Sesshomaru leaned against the cold wooden bannister over looking the vast snow covered landscape of the grand resort.
The cool breeze wisping through his hair and relaxing the anger that was rising.
He sighed after finishing his drink hissing as the warm caramel liquid burned it's way down his throat warming his chest.
His mind raced in anger. Why would she create such embarrassment for him that way? What would posses her to say they were married? His anger began to grow immensely. He held the empty glass within his hand so tightly it threatened to crack within his palm.
Sesshomarus growing rage was soon stifled by the tight hold he felt upon his right leg.
His raging thoughts instantly ceased upon the sudden image of a young little girl who'd attached herself to his right calve making him smile widely at her embrace.
The glass he held slipped from his cold hand as he was caught off guard. The soft shattering could be heard as it echoed into the cold night.
"Whoa! Hey?! What are you doing out here? It's to cold for princesses to be outside with no jacket." Sesshomaru lifted Momo and wrapped her in his suit jacket.
"I needed to hug you uncle sushi." Momo replied innocently. She looked up at her uncle and wrapped her small arms around his neck lightly kissing his cold cheek.
"We needed to make sure you weren't gonna get uncle napped by the troll queen who kidnapped Momo." Uryu hugged his uncles left leg.
"Yeah. Your to old to handle it yourself ya know." Renji said with arms crossed and a smug smile across his face walking up to his uncle.
Sesshomaru smiled and kneeled down to hug Uryu and Renji along with Momo. His heart filled with comfort and gratitude. How could he both love and envy something so much? It was a question he was sure he'd never receive an answer to.
"I don't know what uncle would do without you guys..Now come on it's to cold to sit out here." Sesshomaru walked back in with Momo in hand.
The kid's continued to pester their uncle about silly nonsense until they all set eyes on an approaching nanny. Sesshomaru set Momo down upon seeing Rin, he told Renji to take Uryu and Momo and go find their dad.
As Rin slowly walked up to the man she had very mixed feelings for the band began to play music again.
"You ok?" Rin asked now standing before him.
Sesshomarus small grin was for some reason a frightful sight to many. For Rin however it was cute and made her giggle on the inside.
"What would give you the idea I'd humor your silly question with an answer." Sesshomaru straightened out his jacket after placing it back on and buttoning it.
Rin rolled her eyes and quickly hit him in the stomach hard enough to knock the air out of his lungs.
"Stop being such an ass. I'm only asking cause I know that must've been difficult for you. So are you ok or not ya big dumb dummy head!" Rin said angered.
Sesshomaru composed himself not wanting to show the young woman just how strong she was with her jab.
"Dummy head? Really?" Sesshomaru said condescendingly. He stood tall and looked unbothered whilst on the inside felt like he'd vomit at any given moment.
"It's all I can think of to not hurt your feelings..." Rin blushed pressing her two index fingers together childishly.
"Unlike you I'm not a child. So my "feelings" as you put it are in no way going to be altered by your insolence. Don't you have work to do anyway?" Sesshomaru said coldly.
Rin sighed and smiled at him. She than began her innocent giggling.
Sesshomaru rose an eyebrow confused as to what could possibly be making her giggle.
He hated that damn giggle. He hated how sweet it was, he hated how soft it was, he mostly hated how much he loved it and longed to hear it throughout his days and nights.
"Why are you? What are you doing?" Sesshomaru couldn't catch his flustered words as she made slow long strides to press her body against his.
Sesshomaru looked down confusedly at the young nanny and swallowed a lump he hadn't realized was in his throat.
Rin came up close to his chest and ran her one finger downward. Even through his thick jacket she could feel the tight muscles of his chest and abs that lay beneath the expensive shirt he wore.
"I was just thinking...you'll be all alone tonight." Rin looked up at him with a smile filled with sexual intent. She giggled once again and turned on her heels. "Oh well! Too bad! So sad! I guess I'll see you back at the cabin." Rin skipped off and went looking for the kids.
Sesshomaru gulped and tried to bring himself back to focus. He was in complete shock as to why she effected him so. She honestly wasn't even that attractive? Why did she fill his thoughts the way she did? Why couldn't he stop thinking of her sounds her touch her scent. Everything about her excited him and he had no understanding as to why.
Sesshomaru decided to forget about the unusually childish temptress and join his father in conversation with a few businessmen.
"Man what is with this fucking traffic!" The impatient Koga yelled from the back seat of the small car.
"There must've been an accident that blocked off the roads. We've been stuck here forever?" Ginta sighed while resting his head against the steering wheel.
Hakkaku sat in the passenger seat growing more and more irritated by the excessive honking of the other drivers. The vain in his head throbbed and threatened to burst any minute as he tapped his unkept fingernails against the center console.
"Yeah well I ain't waitin no more! Come on babe! Let's bounce!" Koga angrily threw open the car door and jumped out.
Ayame eagerly followed the love of her life out the car. They both began hiking their way over the hill that would take them to their destination.
Hakkaku and Ginta sighed at their impatient mentor and continued to move inches every 30 minutes until they to would reach the large luxurious resort.
Kagome looked over at Rin as she had done numerous times before to make sure her kids were alright.
The fear and worry of losing one of her kids was embedded so deeply inside her she could never forget it.
The bruises and marks that Momo had come home in. The smell of urine that stained her dress. Kagome felt an uneasiness about this evening and couldn't help but be overly protective.
She would make sure nothing like that would ever happen again.
Rin nodded happily, smiling and encouraging Kagome with her eyes to stop worrying and enjoy herself.
Kagome smiled back and continued in her rather dull conversations.
Izayoi and Inukimi took to speaking with the wives of the Omi family and the Kuchiki family. Enjoying themselves immensely.
After so much worry, stress and trouble the Taisho family was absolutely relieved for a pleasant and rather boring evening.
Renji, Uryu and Momo complaining and acting out so badly in boredom were tricked into a game of ring a round a rosey by their oh so clever nanny.
As the kids spun around singing the eerie nursery rhyme, the long shadow of a woman appeared to be standing over and watching them.
Uryu gulped in worry, feeling that the woman was filled with anger.
Renji rolled his eyes and crossed his arms angrily at the woman who came to interrupt his families fun.
Momo waved and held onto her doll that Sesshomaru bought for her tightly. "Hi miss Sara. What's wrong? Why do you look so mad?" Momo stood behind Renji as she noticed the change in Sara's voice.
"Hello there sweet children." Sara smiled at the three kids playing ring a round a rosey. Her eyes were glazed over in hate.
"Renji...that's the troll queens voice.." Momo held her brothers arm shaking in fear.
Uryu hearing this blocked off Momo from her sight and threatened her with no fear. "Get outta here! Our uncle said he's doesn't like you and to leave! You can't trick us anymore TROLL!"
Rin smiled kindly at the kids and told them all to continue playing and that she'd handle this.
"Sara, I think you need to go. You shouldn't be bothering the kids anymore." Rin stared her in the eye and felt something was off.
"Is that what you think? Your so foolish. I suggest you and those kids follow me now. Unless you wish for me to shoot you all right here." Sara said with an evil grin.
She showed her very small hand gun that she covered with her palm and small clutch purse. She had it pointed directly at Momo.
Rin felt a cold chill run through her body. She immediately stood in front of the kids and refused to fall for her threat.
"You wouldn't!?" Rin trembled.
"I've lost everything important to me already silly girl. I have nothing to loose aside from the relief of knowing I've taken you and those little brats with me." Sara motioned for Rin to follow and bring the kids as well.
Rin gulped and with tears told the kids to follow her. She wished so desperately that anyone even Kanna or Jaken would notice her and the kids with Sara as they walked out.
Once outside Sara told her to message Inuyasha that she'd be taking the kids back to the cabin as they were all much to cranky.
Rin gulped and refused at first until she heard Sara pull back on the small handgun. She quickly reached over the kids and agreed. She pulled out her phone and showed the message to Sara before sending it out.
Now satisfied Sara motioned for them all to continue. She had the valet bring up a limo for them and motioned for the kids to get inside first than Rin than herself.
After 2 and a half hours in the car since Koga and Ayame jumped out. Hakkaku and Ginta stretched out relieved.
"God it feels good to move again!" Ginta said rolling his shoulders and stretching his legs.
"I'm just glad we don't have to hear those stupid car horns anymore! Seriously who were they all honking at!!" Hakkaku said annoyed.
"Well let's get inside and see if Koga and Ayame made it." Ginta motioned to the door.
"Right." Hakkaku agreed and they both ran into the resort looking for the party they hoped their boss was in.
"Kogey bear? I think we might be going the wrong way?" Ayame said slightly shivering.
"I don't go the wrong way! EVER! Now just shut up and follow me!!" Koga yelled back at Ayame.
Ayame rolled her eyes. She knew that from the spot her and Koga had gotten out of the car it would have only taken them 30 minutes tops to make it down the large snowy hill to the grand resort.
They however with Kogas lead was going the complete opposite direction and had been going the opposite direction for over 2 hours!!
Ayame being forever loyal and loving to her extremely stubborn husband said nothing more and continued to follow.
As the evening eventually died down and guest began to make their ways back to their room. The Taisho family also began their goodbyes.
Sesshomaru encouraged his father and mothers to accept an invitation from the omi family and Kuchiki family to return back to their suites and continue in relaxing conversations.
As the older crowd made their way Sesshomaru grabbed his mothers arm and gave her a glare.
"Don't have to much fun understand?" Sesshomaru spoke angrily warning his mother.
Inukimi rolled her eyes and cupped his cheek. "You have nothing to worry of my love. Goodnight sweet boy. Don't wait up for us." Inukimi winked and was on her way to catch up with her group.
Kagome nervously asking if anyone had seen Rin and the kids was assured by Inuyasha that Rin had taken them home to rest. As they were misbehaving way to much to have stood.
With that relief and proof in text message that Rin had sent to Inuyasha Kagome was able to breathe. She than turned her attention to the very quiet and very upset looking Sesshomaru.
"Hey? Everything ok?" Kagome lightly nudged Sesshomarus arm with her elbow.
"Hm? Yes of course. Why do you ask?" Sesshomaru said still looking through the people remaining and the people leaving.
"Looking for someone?" Kagome said with a smile. "She messaged Inuyasha. She's back at the cabin with the kids." Kagome said believing she could finally bring to light her suspicions.
"I assume you are speaking of the nanny? I however made no such inquiry. I am relieved to know my niece and nephews are safe though. I haven't seen that unstable psycho anywhere. I would hope she and the kids are not at the cabin together. She's obviously not well." Sesshomaru said coldly.
"Oh..? It was Sara you were looking for? I'm sure Sara would just send someone after her things. " Kagome said while waving her hand up and down to her brother in law. She looked to his golden eyes and could see the concern that filled them. "Hey? You ok with all that happened by the way? I imagine that must've been hard for you?" Kagome asked while placing a gentle hand on her brother in laws back.
"You and that nanny assume to much." Sesshomaru said while motioning for Kanna.
"Yes Mr.Taisho?" Kanna came forward slowly as her feet were aching by the high heels she wore this evening.
"My phone." Sesshomaru said plainly while holding out his hand.
"Here you are sir. Lotta minor calls I took care of. You have a very large sum of employees that are just plain stupid. Which leaves me to wonder why you allow them to remain employed? I mean if you can't do your job right than don't do it at all. It makes me think they aren't all that stupid however because they've managed to slip by doing mediocre work in your company and yet you haven't noticed. So maybe they aren't the stupid ones. Not saying your stupid of course Mr.Taisho! Just saying maybe out of depression you haven't really noticed things as keenly as you used to? Or perhaps it's just old age? Of course I'm not saying that your old by any means! I just meant that Ugh? Well? I'm just gonna be quiet before you hit me..." Kanna handed him his phone from a distance.
Sesshomaru gave her an annoyed and very evil glare as he held it.
"Koga called? Why wasn't I told?" Sesshomaru said in immediate anger.
"Oh wow? So that was an important phone call? I guess he was right? If it helps you couldn't really understand anything anyway? There was to much static on the call I only caught every other word. Something about pricks and you fucking? Oh my gosh! Mr.Taisho! Are you and Koga like experimenting!? I can totally see that being the case since you've had so many sexual partners in the past? It's ac-!! Ow!!" Kanna was immediately silenced by a furious Sesshomaru who hit her so hard it knocked her off her feet.
"That was uncalled for sir.." Kanna said standing again and dusting herself off.
Sesshomaru tried calling but Kogas cell went straight to voicemail. "Damnit Wolfson!" Sesshomaru said loud and angrily snapping his phone shut.
"Wolfson!? Hey! Are you talking about Koga Wolfson by chance?" Ginta made his way through the crowd of people up to Sesshomaru.
"You must be the guy that Koga was supposed to meet up with? Is he here by chance?" Hakkaku emerged at Sesshomarus side as well.
"Who are you two? And how do you know Wolfson?" Sesshomaru gave them a look of annoyance.
"Yo! Let's get moving! Kagome! Sesshomaru! Kanna! Jaken is here with the car." Inuyasha called out loudly.
"Hey Sesshomaru maybe they can comeback to the cabin with us? If they know your friend?" Kagome said looking at the two men that shook in fear from a very irritated Sesshomaru.
"I will not ask again!" Sesshomaru practically growled ignoring his sister in law.
"Whoa! This guy is really scary! He must be good friends of Kogas!" Hakkaku hugged Ginta in fear.
"Yeah I bet your right! Ugh look sir we don't wanna have to get rough with you?! So Ugh tell us where Koga is and we'll be on our way!" Ginta gulped and shook in complete fear.
"You two made a big mistake.. Mr.Taisho doesn't mind beating people senseless in public. Trust me." Kanna said rubbing her hip from the pain of falling.
Sesshomaru rose a single eyebrow and straightened out his jacket. Once he began to adjust his cuff links the two fearful men jumped and began blabbering everything quickly and nervously.
The Taisho family all quickly entered the car upon hearing how Koga made a phone call to warn of the woman that was around Sesshomaru.
"Why are you doing this Sara!? It'll never work! Please! You can still do the right thing!" Rin begged as she was being forced to pack away any and all reminders of the Taisho family.
"Shut up! It'll work just fine! I'll make Sesshomaru believe you all have been dead for quite some years and that he just snapped and lost his mind! It won't be difficult! I'll get multiple people to play along and that'll put an end to him ever wanting to leave me again! No woman can ever love him the way I do! No one would ever do what I've done for him or make the sacrifices that I have made!" Sara said with a crazed look in her eye.
On the outside she seemed to be quite poised and put together. But within you can feel and see her unstable mind rampaging.
The kids all looked to Sara angrily. They did not cry as they could see how terrified their nanny was. They sat and tried to think of how their uncle would defeat a troll queen so they can save their nana Rin.
"Sara please! Don't you hear how ridiculous that is! You can get help?! You don't have to do this!" Rin begged again this time with the tears she fought to keep inside spilling out uncontrollably.
"Get help! You make it sound like I'm an insane person! Now stop your pathetic whining and get all of this cheap disgusting garbage out of my sight! I'll burn it along with your corpses!" Sara pointed the gun at Momo. "And I'll start with this disgusting ugly creature first! Your the cause of everything! If it hadn't been for your deformed and ugly face Sesshomaru would be mine without all this trouble!!" Sara was about to pull the trigger when all of a sudden a sharp pain in her hand made her drop the gun.
Sara in shock focused her eyes on the floor where the small pocketknife that was flung into her hand had fallen. She again began to scan the room trying to find where and who that could've come from.
Rin screamed in worry and leapt over to hold on to the kids.
"Man you are one crazy ass bitch?" Koga said with his smug grin.
He stood with his arms crossed and a smug look on his face.
"Wow Koga! We got here just in time? I never should have doubted you to begin with! Ayame wrapped her arms around Kogas neck and kissed his cheek.
"You bitch! I can't believe you doubted in my abilities!" Koga slapped her off of him. "Just watch how I punish you later tonight for that." He gave her a sly and sexual smirk.
Ayame smiled greatly and couldn't wait for this all to be done with so she and her beloved husband can spend time alone.
"Hey Rin! You and those super cute babies ok!?" Ayame began walking over to Rin.
"Babe wait!" Koga tried to warn his woman but was to late.
By the time Ayame turned around Sara had grabbed her from behind. Pulled out her holstered gun and shot Koga in the chest just under his shoulder. She than shot Ayame in the back and allowed her lifeless body to fall.
Rin watched in shock and horror. She held onto the kids as if they were her own. Trying to comfort the now scared and crying children.
"It's ok kids, it'll be ok don't worry nana won't let this troll queen hurt you!" Rin held them all close to her heart.
Sara walked the short distance to Rin and grabbed her by her hair. She tugged the young girl violently pulling her away from the kids.
Rin fought and struggled to get free. It however was no use. Sara tired of Rins excessive struggling hit her hard enough in the head with her gun that it knocked her out cold.
"Nana Rin!!" Momo cried out.
"Renji what are we going to do!?" Uryu asked his brother while holding onto his little sister.
"Don't worry it'll be ok just don't let anything happen to Momo!" Renji looked at everyone around him laying on the floor.
The fear within him built to such a high he couldn't comprehend it. He was shaking and crying without even realizing it. Once the awful woman he and his siblings knew as troll queen began speaking his heart stopped and all he could do was protectively hold his twin and younger sister.
"UNCLE SUSHI!! WHERE ARE YOU! DAD MOM GRANDPA!! WE NEED YOUS!" Renji cried out.
Sara reached to grab Momo by her hair and shook her two brothers off of her.
"Put her down!!" Uryu cried as he fell to the floor.
"Leave Momo alone you ugly old troll!" Renji got up from the ground and bit Sara on her leg as hard as he could.
Sara yelled out in pain dropping Momo from her hair. She kicked Renji off of her and tried to turn her attention back to Momo.
She and Uryu however took off running.
Now hiding in a random hallway closet Uryu tried to calm a worried Momo.
"Momo listen to me please! You gotta stop crying and you gotta be extra super quiet!" Uryu said through his own tears and whimpering.
"Uryu! We left Renji we gotta go get Renji!" Momo kept crying.
"It's ok, Renji is ok. He told me what to do before he bit the troll queen. We used our brains ok? You gotta promise me and Renji though that you'll be super quiet and stop crying the troll queen can't find you again! Ok!? Promise us!" Uryu tried to shake his sister by her shoulders.
Momo stopped crying out loudly and lowered it down to a soft whimper. She allowed her brother to hide her in the corner of the closest and block her with the extra blankets.
Uryu promised he'd come back after her and snuck out of the closet making sure to close the door behind him.
He removed his shoes worried they'd make to much noise and began army crawling back to his brother in the living room.
He knew Sara was somewhere upstairs looking for him and Momo from the sound of her stomping around, so he got up on his knees and began to crawl quicker to his brother.
"Renji? Come on Renji wake up..wake up." Uryu looked at his brother afraid of the worst possible situation.
He kept shaking him with his tears falling on his brothers face. He hoped more than anything that Renji would wake up.
"U? Uryu? Where's Momo?" Renji slowly said as he felt the tears of his twin brother fall on him.
"Renji!" Uryu exclaimed in excitement and hugged his brother. "Come on Renji! We gotta wake up nana Rin! Before the troll queen comes back!" Uryu said after releasing his brother from the tight hug.
"Huh? Oh yeah? Come on Uryu let's go." Renji shook the dizzy feeling from his head and tried to wake up Rin.
Both boys shook Rin and tried to pull her hands up. Renji gasped and grabbed Uryu when he seen the large pool of blood forming around their nanas head.
"What's wrong Renji?" Uryu asked trying to get back to Rin.
"Uryu we gotta leave..." Renji said with a face of shock and horror.
"What!? No we gotta help nana Rin!" Uryu tried to get out of his older brothers hold.
"Uryu listen to me! We gotta go before it's to late!" Renji grabbed his brother by his shoulders and tried to speak further until the horrible and gut turning sight of the woman who caused all these horrible things to happen appeared.
"Now, now children. That wasn't very nice. Tell me where that disgusting little monster is so you can all die quickly. Otherwise I'm afraid I'll just have to burn you all inside this place." Sara walked up to the boys slowly and menacingly.
Uryu stood beside his brother. Both holding onto one another. The fear within these two small boys left them silent and shaking.
"No? Alright than. I suppose your sister will die screaming as flames devour her. The two of you however can go now." Sara aimed the gun at the two boys.
Renji held his younger twin and closed his eyes. He couldn't bare to watch as this woman took their lives. He couldn't understand for what purpose she could've had to do such a horrible thing.
Uryu held onto his brother burying his head into his shoulder. Fear over taking him as they both heard that terrifying click from her gun.
Soon everything went dark and it seemed like time completely stood still as they waited for what they knew would be the end.
