Just as Vergil was about to get in the car he stopped and looked to lady "you may wish to go grab your weapons."
Lady said "you're making me more nervous when you say that" she turned and went back into the house.
Vergil looked confused "fine, Mary everything is going to be fine we should leave our weapons here because it's all going to be a simple trip to Devil May Cry" he said sarcastically.
Lady from the top of the stairway said "you're not funny you know?"
A few moments later Lady returned with all her weapons strapped to her.
When Vergil saw her he couldn't help but stare.
Lady tilted her head looking back at him "what?"
Vergil straightened up and replied "nothing" and got into the car.
Lady got in next to him and kissed his cheek making Vergil's face go red "why do you get all embarrassed when I kiss you? You not enjoy me kissing you?"
Vergil started driving and replied "that's not .. I'm not talking about this"
Lady scoffed "fine no more kisses for you"
Vergil just shook his head "fine, and there will be things that you won't be getting any more let us see who caves first" he said, sounding sure of himself.
Lady just smiled "oh you are so on, you'll be begging for me by the end of this"
Vergil replied "funny, I was just thinking the same in reverse"
Lady was about to reply when she saw that red neon sign in the distance "ah here we are, I'm surprised it was this quiet" she spoke
Vergil replied "famous last words"
Once they stopped outside, the devil may cry Vergil went and picked up Jacqueline from the back seat and carried her inside but when they walked in he saw Dante not wearing a shirt. "you knew we were coming and you didn't dress adequately?"
Dante coughed then spoke in an attempt at vergil's voice "you saw the sign on the door and you don't abide to it" making Vergil turn back to the door and saw the sign that read "FUCKING KNOCK!"
Vergil simply looked back at Dante and tapped on the door sarcastically. Dante went and grabbed Jacqueline "hello baby you have fun with Uncle Jerk and Auntie Lady?"
Jacqueline hugged her father hard "yes but I was excited about spending another night Daddy"
Trish then came from upstairs and walked quickly to Dante and hugged Jacqueline "oh baby I missed you"
Dante handed Jacqueline to Trish then looked to Vergil "besides so what if I wasn't wearing clothes it's my place you know?"
Vergil replied "but a person would surely dress if they knew they had guests arriving"
Dante said "you might do that"
Lady stepped in "Dante could you please put on a shirt it's… distracting"
Dante smirked hearing that "oh you enjoying the view Lady?"
Lady smiled and said "I've seen better"
Vergil chuckled at that making Dante speak up "yeah right there is no better"
Trish said "well I think it's a little uneven how come I don't get to see your man's upper body? Take off the shirt Vergil"
Vergil went quiet but at the same time had a small smile on his face.
Dante said "Trish! Oh you know what? everything that happened today… never happening again"
Trish looked to Dante "hey! I was just joking. Dante come on today was too amazing to never happen again."
Jacqueline asked "hey auntie Lady, what did you mean when you said to uncle Vergil "you'll be begging for me by th-.."
Dante said "what? You said what?" he turned to Lady
Lady went red this time "I … look nevermind tell us what's going on?"
Dante sighed and looked to Jacqueline then back at everyone else "well the asshole called and well he said he had a proposition but I didn't even listen to it I just told him to come out and we'll settle this finally"
Vergil said "so what do you want to do? Go find him?"
Dante said "what and leave Jackie on her own? Fuck no I'm just going to wait for him"
Vergil said "that is a stupid plan"
Dante said "oh really? Cause that was all you ever did when we fought you'd always wait till I found you then we'd fight….. So I guess that makes you… by your own logic… a dumbass"
It was quiet for a moment before Jacqueline started giggling then Trish and then eventually Lady.
Vergil chuckled too then the door behind them opened and everyone drew their weapons and there stood Sparda "what a welcome this is, you really roll out the red carpet here"
They all sighed in relief apart from Dante who said "why do you all keep missing the sign that says to knock?"
Sparda turned and saw it "ahh yes there is a sign"
Dante just shook as he said "what you thought I was making it up?!"
Sparda asked "why such a hostile response to a guest anyways?"
Trish walked over "the demon that took my daughter is still alive.. You said he was dead"
Sparda looked confused "I … that's … I assumed he was dead I should have checked the body"
Dante said "don't worry dad we'll make sure he stays dead this time"
Sparda looked back to her "nothing will happen to Jacqueline I swear it to you Trish" he said moving his hand to caress her cheek.
Trish did feel more at ease when Sparda said that but at the same time as a mother she could not help but worry.
Just then the ground started trembling and a few moments after the phone started ringing.
Dante grabbed it and answered "devil may cry?"
Nazareth was there "you feel it Mr. Redgrave the seismic activity?"
Dante replied "Your mom is showing signs of seismic activity"
Lady had to laugh hearing that.
Nazareth responded "take a look outside" he said before hanging up.
Dante summoned the devil sword Dante in his hand and walked outside the rest of them following him once outside there was a colossal demon in the distance it was hideous from a distance it looked as if it was falling apart as little pieces kept falling from it but they were actually just smaller demons falling from it.
Dante said to Vergil "how much do you bet he's up there? Or inside it?"
Vergil nodded "yes I think inside it"
Dante said "alright I'll be back in a minute you guys look after Jackie"
Trish ran in front of Dante "wait what?! That's your plan, you're going to fight it on your own?"
Dante looked at the demon then back at Trish "I've fought bigger and won what's the problem?"
Vergil said "I'm coming with you"
Dante sighed "ugh fine…"
Sparda stepped forward "yes I am too"
Dante said "no, dad look I … I need you to stay here? If anything gets past me and Vergil I need you to make sure Jackie is safe"
Sparda sighed "if you start to look as if you're losing I will get involved"
Trish walked over to Dante "come back to me"
Dante kissed her lips "always"
Lady went and hugged Vergil hard, "you better win."
Vergil hugged her back slowly "I won't lose… never again"
Jacqueline came running to Dante "don't go daddy please"
Dante knelt down and hugged her "don't worry baby I won't be gone long I'll come back to you and mommy I promise" Trish gently pulled Jacqueline back "it's gonna be okay sweetie"
The devil sword Dante then moved on it's own stabbed itself into Dante's chest making him grunt and turn into his sin devil form then jumped into the air flying towards the large demon in the distance.
Vergil changed into his Sin Devil form too and flew off following Dante.
Dante slashed his sword upwards diagonally through the large demon's chest
Vergil did the same on the other side so they both cut an X into the demon's chest but it just made more pieces of it fall off and more demons landed on the ground.
Dante went up and landed upon the demon's shoulder and changed back to his human form "ugh you have got to be one of the ugliest things I've ever wha?" he looked down seeing there was something pulling him down and he was just sinking into the demon almost like quick sand "whoa fuck… ah VERGIL!" he yelled
Vergil stopped and hovered in place turning seeing Dante was being pulled in and quickly flew towards him but before he made it Dante yelled "no you know what it's okay I'll see if I can take it out from inside!" he said
Vergil stopped at that and agreed it was a good idea if he couldn't beat it from the outside Maybe Dante could kill it from within but while distracted the demon swatted Vergil out of the air like a fly and sent him slamming into the side of a building.

Sparda was clearing the demons on the ground like they were nothing and the very few that got past him Lady and Trish were tearing apart.
One of the demons jumped from the sky and nearly hit trish but Sparda threw his sword and it went straight through the demon's body then one tried to get Sparda from behind but Sparda's hand grabbed the demon's neck and just snapped it like it was nothing "insect" he muttered.
Trish jumped over Sparda and kicked a demon using her lightning, killing the demon and sending it crashing into four others.
Sparda watched her and smiled slightly "hmm my son is very lucky to have you Trish"
Trish was about to say something back but then she saw Vergil get hit by the demon "Vergil!" she said, sounding worried then she didn't see Dante anymore either "where is Dante?"

Inside the colossal demon
Dante was looking around inside the demon and soon found what he was looking for there was a large glowing red heart in the centre "that's what I was after" he said.
Then Nazareth stepped out from behind the heart with a grin on his face and holding a cane in his hand but out of it he pulled a sword "Hello again … Dante"
Dante pulled out his sword "yeah yeah let's skip the pleasantries I've been looking forward to killing you."
Nazareth stared into Dante's eyes which started to glow red "once you are dead I will kill your family, your father, your dear brother and his lover, your nephew and your beloved Trish …. Mmm or maybe I'll take her too just like your daughter and have them both for myself"
Dante said "I'd love to see you try you ugly…"
Nazareth replied "..handsome"
Dante continued "..french"
Nazareth sighed "..Belgium"
Dante finished with "..motherfucker"
Nazareth chuckled darkly and jumped towards Dante swinging his sword down at him but Dante was ready for it as he stepped to the side and slashed his sword across Nazareth's back making him grunt.
Dante laughed "hah that all you got? Damn this is gonna be easier than I thought"
Nazareth growled and charged at Dante, Dante jumped up over him landing behind him and pulled out the coyote A and shot him straight into the face, blowing half of Nazareth's head off.
Nazareth looked as if he was about to fall back but slowly leaned back up and the half of his head looked as if it were growing back as he chuckled at Dante.
Dante just gazed with a cringed look on his face "that is disgusting, no wonder you can't find your own girl" but while distracted Nazareth slashed his sword at Dante but as Dante went to move out of the way the sword slashed his left eye making Dante scream in agony as blood shot out everywhere.
Nazareth laughed thinking this was his moment of victory as Dante fell backwards holding his hand over his eye but Dante quickly recovered he was angry though he threw the sword at Nazareth and just as Nazareth moved out of the way and watched the sword go past his face Dante charged at him and knocked Nazareth's sword out of his hand and started to beat the shit out of him punching him over and over.
Dante after punching Nazareth for so long grabbed him and threw him at the heart and then threw not only Nazareth's own sword but he then threw the devil sword Dante at him stabbing through him and into the heart of the colossal demon then turned into his demon form and charged at Nazareth.

Vergil had been trying his best to kill the demon from the outside but it seemed to no avail as the more he tried to cut through it the more demons fell from it. But at the same time he couldn't just stop because the demon was trying to kill Vergil too.
But all the sudden the Demon started stumbling and looked as if it was weakening.

Lady finished off the last group of demons by firing a missle from her bazooka into a group blowing them apart.
Trish looked up and saw the colossal demon stumbling "something's wrong with it"
Sparda smiled "it's dying, that's what's wrong with it"
Then suddenly they saw something coming flying out of the demon's chest and the demon fell completely dead shortly after.
It was Dante he had charged through Nazareth and the heart and out of the demon's chest as they landed on the ground in the middle of the street Vergil flew down and Trish and Sparda walked over.
Trish gasped when she saw Dante his left eye was missing or at least partially destroyed as blood was pouring down his face she ran to him and grabbed his face "Dante!... baby are you okay?"
Dante said "no I'm not okay Trish now I can only see your breasts from this angle…" he then slowly smiled but he did seem like he meant what he said.
Trish kissed him and hugged him then looked down seeing Nazareth coughing out blood.
They all quickly surrounded his body staring down at him with hate and contempt.
Nazareth tried to move up but Dante stabbed him again with his sword "just quit dude you're dying this time the shows over"
Vergil came over and stabbed yamato into Nazareth's chest "time to bow out"
Nazareth's face soon went vacant; he spoke with his final breath "Trish…"
When she heard that Trish slammed her heel down into his face crushing his skull and his body just seemed to fade into dust.
Dante nodded "french prick…"
Vergil slid Yamato back into its sheath and walked back towards the devil may cry and grabbed Lady hard and kissed her.
Lady kissed him back, wrapping her arms around him.
Vergil then told her "this kiss doesn't count as begging"
Lady chuckled "I know baby"
Dante came from behind them and Lady saw he only had one eye "Dante! Jesus what happened?"
Dante sighed "it fell out…. Yeah I know it was like that boulder that was chasing indiana jones it just rolled right out" he said sounding heavily sarcastic as he walked into his home and then Jacqueline saw Dante and screamed when she saw his eye "ahhhhh daddy!"
Dante quickly went to her "don't worry baby I'm fine it's okay look I came back didn't I? I killed all the monsters for you"
Jacqueline hugged her father hard, crying for him. She hated seeing him hurt like this.
Trish asked "you should go to bed baby and rest"
Dante said "yeah right I'm ordering pizza THEN I'll sleep"
Vergil chuckled "I think you look better with one eye"
Dante replied "and I think you'll look better with only one ball in your sack so how about you shut up before I make it so"
Sparda came in and looked to Dante "does it hurt?"
Dante looked up at him with a confused look "no it felt good actually like slipping into a warm bath you know"
Sparda smirked "I apologise, it was a stupid question"
Dante nodded "just a bit" he then picked up the phone and started ordering pizza
Sparda walked over to Jacqueline "you are safe now my sweetheart" he said leaning down to kiss her forehead.
Jacqueline smiled up at him "thank you grandpa… are you sure he is gone this time?"
Sparda chuckled "definitely there is no way he can come back now, I promise"
Trish went and hugged Sparda "thank you for looking after us" she then planted a kiss upon his cheek.
Sparda hugged her back and replied "no thanks needed"
Dante slammed the phone down in anger.
Lady asked "what's wrong Dante?"
Dante looked up at her "I'm depressed I don't have my left eye anymore to look at Trish's boobs…"
Trish quickly said "Dante… not in front of Jackie please"
Dante completely ignored her and went on to say "... I can't have sex with Trish anymore for about a week because she was talking about looking at Vergil's body earlier"
Trish said "wha? I was joking Dante"
Dante still kept going "... Vergil still has both eyes so now he thinks he's better than me"
Vergil said "I wouldn't have lost an eye"
Dante threw the phone at him but Vergil of course moved out of the way "and on top of all that….. The fucking pizza place is closed because there was a huge demon in the middle of the city! Well if it wasn't for me it would still be there what's a hero got to do to get a pizza over here?"
Lady went over and hugged Dante's back "I can see why you're upset don't worry it can only get better from here"
Dante sighed and stood up and walked upstairs "I'm going to bed keep the noise down all of you"
Sparda said "son I'm sure your eye will grow back by the time you awaken"
Dante turned "it will? I mean I don't know I've never been slashed across the eye before despite Vergil's attempts"
Vergil said "I have never went for your eyes…."
Dante said "well you thought about it"
Just then the other phone rang Dante jumped down from the top of the stairs and said "please be the pizza place offering free pizza" Dante answered the phone it was Nero "Dante are you alright?"
Dante growled "I don't know, is Kyrie making pizza and bringing it over?"
Nero replied "what? No I meant the demon's in town"
Dante replied "yeah speaking of which where the FUCK were you?"
As Dante and Nero argued on the phone Sparda stood up chuckling "I am going to go home… farewell everyone"
Lady said "yeah us too… bye bye Jackie sweetie oh.. Trish you want us to keep Jackie over again I mean seen as stuff kept interrupting us last time?"
Trish looked to Jacqueline "you want to stay over with Auntie Lady and Uncle Vergil baby?"
Jacqueline nodded "Oh YES! But.. is Daddy gonna be okay?"
Trish nodded "he'll be fine sweetie Grandpa said the eye will come back when he wakes up so the sooner I put him to bed the sooner he gets his eye back"
Lady spoke in "so he can look at your breasts?" she asked smiling
Trish couldn't help but smile "I suppose so"
Lady just giggled and took Jacqueliene's hand "come on sweetie let's go home here Uncle Vergil can carry you" she said lifting Jacqueline to Vergil's back where she wrapped her arms around his neck.
Vergil felt Jacqueline on his back and looked over his shoulder at her seeing her smiling she looked so happy.
Trish said "bye guys I'll see you later sweetie"
As they left Trish turned back to Dante who said "Nero I'm gonna hang up on you now … wha… oh shut up" he said slamming the phone down. He then looked to Trish with his good eye "oh babe.. I understand if you can't love a guy with only one eye"
Trish frowned "what are you talking about? I'm not gonna break up with you over a lost eye Dante.. Besides it will grow back"
Dante said " we still talking about the eye?"
Trish giggled "I thought we weren't having sex for a few days?"
Dante said "we're not because you're a traitor you wanted to check out Vergil"
Trish sighed "oh come on Dante you're practically the same anyway"
Dante said "now you're definitely not getting sex… you had enough this morning anyway and that won't ever be happening again"
Trish scoffed "yeah right no sex ever again I bet you'll go back on that before I do"
Dante replied "no I meant the whole being nice to you thing" he said as he walked upstairs.
Trish said "you'll change your mind tomorrow when you awaken"
Dante reached the bedroom and turned to ask her "why what's happening tomorrow?"
Trish kissed his cheek and winked at him "you'll see.."
