacket he had over the jumpsuit.

His head was left open, except for the headband he was wearing to keep his hair out of his face. Purple and Yellow in colour, it stood out from the rest of his outfit. Which was intentional.

Mr Joestar had told Izuku the story of his time in Rome with Caesar Zeppeli, and the sacrifice the man had made for Joseph. Izuku had felt something within him stir at the mention of the man's noble sacrifice, and how Ceaser's headband had saved Mr Joestar's life while fighting Wamuu the Pillar Man.

He didn't know why, but he felt obligated to honour the man who had saved his father figure, which had led to the creation of this hero suit. Izuku had researched the man as best he could, both from the internet, who had records of a criminal in Italy by the same name and from Messina, who was more than happy to tell Izuku tales of his student.

He hadn't told Joseph about the suit at Messina's suggestion. Messina seemed to be under the impression that it would be more fun to shock Mr Joestar with it, a notion that Izuku agreed with.

But for now, he had to focus on the battle training! His suit was awesome, yes, a palette-swapped version of Caesar's outfit to colours that suited him better, but Hero training came first for now.

"THEY SAY THAT THE CLOTHES MAKE THE HERO! IF THAT'S THE CASE THEN YOU'RE ALL GOING TO BE EXCELLENT HEROES!"

All Might coughed into his fist, pulling out a small sheet of paper and starting to read. "TODAY WE WILL BE PERFORMING 2 ON 2 FIGHTS! YOUR TEAMMATE WILL BE DETERMINED RANDOMLY WITH LOTS!"

"Pardon me, sir! But isn't that far too chaotic a system? Surely it would be better if you selected the teams?!"

Izuku turned his head to see a boy in pure white armour, with an engine theme. Probably the blue-haired kid from the entrance exam. What was his name again? The engines in the legs pointed towards him being from the Iida family, but he didn't want to assume.

"Actually, lots make sense. Heroes don't usually get to choose who they fight alongside during a villain attack. This will help us start to prepare for that!"

The boy grabbed the chin of his helmet, nodding slowly as the other arm chopped in Izuku's direction. "I see! Your explanation has cleared this up for me. Thank you!"

Izuku just chuckled a little as All Might continued, struggling under the onslaught of questions the students had for him. Eventually, he was able to get everyone to calm down enough to pull out the lots, handing students balls with numbers written on them.

Izuku grabbed his ball, a black one with B written on it, and began to look for his teammate. He checked everyone he could see that had a black ball, his job becoming easier as people started to pair off.

He eventually saw his partner holding her ball up in the air and walked over to her. She waved at him as he neared and returned the handshake he held out when he arrived. "Hello there, Kero. Your name is Midoriya, right? You ready to win this?"

Izuku nodded, allowing his gloves to spark with a bit of Hamon, smirking widely. "Midoriya is correct, but you can just call me Izuku. And yea, I'm ready! You're Asui Tsuyu, right?"

The girl nodded, letting out a small croak. It was obvious to Izuku that she had some sort of frog mutation Quirk. "Yes, kero. But please, call me Tsu. I wonder who we'll be fighting."

Izuku just chuckled. "Don't worry, if my luck is as bad as I think it is, we will be fighting-"

"ROUND 2 WILL BE VILLAIN TEAM B, FIGHTING HERO TEAM C!"

Izuku looked over to where All Might was pointing and saw Bakugou smirking at him, drawing his finger across his through as Ochako, who had been unfortunate enough to be on a team with Bakugou, groaned at the gesture. Izuku just laughed.

"Oh yea, we're fighting Bakugou."

The first round was over fairly quickly.

Momo Yaoyorozu and Iida Tenya (Izuku had been right about the family resemblance) had quickly overrun the villain team with a combination of speed and versatility. It was almost impressive. Not that anyone would say that to Jirou and Mina's face, on the threat of jack-stabbing or acid.

And that meant that Izuku and Tsu were up. Izuku gave Tsu a small fist bump as they left the viewing area and stuck his tongue out at Bakugou as they passed him and Ochako at their own waiting spot.

He gave Ochako a friendly wave and got one in return from the girl, aggravating Bakugou even further, something Izuku both didn't think possible and found incredibly hilarious. As he and Tsu continued on to the building they would be defending, Tsu let out a croak.

"Kero, why do you keep antagonizing Bakugou? He seems powerful if you go off the Quirk tests yesterday. He also just has a bad vibe, kero."

Izuku just shrugged. "Yea, he's pretty strong, but he massively overhypes himself. I can think of at least two to three people in this class alone that I would be confident in saying could beat Bakugou, excluding myself."

Tsu just hummed, placing a finger on her chin. "But is antagonising the people you're about to fight the best idea? Isn't it in your own best interest to make them as docile as possible, kero?"

Izuku just smirked at the girl. "First off, Bakugou doesn't have a 'docile' option, so there's no point even trying. Secondly-"

"I'm not in the business of doing things that are in my own best interest. None of us are, really."

"Hmm… something is wrong… something is not as it should be"

The figure in the dark turned towards the candlelight, humming a tune to themselves as they reached out and grabbed a book from the shelf.

"Whatever do you mean, my lord? Are the latest treasures I have acquired for you not satisfactory? I can send your servants out once more if this is the case."

DIO sneered. "Do not attempt to assume my meaning, hag. You do not understand the powers I am dealing with."

Enyaba fell to her knees under the intensity of DIO's stare. "Of course, my lord. My deepest apologies."

DIO huffed, crossing his arms. "Tchh. No matter, it is inconsequential. I am worried about the progression of the Joestar's stands, hag. There is an issue."

Enyaba stood back up. "Whatever do you mean, my lord? Last I checked, only Joseph Joestar had manifested his Stand enough for it to activate consciously."

DIO hummed. "Yes, they are still on track timewise, that is of no issue. Joseph Joestar has almost mastered his Stand, Jotaro Kujo is just starting to awaken its strength, and Holly Kujo seems to not be suited to her Stand. This is not what I am confused about."

Enyaba bowed. "Then what is it, my lord, that troubles you so?"

DIO growled and slammed his fist into the wall, shaking the room in his anger. "What troubles me so, hag, is the fact that I can sense another Joestar brat! You told me that there were only 3 left that were of Joestar blood. Did you lie to me, WITCH?!"

Enyaba shook her head as fast as she could, falling to her knees once more, clasping her hands together. "No my lord! I would never attempt to deceive my lord! I spoke only the truth when I said that there were only 3 remaining with the Joestar blood!"

DIO grumbled. "Then explain why there is a 4th person who is starting to manifest a stand that I can sense?!"

Enyaba cried out at the sudden increase in volume. "I do not know my lord! Perhaps it is not about the blood they bear, but their spirit? I have not seen it happen myself before, but the books say that a person's spirit is said to be able to join with a different collective, or family, if you will, if both parties are willing and both are strong enough."

DIO hummed as he considered this. "How annoying. Not only will I have to deal with the Joestars, but it also seems that I will have to deal with some wannabe as well. How troublesome…"

Enyaba waved her hands. "I'm sure it will be of no issue to one such as yourself my lord! The pinnacle of creation! All will cower at his feet under the might of The World…"

DIO smirked, closing the book in his hands and standing. "Of course, you are correct. None will stand in my way and succeed. How foolish of me to doubt my own strength. All will fall under my boot, and all that wish to survive will stay there."

He turned away from Enyaba and rolled his shoulders, touching the scar that lined where his head was joined to Jonathan's body. It didn't hurt per se, but it was an annoyance.

"Fetch me one of my wenches, witch. I wish to enjoy my morning with one of them. A brunette this time I think, specifically Italian if you can find one. They are so passionate and that's just what I need right now."

"At once, lord DIO." Enyaba bowed to DIO before scurrying out of the room in search of a girl fitting DIO's desire.

DIO removed his clothing while he waited, content to find out more about this wannabe Joestar some other time.
