Finn, in that moment, was super stupid.
He'd very much seen that wire there. He knew it was probably on, because there were cows on the other side of it. And yet, he decided it would be an excellent idea to check anyway.
To be fair, Holley told him not to. He really should've listened.
The feeling that coursed through his entire body was nothing like he'd ever felt before. His entire body had a mini-spasm, and he yanked his face away. He let out a loud squeal, jumping sideways and spooking the cows, along with Holley, in the process. The electricity seemed to stay in his face for longer than the rest of his body, leaving his face and especially his nose feeling strangely tingly.
When everything had calmed, he heard Holley begin to giggle behind him. He turned to look at her, frowning and raising an eyebrow at her. She snorted, obviously trying to cover up her laughter and failing.
He sighed, ears dropping to the sides as he said, "Go ahead. Laugh."
She didn't need to be told twice. She broke out laughing, and Finn couldn't help his own chuckle when she said, "I well and told you not to touch it! Yet you did it anyway!"
"Next time I'll be sure to listen to your expert advice."
A/N: Yes. I have been shocked before. By a cow fence. It doesn't feel great at all, it's a shock. It's like a jolt going through your body, and then wherever you got shocked feels tingly and really weird for the rest of the day or for an hour or two after. I got shocked on my thumb (point of contact) and lemme tell you my entire arm felt weird for the next hour and my thumb felt weird the rest of the day. I don't recommend touching a hot wire to anyone XD
