Frostfire's POV

Frostfire paced in the cave that they had found. She hadn't been able to sleep, so she had stopped trying. She gotten up at the crack of dawn, and had been pacing ever since. She sat down by the cave entrance, sighing. We can't run forever, she thought. We are going to have to face Heatstroke sometime, or she will find us. I wonder why she hasn't used her powers to find us? Is she scared too? Frostfire had so many questions un-answered. She sighed and lay down. She should try to get some sleep. But sleep was a long time in coming.

Heatstroke's POV

Heatstroke tried to claw her way out of the dark shadow prison. She knew that soon the walls would close around her mind totally. The real Heatstroke was soon to be no more. The monster that the Shadow walls had brought forth wasn't her. The Shadow walls were using her body as a vessel to bring forward the darkness. The Shadow walls would target all the hybrids. They hybrids were the only ones who could bring order. They were the only ones who were out of the order of things, so by bouncing around out of the Shadow walls order would weaken it and destroy it. She needed to get out! she charged again, harmlessly bouncing off the Shadow walls. Heatstroke clawed and bit. She screamed for help, for Ashes, her dragonet. Ashes had been the first dragon the Shadow walls had taken from Heatstroke. She would not let them take any more! She snarled and charged again... And again... And again. She would not stop until she reached the light! There! A small gap on the top of the Shadow bubble, just wide enough for her. She started climbing the Shadow bubble. "Soon, Ashes! Soon we will be tougher again!"

Shadow Heatstroke's POV

"Do… not…use… powersss ..." were Shadow Heatstroke orders. "Yesss..." Shadow Heatstroke would obey orders for now. Soon, instead of Shadow walls, Shadow Heatstroke would regain over foolish dragons.

Frostfire's POV

Frostfire shuddered as she sat up. She had just had the weirdest dream... She was Heatstroke, but in her dream, Heatstroke was good and she was trapped in a Shadow bubble, whatever that was. She shrugged her shoulders. Her dream wasn't real. But it seemed so real... She walked over to where her friends were sleeping. "Rise and shine, sleepy-heads. We have to leave." "Five more minutes!" "No. We need to get going." "Fine..." Cleverclaws grumbled. "Wha? Huh?" Sunstone asked, still half-asleep. "WE! ARE! GOING! TO! THE! RAINFOREST!" Citrus cheered. "I get to see all my friends, and also Kinkajou, she's fun..." Frostfire tuned out her friends as she thought. I wonder if there are any hybrids in the forest. Most likely if there were, they would be NightWing/RainWing hybrids in the Rainforest. "and I LOVE Queen Glory, she's soooo great..." there might be other dragons who where hiding from dragons in the safe Rainforest. "I like Deathbringer, he's really funny..." maybe they could drop Sunstone off there, and then leave to go to maybe the Sand Kingdom, Sahara would love that. Maybe they could go to Jade Mountain again, just to inform everyone that they were safe. But really, Frostfire wanted to find the DeathWings hide-out, the place where they had taken her family. The DeathWings were a group that hated peace and happiness. They hated hybrids and their family's. Dragonets whose parents were DeathWings would grow to be DeathWings, the DeathWings were like a giant family bent on death and killing. They would destroy any dragon who stood in their way, any dragon who wanted peace not death, kindness over cruelty. They were like Ex-Queen Scarlet, but there were hundreds of them. They were monsters.
