Demi was watching some movies while Carmelita was out. These movies ranged from comedies to thrillers, William walked in to see her watching one particular movie.
"Oh, hey little bro." Demi said when she just noticed William. "You want to watch this? It's such a great film, I think you'll love it."
William looked enthralled to watch a movie and to spend time with his sister. He sat down beside his sister and watched the movie. The movie that the two were watching was not really made for kids in mind, there was blood and gore. William grew scared and after the movie was over, he sat on the couch, staying still. When the night came, he was lying on his bed, his eyes were wide with all that fear. Soon Carmelita returned, he knew he would be safe, but soon things got worse.
Hours passed and everyone was in bed, but William still had his eyes open to scared to move until the moonlight went through his bedroom window, there was a tree outside the house, and it looked horrifying to look at. It looked like the hand of a skeleton. Soon, William leaped out of his bed and sneaked into Carmelita's room and snuck right in her bed.
Carmelita was sleeping peacefully until she felt something strange, she was feeling some shaking on her legs and back, she turned around and lifted her quilt to see William, shaking in fear.
"William." She whispered, "What are you doing in my bed?"
William turned to look at his sister's face, he could not speak and mouthed out "I'm scared."
Carmelita looked at the little Lombax's face. She felt sorry for him.
"Did you have a nightmare?" The Latina fox questioned.
William finally spoke. "No, Demi wanted me to watch a movie with her and it was terrifying."
Carmelita leaned back and had a cross look on her face.
"Why did Demi want you to watch that movie with her, she knows it not made for kids, there's blood and gore almost everywhere in that damn film. I'll have to talk to her when she gets up in the morning." She said sternly before calming down, "You can sleep with me; Is that OK?"
"Yes." William replied, still shaking in fear.
The two went to sleep, William was hugging Carmelita a few times, but she didn't mind. When the morning sun finally rose, Demi went downstairs to see her Twin looking unhappy at her.
"Uh, hi sis." Demi said, looking quite confused.
"What the hell were you doing!?" Carmelita shouted, "Why did you let William watch such a horrific film while I was out!? I had to spend the night with him in my bed while he was shaking and hold me thinking that someone was out to get him. He's 13, he's not supposed to watch those 18+ movies until he is 18!"
Demi looked shocked to hear her own sister say such things, but she soon realised that she had just traumatised her own brother.
"Oh God." Demi whispered. "What have I done?" She spoke up, "Where's William? Is he alright?"
"He's sitting in front of the TV, eating his breakfast. He's watching some cartoons just so he could get those nightmares out of his brain." The older Twin answered to her younger Twin.
Demi walked into the living space. William looked at her and he noticed that she was almost about to cry.
"Demi, are you feeling good?" William asked.
Demi got down to his level and hugged him.
"I'm sorry." Demi said quietly as a tear ran down her face "I'm sorry that I gave you nightmares last night because of that blasted movie I let you watch. What was I thinking? Do you forgive me?"
William turned his head and he started to tear up as well.
"It's OK." The little Lombax hugged her as well. "I forgive you."
Carmelita looked to see that her Twin and brother have made up.
"So" The Latina fox started to talk, getting Demi William's attention. "Anyone want Hot Chocolate?"
"Yeah!" Demi William both answered as they both got up, still hold on and headed for the kitchen for a nice cup of Coco.

William was never planned to be Lombax. He was originally planned to be either a dog or a fox.
The main inspiration for William being who he is today is The Mysterious Lombax Girl from Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart
