"You sure we should be here? We have been getting most distress calls from more populated areas," Raven says.
"Yes, I am. We are looking for someone specifically," Agradd says looking around.
"You know who?" Raven asks.
"Yes, the hound of Culann!" Agradd says calling out to the surrounding area the title of the one they sought.
"Culann?" Raven asks a bit shocked.
Agradd was about to say something when they heard a snarl. "That is not him," Agradd says unnerved as the plant life around them started to wither. "Raven, do you know what is coming?" Agradd asks nervously trying to peer through the fog that was growing thicker.
Raven's eyes narrow. 'I sense a demon,' Rage growls.
"And it's big," Argadd spoke up, making the Ravens half wondering if he can read thoughts without touching them now. "Raven…I'm a bit scared…am I right to be?" Agradd whispers to her, getting close now.
"Yes. You are. Just stick close to me, okay?" Raven says comfortingly.
'…Brave stop jumping up and down!' Rage yells.
'I can't stop. This is so nice that we get to protect him and kick a demon ass!' Brave cheers.
'We're a half demon,' Knowledge reminds.
'Bad demon ass…unless Argadd wants to punish our ass,' Brave says offhandedly and makes them all blush.
'Why? Oh why, did you have to say that? Did Passion bribe you?' Knowledge asks.
'No. Just a thought since he is a fairy and we are a demon,' Brave explains smirking a bit evilly.
'And how is that relevant to?' Knowledge asks.
'Our future husband,' Brave says smiling.
'And what does him being a fairy have to do with us being half demon?!' Knowledge yells.
Brave hums happily. 'Simply, he's a fairy, we're half demon. It makes sense for us to be 'punished'.'
'…we are actually into that!?' All the other emoticlones, besides Passion calls.
Argadd pokes Raven's arm and snaps them all out of it and turn to him. "Are you okay? You want to try and run? We can come back with help."
"Uh…the fog has traces of magic so I think it has trapped us," Raven informs.
"Oh," Argadd says himself and looks on ahead to the gurgling noises. "Are they okay? You seem…distracted."
'Ok girls, focus. We are worrying our husband to be,' Happy warns.
'We just said it again…but yeah. We got a monster in front of us,' Knowledge says.
'What do we got on it Knowledge?' Brave asks.
'I don't know. We haven't seen it yet,' Knowledge reminds a bit angrily.
'At least general stuff?' Rage pushes.
'…judging by the sounds this thing is making…it's not intelligent, so it's basically feral,' Knowledge informs.
"Good enough," Raven says and gets Argadd's attention now. "We might be facing feral."
"Are you okay? Able to fight?" Argadd asks concerned.
Raven's eyes suddenly became purple and she leans over and gives a quick kiss to him. "For luck cutie," Passion obviously says.
Argadd blinks surprised a few times before turning back to in front of them, the girls noticing that hardly a blush is forming on his cheeks.
"Argadd, time to put what you have learned to the test," Raven says as the fire starts to form in her hand.
Argadd, seeing this, nods and follows her lead as his cloak turns red.
Soon they hear the clopping of hooves on the ground and see a huffing horse head coming out of the fog. But it looks…wrong. All skin of any color or type is gone and only muscle remains, showing which ones are moving with every movement the horse head is moving. The whole body starts to follow in the same manner until something riding it…no…attached to it in some manner as muscles tissue moved along with it, pieces and whole weapons of swords and spears coming out of its back and flank of the horse body while it seemed to almost leak blood, but never able to. Arms having long claws on the end of it that look almost like it was bone.
'Oh no,' Knowledge voices a bit horrified.
"Raven…" Argadd stops as he turns to see Raven frozen in sight of it. "Raven? Raven?"
'We have the worse luck. That is the Nuckelavee. It is the most powerful demon in Irish legends,' Knowledge informs.
"Raven?" Argadd reaches over before shaking her as she remained frozen in sight.
'We need water!' all of the emoticlones yell.
"Agradd, can you sense the river we are near to?" Raven asks.
Argadd stops for a second before looking around and trying to find running water. "Its…" he tries to say as he kept looking.
"It's a few hundred feet away," Raven says.
'He's new. Don't get mad,' Knowledge says as she tries to go through their list of spells on keeping it at bay.
"Wasn't planning it," Raven says as she forms a fireball in each of her hands before throwing both to both sides of the nuckelavee, the fire spreading outward and making a line between it and them.
'Ah, problem. The nuckelavee, while not intelligent…resistant to magic and physical attack. Only known weakness. Freshwater,' Knowledge informs.
'So wait, it could jus…its just walking through the fire like nothing was there,' Brave says.
"Raven…can water harm it?" Agradd asks, catching onto why she asked for a river.
"Freshwater. Not salt water," Raven informs before feeling him grab her arm and pulls her away towards her indicated direction of the river.
Raven tries to keep up now and even flings more fireballs at it and in front of it, trying to at least keep it back and even threw a few rocks at it and onto its legs. The rocks bouncing off uselessly and even the fire just covering it as it starts to pick up speed at them. Agradd forms a white magic ball in his free hand and slams it onto the ground, icing up the grass dirt before it steps on it and shatters the ice like it was a weak mirror.
Raven hears the hooves hitting the ground and catching up to them and tries to lift pieces of the ground into the air and then places them in front of the demon, only to see it smash through the rock like it was wrappings.
Agradd tries to keep sensing water and finally sees it, sensing what Raven caught on to. A river a few hundred feet away. A few hundred. It hasn't changed. Seeing that all their running isn't making the sense of river stronger, he now knew what was happening. Agradd looks behind him and sees the demon approaching fast as it gallops now.
He quickly tries to measure the area in his head with what he knew before gripping Raven's arm hard and makes her stop trying to life the ground into the air and then swings her around in front of him, letting go at the apex and makes her fly off before turning to the demon and holds his hands out in front of him, ice quickly forming before it forms a disc in front of him in the form of a makeshift shield.
A sudden clattering of bones against ice sounded out and he looks through the blurry ice to see that the demon had tried to stab a clawed hand through him, but was stopped short. Piercing the ice and coming close to hitting him. The horse head whinnies almost demonically and with a blurry means to it. Agradd looking to it as rears up and waves it forehooves in a slapping maneuver before crashing down onto his shield and shattering it, sending him down. Agradd quickly tries to get up and tries to run before stopping as he felt something hold him. He slowly looks down to see that two of the claws are on his shoulder joints, squeezing down on him. Looking lower, he can see two others under his ribs, already squeezing him. Agradd grunts as he tries to pull the claws apart while feeling the blade-like claws dig into and cut his flesh through his clothing.
"Agradd!" Raven yells, rushing over and immediately puts a black shield up that was hit by the other clawed hand, almost going through it. "Agradd!"
Agradd grunts as he tries to freeze the claws and break them apart but felt them dig deeper and cut more into him. Raven's loud cries getting to him, but he could only struggle and feel the claws move closer to him.
"Agradd!" Raven tries to yell and was about to move her hand up to send another blasting spell at the hand before something long and sharp flew past her vision and goes into the demon. The nuckelavee screeches as the weapon went through its waist, cutting its human-like half off and instantly disappearing. Agradd grunts when he drops and hits the ground. The horse half whines and rears up as it's other half went away and gives Raven the chance to rush over to Agradd as he pants on the ground, giving an expression almost like when Raven first saw him. The muscled horse soon disappears as well and the fog slowly dissipated into thin air while Raven hears armor clanking and approaching them, but her eyes were on Agradd and his already bleeding wounds.
"Are you okay?" someone clearly male asks.
"The hound of Culain?" Agradd asks as he tries to sit up.
"Yes. Seems it was good I came in when I did," he says, looking the two over. "What are you two doing out here? You must have known about the demon."
"Looking for you actually. I am Agradd. I am kin of you," Agradd says, trying his best to bring out his magic wings.
Raven stops him by placing a hand on his shoulder and makes him look to her. "It's okay. I'm sure he will be able to sense it. You got some injuries," she says worriedly now, looking more closely as she tries to clean off what she could.
"He is a fairy I see," Cu says.
"Told you. Now stop moving," Raven orders as she helps him up.
"So you came here looking for me?" Cu asks.
"Yes, we came looking for you to get help," Agradd says.
"Well, you have me. What is needed?" Cu asks curiously, looking over the state of Agradd.
"Yeah, you know about what is happening?" Agradd asks.
"Yes, I have an idea," Cu informs.
"Well, the heroes of the current era are trying to stop all the chaos from the return of creatures like us to earth as humans had forgotten we really existed. Even wrote a story where you died," Agradd explains.
"Well, that's just silly," he says and gets looks from them both. "The last part. Not the rest."
"Yeah, but they say you fought to your last breath and even after death, they were too scared to approach you, but that is beside the point. Will you help us in restoring some order to the world?" Agradd asks.
"Let me get my weapon then," Cu says walking past them to grab his javelin.
"Also, would you know where the banshee is?" Agradd asks.
"Banshee…" Cu says, trying to think as he picks his javelin out of the ground. "Its…"
"She," Agradd corrects.
"…she should be relatively close by," Cu says looking to him.
"She is a fairy. I'm a fairy. We are kin," Agradd informs.
"Yes. I know. You do know there multiple types of fairies, correct?" Cu asks, walking back to them with a javelin in hand.
"Aye lad, that I do. What did I just say?" Agradd asks, not knowing where that came from.
Cu blinks slowly and Raven looks to him in surprise. 'He better not have a drinking issue,' Rage mentions.
"He lost most of his memories," Raven explains.
"That explains your trouble with magic," Cu concluded.
"According to someone who knew him before, he never exhibited magical aptitude with his kind. I think he just didn't get it right away as he is learning the magic quickly from my lessons," Raven informs.
"Good. Because he needs to have a foot in every section of magic if he's going to survive once he's free to roam," Cu explains as he helps Agradd walk with Raven.
'Who says he will be free to roam when we tie him down with marriage?' Happy says giggling as they soon come to a chariot being pulled by a powerful looking steed.
'Or he will us,' Brave replaces and gets a slap on the head by Rage.
"Thanks for coming to help. I really need more training," Agradd says, making Raven's attention go to him as it's almost sounding like his fault.
"It wasn't your fault. We ran into the worst demon to run into on Ireland," Raven says trying to console him.
"Still, if only I had a way to make fresh water from thin air," Agradd sighs.
"You are not advance in water magic. Remember, your training was interrupted by all this craziness," Raven says.
"I know…" Agradd seems to start.
'Raven, think fast. He's going into a bad spell,' Passion orders.
"It's not your fault," Raven says holding him as they get into the chariot.
'Kiss him. That should do it,' Brave says encouragingly.
"Thanks, Raven…but it feels like it," Agradd sighs and leans against the side.
"You're welcome," Raven says smiling.
'Or maybe not. Now we need to handle his injuries," Knowledge says and makes Raven look to his four marks to see them bleeding less profusely. 'At least they are healing a bit and not as bad as we thought.'
Raven makes no replies to the emoticlones as she works and holds Agradd.
Stargirl grunts as she was slammed into a building by a gargoyle that was holding her there with its grip on her staff as it kept trying to bite at her. "Get off!" she yells before being blasted away by Constantine.
"Keep your head sharp," Constantine reminds as he keeps trying to blast the approaching gargoyles.
"We are getting overwhelmed here," Stargirl says as STRIPE launches missiles at the incoming gargoyles as Starman fires his energy blasts.
"Just keep trying to hold them off. I am almost done on my end," Constantine says, working on some spell scrolls.
"Then who is going to deal with those?" STRIPE asks, pointing out a flock of monstrous looking crows heading for more civilians.
"Burn the air," Constantine says as if it was the simplest thing in the world while still working.
"We got a giant serpent in the Thames river!" Starman calls, spotting it from the air.
"Bloody hell, if it ain't one thing, it is an entire blitzkrieg," a soldier says as his squad kept giving as much cover fire as they could while protecting the civilians evacuating.
"Now that would be an entire book of monsters on the real definition," Constantine mentions and blasts a flock of crows into smoldering feathers and returns to working on the scroll.
"Azarath metrion zinthos!" a cry was heard before a few gargoyles were blasted into pieces by dark magic.
"About bloody time. You got what, or rather, who you needed?" Constantine asks as he turns his body to them, but not looking up.
"We got in touch with a few people," Agradd answers as the air chilled greatly before what STRIPE counted was a hundred swords, spears, axes, and hammers made of ice shot at the gargoyles, starting to shatter them on impact or punch holes through them. "Will this do?"
"Quite," Constantine says, finally looking up from his scroll and sees the two young mages.
"Here comes the serpent!" Starman calls as they spy the thirty-foot blue serpent coming at them.
"Raven, leave that to the hound," Agradd says.
"What hound?!" STRIPE calls before something flew past him that he couldn't tell what at the velocity before a horrible serpent cry was heard and the sound of concrete and earth-shattering was heard. When he turned back to see, he saw the serpent had a huge gaping hole through it and a large crater-like hole was now behind it.
"That hound," Agradd replies simply as he points to the crater.
"Where were you again?" Constantine asks, blasting the gargoyles again.
"Ireland," Agradd replies before a huge flock of monstrous crows came at them. It was obviously formed from multiple flocks. "Banshee, some help?" Agradd asks.
A loud screeching wail was heard before something flew up to the birds in a trail of white wisps that left trial marks behind it. When the marks touched the crows, they all started to fall away, as if they were touched dead by something and then the wisps formed into a woman who turns to them, her face looks beautiful, but her eyes dark red and shallow.
"I'll be. We all might just make it through this," Constantine admits.
"We got help from some old legends," Raven says as she formed a platform and out of the crater jumped Cu who rode the platform up to the gargoyles.
"John, we may not need back up after all," Stargirl says over the comms.
"Nope," Constantine agrees as he puts away the scroll into his coat for another day.
"Raven, I will go with Banshee to another area to see what we can do there," Agradd informs as he and Banshee flew off to a burning part of the city.
Raven watches him and eyes him the whole time, hoping the healing they did holds up for the fight.
'Our Phoenix is starting to spread his wings at last,' Rage says as she and Cu headed for a giant gargoyle who seemed to be controlling the rest.
'But how long can he hold this up? Truth be told, this is the first major fight that he wants to do,' Knowledge points out, almost like the look of command and loyalty that his few expressional faces gave before he left.
'We wouldn't mind if he took charge of us in bed,' Passion says.
'Passion!' everyone else, except Brave, yells as Brave just snickers behind a hand.
"Well, I am out of both magic and energy. Whether or not those are the same, I am too tired to care at the moment," Agradd groans, laying on top of a roof garden, with a few scratches and gashes on him, that he had fallen into a few minutes ago. Having used up the last of his strength pushing the last bit of hostile magical creatures out of London with the team.
"Agradd," Raven calls softly as she slowly floats down to him before walking over as he lays on a bed of sunflowers. "…I'm surprised these things grow up here," she tries to start off while looking over his condition.
"Hey Raven," Agradd says.
Raven sighs as she leans down to him. 'Our big lovable mage,' Passion says quietly and smiling greatly.
"I am spent," Agradd says.
"Just rest. You've been through enough for a long while," Raven says, brushing some of his hair out of his face now.
"Can you help me?" Agradd asks.
"Sure," Raven agrees and helps him sit up while starting to heal his new wounds. "You did very well."
"Thanks," Agradd says, taking the chance to lean against her.
Raven smiles as she holds him while he almost nuzzles into her side. 'He's so cute,' Happy says, beaming brightly.
'We need a wedding outfit for us,' Rude says.
Raven just kept smiling as they all seem to discuss wedding ideas while she kept healing Agradd as he almost seems to sleep now.
'So that from earlier…was that a spell he got from the ice giants?' Knowledge asks.
'I would say so. He has gotten some memories of that one giant he touched,' Brave says proudly of him.
'It was quite a helpful spell,' Knowledge says.
'And exhausting. Did you see the size?' Sloth yawns.
'Someone replay the memory. I want to see how many he got with it,' Brave says.
Raven rolls her eyes amused while the memory played out. 'Oh. Fifteen.'
'Oh, maybe we should learn that. It would really help against our fire family members and enemies,' Knowledge says.
'We'll learn it when he's better,' Brave says pointing at her.
'Or we can seduce Adash to do so as she thinks we are attractive,' Passion says.
'NO!' the others cry out.
'Maybe,' Brave says.
'You two better stop that thought,' Rage mutters, suddenly next to them.
'Oh Rage, is Agradd holding onto us now?' Passion asks.
Raven looks down to Agradd as he hugs and sleeps against her.
Passion smirks as Rage moved away for a closer look.
'We are so keeping that thought alive, aren't we?' Brave whispers to her.
Passion slowly nods.
'Good,' Brave says.
Agradd blinks slowly in his bandaged state.
Raven blinks emotionlessly as well.
The bird creature blinks back.
Agradd blinks again.
Raven blinks again.
The bird creature blinks again.
"When did they able to have a bunch of hippogriffs as pets?" Agradd finally asks as the many hippogriffs crowd around them in the lobby of the tower.
"Hey, come on. Get in there!" Cyborgs calls.
They both look past the bird in front of them to see Cyborg trying to push a hippogriff through a large door that seems new and leading to a large metal birdcage pen where more hippogriffs were waiting and walking or flying around.
Agradd leans back and turns to Raven now. "Should we…help?"
"One moment. I will be right back," Raven says before disappearing into her shadow. When she returned, she had a whistle shaped like a griffon in her mouth.
"That can help…should I do anything?" Agradd asks.
Raven raises a finger gesturing 'hold on' before blowing the whistle, but no sound seems to come out of it but all the hippogriffs pick up their heads and look at her. Raven points to the cage before seemingly blowing again.
All the hippogriffs look to the cage before charging and flying their way through the door. Cyborg yells as he is trampled over by the stampede of bird horses and kept grunting in pain before the creatures all ran in and the smoke cleared up to show Cyborg in pieces on the ground. Agradd walks over and looks down to Cyborg as vacuum bots start to clean the place. Cyborg blinks and looks to the bots as they clean up the mess made by the stampede and start to suck up his pieces. Cyborg yells out and grunts as he starts to roll his body parts away while being chased by vacuums of death.
"Is this a normal thing?" Agradd asks as Raven walks up to him.
"It's called a whistle of command avaians. Works on them because they are half griffon," Raven explains as she shows the whistle to him.
"It doesn't make a sound," Agradd says looking it over and gives a quick blow into it to only hear his breath blowing through it.
'Oh yeah. Agradd is still a cute dufus,' Happy says smiling.
'He is our dufus,' Passion reminds possessively.
Agradd keeps blowing into the whistle to try and make a sound before they hear yelling and the inner front doors open to Beast Boy glaring at him. "What's all the ruckus?!" Agradd blinks confused and look to the whistle before blowing again and make Beast Boy cry out while pulling on his ears in an attempt to close them. Agradd then stops and looks to see Beast Boy fuming. "You got five seconds to explain."
"It was something to get them into the cage," Raven informs before taking it back.
"How does a dog whistle do that?" Beast Boy asks.
"Turn into an avian. Any kind and I will show you," Raven informs.
Beast Boy raises an eyebrow before turning into a simple crow on one of the chairs.
Raven smirks before blowing the whistle.
Beast Boy instantly turned and looks to her, waiting for something.
"Go eat a hamburger with Cyborg," Raven informs smirking.
Beast Boy turns and flies off while Agradd looks to in some surprise. "Doesn't he not eat meat?"
"Yes, he does not eat any meat. Next lesson after we meet with Robin and Starfire telling them we are back, magical items," Raven says.
"Okay," Agradd only agrees to.
"Good," Raven says happily grabbing his hand, leading him to the elevator.
"What is the first item?" Agradd asks curiously.
"I will show you after we meet with Robin and Starfire," Raven says.
'You know, I am glad we have a future husband so interested in learning,' Knowledge says.
'It was us helping him and he's eager to figure out his life. Maybe he thinks that learning this will help him remember," Timid spoke up.
'Or is it because this is what originally led us to him and sparked the love between us?' Passion interjects, making them all seriously consider that.
"Or is it because I care?" Agradd suddenly asks next to them, all of them not realizing it for the moment that he is in Raven's mind.
'When did you come in?' Knowledge asks before Passion grabs him and holds him possessively.
Agradd just holds up an ungloved hand and they realized Raven must have grabbed it and touched his skin accidentally. "We were here. I thought I wouldn't need that many pieces of clothing anymore," he says through Passion's nuzzling his neck.
"Agradd," Raven says appearing in her mind.
"Sorry," Agradd apologizes as he looks down and Passion nuzzles him harder at his change of emotion.
Raven pulls Passion away before hugging him herself.
'I knew my side would work,' Passion says, looking proud of herself while holding her head up high.
Agradd smiles as his currently red cloak wrap around her, holding her close and the emoticlones of Raven felt like he was hugging each of them as well.
'Say it,' Brave whispers, sighing relief at what he is giving each of them.
"Raven…I think…I love you," Agradd says, hearing Brave.
Raven smiles heavily now, hearing those words from him. "I love you too."
'We are going to think up more plans like that,' Brave says referring to marriage to Knowledge.
'We could try our favorite colors and not just white. White is just a choice everyone picks. Pick a different one and it's cheaper,' Knowledge informs.
'Oh, does that mean it will be pink?' Happy asks.
'No, purple obviously,' Passion says turning to her.
"Or blue?" Agradd spoke up, holding Raven tightly.
"It should be white. It's the color when I am in perfect balance," Raven says.
Agradd looks down to Raven at that and sees her lightly smiling up at him. "Okay."
'Does he even know what we are talking about?' Brave whispers to Rage.
'I would bet not,' Rage whispers back.
'Knowledge,' they all said.
'I think he believes we are discussing what color for the lesson,' Knowledge whispers to them.
Raven sighs and keeps holding Agradd. "I'll tell you later of why they are choosing colors."
"Alright," Agradd says before motioning for her to access his memories for the usual treatment.
Raven smiles as she sits him down and sits down with him before touching his head.
'It's obvious now that he trusts us with his body and mind…now that's a wedding vow,' Knowledge points out.
'Oh, copy some of those ice spells for our arsenal,' Brave calls, causing Knowledge to make a book appear and open it up at the two, waiting expectantly.
Raven doesn't reply as she kept her magic on Agradd while the others group up. 'So…what will he wear?' Rage asks simply.
'…we are going to have to talk to Adash,' Knowledge informs makes all, but Raven and Agradd to make a face.
'Bigger question, honeymoon,' Passion mentions.
"Raven, is a honeymoon a kind of dessert?" Agradd asks.
Raven blushes a bit. "Um…no. It's…I'll explain after the first part I still need to explain to you."
'So…he's on the top first night?' Passion whispers now.
'I hope he gets commanding like in London,' Brave whispers back as Knowledge kept the book open waiting.
Raven pulls a hand away from Agradd and out comes a shining ball of light before she makes it float over to the book and it sinks into the page, becoming everything the spell is.
'And 'punish' us,' Passion giggles quietly.
'By the way, we holding your body or it fell to the floor?' Shy asks.
"Holding. I made you hold me so it wouldn't too bad…sorry," Agradd apologizes again.
'He's so cute!' Happy almost gushes as she comes over and gives him a hug.
'Tell me, I wonder if…' Passion starts.
"Finish that and I may destroy you," Raven informs.
'I may help,' Rage says.
"Let's go now and see Robin and Starfire," Raven says.
"Okay," Agradd agrees simply before he and Raven disappear from the mindscape and Raven helps him up back on his feet.
"So…how long will you need to practice to have the wild ice salvo spell?" Agradd asks.
Raven looks to him in some confusion. "Wild ice salvo?"
"That's what I call the spell I used on the gargoyles," Agradd says.
'He has already claimed it for his own. He's becoming a true master,' Happy almost jokes.
Raven hums. "Maybe few weeks to really master it. But basic, a few days at most."
"Oh, good. As I only got the basics of it as well," Agradd says.
'That was basics?!' Knowledge yells.
"Why is that the basic?" Raven asks.
"There should have been so much more, but my mana usage was inefficient on it," Agradd says.
"We can train that while here," Raven reassures.
"Thanks," Agradd says, leaning on her smiling.
Raven smiles a little and helps him walk. "You are worth it."
"You are the one who is worth it," Agradd says before Raven's ears nearly went deaf for a moment from the loudest squee from her mind and to all the emoticlones' shock, it wasn't Happy, it was from Rude and Shy.
Agradd looks up and sees her expression. "Are you okay?"
"It's nothing," Raven says smiling at him as they walk to find Robin and Starfire on the roof looking like they were herding a few more hippogriffs around.
"How many hippogriffs landed here?" Agradd spoke up for them to hear.
"Not landed friend Agradd, herded," Starfire says pushing a stubborn one.
"Raven?" Agradd asks, turning to her.
"I know," Raven says bringing out the whistle before blowing it.
The hippogriffs all stop and pick their heads up to look at her and sees Raven pointing to the birdcage down low. The hippogriffs immediately fly off and fly down to the cage before heading inside the open hatch on top that was soon closed when Raven uses her magic on it.
"WHAT!?" Robin calls.
"It is an avian whistle," Agradd explains simply.
"Magic item for magic creatures," Raven explains.
"Does he know about the magic that much?" Agradd asks, turning to her while pointing at the shocked Robin who had worked with the whole team for almost two days.
"Nope, by the way, we are back," Raven informs.
"Glorious! How was friend Agradd's training?" Starfire asks happily as she floats over to them.
"Was interrupted when we were training with Zatana. We fought against frost giants, a fairy, a demon, and much more," Raven informs.
"Seems you had quite an adventure," Starfire praises.
"And might explain these things," Robin says walking up and pointing to the cage. "Guessing a lot of mythical things are out there now?"
"Yes…every magical and mythical creatures are returning to earth and apparently I am a fairy. The kind from United Kingdom area according to Constantine. Is that right, Raven?" Agradd asks.
"That should be the gist of it," Raven confirms.
"So yes…I think this city is getting off easy and the league is stretched thin," Agradd informs.
"And we still need to train Agradd here on top of it," Raven adds.
"Isn't he trained yet?" Robin asks.
"Enough to survive. But Agradd wants to learn more and I already have a few lessons in mind," Raven explains.
"Oh, by the way, Beast Boy said something about going to get a burger with Cyborg," Agradd informs.
Now both members stop. "He's vegan," Robin could only say.
Raven just chuckles remembering that.
"It affects all avians and Beast Boy at that time was a bird," Agradd says.
"You tricked him?" Robin had to ask.
"More like hypnotized," Raven says smirking.
"It will not hurt him…correct?" Agradd could only ask.
"It may freak him out as it has a time limit I think or when he changes from an avian," Raven says.
"…should we be worried?" Agradd then asks.
"Nah," Raven says smirking at her revenge for all those stupid jokes.
"AHHHHHHHHHHH! MEAT! IT'S MEAT!" they suddenly hear from inside the tower.
Inside Raven's head, Rage let out an evil cackle.
