C for CPR
Takes place three months after the series finale
"One, two, three…" Alan repeated.
Alan was pushing on Don's chest, hoping he wasn't too late to save his oldest son after the man who kidnapped both of them electrocuted Don. The man took them in an effort to get to Charlie's research and Don refused to say anything as to where Charlie was and paid for it with multiple electric shocks from a cattle prod to the chest. The last one made Don unconscious and Alan had been doing CPR ever since, and that was barely a minute ago.
'It can't be too much longer, otherwise he will not come back at all.' Alan thought desperately to himself
Alan was determined to save his oldest, as he was not having another member of his family die, not after what happened to his beloved wife.
'Donnie, come back, please.' Alan silently begged
To Alan's immense relief, Don started to cough and moaned as he woke up but Alan could tell that he was still weak
"You… you okay Dad?" Don managed to croak out weakly
Before Alan could answer, he heard a commotion outside, with yelling and gunfire going off before the door to their room opened, revealing Don's team coming to their rescue.
'Finally' Alan thought
"I am Don," Alan finally answered his son, "We are going to be okay."
