So here is a chapter that I had so much fun writing and I hope that you all like it. Though now that I think about it all the chapters at this point in the story I had fun writing as I always seem to have the ending figured out before the rest of the story to lead up to it. Very frustrating let me tell you but as always I do not own Power Rangers or Kingdom Hearts.

Chapter 11

The fight between Alex and Drakkon was intense the energy from their attacks destroying the area around them. Drakkon was much stronger then Alex as each attack that connected on Drakkon caused her to stumble and he tried to grab a hold of her. But being ready for this Alex was able to get out of his holds each time and slip away before trying to land a hit again. Though Drakkon was stronger Alex was faster which she used to her advantage as she finally found an opening. Darting in Alex drove both of her blades under his guard landing a hit cross his chest and one in his visor. Drakkon growled in pain before he slammed a fist into her face, or tried to but she suddenly teleported away. "What?!"

"Surprise!" Alex shouted as she reappeared behind him and kicked him in the back, causing him to stumble. Drakkon growled at her as he charged her but she teleported away again, then reappeared above his head, bringing her foot down on his head. The blow cracked his helmet significantly, but didn't fazed him much as he grabbed her ankle and started to spine. "Gah!" Alex shouted as he spun her around faster and faster, causing the blood to rush to her head and to loss her swords.

He was still spinning her when Terra, Aqua, Ven and Shisui showed up. "Um question: who are these two and are either of them on our side?" Shisui asked confused as they watched Drakkon release Alex causing her to go flying. By some act of god or just dumb luck, Alex twisted her body and was able to land on her feet, skidding a bit until she stopped. They watched as she tried to stand up but promptly fell on her backside, het hands going up to hold her head. Though they couldn't see her face they gathered that she was dizzy after that trip.

"Alex!" Ven shouted as he ran towards her, well Aqua faced Drakkon, her master's keyblade in hand, as both Terra and Shisui started at the young girl. Ven was at her side, soon helping Alex to her feet well Drakkon glared at him and the other keyblade welders. "You shouldn't have come here." Drakkon growled as darkness started to come from him like a cloud, forming a ball of energy in his out stretched hand, which was aimed at Alex and Ven.

Seeing it coming Alex grabbed Ven and teleported them both out of there, dropped him off near the others before she charged at Drakkon. She picked up one of her swords, Alex then jumped and went to strike Drakkon's already cracked helmet. Unfortunately the darkness around him stopped her attack, and he grabbed her with thick vine made darkness. Alex tried to use her teleporting ability to get free but the darkness prevented this and held her fast despite her struggles to get free. Drakkon laughed as he removed his helmet, throwing it aside as the darkness brought her close to him. "Oh dear Alex did you really think you could stop me? You are foolish if you-"

He was cut off as 4 attacks hit Drakkon in the back, which sent him flying and the darkness to dissipate, releasing Alex. She turned and looked at them grateful though her eyes locked with Terra's for a moment, seeing blue eyes that were the same shade as her own. Alex was surprised to see him but Drakkon growled well getting to his feet drew her attention away from him. "Give it up Drakkon, you're out numbered and out matched." She told him as she gripped her one sword tightly in her left hand.

Drakkon surprised them all as he began to laugh, the sound of it putting them all on edge. "Did you really think it would be that easy to defeat me?" That was the only warning any of them got before he was suddenly in front of Alex, punching her in the stomach. She let out a strangled sound as the blow forced all the air out of her lungs, dazing her and leaving her vulnerable for the spin kick that sent her flying. They all watched as Alex flew across the area, until she crashed in to the far wall. Terra and the others glared at him but Shisui acted first as he made some hand signs. "Teleportation Jutsu!"

All but Aqua were taken back as serval Shisui's came charging at Drakkon, each with a keybalde in hand. Aqua joined in the battle, using a thunder spell to land a hit on Drakkon, well missing Shisui, Terra and Ven fallowing up with attacks of their own. Drakkon hardly seemed fazed by their attacks, as he blocked many of these, well the cloud of dark energy made up the difference. "Your attacks are pathetic." He said well the darkness grew, a sinister smile on his face as the darkness burst out around him, grabbing them. This caused all of the clones of Shisui to disappear well bring all 4 of them together, the dark vines trying to bind them together. With on other options available Shisui activated his Mangekyo Sharingan and brought forth his Susanoo. Its energy freed them from the vines but the vines instead started to wrap around the hug energy construct.

Alex watched all this unfold through her helmets cracked visor as she struggled to get back up, retching for the clips that secured the helmet to her head. Once she had it off Alex tossed it aside and used her one sword for support she got up on shacking legs. The force of impact of her body into the stone wall had hurt her greatly but she was too stubborn to give up. She was breathing hard as she watched the darkness vines wrap around Shisui's Susanoo's arms, legs, wings and drill like sword. It was clear the darkness was not only preventing the giant made of Shisui's chakra from attacking, it was also draining it. Alex could see that he was breathing hard from the strain to keep his Susanoo up, leaning on a scared Aqua well Terra and Ven attacked any vines that found their way in the weakening chakra giant. "He's just too strong." Alex muttered as fear took hold of her as the situation was dire.

"You are not only a child of two Keyblade wielders but a descendant of one of the few known survivors of the original Keyblade War. You also are a ranger and one of the 4 Ninjetti Guardians. You have instincts and strengths that you are not even aware of yet. All you can do is have faith in yourself and in the strength of your heart." The words her mother had said to her back in the grid replayed in her mind. "-you will need its strength to defeat the darkness that Xehanort has given Drakkon. Only with the power of the keyblade, the Light Shard and the Morphing Grid can stop him for good."

"We are always strongest when we fight together and when we let our hearts be our guiding keys." Quill had told earlier that day, in that moment realization hit Alex and she knew what she had to do. Closing her eyes she focused.

"Shisui hold on just a little longer." Aqua told him as she held on to him, trying to think of a plan to get them out of this tight spot.

Shisui shook his head as he lend on her heavily, his arms around her. "I'm sorry Aqua but with only one eye I can't keep Susanoo going much longer."

"Can you hold for two more minuets Shisui? I think I have an idea but I need you all to get ready." Terra said, thinking he would change his keyblade to its cannon shape and blow the darkness and Drakkon away from them, allowing them to escape. Before he could a bright light appeared on their left and when they looked they stared in awe.

Alex was the source of the glow, her phoenix eyes bright as her phoenix spirit flew around her, but their eyes were all drawn to the two weapons now clenched in her hands. In her right was a keyblade, the same one that Quill was holding when he had appeared, it also was the same one that had passed to Jessica, her mother. Its handle and guard were made of white wood, well the blade was made of a milky white crystal. Starlight of the Rising Sun glowed brightly in Alex's right hand which contracted to the darkness that came from the blade held in her left. This blade was thin, the handle white, and the red stone in it burned brightly all down the curve of the blade. Seeing this blade they took notice of the wisps of darkness that was wrapped around the blade and Alex.

Neither of the three friends of Jessica had ever seen a blade like this well Drakkon had and he was seething at the sight of it. "The Sword of Darkness, how do you have it? Jason destroyed it, in your dimension and mine." He snapped as he lost control of the dark vines that held the others, their grip loosening enough for Shisui's Susanoo to brake free. With a flap of the giant's wings it got the 4 of them out of there and to a safe distance. He let Mangekyo Sharingan fade as they watched Alex walked forward, the power around her growing.

"In case you forgotten or didn't know the Sword of Darkness once belonged to Zordon, before Rita's forces stole it and gave it to her. It would seem that before it came to be in his care is was wielded by my ancestor Quill who was both a ranger and a keyblade master. My mother told me that only one who wields both a keyblade and the power of the Morphing Grid could defeat you."

"Does that mean that you are the one who is meant to defeat me Alexandra?" Drakkon asked unimpressed as he called up his dark cloud once again, the vines from it surrounding him.

Alex humped at him for using her full name before she closed her eyes and concentrated on all the connections and bonds she shared. Terra, Aqua, Ven and Shisui felt their Ninjetti animal spirits stirred before they manifested and flew over to Alex. The tortoise, koi, bat, and silver biddy circled her as her phoenix did, their energies mixing. Then they heard an animal sounds from above, making all of them look up, their jaws dropping in awe. More animal spirits were approaching from the sky, falcon, Crain, ape, wolf, frog, bear, owl and sparrow hawk. They all came to Alex, surrounding her, their energies flowing together, enveloping her in light that was filled with so many colors.

Then suddenly a roar filled the area making the others jump in surprise. A dragon made of silver energy came flying down, her phoenix gave it a welcome cry as it approached. Alex eyes opened and she looked at Drakkon's now worried face as the dragon spirit's energies joined the others. "This is it Drakkon, your demise."

He scoffed. "Even with all that power you will not defeat me!" Drakkon's darkness grew in strength to match her, gripping his sword with both hands. Alex held both her keyblade and the Sword of Darkness at her sides, ready. The others watched the two with baited breath, then Alex and Drakkon both charged at each other. They met in the middle, the energies and weapons clashing, blinding Aqua, Terra, Shiusi and Ven to cover their eyes.

"Is it over?" Ven asked trying to see the two of them.

"If so, who won?" Shisui asked worried.

Soon enough the energy began to dissipate, allowing them to uncover their eyes and see Alex and Drakkon. Their back facing each other, a foot apart but only Alex was standing. Drakkon's sword was broken, at his feet well he looked out of breath and out of energy as the darkness left him. "So it seems the old man was right." He said as he looked over his shoulder at her.

"What?" Alex asked him as the energy around her became all of the ninjetti animals she had called to her side.

Drakkon chuckled. "He warned me not to underestimate you, even though I know more about you. That you, being a child of two keyblade welders have a power I would never understand and would never be able to stand against you." He explained as he started to fade as he looked at her, a smile grassing his face. "I have been defeated and you have earned what I took from the grid." with that he was gone but in his place two power coins fell to the ground, one glowing green, the other white. Alex smiled as she dismissed both blades and powered down as she walked over to pick the coins up.

She then turned to all the animal spirits that were all around her. "Thank you my friends, now you better go back to your chosen and tell my fellow rangers I'll be home soon." They all gave her replays in their own ways before they left her side, the koi, silver biddy, bat and tortoise returning to Aqua, Shisui, Ven and Terra. The only two that remained were her phoenix and the dragon, they were rejoicing as they flew intertwined. "Now what has you two so happy?"

The only answer she got was her phoenix returning to her and the dragon flew off.

"Alex are you alright?" Aqua asked her as the 4 of them walked over to her. They could see a few bruises on her but she was smiling which put them all at ease well she pocketed the coins.

"I'm alright, though a bit tired but that is easy enough to fix." She said well trying not to stare at Terra, who was staring at her in awe.

'She looks so much like Jessica but she has my eyes and hair color.' Terra thought as he took in her features, noting the familiar Light Shard resting on her collar bone. Finally she look at him and he started to panic a little, as this would be the first words he would say to her. Before he could Alex said. "Terra I imagine that you want to talk about- well everything but now is not the time. We need to join the others, come on." With that she ran off down the same passage the Riku had taken when he had left her.

"Ouch!" Shisui said earning a heated glare from Terra. "Sorry, maybe I should have kept my mouth shut."

"Ya think." Ven said giving him the stink eye before they ran after Alex who thankfully wasn't that far ahead of them.

Sora found Riku and Mickey at the center of the maze fighting Ansem, Xemnus and Young Xehnaort, well the old man watched from a top the mountain. He told them about Xemnus taking Kairi, which worried Riku but they had to focus on fighting the three before them. As they were a strange thing happened. A dragon made of silver light flew down roaring at Young Xehanort. Having not expecting this Young Xehanort backed off, wide eyes as the dragon turned to Riku and flew right at him. Riku didn't have time to dodge as the dragon flew right in to his chest, a feel of warm magic spreading throughout his body before the feeling vanished.

Everyone stared at him in shock but then remembered that they were in the middle of a battle and the fighting started a new. One by one the 3 manifestations of Xehanort fell, leaving 12 keys in their place floating around the old master. "Twelve keys we have now. Leaving just one more!" Xehanort declared as he used one of the keyblade to summon Kingdom Hearts, before talking to Sora as he brought Kairi out.

She was unconscious as she floated out in front of them, unaware of Sora's frantic crying out her name, and all they could do was watch a Xehanort cut her down. "KAIRI!" Sora screamed as Kairi turned to glass and then shattered before his eyes well he was running up towards them. Sora attacked Xehanort but he was thrown back, his momentum carrying him down till he hit the ground hard on his back. Riku and Mickey also tried to attack him but Riku was also thrown well Mickey's spell was countered with a time spell. Both he and Riku were caught in it and were frozen in that moment in time but Sora wasn't, though he was too upset to stop Xehanort as he completed the X-Blade.

Donald and Goofy were comforting when all the others arrived on the scene, Alex frowned at the darkened Kingdom Hearts. 'I can feel it.' She thought confused.

"Master Xehanort…" Terra's voice brought Alex out of her thoughts.

"He did it. He opened Kingdom Hearts." Aqua said.

"So what now?" Ven asked his friend but Alex could see that she didn't have the answer.

They were all quite as in that moment it seemed hopeless but the time spell on Riku and Mickey had run its course. They dropped down and ran over to join them. "We've still got one hope." Mickey informed them.

"Your majesty, Riku, are you ok?" Sora asked, still sounding up set.

"We're fine." Mickey assured him, to which Riku agreed.

"What hope?" Ven asked confused.

"It's Xehanort. During the Mark of Master Exam, we learned that he can transcend space and time. He's a portal. And we can use that to trap him." Riku explained.

Mickey nodded. "But it won't be easy. Aqua, Riku, I'll need both your help if we're going to push Xehanort out of this world." Aqua was just walking forward to join them but Sora ran forward saying he would do it.

"What?" Riku asked him in surprise.

"Kingdom Hearts is a much bigger threat. Let me handle Xehanort… well you guys keep it shut." Sora explained his reasoning.

"Well we can't really argue with that logic." Alex said as she came to stand next to Riku, a smile on her face. It was then Sora noticed something was off about her, or more importantly…

"Alex, the Light Shard… well look at it." Sora said pointing at the stone. Frowning Alex picked up the stone and bring it up she felt her eyes widen in shock. A third of the stone had become black and it was slowly growing.

It was then she remembered something. "That's right. I forgot that Zordon had said that when the original X-Blade had been destroyed the Light Shard was created. So it stands to reason that it would be affected by Xehanort recreating it."

"But doesn't that mean its effecting you too?" Riku asked looking at her concerned.

Alex frowned as she looked up at Xehanort and Kingdom Hearts again. "Right now that is not our main concern. Stopping Xehanort is." She reminded him well talking his hand. This of course did not go unnoticed by any of them, especially Terra, who frowned. As Sora prepared to go face off against Xehanort, Donald and Goofy agreed to go with him. "Three half pints together again."

Riku and Alex smiled but then looked at Terra as he walked forward. "Let's move. The darkness is spreading."

They all summoned their Keyblades, Alex included, surprising most of them but they focused on the task at hand. Fallowing everyone else's led, Alex called on the light of her heart, well at the same time the Light Shard's light surrounded her. "Do it!" Sora ordered and they all realised their lights at Kingdom Hearts, well Sora's hit a very surprised Xehanort. Sora, Donald and Goofy left in a burst of light into the world of Kingdom Hearts.
