Author's note: First of all, Caitlynn is nothing alike her parents, yes it is Snow and Charming, but she grew up in our world and not in the land of magic. And yes Caitlynn isn't okay with murder, with it way they had something else in thought, but they couldn't to carry out, because she had a different plan that I didn't mention, because they were interrupted by Mary, Emma and Belle. That's why I couldn't do further. Maybe I will fix in the future, but for now it stands like he was about to murder him. :0 So yeah, I had to make it clear about it and I'm sorry if don't like it! You all can made suggestions about it on how to make it better! And believe me, there will be a scene that Caitlynn will be angry at Gold, you just have to wait and see ;)

6 weeks ago, at the town line. Caitlynn and Gold stood there furiously. "How could this have happened?" Caitlynn asked herself as then she looked at Gold. "How did they know our plan?"

Gold shook his head. "I don't know."

Caitlynn began with pacing. "If I found out who did this and knew our plan, they would with they were never born." She was furious.

Gold looked at the town line. "We will find out, who did this, bit for we need to go away from here."

Caitlynn nodded to him. " Yeah, you are right. We better to my adopted parents and explain everything what happened."

"We shall do that." Gold told her.

2 a 3 days later, they were in Caitlynn's adopted parents' home. They had told everything what had happened in Storybrooke and they were furiously as well. Very furiously at Mary Margaret, they hadn't thought that she would take Aubrey from them and keep her with her. And Emma, they didn't thought she would her mother, not her sister. They would had thought that she would help her, bit no she didn't. Gold wanted to go to his late sons home to look there if there were some stuff there, so he did that without Caitlynn. She wanted to stay with her parents. Gold was now a day gone and Caitlynn was pacing in the living room as her adopted mother came to her. "He will be alright, Caitlynn."

Caitlynn stopped with pacing as then she looked at her. "Yeah, I know. It's just I have a feeling that he isn't alright."

"I know that feeling well, sweetie." Amelia told her daughter.

"Thank you, mom." Caitlynn smiled at her.

Amelia nodded. "Your welcome." Then she noticed that Caitlynn has something on her wrist. She pointed at it. "What's that?"

Caitlynn looked at her wrist. "That is a magic damper, it's called a cuff."

"So that means that your magic isn't working." She guessed.

"Yeah." Caitlynn nodded.

"But in a land without magic, you can take it off, right?" She asked to her daughter.

"I guess." Caitlynn shrugged. "I haven't tried."

"Well, try, sweetie." Amelia encouraged her.

"Alright, what's the harm." Caitlynn smiled at her mother as then she tried to take is off and it worked, she put it immediately on the table as she looked at her mother. "Please, put this away, safety, mom."

"I will." Amelia nodded as then she walked away to put it safety in a safe.

6 weeks later, Gold and Caitlynn were by Ursula. Ursula got back in her apartment as Gold warms up noodles and it does pin. "That means it's ready." She comment.

"Yes, I know how to work a microwave, thank you." Gold comment sarcastically as he took the noodles out of the microwave. Then he offered it to Caitlynn, who shook her head.

"No, thank you, my love." Caitlynn told him as it was making him worry about her, she was eating badly since they were banned from Storybrooke.

"Because the Dark One did so much cooking in his time." Ursula looked at him.

Gold limped to the computer and sat down. "Well, worry not." He comment. "My power extends far beyond ramen noodles."

"Yeah, just not in this life." She complained. "You know, I'm beginning to think you're a lot of talk, a lot of empty promises about happy endings, when all you do is eat my food, sleep on my couch. That better not be the last ramen! Do I look like I'm made of money? I work at an aquarium."

Gold rolled with his eyes. "No, that's not what you do. What you do is complain. You know why?"

"I love you, babies." She sighed, looking at the aquarium.

"Because your life, for want of a better term, is crap." Gold looked at her.

Caitlynn sat down next to Gold as Ursula turned to look at them. "Hey, are you forgetting who's been taking care of you and your wife."

"Providing reheatable noodles and what might charitably be called shelter..." Gold told her. "No great gift. Certainly not compared to what I'm providing. I'm gonna fix all your problems."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah." She told him. "I know you well enough to know you don't care about me."

Gold sighed. "No, I don't. I care about me and my wife. You're lucky our problems just so happen to align." Just then he received a mail.

"You got something?" Ursula asked curiously.

"Yeah." Caitlynn muttered as Gold looked at his mail.

"The beginning." He replied to her.

"Of what?" She asked confused.

"The end of our misery. It's time to visit an old friend." Gold replied to her.

Gold, Caitlynn and Ursula have arrived at a huge house. "So this is where she lives? I guess some of us are doing better than others."

They looked at Cruella, who was walking outside of the house with the FBI and took her husband.

"Look at this. This is too awful. Darling, do we need all these theatrics?"

"Were doing better." Gold muttered.

The FBI Agent arrested Cruella's husband and took their stuffs. "Ma'am... Sorry, lady." The agent told her.

"This was mine before." She told him.

Then they walked towards her. "Cruella de Vil." Gold spoke to her.

Cruella turned to look at them. "No one calls me that here."

"Well, I'm sorry, dearie, but Cruella Feinberg doesn't have quite the same ring." Gold comment.

"What in hell are you three doing here?" She looked at them, especially at Caitlynn, who is new to her.

"Looking to regain our greater glory." Gold promised her and Ursula. "A glory I can soon return to you both, if you join me."

"I'm not going anywhere with you." She looked disgusted.

"Well, maybe you should." Gold explained it to her. "Things have changed... Mea culpa. Our last time together was less than ideal. But now? Now our interests align once more. You've lost all you have, and so have we. That's why I'm here, to put an end to having everything taken away."

"Oh, not everything." Cruella looked at him.

"And where are you gonna go with these paltry material possessions?" Gold asked to her.

"To get myself some less paltry possessions." She replied to him.

"An empty pursuit." He comment to her. "You're gonna end up right back where you started."

"I will never go back to where I started." Cruella told him.

"I can get back everything you've lost and more." Gold told her.

"You know, you talk a good game, Dark One, but can you deliver in a world with no magic where apparently walking is a challenge?" She asked to him, motion to his leg.

"Ah, but there is magic in this world." Gold comment. "You just have to know where to look. I know you don't trust me. But the good news is, if you follow me, you won't have to. Aren't you tired of feeling ordinary?"

Cruella opened her garage as she comment to them. "Get in. Now then, darling, where are we going?"

"A quaint little town called Storybrooke." Gold replied to her.

They stopped at a place called Mr. Cluck's, to get some food. Cruella complained. "So why should I think this new plan will work when all the others have failed?"

"Our failures in the past have been for one reason..." Gold replied to her as Caitlynn stared at the food on the board. "The odds were stacked against us. Now we're gonna change the odds."

"With this author you keep babbling on about." Ursula comment.

"His book harnesses a great power, one that exceeds anything you've ever experienced, giving villains and heroes what he deems just desserts." Gold explained it to them. "Our collective frustrations? They're because of his will, not our missteps."

"Well, I suppose that's better than blaming bad judgment and gin." Cruella comment as Caitlynn had a smile on her face.

"A Welcome to Mr. Cluck's." Seller from Mr. Cluck's told to Cruella. "What can I get you?"

"One double Cluck combo." Cruella replied to him.

"Make it two." Ursula comment.

"Make it three." Caitlynn looked at Cruella.

"Ah the silent girl say something." Cruella comment, happily.

"I don't speak much, but when I speak, I meant it." Caitlynn hissed. "Right now, I'm hungry and you don't want to see me, when I'm hungry."

Gold smiled at his wife as Cruella sighed and looked at the mirror. "Rumple?"

"No, thanks." Gold replied to her. "I'd like to survive for my happy ending."

"That'll be $21.23." Seller told her. "Please pull up to the window. And have a clucky cluck cluck day."

"Will you hurry up?" Gold comment, sarcastically. "I'm fairly certain this author's in Storybrooke. And if we want to enlist his help, we have to get there before the heroes do."

Then they drove away as Caitlynn comment. "We need to eat, my love." She gave him a look as he nodded to her. The others looked curiously at them via the mirror in the car.

A while later, Cruella drove her car as then Gold called. "Stop the car." The car stopped and they got out of the car. "We're here."

"What the hell are you talking about? Where is this Storybrooke?" Ursula asked, confused.

"Look, I confess, things aren't quite as I said." Gold replied to her.

"Tell the whole truth next time." Caitlynn muttered to Gold.

"For a man who's preaching trust, you are getting off on the wrong foot." Cruella comment as Caitlynn dace palmed.

"But I-if I was completely untrustworthy, would I be telling you the truth now?" Gold looked at them "The... the town line is, uh... 100 yards up that road. Oh. But... It's cloaked by a protection spell. Makes it impossible to see or enter."

"A town you can't see or enter?" Ursula asked, raising an eyebrow.

"But it's the truth." Gold replied to her. "The night we were banished, I-I attached this tie to that tree so we would be able to find my way home."

"Okay, let's say you are telling the truth." Ursula asked to him. "How are we supposed to cross that line without any magic?"

Cruella gad enough and grabbed her gun as then she pointed at him. Gold put Caitlynn behind him. "No more encores, Rumple. We're finished with your hazy instructions and your empty promises."

"Please put the gun down. You're overreact..." Gold was interrupted by Cruella.

"No more tricks." She told him. "If we're about to walk into a trap, tell us now, darling, because out here, you're nothing more than a cripple, a coward with a real world ability to die."

"Yes, yes. Y-y-you're right. You're right." Gold nodded.

"So you say you're banished. Who banished you and why?" Cruella asked to him.

"I bet it was his little maid. Is that why we're here? Because of a girl?" Ursula asked to him.

Caitlynn shook her head. "If you mean Mary Margaret and my sister Emma, then yes. But it's not Belle."

"I'm here for the same reason you are." Gold replied to them, explaining. "My happy ending. And that is the truth. And what that is? Well... That's my business, just like your reasons are yours. All of that we seek is just beyond that line. So please, if you think you can find your way in this town, and... And face all that... That light magic without my help, then be my guest. But if you can just trust me... You won't just get inside Storybrooke, you'll be invited."

"Like the people of Storybrooke are gonna invite us in with you by our side." Ursula told to Gold.

"Yes, they will, dearie, because I won't be on your side." Gold looked at her.

Cruella nodded. "All right. Start talking."

Outside of Storybrooke, Gold hold op his phone. "The number's all cued up. All you have to do is press the "Call" button." Then he gave it to Ursula.

"I know a phone works." Ursula complained. "I just don't know if I can trust the man whose phone it is."

"And why is that?" He looked at Ursula and Cruella. "I mean, you have my phone, my entire plan. And tonight, if you decide not to come back for us and stay in Storybrooke and abandon us, I couldn't blame you." He told them. "That's why this time is different, because this time, my entire salvation depends not on you trusting me, but on me trusting you."

Caitlynn looked at them. "Now...Are we in this together?"

"I guess you'll find out tonight, won't you?" She looked at them as then she called Regina. She answers in her office.

"The sea bitch." Regina told over the phone.

"I've missed you, too. How are you?"

"Mostly wondering how a plate of undercooked calamari ended up with the Dark One's cell phone."

"I stole it from him."

"And where is he now?"

"If we're lucky, probably passed out at the dive bar where Cruella and I left him."

"Cruella?"

"Yes, we're back together. Rumple found us in New York, said he needed some old friends. Told us a tearful tale about how he was living in a quaint town until he ruined everything. But he said it was a special place where villains could find redemption. Regina, Rumpelstiltskin told us how you've changed, and we've changed, too. We've learned our lessons, and we'd like a chance to prove it to you. Please. Let us in."

"Sorry, dear, but... We have enough problems without inviting two..." They hear a beast in the distance.

"Is one of those problems a hell-bat with beady eyes and devil horns?" Ursula asked to her.

"How did you know that?"

"Because that's the exact same sound it made before it tried to kill me."

"So you've faced this creature before?"

"Yes, and I can tell you exactly what it wants."

"How convenient. Fine. Tell us what it wants."

"And then you'll let us in?"

"Even if I wanted to, I couldn't."

"Well, then I guess you're on your own."

"All right, Squid." Regina spoke over the phone, telling her her terms. "If your information pans out, we'll consider letting you in. Those are my terms."

"You've got a deal." Ursula told her as then she hung up the phone and looked at Gold and Caitlynn.

A while later, Gold and Caitlynn were waiting for Cruella and Ursula, then they decided to leave then they cast the scroll through the wall. Gold takes it and opened it. "We're back, darling."

"You didn't think we abandoned you, did you, Dark One?" Ursula asked to him.

"Of course not. We're a team." He and Caitlynn arm linked at then they crossed the border.

"Nice duds." Cruella looked at them. "Now what do we do?"

Then they walked throughout the town. "Now we begin our task." Gold told them as they were still walking. "It's simple, really. Continue to repent your wicked ways. Make friends. Build relationships."

"And just what will you be doing?" Cruella asked to him.

"I'll continue my work behind the scenes, of course." Gold replied to him.

"Sounds like we're doing everything, again." Ursula complained.

"How do you think we got in here? And how do you think that Chernabog was released?" Gold explained it to them. "It was me. I'm the Oxford professor who translated the spell for Belle, the spell that released the fairies and also happened to unleash that monstrosity. So I ask you consider what I was able to do on the outside, at my lowest point, without magic. And then consider what I'm able to do in here. So maybe we should stop bickering and get on with it. So our team is one member short. It's time to reunite the band."

"Y-you don't mean..." Cruella stuttered.

"Maleficent." Ursula finished.

"But she's dead." Cruella muttered, hard enough to hear for the others.

"Not entirely." Gold comment.

"Well, just what does that mean?" Cruella asked confused.

"It means we have our work cut out, much to prepare." Gold replied to her.

"I don't like it." Ursula comment. "Dead or alive, we got a bigger problem... Regina."

"And what makes you say that?" Caitlynn asked to her.

"That beast was unable to defeat her." Ursula sighed. "As bad as Maleficent is, Regina's dark heart is far worse."

"You are so filled with assumptions." Gold comment.

"Regina is not the one we have to worry about." Caitlynn added.

"What?" Ursula asked, confused.

Gold looked at the girls as he replied to Ursula. "That beast did seek out the heart with the greatest potential for darkness, yes, but it was wasn't going after Regina. It was after Emma Swan."

Caitlynn sighed, this wasn't she was signed up for. Not with Ursula and Cruella and now trying to bring back Maleficent. There will jealousy amongst the girls, maybe she was getting ahead of herself as then she looked at Gold, he gave her a reassuring smile, grabbing her hand as they were still walking throughout the town.
