A/N: Hello everyone! Thanks for all the support you guys have been showing. It really means a lot to me. I'm going to try my best next year to keep on updating. It's going to be my New Years resolution, well at least one of them.

ElbuRo: To answer your three questions.

1. Peter in a way will be bouncing between girls as this story is giving him a harem. S, basically he will have almost all of his love interests.

2. The suit is based off of Marvel Spider-Man PS4, as it fits the theme of high-tech weaponry and equipment.

3. Felicia is different in my version of Spider-Man. In short form, and in a way I won't give the plot for her away. Her powers are based off of cats/felines. The yellow eyes does relate to her powers, and the heat part well. All animals go into heat no?

I hope that cleared up somethings!

Please understand some question cannot be answered due to story reasons. (For everyone)

Chapter Ten: Decision Made

With the school day passing by, Callum made his way back home. He had received a text from Peter, informing Callum that he was going to meet up with MJ. With a smirk on his face, he sent his brother a message back wishing him luck.

With that done, he had to go and meet up, or at least find Gwen. He had hoped to find Gwen when he would head back home. His hypothesis was that given Gwen's attitude with the USB drive, as well as he intelligence, she would easily be able to gather information from that in a day. At that point she would come back to them with the new information.

Callum with that hypothesis, walked back to his house and lo and behold, Gwen Stacey was standing right outside their house.

"You saved me the trouble of looking for you" Callum said walking up to the blonde.

She smiled back at him and then took a glance if anyone was behind him, "Peter isn't with you today?"

"Nah. He's with somebody right now" Callum answered, an answer that Gwen raised an eyebrow to.

"Is it that Felicia girl?" Gwen asked with a sharp tongue, arms crossed.

"No not today. He's with MJ" Callum answered honestly. Gwen's expression only slightly softened, but quickly returned to a frown.

"Really? That's surprising. Seeing how she threw you two away" Gwen bitterly remarked. Callum raised an eyebrow at her statement. He scratched his head trying to think of a way to respond.

"Gwen, it wasn't like that…" Callum replied back solemnly.

"You know what? Whatever, I don't care" Gwen said trying to change the subject. "There's more important stuff to be worried about"

"Right…" Callum uttered. "Soo… Did you find anything useful on that USB?"

"Yeah… Plenty" Gwen replied. "Think we can use your computer?"

"Yeah definitely" Callum replied. Gwen nodded her head and quickly walked into the Parkers front yard and leapt up towards their window. "You know there's a door, right?"

"I've gotten used to it" Gwen shrugged slipping in the boy's room.

Callum stared at the blonde and then sighed entering his home through the door, greeting May and Ben on the way to his room.

By the time Callum had gotten into his room, Gwen had already booted up his computer and the USB drive was connected. She gestured towards his computer, basically asking for the password. "You are really shameless you know that?"

"You know you love me" Gwen said chuckled, with sarcasm being projected into the statement.

*sigh* "Alright show me what you got" Callum said walking over to his computer and punching in his password. He clicked over to the USB drive and multiple files were shown. His narrowed in on them. "Wait…"

"Mhm…" Gwen nodded her head.

Callum began browsing the files. The documents in here were all about security measures of banks, security companies, money deliveries to which banks, the date and time. "Wha? How did Herman get all of these?"

"There's more Cal' keep on going." Gwen said. Callum did as he was told and began scrolling down near the end.

"Holy shit…" Callum had to keep his jaw from dropping. Not only security measures, and money deliveries being leaked, police routes, response times, even individual cops' shifts were on here. This is a whole breach of classified information. "How did he get all of this?"

"Simple answer? A snitch in the police force." Gwen hypothesized, "However, with this amount of information, it has to be a chief or a commander in the force."

"No wonder he avoided capture all this time. This is some conspiracy shit" Callum commented. "If this gets out to the public, the whole city will riot. The police, let alone your dad, will be the countries number one enemy"

"I know… Which is why… Why we can't tell anyone about this." Gwen started, which surprised Callum, although he looked as if he understood why. "At, At least till we get more information okay? There has to be a reason why"

"I don't think the guy who did this needs a reason Gwen. It's money" Callum answered.

"But we can't just let this out, and let the whole city riot. It will be chaos! Also, who knows who else is in on this…" Gwen added and Callum couldn't help but agree.

The young man nodded his head, "Alright. We figure out who's behind all this, and then… All this" Callum waved his hand on the screen, "Will be given to the proper, proper, authorities… Well if there are any."

"Okay… Thanks Callum. This really means a lot" Gwen said with a smile.

"No problem…" Callum smiled back. "Now. Judging by the amount of information on this drive. I think it's safe to assume that Herman has a back up of this."

"So, with the same amount of information here, we can probably deduct which bank he's going to hit right?" Gwen added. "Don't you think he's going to be a lot more cautious?"

"No. Herman has been hitting banks all across the States and even some in Mexico and Canada. Not once he was caught. Mostly due to inside help. If anything, he's extremely confident. Callum hypothesized. "I think he's going to hit of these three banks. National Bank, New York State, and the Eastern Treasury."

"What makes you think he'll hit those?" Gwen asked.

"I believe him to be overconfident. Even if a third party has information about his plans, he knows that releasing it would cause much more damage to the country than him. He doesn't need to be afraid of losing. If he's not afraid of losing—" Callum began.

"There's no need to hit small banks. He can just keep on going and going. And… When he DOES get caught…" Gwen sparked a thought.

"You realized it? He gets caught, he can release this information to the public, take everyone else with him, causing a major fall out of this state and even the country." Callum finished. Gwen's eyes looked liked they were never going to close. Her breath was taken away as she fell onto Peter's bed.

"What should we do?" Gwen asked, her brain slightly fried from the realization.

"First we need to find out where Herman's center of operations is. Find all drives for this information and wipe it. Secondly, find out who has been leaking this information. Finally, Catching the man himself" Callum said but Gwen could feel a little bit of reluctance in his voice.

"Whats wrong?" Gwen asked leaning over trying to see if she can see his expression.

"Nothing… We can probably stop here." Callum said changing his expression to avoid suspicion from Gwen. "Peter should know about this too. We shouldn't discuss anything else till he's with us"

Gwen gave a peculiar look towards the young man, however she decided to let it go. She nodded in agreement with Callums idea and brought her hands towards the drive. She was surprised when Callum lightly grabbed her hands. "Peter should also see this…" Callum instructed.

Gwen nodded her head, "Okay… Well. Tell me when he's back. We need to discuss this ASAP" Gwen replied walking over to the window she opened in the boy's room. She waved good bye and dropped down from their room. Callum peaked outside and saw Gwen walking off…

"This is gonna be a doozey" Callum sighed. He turned off his pc and headed down the stairs where May and Ben were watching TV whilst doing some dinner preparations. May was preparing dinner whilst Ben was setting the table and from time to time handing May of any cooking utensils she needed.

"Oh! Callum, perfect! Can you come and taste this?" May asked, holding up a large spoon with a mix of meat and pasta. The young man happily nodded his head and jogged over to her taking a mouthful. May looked expectantly at Callum for a reaction.

"Oh… Oh… My, gwash… Is that beef stroganoff?" Callum could barely say as he was relishing at the flavour. May laughed and nodded her head, slapping Callum's shoulder for his reaction. "God, that's so good… Can I have another bite?"

"No, Callum. You can have it all you want, AFTER your brother comes back" May said, even moving the pot away from Callum's sight.

"Awwww come on! Just one more?" Callum complained, evening going to back hug her, garnering a smiling eye roll from the loving mother.

"Come on now Callum. You're not five okay?" Ben chuckled.

"You can say that when you wiped the drool of your mouth dad" Callum laughed back, pointing out Ben's little drool. Ben quickly wiped it off his mouth and looked away to avoid letting them see his embarrassed expression. The two at the kitchen began laughing at the father before Callum quickly ran to his side.

"So? What you watching?" Callum said as he dropped down on the sofa beside his dad.

"Apparently the whole conference thing for the uhh… Aven… Aven… Aven-jars Avant-garde?" Ben said, struggling to remember the name of the super hero organization.

"The… Avengers?" Callum corrected.

"Yes, those guys. They moved the conference up a whole month. It's in line with the game tomorrow… They're broadcasting that over the Cowboys game…" Ben looked visibly upset by this. Ben has always been an avid fan of football, and he was even a quarterback when he was in high school. That's when something hit him.

"The tickets Taylor gave me!" Callum had just remembered. He quickly ran up to his room gaining an odd look from his father. Callum scrambled around his desk, and found the tickets Taylor had given to him. He quickly hurried back down stairs with the tickets behind his back.

"What was that about?" Ben chuckled.

"Well… I got lucky and met a certain person… who… Gave me these" Callum said bring his arms towards his front, showing Ben the two tickets. Ben's eyes lit up as he clasped Callums hand.

"T-T-This?! T-This is?!" Ben stuttered in utter disbelief. Callum nodded his head with a smile.

"Haha! Oh my god! These are real right?" Ben asked.

"I mean… I hope so" Callum said trying hold back his laughter, but it was hard as May was in the back laughing her heart out.

"Thank you so much my boy! HAHA!" Ben gave Callum a nice bear hug which took the breath out of the young mans chest.

Meanwhile…

Peter received a message from MJ, telling him to head to a certain location. It was located within the financial district near a company called Victoria. The young man didn't know what to expect as this was the most the two interacted since the beginning of high school.

He got off the bus and saw a bunch of high school girls near the building MJ had mentioned in her message. With a deep breath and exhale, he made his way over to the group. "Nothing to freak out about. Just six pretty girls grouped up…"

One of the girls had turned their head and noticed Peter making his towards them. With a cute little smile, she whispered into the red heads ear. MJ turned around with a bright smile on her face and waved at him, with the young man doing the same.

"You made it" MJ said, "I'll see you guys later okay?" MJ waved goodbye as the girls left waving goodbye with giggles trailing off as they did.

"Yeah… So… Why are we here exactly?" Peter asked, wondering why the two were in the part of the city where the two of them had no business in. Though much to his surprise.

"After we graduate, I'll be working here" MJ announced, looking up at the Victoria building.

"Here? Like… Uh… Secretary?" Peter asked, with MJ answering back with a giggle, shaking her head.

"I was scouted by this company. To be a model… Well amateur model…" MJ said moving her eye to Peter very quickly to catch any reaction from him.

"Wha? Seriously?! That's amazing Mary Jane! Congratulations" Peter happily said, genuinely happy for her, even pulling her into a hug. When his arms wrapped around her, her mind stopped working. She felt chills and tingles through every fibre of her being. It took her a while to hug the boy back, but not without a growing smile and blush on her face.

"Does Flash know?" Peter asked, pulling away, not knowing the MJ hated their parting.

"No… No, he doesn't. Only you and my family know." MJ answered, her face contorting into slight guilt. Slight.

"Why didn't you tell him?" Peter asked.

"Peter… I… I'm breaking up with him after we graduate" MJ confessed. Even though it didn't come as a shock to him… He didn't think she would say it like this. "We don't' really get along anyways, plus he's got a football scholarship in Texas. It was never going to work."

"Okay, I understand that but… Why tell me?" Peter asked. The young man could visibly see some sort of emotional pain in her eyes, despite her best efforts to hide it.

"Man… You really are dense huh?" MJ smiled albeit a little bit forced. "I guess that would be too much to ask for…"

The last part MJ mumbled under her breath, resulting in Peter not catching it. However, MJ's solemn demeanour indicated she was definitely sad about something. The young girl took a deep breath and showed a bright smile at Peter, walking over to him and planting a quick kiss on his cheek, surprising the young man.

"Huh?!" Peter exclaimed, with a rather strange non-human sound. The red-head merely giggled and leaned into his ear.

"I'm not going to give up" MJ said in a rather seductive tone, sending some chills down Peter's back.

"G-Give up?" Peter asked, his eyes closed shut due to the unfamiliar intimacy of MJ.

The red-head pulled back and fired a bright smile at the blushing boy. "You might have a girlfriend now Pete but…" She started, with Peter's eyes opening slowly, finding her bright smile. "Doesn't mean I'm going to give you up."

Peter could only stand still. "Was this a confession? Did she just indirectly tell me she has a crush on me? No, no, no, I have Felicia right now!" All these thoughts were running through his head and could barely keep track of it all.

"I'll see you later tiger" MJ said with her smile still prominent on her lips. She turned around and began walking away, happy that she told him her feelings about him, albeit in a roundabout way. She always thought that by dating some other guy, Peter would be more forward. She was stupid to think this way. Now, Felicia Hardy is the one beside him. She'll be damned if she's giving up on Peter Parker after seven years of loving him.

"Oh shit… What do I do now?" Peter could feel a headache coming over. Luckily for him, a small text message snapped him out of it. He took out his phone and his brother texted him.

We need to talk. Our room when you're done talking with MJ.

"Oh great… More talking… Just what I needed" Peter huffed, sliding his phone back into his pocket and he started to make his way home.

Parker Household

It was around 6PM when Peter finally came home. He didn't realize that talk with MJ lasted such a long time. The shock of it all made him lose sense of time.

Upon entering the house, he smelled the wonderful smell of Aunt May's cooking. "Beef stroganoff…" The young man thought to himself. That was one of May's best dishes and its always a treat when she does make it.

"Oh! Hi Peter! Welcome back" May exclaimed with a happy face. "I hope you're excited for dinner"

"Excited? I'm tempted to just throw myself in the pot right now" Peter chuckled along with Ben who was sitting on the couch watching TV.

"Well, run upstairs, I think Callum is waiting for you" May pointed her wooden spoon up the stairs. Peter nodded and head up the stairs into his room and opened the door. There was Callum sitting on his desk on his PC scrolling through something. He looked like a man possessed on his computer.

Peter tilted his head and eyed his brother curiously. He placed his bag onto his bed and his brother still hasn't noticed him. "Callum?" Peter called out. Callum jolted his face out of the screen hearing his name.

"Whoa! Jesus… Hey Pete" Callum replied.

"You okay? You were really glued to the screen there" Peter said pulling up a chair next to him.

"You aren't wrong." Callum answered stretching his arms, and neck. "I was looking through the USB we found at the boat."

Suddenly Peter's mind was completely off of the whole MJ thing. He was keenly interested as he leaned forward into the screen. "Really? Anything good?"

"Good? Talk about amazing. Well besides the fact that a genius criminal has access to the whole police data base" Callum shot, getting a predictable reaction from his brother.

"WHAT?!" Peter screamed jumping up from his seat.

"SHUSH!" Callum exclaimed, putting his hands on his brother's shoulders and pushing him back down. "Can you be quiet about this!?"

"Sorry…" Peter whispered back. "But… You mean to say that, Herman Schultz has access to the NYPD database? That would mean…" Peter trailed off.

"It means that he knows routes, response times, shifts, their names, family names, everything. He has everything he needs to know to hit a bank and not get caught." Callum finished.

"Holy shit…" Peter said to himself, in shock for the second time today. "Did you and Gwen think of anything?"

"In fact, we did." Callum said proudly. He turned his chair to face his brother and his expression turns sour. "But you're not going to like it…"

"Hit me with it" Peter says with a nod.

"Okay… You know if this stuff gets out it will be absolute anarchy out there. So, Herman, doesn't really need to fear getting caught. When he does, he'll just release the information and blame the cops for being in on it." Callum then turns back to his computer and opens three windows of three different banks. "He's going to hit a big bank for a take knowing this. So…"

"Me, you and Gwen are going to go to these three banks. Wait for him to hit it. Once he does, we can contact each other and one us can tail him back to his HQ. We can stop a robbery while also gaining information" Peter finished. Callum looked at his brother stunned.

"Wow…" Callum said after a moment of silence. "We really do think a like"

"We are brothers after all. And… Last time I check I was the smarter one" Peter teased with a smug smile on his face.

"O.K. That was one time because I got a stomach ache and didn't do the last question that was worth one mark. ONE MARK." Callum complained, but it only made Peter's smile wider.

"99 still ain't a 100" Peter shot back. Callum's eyes rolled back and shook his head, his brother merely just started to laugh and pat him on the back. "Anyways. If this is the plan we have, I'm okay with it."

"Alright good. I'll let Gwen know then" Callum said taking out his phone.

"Boys? Dinner is ready!" May called out. Upon hearing that, their brains threw out the whole bank robbery thing and there was only one thing on their mind. Beef stroganoff. Callum texted quickly and placed his phone into his pocket. His brother basically ran out of the room with Callum following right behind him.

The two parents heard light rumbling from the stairs and looked at the stairwell. May shook her head with a smile as Peter and Callum were rushing down like starved wolves. Ben could only chuckle at them as he took a seat down.

"Careful you two. You can't enjoy dinner if your dead" May joked, taking a seat next to her husband.

"Sorry. We just got excited" Callum answered, him and his brother taking a seat to each other. "Thank you for the meal mom" The two said in unison.

"No problem dearies." May replied with a warm smile. The family began to dig in whilst making some small talk. Eventually the topic led to what the boys were doing after high school.

"So? Any of the universities get back to you yet?" Ben asked finishing up his plate. He already knew the answers but he asked anyways.

"Yeah, all of them pretty much answered. All of them accepted us. Were just thinking of which university to go to." Peter answered. Both him and Callum applied to the top universities in the country even some outside of the states. Harvard, MIT, Cambridge, University of Toronto, Tokyo, Singapore, and Empire State to name a few.

"Have you two decided on which yet?" May asked taking the cleaned-out plates from the table, and placing them into the sink.

"I think me and Peter are going to ESU. It's closer to home and their science and technology division is state of the art." Callum answered, him and Peter walking over to the sink to help clean. Ben and May looked at each other, trying to hide their happiness. They were going to stay after all. It would get lonely if these two had left for gods know how long.

"Well, I'm pretty sure whichever university you go to you'll be among the best of them" May said giving the two boys a kiss on the cheek.

"Thanks mom" The replied with a smile.

After the brothers were done cleaning the dishes, they headed back into their room. The two plopped on to their respective beds and pulled out their phones. Callum noticed that Gwen had gotten back to him about the plan.

"Hey, Gwen replied." Callum started, grabbing his brother's attention. "She said it's a good idea and all but how do we know when he's going to strike?"

"Hm…." Peter closed his eyes and thought for a few seconds. "Hey isn't the Tribeca Film Festival taking place this week?"

Callum eyes met with Peter's and the two smiled. "He's definitely going to show up when all those celebrities are rolling in. Extra security. Police pulled from their original routes and stretched out thin." Callum deducted.

"When's the festival happening?" Peter asked.

Callum got on his phone and searched up the festival. It's happening on Wednesday." Callum answered. There was bit of relief when he saw that, since he had to go to the football game with Ben Tuesday.

"Alright. We'll tell Gwen and go with our original plan okay?" Peter asked, his brother automatically responding with a nod.

"Then maybe we should really start making our own costume then huh?" Callum asked with a smile growing on his face. "Can't go swinging around New York looking like chumps."

"Doesn't seem like a bad idea" Peter replied trying to hide his.
