"Well, everything looks good. Other than sore knees", Bayley said, smiling at them.
Alyssa nodded. She looked at Dean, but he seemed to be in his own little world.
"I do recommend you stay on bed rest for a few weeks. Then I want to see you again, just to check up", Bayley said.
Alyssa nodded. Bayley stood and walked out. Alyssa wiped the jelly off her bump and pushed her shirt down.
"My love", she said softly.
Dean shook his head and looked at his wife. Taking her hand and squeezing it.
"Sorry, what did Bayley say?", he asked.
"Lizzie is fine, but she wants me to stay on bedrest till our next appointment.", she said.
He nodded.
"What's on your mind?", she asked.
"That toy you slipped on, it wasn't there when I left you. I swear it wasn't.", Dean said.
She shrugged.
"We both missed it when we cleaned. It happens baby. Just be happy nothing happened to Lizzie", she replied.
He met her eyes.
"What if it was Sonya?", he asked.
She laughed and shook her head no.
"It couldn't be. Why would she?", she said.
Dean sighed.
"I haven't figured that part out yet", he mumbled.
"Can we go home now hun? I'm tired. Its been a long day", Alyssa said.
Dean nodded and helped her down and into a wheelchair. Once home, their friends were waiting on them. Sonya and Mandy were also there.
"Alyssa, we are so glad you're okay. Brie told us we didn't have to stay, but we couldn't leave without knowing if you and the baby were alright.", Sonya said.
It sounded like concern to Dean, but she still didn't sit right with him. He helped Alyssa to the couch.
"Mommy are you okay?", Madeline asked.
"Yes my princess", Alyssa replied, touching her daughter's cheek gently.
"Well, now that you know she's fine. You two can go. It was great meeting you", Brie said to Mandy and Sonya.
"I guess so", Sonya replied.
Brie held her son in her arms as she stood in front of Sonya. Dean stood and got between the women.
"I will walk you two out", Dean said.
Sonya nodded and looked at Alyssa.
"I'm glad you're okay. Hope we can get together soon.", Sonya said.
Alyssa smiled and nodded. Dean walked them out. Once they got close to Sonya and Mandy's car, he stopped Sonya.
"I know it was you. I know you put the toy there. I don't know why, yet I have this funny feeling I do know. That is the last time you come anywhere near my wife and kids.", he said.
She smirked.
"I know right now you need someone to blame, but I…", he cut her off.
"Stay the fuck away from my wife", Dean growled, before walking back into his house.
Dean took a deep breath before asking Brie for baby Joe. She handed her son over to him.
"It was her wasn't it", Brie said.
"Don't have the proof, but I believe so", Dean whispered.
Brie nodded. Roman was tickling Maddie and Alyssa smiled. Oliver was climbing all over Seth.
"I love that laugh", Brie smiled, sitting beside her husband.
Maddie wrapped her arms around her uncle Roman and smiled at her aunt Brie.
"You always looked so good with a baby", Alyssa whispered to her husband.
She gently tickled baby Joe.
A few days had passed and Alyssa had been trying to get in touch with Sonya, but got no answer. She tried texting her, but got no reply back. She hated being on bed rest. Dean walked out of their closet in his uniform and she smiled.
"Damn, I almost forgot what you looked like dressed that way. So hot", she smirked.
He chuckled.
"Are you sure you're going to be okay alone?", he asked.
She nodded.
"Alright. If you need anything, call me. My sister and Wade are also a phone call away. Your parents have the kids, so no one to bother you.", Dean said, walking over and kissing her forehead.
"I know.", she nodded.
He nodded and leaned down to kiss her bump.
"Be a good girl Lizzie", he whispered.
Alyssa smiled and smoothed her hand down his cheek.
"Doctor Bayley is on speed dial, if anything and I mean, anything…", she stopped him.
"I know baby", she replied.
"I love you. I only work half a shift, so I'll be home soon", he said.
She nodded. He kissed her once more before leaving. Hearing the front door close, she rubbed her hands over her belly.
"Just you and me my girl", she said softly.
Once Dean got to the station, Seth sent him a nod.
"I thought you would call in", he said.
"Lys wouldn't let me. Said we have to get back to some sort of normalcy for the kids", Dean replied.
Seth nodded.
"But that doesn't mean I can't check in with her", Dean added, showing Seth his phone.
"I forgot you put cameras outside", Seth said.
"I put a few inside too. One in the kitchen facing the back door. One facing the front door, and one upstairs in the hallway. My phone dings whenever it catches something. Which it shouldn't since no one else is home", Dean replied.
"Does Aly know that?", Seth asked.
"Just about the ones outside, so don't you open your trap about the ones inside", Dean said.
"I won't", Seth chuckled.
Mandy woke up and rubbed her wrists. Sonya had tied her up again last night. She had learned long ago not to fight her anymore. Laying there and letting it happen. Numbing herself.
She dressed and walked out to the living room. Sonya was talking to someone in the kitchen.
"He knew it was me.", Sonya said.
"You should have waited till someone else was inside, or till he went outside. Make up something about having to go to your car and walking back in through the front", Dolph growled and paced.
"You wouldn't be going through this trial if you would have just let her go. She is replaceable, they all are", Sonya wanted to shout.
"Not Aly. She was perfect, I had her right where I wanted her. They brainwashed her", Dolph replied.
"What do you want me to do? She's been calling and texting all week", Sonya said, leaning back in her chair.
"Meet up. Ask her about the trial, convince her its not worth it and that she should walk away", Dolph said.
"Even if she does, that doesn't mean she'll return to you. She's pregnant with her third child, his third child", Sonya said.
"A child you were suppose to get rid of", Dolph replied.
"I thought she would lose it after she fell. It was a good few steps down", Sonya said.
Dolph rolled his eyes.
"You know, she's on bed rest. Can't move. You could always walk in there and get her, kill the baby yourself", Sonya shrugged.
"I can't just walk in there. Someone is always around", Dolph said, rolling his eyes.
"Lets find out", Sonya said, picking up her phone.
She texted Alyssa to see if she was home.
"I hate being on bedrest."- Alyssa
"I'm sure you and your man are finding ways to make up the time"- Sonya
"He's at work actually, although I do wish he was home."- Alyssa
"Catching up with your kids then"- Sonya
"Kids are out too. My parents have them, wanted to give me time to rest. Just me and Lizzie. Want to come over and keep me company?"- Alyssa
Sonya smirked and showed Dolph. He laughed and nodded.
"Tell her yes and that you'll be right over", Dolph smirked.
She nodded and texted Alyssa. Mandy didn't want anything to happen to Aly or the baby. She was very kind to her. Making her way back to the room, she had to find a way to contact Dean.
Alyssa had to get up to use the restroom. As she was carefully making her way back to bed, she heard a noise downstairs.
"Sonya?", she called out.
She had told her where Dean left the spare key, since she couldn't go down to open the door. She took a step towards her bedroom door.
"Sonya?", she called out again.
The person who turned the corner to enter her room, wasn't Sonya. She stepped back.
Mandy and Sonya had sat down to watch a movie.
"I'll be right back, I have to use the restroom", Sonya said, kissing Mandy gently.
Mandy nodded. Once Sonya was inside the bathroom, she grabbed Sonya's phone and called the police station.
"San Diego police department", a woman answered.
"Dean, I need to speak to Dean Ambrose. Its urgent, please hurry.", Mandy quickly said.
"Just a moment", the woman replied.
Mandy kept her eyes on the bathroom door. She could hear the ringing still.
"Come on", she whispered.
"Officer Ambrose speaking", he answered.
"Your wife is in danger. Go to her, now", she said quickly before hanging up.
Dean's heart started racing. He stood and flagged Seth over.
"We have to go to my house, you drive.", he said quickly.
Seth didn't question it. Dean checked the cameras, nothing suspicious outside. He did get an alert from the cameras inside though.
"Drive faster Seth", Dean said, seeing the back of someone, but not able to see his face.
Seth stepped on it, setting off their sirens.
