A.N. Hey folks, Blue Tagg here with the twelfth chapter. Here the Turtles and Officers introduce each other.

Also, I meant to say this last time, but you remember the cartoon the turtles watched in Chapter 7? It was predicting Judy getting mutated.

Anyway, on with the story.

The turtles and ZPD escaped the warehouse and made their way towards a nearby alleyway.

"Everyone all right?" Leo asked the Officers.

Some officers were laying against the wall of the alleyway looking exhausted. The mutated Judy Hopps was still unconscious, with Nick looking over her. The Ottertons huddled together after everything that happened, they were still a bit shaken up.

"I think everyone is alright, all things considered," Nigel Werrel said as he handed Leo his katana back.

"Now time for some questions!" Bogo declared. "Who are you guys, what're those Kraang things, and what happened to my officer!"

"Yes, there's a lot to explain," Leo began. "First off, I'm Leonardo. And these are my brothers, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo."

"What up," Mikey said to them.

"So, you guys are, Italian?" Benny asked.

"Our father was into the Italian Renaissance," Donnie said.

"Plus, he's a rat," Mikey piped up, only to be bopped on the head by Raph.

Soon the mutated Judy moaned a bit, but went back to sleep.

"Judy," Nick whispered to her.

Donnie then approached Judy and pulled out a small flashlight. He then opened her eye and flashed the light into it.

"Pupil dilation normal," Donnie observed. He then placed a finger on her wrist and then her neck. "Heartbeat steady."

Benjamin Levin approached as his eyes turned red, activating his Retina-Hardware.

"He's right. Her vital signs are looking normal," Benny said as his eyes returned to normal.

"Another question, what happened to Hopps!?" Bogo demanded to know.

"I think it's clear she was magically transformed into a monster," Mchorn pointed out.

"She got mutated," Donnie began explain. "And it's not magic, it's science. The mutagen, the green substance she was exposed to changed both her body and her DNA. I'm guessing the feather she came in contact with before was an owl feather, which is the reason why she transformed into part owl."

"So now, she's officially…. Rabwing!" Mikey declared, causing the everyone to look at him. "Because she's part rabbit, and she has wings. So, I thought…"

"We get it," Leo said irritated.

"Anyway, Officer Hopps is a mutant," Donnie said.

"Mutant?" Bogo asked.

"Yeah, a mutant. Like us," Mikey said, surprising the mammals.

"Like you," Nigel said in surprise.

"Yes," Leo confirmed.

Just then, everyone heard moaning from Judy as she began to wake up.

"Ugh, my head," Judy said, in her normal voice. Everyone was surprised to hear Judy's normal voice.

"Judy?" Nick asked with concern.

"Nick? What happened?" Judy asked sounding aware. "Did we rescue the Ottertons? What about those turtles?"

"Well, Carrots," Nick began. "A lot of things happened."

Judy then looked towards a reflective dumpster and got a closer look, only to see herself in her mutant form.

Just gasped and started to look at herself franticly.

"No!" Judy said frantically as she started looking at herself all over. She pulled out feathers and looked at her talon feet. "No, no, nnnoooo!"

Then she noticed her wings, which caused her to scream with horror. Everyone was trying to calm her down.

"Carrots, Carrots, look at me," Nick tried to calm her down.

"Hopps, calm down!" Bogo told her, but no avail.

Raph had a look of annoyance on his face. He then went towards a nearby trash can and grabbed an apple core out of it. Judy was still frantically panicking.

"Sweet cheese and crackers! I'm all, I'm all…" Judy was saying all panicked, until she was hit in the head by the apple core. "…ow."

"Did you just throw an apple core at her head?" Nick said looking mad.

"Hey, it got her attention," Raph pointed out.

Soon Judy calmed down a bit and sat down, still looking at her mutated form.

"I still don't believe it," Judy whimpered.

"All because of you turtles," Bogo declared.

"Us!? What makes you think we were responsible!" Raph argued.

"This wasn't a problem till you four arrived with those robots of yours!" Bogo exclaimed.

As they argued, Mikey noticed something coming towards them.

"Um, guys," Mikey tried to get their attention.

"We just saved your butts," Raph pointed out. "A 'thank you' would be nice."

"Yes, thank you. But I will not tolerate vigilantism in my city!" Bogo said to them.

"Guys," Mikey again tried to get their attention, but again no luck.

"You wanna go?" Raph declared as he tightened his mask and cracked his knuckles.

"Bring it," Bogo growled.

"Guys!" Mikey tried again to tell them, but they didn't listen. Leo went between then to try and break them up.

"Alright, lets just calm down," Leo told them, getting between them.

"Leo's right, let's all just take a moment," Nigel said as he tried to help. At that moment, Mikey had enough.

"GUYS!" Mikey shouted, which got their attention.

"WHAT!?" Raph shouted in response, only for laser blasts to be shot at everyone.

"THAT!" Mikey pointed toward the two Kraang droids shooting at them.

Everyone took cover as they were getting blasted, but Mikey charged at them and destroyed them with his nunchucks.

"Booyakasha!" Mikey cried out in victory.

"Booyakasha? What does that even mean?" Officer Prowlson asked.

"Doesn't mean anything, it's just fun to yell," Mikey explained as Donnie and Benny analysed the bots.

Donnie then noticed on droid was holding a device and had a fiddle with it to find out more.

"Oh no," Donnie realised.

"What is it?" Leo asked.

"The Kraang are tracking… Officer Hopps," Donnie realised as everyone turned to Judy.

"Me?" Judy asked.

"It seems that the Kraang are able to track down recently mutated mutants in this dimension. They can't track us since we've been mutated years ago," Donnie explained.

Leo looked around the corner and see a few vans pulling up with Kraang droids marching out. That meant more fighting was coming.

"Kraang has tracked the creature, that which is a bunny and owl mutant, to the location that Kraang is at now,"

"We have to get the Ottertons, and Officer Hopps out of here!" Leo pointed out.

"Well getting the Ottertons away won't be a problem, but what about Officer Hopps since she's being tracked?" Raph pointed out.

"Not if we can get her underground, the tracking signals will be jammed down there," Donnie explained as he used his T-Phone. Leo then turned to Chief Bogo.

"Chief, have two of your Officers get the Ottertons out of here," Leo told Chief Bogo. "Donnie, Mikey, you two get Officer Hopps out of here, take her to the lair if you have to!"

"Whoa, whoa, you're not taking my officer anywhere!" Bogo told them.

"Look Chief, I know you don't like us right now, but she's in no condition to take them, and as my brother and the hyena pointed out, they'll track her down anywhere else. You have to trust us on this," Leo explained to him.

Bogo looked at the Kraang droids approaching them, then turned to see Officer Hopps just sitting there looking at herself with Nick next to her for moral support. Bogo knew he had to make a decision.

"Fine, but as soon as we're done, you're taking me to where Hopps is," Bogo declared.

"Very well," Leo agreed. "Everyone else, keep them distracted!"

As the Kraang approached, they were run over by the Shellraiser, which stopped in front of them.

"Good thing I installed that auto-pilot," Donnie praised himself.

The Officers approached, ready to hold off the Kraang. Benny tapped a few buttons on his watch, readying his attack drone. Officer Delgato then took a look at the Shellraiser.

"(Whistles) Sweet ride you got there," Delgato said, impressed by the vehicle.

"Thanks, built this baby myself," Donnie replied with pride.

Soon, Donnie and Mikey both grabbed Judy's arms around their shoulders as they helped her towards the Shellraiser. Just they got there, Nick stopped them.

"Hold it, if you're taking her somewhere, I'm coming as well," Nick declared.

"I'm not sure…" Donnie was saying, but Leo interrupted him.

"Look, now's not the time to argue with him, Donnie," Leo told his brother. "Just let him come, blindfold him if you have to."

After a moment, Mikey, Donnie, Nick and Judy (A.K.A, Rabwing), got into the Shellraiser and it drove off. The Kraang noticed this.

"Stop the vehicle, that which is the vehicle, that contains the specimen, that Kraang needs," a Kraang droid said as they aimed at the Shellraiser, but were interrupted by their oppresers.

"Everyone, take 'em down!" Leo commanded as he, Raph and the Officers charged at the Kraang.

A.N. And that was the twelfth chapter folks. So, Nick and Judy have been taken to the lair for their own safety while the others take down the Kraang. How will that go?

Also, another thing, there will be more mutants in future chapters, so I had an idea. Let you guys come up with them. Just comment on the mammal they once were, what part animal they were mutated into (mammal, aquatic, reptile, insect, etc,) and, optionally, a name for Mikey to give them. Just put those ideas in the comment section, and I'll decide where or if I'll put them, and when they're introduced, your user name will be in Author Notes. It may feel like I'm being lazy, but I want to hear people out. Just hope I don't regret it.

Anyway, till we meet again.
